Why did his daughter hate her so much? He sighed again. He turned, closing his eyes. Willing sleep to come. But it didn't. He reopened his eyes, growling. He threw the bedcover off his body. Reaching for his clothes before tugging them on. He exited his room, going towards the bench outside. He sat down. He ran a hand down his face.
Movement out of the corner of his eye, caught his attention. He lifted his head, watching as his daughter crept out of her own room. And crept towards the driver's side, he frown before getting to his feet. Eliza glanced from side to side, before creeping towards the lorry. She climbed in, and started it. Cursing slightly when the engine roared into life. At times like this, she cursed herself for choosing to be lazy.
She drove on to the road, totally unaware of Klaus - who was stowawaying in the back. Eliza pulled up in a layby oppositte a local museum she'd seen earlier. She gazed at the enterance sadly, she shouldn't, she really shouldn't. But she wanted to, despite the fact it would only hurt. She went towards it, with her father close behind. Luckily, the place was practally dead expect for a few bodies. She found herself in the Greek mythology area, in front of the tapestry of her son - of course it wasn't remotely correct. A single tear rolled down her cheek, fingers fiddled with the bracelet he'd made her.
Klaus observed his daughter, slowly approaching her, a worried but curious frown resting on his face "What's wrong love?" Eliza glanced at her father, before looking back at the tapestry. The thread and beaded bracelet in her hands caught his eyes, what meaning did it have?
"That day, in the werehouse," she turned her head to look at her father, who saw her to be broken as he once was, unshed tears in her eyes "you asked me why I hate Katherine so much." Klaus nodded, as she sniffled, forcing back a sob.
"You don't have to tell me now." He reassured "Only when, and if your ready to tell me."
Eliza smiled slightly, nodding her head "Yes, I am. You have a right to know." She sniffled "Long ago, I...fell for someone, and...I...bore him a son." Klaus's jaw fell, eyes broadened, shock hit him like a wave. He had a grandchild. "There are certain rules, that my son and his father have to follow. My son's lover died, and with Katherine's encouragement, he ventured to bring her back." Klaus' eyes filled with tears, as her voice cracked "And he was toren apart for his sacrilege."
"Katerina killed my grandson." Klaus whispered, causing her to nod.
"I and Dream warned, forbid him from descending into the underworld. But Katherine," she spat her mother's name like it was a foul tasting fruit "told him there were no dangers, what so ever. We lost him. I lost my child, my baby boy because of her! My own mother! How can a mother do that to another mother's child!!" She broke, tears streaming down her cheeks.
Klaus pulled Elizabeth into his arms, hand resting on the back of her skull, as she clung to him, crying into his shirt. Tears shung his own eyes. He'd truly missed everything, her first footsteps, first words and loves. Now he had a grandson. A child and grandchild he never knew. Tears began to stream down his cheeks.
"I swear," he breathed "Katerina will suffer for what she's done to our family."

"Ray? Ray Sutton?" Eliza questioned with furrowed brows, sliding on to the barstool with grace.
Ray glanced to his side, eyes brightening at the sight of a beautiful woman sat next to him, he smirked "Yes, who asking darling?"
Eliza chuckled, a seductive smirk on her lips and a devious glint in her eyes, she leant forward, tiliting her head "You are? Good." She lowered her voice, as if to whisper "There's nowhere to run. Nobody to turn to." Ray frowned, puzzled "We've been looking everywhere for you."
"We?" He echoed.
Elizabeth's devious glint appeared to swirl with a new, sharper glow - wickness "We begun in Forida, Pensacola. We met a young chap there, who you worked with before you moved to Memphis. He directed us to two young women, whom..." she chuckled "well, they led us here."
Ray gulpped, an anxious glint in his eyes and a quiver in his movements "I think I'll be going." He stood from his seat, turning only for her to appear in front of him.
"Oh, we're just getting started."
"Your type are very hard to come by." Klaus smirked, from his daughter's right.
"Vampires." Ray muttered, eyeing the newcomers anxiously.
"You're swift, Ray. Yes, my friend here is a vampire." Klaus smirked, placing a hand on the werewolf's shoulder as he gestured to Stefan "He's compelled everyone in the bar, so don't look to them for any assistance." Ray swallowed, glancing around the bar. The four were invisable to the costumers "I, however...I'm something else. A different kind of monster. I've got some vampire, I've some wolf."
"What?" Ray's eyes widened.
"A hybrid, Ray. I'm both." He brightened, a proud smirk graced his lips, eyes shining as he gestured to Elizabeth "She, on the other hand, is something truly unique. My daughter's got some wolf, and some vampire, like me. But, she also has some witch."
Ray spluttered, it was impossble. You could either be a vampire or a witch, never both. With the expections of a syphoner "Wh-"
"I'm the tribrid." Elizabeth raised her head, her smirk curled "You see darling, my dear father desires to create more of him, so all we need is...for you to lead us to your pack."
Stefan shivered slightly, at the father and daughter duo. It was chilling how alike the pair were. During the course of the summer, he had quickly noted that Elizabeth was exsctly like her father. Hell, she was a female Klaus.
"So, where can I find them, Ray?"
"You can't compel me, it won't work."
The Petrova's eyes darkened, smirk widening "Who said we were going to compel you? You have two options, Ray. A brute one, and a easy one. Pick one." Ray swallowed, not saying a word "Very well, brute one it is."

After some torture was enflicked on Ray - by all three parties. The decison was made for the first attempt to make a hybrid was made. So, with a vial of Klaus blood in hand, Elizabeth stood before Ray, waiting for him to wake. She glanced at her father, to see him whispering to a compelled girl. Damon Salvatore had been tracking them all summer. She pitied Damon, and personally didn't see the great appeal in Stefan.
Damon had his faults, and was argublely not the most wonderful person in the world. But who truly was? Afterall, he didn't make himself into was he was ; others did. A groan turned her attemtion. She looked towards Ray, whom had finally come too. She smirked "Thank you, Ray, for the information. Although, I require one final thing from you."
"What more could you possibly want?" He raspped weakly.
"Oh, nothing really. Nothing big." She smirked "Just your blood." She graspped his wrist, biting into it before holding the wound over a vial. Ray frowned, observing as his blood poured into the glass container. She snapped the cap, closing it. She turned her gaze back to his, pocketing the vial "End of the line, mate."
She brought out a slightly bigger vial, and forced the crimson contains down his throat. Before she snapped his neck. Klaus frowned with raised brows, at the Salvatore. Whom was proposing to go and discourage his brother "Why should I let you leave?"
"'Cause you know I'll come back."
"Do I?" He scoffed slightly, with disbelief.
"You saved my brother's life. I'm in your service. I'll make sure that brother doesn't bother us anymore." Stefan promised.
"Very well," Klaus narrowed his eyes, watching the Salvatore disappeare out of the bar. He turned his head, gaze finding his daughter by the bar. She was twirling three small bottles in her palm. He frowned, watching as she pocketed them. What was she up to? He wondered.

Soon they moved on, traveling to the Smokey mountains where Ray's pack were. Klaus imformed the wolves of the delights of being a hybrid as if it were an unreachable fantasy. Before he killed them all, with his blood in their system. Ray went rabid and took off. Stefan went after him. It was then when he noticed that Elizabeth had slithered away. Klaus frowned, looking around the area, his heart hammed in his chest ; where the hell was his daughter?
The Petrova crept away from her father and Stefan, wondering through the woods. Until she came to a clearing, she glanced around. Once she was sure she wouldn't be disturbed she placed her bag down. Pulling out the salt she'd brought, glancing at the darkening sky the moon would be out soon.
Luckily enough for her patience, the night had crowned the woodland after she finished proparing the pentagram. She placed four bowls equally around it, followed by some candles. She took the vials out, standing just outside the salt lines. The wind picked up, brushing though her hair as the night air licked at her skin. It was if the universe was waiting with baited breath for her to start.
"The blood of a werewolf." She began, chanting in a demanding but clear tone of voice, she opened the top and poured the blood into the first bowl before walking to the next, repeating the same actions "The blood of a vampire. The blood of a witch." She waved her hand, causing the candles to light themselves "And the blood of all three." She bit into her wrist, before holding it above the final bowl "Give back what was stolen. Rise. Give back the fallon original. Rise. By my will, I demand him back." She chanted in Latin, thunder rumbled as lightening flickered "Rise!"
The candles died instantly as lightening flickered. Blinding lights forced Elizabeth to turn her head, shielding her eyes. The weather calmed. She slowly turned her head, afarid to even look to see if had worked. A dirt covered pale, naked boy lay on his front. She gasped, tears gathering in her eyes. The teenage boy, lifted his upper body, fingers curling into the soil. He was back. He was actually back. He shifted his gaze, eyes scanning the place at a fast pace. His orbs landed on the figure in front of her.
Elizabeth observed, unshed tears and a sob lay frozen as she watched him. He looked straight at her, through his raven curls. His eyes filled with tears. He opened his mouth, voice cracking "Mother?"
She sobbed, tears running down her cheeks as she sped into the pentagram. Landing on her knees, rapping her arms around her son. The raven buried his face into his mother's chest, arms bound round her torso. Equally in tears. Elizabeth pressed her nose into his hair "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." She whispered over and over, as he clung to her.

Klaus stared at the dead bodies of his failed hybrids, he couldn't put his finger on why it didn't work. Fury poured into his veins "I don't understand." He muttered to himself, bitterly, before shouting in anger, barely caring about Stefan - who disregarded Ray's dead body on to the ground "I did everything I was told! I broke the curse. I killed a werewolf. I killed a vampire. I killed the doppelganger."
Stefan watched him cautiously as he looked around at the dead. If he knew that Elena was alive, he was dead. They would all be dead. A twig snapped. Klaus lifted his head as Stefan frowned, gazes shifting to the pair of figures that crept out of the dark. Klaus furrowed his brows. The light of the moon revealed his daughter, walking beside a pale teenager - who was rapped in the same robe she'd woren then they'd first met.
The boy was tucked into her side, she held an arm around his shoulders. They met Klaus' gaze in synic. Elizabeth looked at her father slight weary, shifting slightly, moving to move in front of the boy. Klaus narrowed his eyes, at her protectiveness. It clicked in his mind. His eyes widened, a gasp fell from his lips. Stefan observed thrown as Klaus approached the duo.
The blonde hybrid stared between his daughter and grandson, before pulling them into a hug. He pulled away, keeping his hands on their shoulders "I'm not fully aware of what has gone on in the past. But I am here now. And I swear, to both you, you will not be seperated from another again."
