Ranking System

After every voting round, trainees will be organized into a ranking pyramid based on the amount of votes they received. Trainees on the bottom of the pyramid will be eliminated from the show.

The top nine are considered to be the debut lineup, but it is only after the final voting that the lineup will be finalized. The final voting will be a cumulation of all their votes across the show.

Grading System
Just like in the Produce series trainees will be evaluated on a letter basis during their first audition. They will receive a score for Vocal/Rap, Dance, and Performance out of ten, which will be added together to determine the trainee's grade.

ACE ; The highest level of trainee, earning a total score of 27 overall. These trainees are the best of the bunch, they are all rounders, and could debut tomorrow based on their skills. Each ace will have a solo line in the theme song.

A ; These trainees are very talented and have the potential to become great idols. They possess strong skills and have a total score of 25 overall. One member of A grade will become the center of the theme song.

B ; These trainees have skills, but may also possess a weakness. With training, they will be great idols one day. They have a total score of 21 overall.

C ; These trainees have average skills and the potential to do well with proper training and a push in the right direction. They may also have skills that are valuable in other ways. They have a total score of 18.

D ; These trainees have the potential to do well, but they need a lot of training to do so. They will have to work hard to match the fast paced training of the show. They have a total score of 15.

F ; These trainees have below average skills, and they need a lot of training to be at debut level. These trainees will need to be dedicated in order to do well. They have a total score of 10.

Extra Positions

Roles such as 'group center' and 'group visual' will be available to be earned throughout the show, and can help a trainee get extra screen time or votes. But they can also be negative as choosing a trainee that doesn't suit the role can cost a group a win.

The leader may also take the blame if a mission goes poorly because they are expected to help their group succeed.

Taking on an extra position can be a gamble, but it can also be extremely beneficial.

Voting System

throughout chatoyer, there will be several opportunities for the ranks to be decided by fan voting! there will be several methods for this, outlined here:

1) Classic Spam Voting
Spam voting is a method of voting where users can spam comment votes for their trainee of choice. They may also tag other users to vote for them or post on their message board in order to reach other people. You can only spam vote YOURSELF 50 times, but you can vote for others however many times you would like.

1 Comment = 100 Votes

2) Google Form Voting
For every main ranking after an episode, there will be a google form link with every trainee listed that you can vote for. Voting on google is unlimited.

1 Google Form Submission = 500 Votes

3) Special Voting
Some missions may call to choose between two centers for a performance, in this case only trainees and outside readers can vote- you cannot tag anyone outside to vote. If you feel it would be benficial, you can make alliances with other trainees to vote for one another.

1 Special Vote = 10,000 Votes

4) Private Message Voting
At certain points, i may ask you to PM me votes for a certain position (i.e. center, visual). For this type of voting you would only be able to vote once and only trainees can use this type of voting.

1 PM Vote = 20,000 votes

5) Mentor Voting
After certain missions, mentors may each choose one trainee to "vote" for. Each mentor can only vote once throughout the whole show, and they have their criteria for who they are looking for.

1 Mentor Vote = 50,000 Votes

Evil Editing + Additional Info

Because this is an Mnet show, some things might happen or occur that portray a trainee in  a negative light. Don't be too upset with this, just know that nothing ever goes perfectly and it adds a bit of drama and fun to the applyfic.

Also, if you take a role that you do not have high skill points for (ex: someone has 2/10 rap points and they take the main rapper part) there's still a chance for them to do well! it's a gamble, but it could have a high pay off. If it comes to it, a rapper could take a sub vocal part because all rappers need to have some semblance of rhythm and tone to rap, and the inverse for a vocalist.

merry christmas eve y'all! this chapter will her updated periodically as necessary. also, we are ten trainees from being full... so anyone want to make a second one lol? anyway~~~ i'm feeling sappy so i'll probably delete this later but... this christmas i'm grateful for everyone in this community. christmas will be my one year anniversary here and you all have made this year awesome!
