Captain Man, Kid Danger, and I got shot down the tubes.

"That was pretty great." Kid Danger beamed

"Hey, guys guess what just happened at-" Captain Man got cut off by a dodgeball hitting his nose "AHH! My nose!"

"Who threw that ball?" I furrowed my eyebrows

"Yeah, who!?" Captain Man asked "I mean- I'm okay. But who!?"

"Ehhhh.. Charlotte!" Schwoz lied

"What!? I didn't throw that ball!"

"You did too! She did! Jasper you saw--" Schwoz got cut off by Charlotte throwing a dodgeball at him

"My nose!" Schwoz yelled

"That was me."

"Hey, has anyone seen Kelly? She hasn't been answering my calls or texts." I asked

The whole room went silent.

"She.. Didn't tell you?" Kid Danger turned to me

"Didn't tell me what." I crossed my arms

Everyone stared at Jasper.

"Okay, what is going on?" I furrowed my eyebrows

"Dria.." Jasper spoke up first "Kelly and I.. Broke up."

"What!?"

"I broke up with Kelly."

"You what!?" Kid Danger grabbed my arm before I could do anything

"Hey, hey. No murder." he stepped in front of me

"Ah! Look at, my nose is bleeding!!" Schwoz showed us his bloody hand "From both holes!"

"Don't fret, Schwoz. Captain Man knows how to fix a nose bleed."

"Does he know how to fix a broken face!?" I glared at Jasper

Captain Man placed his hand on the auto-snacker "Two hotdogs, plain."

"Hotdogs?" Schwoz asked

"Shhh." He shushed him

"Two hotdogs, plain." The machine repeated

"Hey, Hen. Guess what I'm training for?" Jasper changed the topic

"Uhhhh. Does it involve bouncing?" Kid Danger guessed

"Kinda." Jasper said

I turned around and saw Captain Man stuffing hotdogs up Schwoz's nose which made me turn back to face Jasper.

"Let me give you a hint." Jasper offered

"He's training for a four-on-four Dodge-A-Leen Tournament." Charlotte answered

"Awww, your hint revealed too much!" Jasper whined

"Hey.. I've heard of Dodge-A-Leen." Captain Man chimed in

"Owie! Be gentle!" Schwoz complained

"Oh hush."

"Isn't that basically just dodgeball on trampolines?" I asked

"Pretty much." Charlotte agreed

"Yeah, I thought so."

Captain Man shoved another hotdog up Schwoz's nose.

"W-wait, so, who are the three other players on your team?" Kid Danger asked

"Well, one is Piper." Jasper said

"Wha-" Kid Danger scoffed "My little sister, Piper?"

"Yeah. She's small, so it makes her hard to hit." Jasper explained

"That is true." I nodded

"Tell them who you want the third and fourth member of your Dodge-A-Leen team to be." Charlotte demanded

"Well..." Jasper got up "She's about this tall." he put his hand over my head "He's about this tall." he put his hand over Kid Danger's head

Kid Danger chuckled "Alright, alright. We get it."

"They're good looking." Jasper nudged our arms playfully

I gasped and put my hand on my chest "Well."

"Oh God, stop. I can't take this anymore." Charlotte groaned

"So will you guys be on my team?" Jasper asked

"Yeah, sure man. Sounds fun."

"You won me at good looking. Still hate you for the Kelly thing though."

"I know. 'Cause with your uh new superpower your.. Hydro-mo-diddly?"

"Hypermotility." I corrected

"Yeah, yeah. With his insane hand-speed and foot-speed and Dria's viciousness and competitiveness, the other teams won't be able to lay a ball on you guys."

"Wait, wait, wait, wait a minute." Charlotte stopped us

We all groaned.

"Alright, here she comes."

"Okay. Here we are."

"Oh my God."

"Let me guess, you have some reason why this is bad, or wrong, or dangerous, or too much fun?" Kid Danger guessed

"Uhh. I have a reason." Captain Man chimed in "Henry's superpower and Dria's viciousness are for fighting crime. Not for bouncing and dodging balls."

"Yeah. Henry can't use his superpower to win competitions." Charlotte agreed

"You're a fun squasher." Jasper blurted out

"Yeah."

"Mhm."

"Okay, you better take that back."

"No."

"Or when you ask me to be on your team, I'm gonna say no."

"I take it back." Jasper quickly said

"Good."

"Will you be on my team?"

"No."

"She tricked me.."

"Sorry, kids. Alright Schwoz; I want you to keep those hotdogs up your nose for another--" we all turned to Schwoz only to see that the hotdogs were gone

Schwoz burped lightly.

"Did you eat those bloody nose hotdogs?" I stared at him blankly

"I'll never tell."

"Eww." we all gagged

"Okay, coming up next we got the Jumpin' Jaspers. Who will be going up against the Bilsky Bouncers." The guy on the podium said

"Yeah, that's right." Mitch chuckled "I'm Mitch. And I'm back. The Mitch is back!"

"Back from what?" I raised an eyebrow

"Back from- shut up, Manchester." Mitch grabbed a handful of popcorn from a kid's bucket and threw it at him

"Good one." Henry turned to me with a smirk

"Hey, I'm going to go to the bathroom real quick." Charlotte said

"Why?" Henry asked

"To take a tennis lesson."

"Uh, okay. Well since you were just very sarcastic to me; now you can't have a lick of my ice cream cone."

Charlotte grabbed Henry's ice cream and walked away.

I sniggered "Touché."

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Mitch throw a dodgeball at Oliver, making him almost choke on his food.

"Hey! Who just heaved that ball?!" Jasper asked

Mitch and his team shrugged.

A referee walked in and blew a whistle "Okay! Both teams ready?"

"Uhhh." Jasper pat Oliver's back "Come on, you okay?"

"Hey, hey. What's wrong?" Henry and I walked up to them

"He won't stop choking." Piper stared at Oliver blankly until he eventually passed out

"Oliver!" Jasper yelled

"Dude, wake up." Piper demanded

"Uhhh. I'm gonna go.." Another girl from Jasper's team randomly ran away

"Wait! Where are you--"

"Come on! You guys got four players ready to go or not?" The referee asked

"Uhm, one sec." Jasper turned to Henry and I "Henry, Dria, you have to join our team." he whispered

"Dude. We totally would but Ray said I can't use my superpower for stuff like this. And he won't let Dri play." Henry whispered

"Ray's not here."

"Charlotte is!" I whisper-yelled

"So?"

"So if we join your team you know she's gonna give us that look."

"What look?"

I gave Jasper a judgmental glare while shaking my head which made him shudder.

"Um, are we gonna play Dodge-A-Leen?" Mitch walked up to us and placed his hand on Jasper's shoulders "Or are you two boys just gonna stand there and kiss?"

"Dria is dating Henry." Jasper raised his voice at him

"Ooh dRiA iS dAtInG hEnRy. mY nAmE'S hEnRy hArT aNd i gOt a hOt GiRlfRiEnD!" Mitch mocked him "duma-dum-dee-dum!" he laughed at us before walking away with his team

I sighed "Alright. Let's dodge some balls."

"Yeah!" Jasper beamed

"It's go time!" Mitch exclaimed

"I'm a girl." Piper said as we all walked in the court

"If you get hit with a ball, you're out! If you throw a ball and your opponent catches it, you're out! When all four team members are out, you're out! When I say 'dodge' you dodge! Alright, here we go!"

The referee blew his whistle "Dodge!"

Dodgeballs fell down from the ceiling; we each caught one and started throwing it at each other.

A dodgeball hit Jasper in the knee.

"You're out!" The referee yelled

"Aww!" Jasper groaned

Someone hit Piper in the face with a ball

"You're gone!"

"Dangit!" Piper stormed away

I threw a ball at two of Mitch's teammates.

"You're gone and you're gone!"

"Yes!" I beamed, turning to Henry

Now it was a 2v2.

"Nail, em!" Mitch yelled as he and his team started throwing balls at us, and we quickly dodged them.

Henry caught one of the balls thrown by someone in Mitch's team.

"You're gone!" the referee yelled

We kept throwing balls at each other until Mitch hit me in the leg with a ball.

"You're gone!" the referee yelled

"Goddamnit!" I stood next to Jasper and Piper in the sidelines

"And now it's down to one against one!"

Henry kicked a ball at Mitch and it him right in his forehead!

The referee blew his whistle "Game!"

I sighed in relief.

"And the Jumpin' Jaspers advance to the next round!"

"We won!" I ran up to Henry, hugging him tightly

"Yeah!" he hugged me back

"Next round baby!"

"Round two!"

Our smiles immediately dropped when we saw Charlotte walk in with "The look".

"There's the look." I pointed out

"No, no, no, the best part was the look on their faces when you guys dodged all those balls. Like waah! H'yahh!" Jasper laughed as we all got out of the elevator

"N-n-no, the best part was when I kicked the ball right into Mitch's face and he was all--" Henry pretended to fall in slow motion as the boys laughed

I turned around and saw my dad.

Shit.

"Hey guys." he grinned at us and the boys' faces dropped

"What are you guys laughing about?" He asked

Kelly walked out of the sprocket "Where is that girl!?" she stopped in her tracks when she saw Jasper and quickly went back inside the sprocket.

"Bye boys." I quickly walked away so they could deal with my dad

I went inside my room only to see an angry Latina pacing around.

"Where have you been!? You didn't send me atleast one text or call!" Kelly yelled

"I did!" I furrowed my eyebrows "I sent you fifteen texts and nine calls."

She checked her phone "Oh."

"Okay, Jasper told me you guys broke up. And apparently everyone knew except for me; why is that?"

Kelly sighed "Jasper broke up with me because he said he didn't feel a connection between us and I didn't tell you because I knew you'd go all Tory Nichols on him and I don't want that."

"Aw man, why don't you want me to go Tory Nichols on him??" I whined

"Because I still love him!" She blurted out, turning to me

"Wow."

"Yeah. Now please leave- I need time alone."

"In my room?"

"Yes, Audrianna. In your room."

"Okay. Just call me if you need anything." I walked out of my room

"--so I either had to forfeit or ask Henry and Dria to play!" Jasper yelled out

"Oh, nice job." Henry groaned

"I was gone.. For less that a minute." I stared at Jasper

"I know Henry and Dria weren't supposed to use their skills to play Dodge-A-Leen ball but they said hey would play and we won but now I'm scared of the consequences!" Jasper crouched down in fear

"You've killed us." I walked down the stairs

"Henry. Did you seriously use your superpower to win a game of dodgeball played on trampolines?" my dad turned to me "And did you actually play even though I told you not to because you could get insanely hurt!?"

I sighed "Yeah. Yeah we did, okay."

"Wha- I- Charlotte, how could you allow this to happen!?" my dad walked up to her

"Wha- me!?"

"Well you're the responsible one!"

"I was in the bathroom!"

"Why?"

"Wha- why? Because I drink liquids." she walked away

My dad sighed "Okay. You guys promise to never do it again?"

"No, we're doing it again tomorrow." Henry said

"What? Tomorrow!? Listen,Ii'm your boss and you are not playing. And Dria, as your father I'm not letting you play tomorrow, or ever."

"With all due respect.." Henry got up and walked up to my dad "You're not the boss of me when I'm not working, so.."

"Oh. Okay. I see. Okay. Well you just keep on playin' then."

"Really?" he asked "I mean, you're cool with it?"

"No. But you and Dria just keep on playin'." my dad slowly walked backwards

"What does that mean?" I asked, getting up from my seat

"Nothing."

"But it kinda sounded like--"

"Nothing. Okay?" he walked under the tubes with a sinister look in his eyes

"Kay."

"Kay."

"Kay."

My dad walked away to the other room and Henry scoffed.

He peeked his head out and scoffed back at him.

We all glanced at each other weirdly.

Henry, Jasper, Piper, and I walked in The House of Tramps.

"Let's do this!" Jasper exclaimed

I turned around and saw Jasper wearing a crop top "I-"

"Will you guys say something to him!?" Piper turned to Henry and I

"Yeah. Jasper buddy- will you please put on a shirt that goes all the way down to your pants?" Henry asked

"Why? We're in round two. And this'll show 'em that we play to win."

"The only thing that you're showing them is your belly button piercing." I stared at him blankly

"What's wrong with it?"

"Just--" Henry turned around "Aww, what is this?"

I turned around "Oh my God."

"What's what?" Piper turned around

"Um, nothing. Will you sign us in please?" I asked

"Sure. Anything to get me away from that weird hole." Piper walked away

"Hey, I'm gonna go to the bathroom to look at something." Jasper said

"Your belly button?" Henry asked

"Nooo." he grabbed a tissue box and covered his belly button before walking away

Henry and I walked up to Kelly, Charlotte, my dad, and Schwoz.

"Uhh. Hey." I crossed my arms and they all turned to us

"Woahhh. Check out the competition." My dad said in a surfer boy accent

"Yah! Look who it is!" Schwoz added "Those guys."

"I'd rather be anywhere but here." Charlotte said blankly

"I just wanted to beat someone up." Kelly added

"Okay, what are you guys doing? Will you get out of here?" Henry asked

"Woahh! No can do, brosephs." my dad said

"Yahh, you better check your privilege." Schwoz added

"Okay, first of all; no one talks like that. Second of all, why are you guys here?" I raised an eyebrow

My dad got up and wrapped an arm around us "To make sure you don't win this competition. By misusing your skills."

I scoffed "Oh really? And how are ya gonna do that?"

"Well if you guys don't quit and drop out, we're gonna have to beat ya." my dad leaned onto the counter

Henry scoffed "Oh really? Well my reflexes and Dri's viciousness are about 100 times faster and more than yours, so.. How you gonna do that?"

My dad put on a weird glove "Easy. With this.." he waved his hand in our faces

"You're gonna beat us by wiggling your fingers?" I furrowed my eyebrows

"No. By using this special glove that Schwoz made."

"I didn't get a special glove." Charlotte pouted

"I wanna beat someone up." Kelly whined

"What makes that glove so special?" Henry asked

"Well let's just say.. It makes people throw balls a little faster than normal. Observe." he grabbed a dodgeball and threw it at Oliver who fell down on the ground before bouncing back to hit an employee.

Oliver tried to crawl back inside but just gave up and got stuck by the automatic doors.

"Impressive." I smirked "But uh. Even if I lose, Henry's hypermotility still makes him a little bit faster than you."

"He's not that fast." my dad

"Well, then how did I pull Schwoz's pants down without any of you noticing?" Henry asked

"Pffft. You didn't pull Schwoz's pants--" my dad looked down to Schwoz's pants who were on the ground

"See you guys on the tramps." I waved innocently and tapped my dad's face lightly before walking away with Henry.

THIRD PERSON POV

"Okay, we're down to just six teams for this year's Dodge-A-Leen tournament. First up, we got the Jumpin' Jaspers playing against the Dodger Dolls!"

The referee blew a whistle "Dodge!"

They enemy team almost immediately started throwing balls at Henry, Jasper, Piper, and Audrianna but they quickly dodged them all.

They kept throwing balls at them until they ran out and the Jumpin' Jaspers used their opportunity to ambush them with dodgeballs.

The referee blew his whistle "You lose!"

The opposite team walked away in defeat.

"And the Jumpin' Jaspers advance! Now we got the Smack Masters against Bro-Force One!"

The referee blew his whistle "Dodge!"

The two teams threw balls at each other until Schwoz fell to the ground and pretended to be dead.

Ray threw a ball at one of the players from the opposite team, knocking her down.

"You're out!" the referee announced

He threw another ball at one of the players.

"You're out!"

Kelly threw the ball at the last player, hitting them.

"You lose!" the referee blew his whistle

Everyone in the crowd cheered for the Bro-Force One. Everyone except for the Jumpin' Jaspers.

It was the Jumpin' Jaspers' turn to play. They were playing against The Throwbacks.

One of The Throwback players threw a ball at Henry but he caught it.

Another player threw a ball at Henry but he caught it in his other hand.

The last player threw a ball at their opposing team but Audrianna was quick to catch it.

"You lose!" the referee yelled

It was now Bro-Force One's turn to play.

Schwoz was using Charlotte as a human shield while Ray and Kelly were aggressively throwing balls at the enemy team.

Ray ended up hitting one of the players and Kelly hit the other player.

Kelly tried to throw the ball at the last player but they gave up and ran away.

The referee blew his whistle "That's game!"

Everyone cheered for the Bro-Force One except for Henry, Audrianna, Piper, and Jasper.

Ray picked Charlotte up who was pouting "Bro-Force One! Bro-Force One! Yeah!" he chanted

"Woo! That's alot of rage I let out!" Kelly grinned

"Alright people, this is it. The Dodge-A-Leen finals!" the host said as the crowd cheered

"On the north tramp, we're gonna have.. Bro-Force One!"

"Bro-Force One!" Ray repeated "Taking names, dodging balls! Alright!"

"Yeah, man!" Schwoz beamed

"Dodge-A-Leen!"

"What it izzzz!"

"Hi everyone." Charlotte said as she and Kelly stared at the boys with blank faces

"And on the south tramp we're gonna have The Jumpin' Jaspers!" the crowd cheered for them

"Okay teams. It's tramp time!"

The two teams walked in the court as the crowd cheered for them.

This was it.

The Dodge-A-Leen finals.

"All right! Both teams..I want a good clean match. No spitting, no ball-slapping, no nose picking...

The two teams glared at each other.

Hey!" the referee yelled "No glaring."

"Uh, sorry."

"I didn't know."

"Our bad."

"Ready?" the referee blew his whistle "Dodge!"

Dodgeballs fell from the ceiling and they immediately started throwing it at each other.

"You're going down, Dunlop!" Kelly yelled

"Please- can't we talk about this!?" Jasper whined

"Ooh, you got an angry Latina targeting you!" Audrianna teased

The two teams continued throwing balls at each other.

"Oh no, don't throw a ball at my foot!" Charlotte yelled sarcastically

Audrianna threw a ball at her foot and she purposely touched it.

"You're out!" the referee yelled

"Darn it." Charlotte walked away sarcastically before mouthing the words "Thank you" to her.

Schwoz threw a ball right in front of Audrianna making her fly off the trampoline.

"Dria flew away!" Jasper yelled

"Jasper, look!" Kelly threw a ball over the ceiling which made Jasper look up, then giving her the opportunity to throw a ball at him while he was distracted.

"Vengeance!" Kelly yelled

"You're out!"

Ray threw a ball at Piper, making her fall to the ground.

"You're out!"

Henry kicked a ball towards Schwoz and Kelly, somehow hitting both.

The referee blew his whistle "You're out!"

Now it was a 1v1 between Ray and Henry.

Ray gave Henry the "I'm watching you" sign before pointing to the ground

"C'mon, I dare you. I dare you." Henry challenged jumping around the trampoline

Ray threw a ball at Henry, hitting the wall.

He threw another ball at him but missed.

Ray continued throwing balls at Henry but he kept missing.

Henry accidentally slipped on one of the balls, falling to the ground.

Ray used this as his opportunity to throw a ball at Henry but someone threw a dodgeball at his face.

"You're out!" The referee yelled

"What the!?" Ray sat up in disbelief

"Dri, you got him!" Henry smiled widely at his girlfriend

"No way, dude. She was already out!" Ray pointed out

"No she wasn't."

"The girl was never hit by a ball." the referee confronted "I did not call her out. So you lost!" he yelled

Audrianna ran up to Henry, hugging him tightly.

"You're not gonna call me out for that!" Ray got up as he and the referee yelled at each other

The referee blew his whistle and chased him out of the court.

Henry carried Audrianna bridal style until everyone just fell down on the trampoline laughing.
