April 2nd 1535

"Why won't you truly give me a chance Henry, I can give you a son" Anne was yelling at Henry once more .

"Why won't you keep yourself out of my business. Those meetings are for a king not his Queen" he yelled back.

"I am every much a king as you are, I told you to break from the pope and you did"

"Because you wouldnt give me all of you unless we were wed"

"No You swore to wed me and I swore to give you son, and I will"

"But you haven't you gave me Elizabeth and lost our son"

"That was not my fault" Anne muttered As she took hold of her husbands hands "If you want us to have a son you have to give me a real chance and"

"And what"

"I won't bare a son if she's alive, Catherine is the problem. You said you would give me a chance now all we need is her gone"

"Anne enough of this, I have to go and check o"-

"Margaret wont see you" Anne admits as he sighs "Oh you were going to Jane seymour"

"I can do as I please"

"Of course you can your majesty"

April 7th 1535

"You won once more" Margaret huffs "Why must I keep losing at this game"

"Because you're a woman" George laughs as Margaret places her cards down on the table.

"And your an idiot"

"Is that the best you got"

"I'm not you, I wont say things to make others feel low"

"Really"

"What" Margaret smiled "Im bored"

"Because you keep losing little sister"

"Very funny George"

"I think im funny"

"I think your in love with yourself and any man that is jealous with you" Margaret joked as George went quite "George, I didn't mean it i thought we were joking around"

George let out a deep breath of relief knowing that his wife hadn't said a word about what he did. He knew his wife and sister were rather close and it was a matter of time before Anne of Margaret found out.

"Brother, can you hear me?" Margaret snapped once more.

"Oh Sorry i was thinking"

"And I thought i was the one with child"

George nods his head and Margaret immediately knows something is wrong.

"George what is it"

"What is what sister"

"After I said that stupid joke you've been odd the past few minutes"

"It's nothing Margaret"

"You can trust me"

"Just like Anne could" He snarled at her as Margaret looked down at the table "Margaret Im sorry"

"No its fine" She lied right through her teeth "I deserve it"

"What no sweet sister don't think that" George stood up "I didn't mean to snap or say that"

"But it's true"

"Sister you're stressing you and your babe out for no reason. I've just been tired and stressed myself"

"Mhm"

"Margaret"

"I know you didnt mean it" Margaret sighs as she looks up at her brother "I shouldn't have ever listened to father, But at least Anne has a chance now"

"Margaret"

"What now George?" Margaret snapped.

"You love him and he loves you. Doesn't he"

"What"

"Margaret I can tell" George uttered.

"It doesn't matter now George, it wasn't for the past month"

"I wont see you unhappy Margaret, I wont allow anne or father do this to you"

"It's not them George. I did that to myself" She admits "I was foolish for falling for the king. Anne loves him that's all that matters"

"Not when you're sitting here unhappy" He protests.

"George I shall be the happiest I will ever be when my daughter is born and I can leave here"

"Your so sure that its a girl"

"I am and I swear to you I will have my happy ending when shes born"

April 8th 1535

"Your majesty's" Charles walked to the table and greeted Anne. And Henry.

"Your grace how was your trip" Anne speaks up before Henry can get a word in "I thought you would be away longer"

"Well it seems I'm here" Charles snarls at the Queen.

"Brandon come, come sit" Henry smiles as Charles walks around the table and takes a seat besides the king. Anne rolls her eyes as Henry and Charles goes into their own conversation.

"So how is the lady Margarets pregnancy coming along" Charles mutters "She ie two months from giving birth. I'm sure your happy, you will have your son"

"I wouldn't know how she is and The doctors have said the babe is most likely a daughter" Henry mutters.

"You haven't spoken to her"

"Not in a while, I've been keeping my priorities on Anne and England" He lies.

"Don't you mean Jane Seymour and England" Charles laughs slightly "I've heard some things"

"Of course you have"

"So allow me guess what has happened. The lady Margaret and you are no long-"

"Margaret has nothing to do with what is happening between Anne or Jane" Henry snaps "I can do as I please Brandon"

"Of course you can"

"How is your wife Katherine" Henry changes the subject "Surely your young wife missed you"

"Surley the young Jane Seymour is missing you, every minute she's with the Queen"

"Jane is older than Margaret" Henry's states "And I won't say this again what happe-"

"Whatever happens Between you and your lady's are nothing to do with me"

April 15th 1335

"Lady Margaret I have a letter for you" A maid walked over to her as Margaret took the letter.

"Why are you handing me the letter, Usually they are just left on the table" Margaret questions as she looks at the maid "Who is it from"

"My lady If I tell you, you mustn't tell anyone else not even his majesty"

"I haven't spoken to the king in weeks, tell me whos the letter from"

"The lady Mary"

"The princess," Margaret adds.

"Yes my lady"

"How did she send the letter without the king knowing" Margaret asks the woman.

"I can not say Lady Margaret"

"You may leave" Margaret smiles softly as the maid leaves. Margarets eyes go on to the letter. She doesn't know if she should open it. But then again she was almost seven months with child and there was nothing else to do.

And she liked Mary, there was no bad blood between the two. It was Anne who Mary hated and Mary who Anne hated. Margaret had nothing to do with what was going on between her sister and step niece. So she opened the letter of the young princess without another thought.

************************************

Anne knew Henry wasn't in love with her as he used to be. Seven years she was at his side before they were wed. And just because she couldn't give him a son it had all changed. She fought for Henry and he fought for her. For seven years the two were inseparable. And marriage changed that.

"Anne" George rushed to his sister who sat at the end of her bed with a glass in her hands "Why have you done this again"

"Oh George even with Margaret out the way he treats me as I am nothing" Anne states twirling the glass in her hand "I've lost Him and I've lost our sister"

"You haven't lost the king nor have you lost Margaret" George assures her kneeling down in front of her "It's late you need to rest, Hand me the glass sister"

"George where did it all go wrong for me"

"Anne some of your ladys can hear everything you say"

"Oh who cares, George I wanted more then I could have now look what has happened"

George lets out a small breath as he tries to take the glass of Anne.

"Brother" Anne snaps as she stands up and so does George "What will happen to me if I can't get rid of Jane like I did with the others"

"Jane this is about the seymour girl"

"Who else would it be about" Anne slurred as she took a sip or her drink and walked to the table placing the now empty glass down "He's taken an interest in her, a very different interest in her then he did with me"

"And what about Margaret"

"What of her"

"Was she just a game to him?" George hisses.

"Of course she was, he wanted to have his way with her and so he did"

"Anne hes ruined our sister Mary and now her"

"It's what he does" Anne chuckles "I should have stopped Margaret, I should have sent her away"

"Come here sister" George demands as Anne walks over to him pulling him into a hug. Unaware of Anne's lady's stood on the other side of the curtains "I won't let anyone else harm you, I love you to dearly sister"

"And I love you brother" Ann replied still unaware that her lady's were listening and taking what she was saying to her brother the wrong way.

"I love Mary and Margaret as well" Anne adds after her lady's had retreaded back to what they were suppose to be doing.

April 17th 1535

Margaret didn't know what she was supposed to do or say. It had been a two days since she received the letter of The lady Mary, she was sure the king knew his ex wife was sick. And if Margaret was him she would allow Mary to see her mother. Even if Catherine would be better soon.

She felt horrible for Mary, if her mother died with seeing her again Margaret would feel guilty. This stress was eating her up. And she knew stress was not good especially in her condition. She kept going back and forward on what she was suppose to do.

She hadn't spoken to Henry, not since she told him to give Anne a chance. She hadn't even spoken to him about there child. So what would he say or do if she sent worse for him and pleaded him to allow his daughter to see her mother. He would think her a fool. But then again she didn't care.

************************************

"Lady Jane" Henry grins as Jane bows her head and smiles softly meeting hisย  eyes "How are you"

"More then well your majesty" Jane replies "And you"

"Fine"

"Just fine your majesty"

"Yes Jane just fine, How is my wife treating you"

"She's treating me like she has been since we met"

"I'll speak to her"

"Don't" Jane pleaded.

"Jane if Anne is treating you horribley I won't stand for it"

"I am the Queens servent, I will do as she asks me. Like I do as you ask me your majesty"

"Well then The Queen is lucky to have someone loyal and honest as you"

Jane goes to answer as Cromwell walks into the room. Henry almost snaps at the man but doesn't as he reminds himself that Jane is here.

"Cromwell" Henry spat "What is so uge-"

"It is private your majesty" Cromwell states as he looks over at the blonde woman standing in the corner.

"Just spit it out Cromwell"

"It seems that your daught-"

"If Elizabeth is ill in any way" Henry snaps as Cromwell cuts him off.

"The lady Mary sent a letter to The Queens sister two days ago"

"Your certain" Henry questions now forgetting about Jane as his mind drifted to Margaret and what Mary could be saying "How do you know this"

"The Lady Margaret told me, she wishes to speak with you when you not busy of course"

"No no Tell her I'll come to her at some point , she shouldnt be leaving her chambers in her condition" Henry declares as he looks at Jane "Jane I'm sorry but it seems I need to go"

"That is fine your majesty" Jane states as Henry walks to her and kisses her cheek then follows Cromwell out the room.

************************************

"Cromwell do you know what Mary wrote to Margaret" Henry stops in the hallway "Did Margaret write back to her"

"That I do not know you majesty, All she asked was to speak with you"

"And do we know if Catherine has gotten any contact to lady Mary"

"No your majesty, the late Que- Princess of Aragon has fallen Ill"

"Catherines Ill"

"Yes" Thomas Cromwell confirms.

"What is causing her ill state" Henry asks.

"No one knows yet. But They think she will regain health soon"

"Good good" Henry nodded "If anyone wants a meeting with me tell them I am busy"

"Of course"

************************************

Henry stopped outside of Margaret's chambers, he didn't want to see Margaret. But If there was a conspiracy against him or Anne he had to know. So he opened one of the doors and walked in. Margaret was sitting on her bed with a book.

Margaret knew who it was, she knew as soon as Henry found out his daughter had written he would come straight to see her.ย

Margaret stood up and looked straight at him.

Henry waited for her to speak to atleast ask how he was, but she never did instead she frowned at him. Then he snapped.

"What did she write" He snaps not meaning to "Margaret your to be the mother of our child if you are committing treason"

"You really think that low of me" Margaret snarled going over to her desk "Catherine of Aragon has fallen I'll hasn't she"

"H-how do you know that"

"The lady Mary wrote to me, she thought if I persuaded you to. You would allow her to see her mother"

"Margaret I won't allow it and I won't allow you And the lady Mary to write to one another"

"And I understand" Margaret admits once more shocking Henry. Every time he argued with Anne, she had to have the last day no matter what. She had to keep pushing. But with Margaret she knew where to stop or did she.

"Good"

"I never said I would do as you wish" Margaret adds "I am an unwed woman I can do as I please. And The lady Mary can as well"

"Margaret don't push my limits"

"You claimed Mary illegitimate" Margaret states "which means you don't Accept her as a daughter. While her mother does"

"Watch your words Margaret"

Margaret states quiet knowing not to say or do anything else.

"You will not have any more contact With The lady Mary, do you understand"

"Absolutely clear" Margaret muttered. Looking away from Henry as she picked up the letter from. Her desk, she then turned around and offered it out to Henry "The letter she sent me pleading to see her mother. Take it. I would reda it if I were you"

"Margaret"

"Please just take it, I cannot have it. I'll just feel guilt"

"You've done nothing wrong Margaret"

"Anne married you replacing Mary and her mother" Margaret states "And I stood by my sister, I do stand by her. But it was still wrong of Anne and me of all the wrongs we have done"

Henry sighs walking over to her and taking the letter. He turns around and recognises his daughters handwriting "Thank you"

"It wasn't for you" Margaret mumbled as he nodded his head and began to head for the doors "Henry"

Henry stops at the sound of his name, but does not turn arohdn he can't look at her. If he did he would break and give Margaret anything she wished.

"Please Don't tell Anne, I do not want my sister thinking I betrayed her once more"

"I won't" Henry replies then left.

An- Hope you all liked the chapter :)ย  off to write another one hopefully will have it out soon.
