I haven't gotten out of my room since the day Jules told me about what happened at the Temple. Shes been trying to talk to me, apologizing but it wasn't her fault. It has been a week now. BB-8 has been with Poe ever since, he tries to make me happy by playing a song or show a video of my parents, but just BB-8 here, next to me, is all I want.

"Okay, wake up." Poe said as he pulled the covers off of me. I kept still. Didnt move an inch. "Hera. Its been a week, you haven't gotten out of your room. Its making me upset. Bens gone, hes Kylo Ren. Im sorry to say that. No matter what you think, bringing him back, it cant be done. It never has been done."

"Master Luke did it before." I whispered. He did, with his father, Anakin, Darth Vader. Poe sighed.

"You're not him. Get out of bed Hera." I Didnt even move. I felt the anger Poe had. BB-8 told us not to fight. "Hes gone!" I got out of bed.

"I still love him. I dont know why or how. You dont know what it is to feel to be in love. And then you find out about that person, did a horrible things. It broke me." I cried. Poe stood there stunned. "I should hate him, but i cant. I dont know why. Leia believes in him, so do I. I know theres light theres Ben, in that deep, cold, dark, empty, heart of Kylo Rens." He just rolls his eyes and walks out of the room. I sit by the window, looking at the other pilots. I didnt have the guts to go outside. I just needed time alone. I didn't want to talk to Ben at the moment, or Poe, which I already have. Ben has been trying to connect to me but I didn't allow it. A knock on the door made me turn. BB-8 opens the door. It was Leia. I sighed with relief. She gave me a hug.

"Honey, i know whats going on. And it sucks I know. We would never know what really happen that night. Only Ben and Luke and the real truth." She sets me down on the bed.

"I heard the voices. I pushed them away, they scared me. Then again when he was crying how he wanted them to stop. I told him that together we would do it. I lied." I stared at the nightstand.

"Snoke had him, way before you. Stop blaming yourself Hera for something you didn't cause." She pointed at my chest.

"Then why do i feel like it is?" I looked at her. She sighs.

"Love. Love works mysterious ways. I know it because, well Han." We both chuckled. "Hear me on this, Ben has never stopped thinking about you and i know you havent either. You follow whats right. You take what's yours. If you still want to fight for him, then do it. If not, then its fine. Sitting in your room, doing nothing, its not doing anything. You hear me?" She came closer to me.

"But-"

"No buts Commander." I gave her a nod. She gave me on of the best hugs ever. I needed one. She placed her hand on my head, kissing my forehead. "Take time to heal. Be you."

Poe's POV

I was fixing my ship. BB-8 was helping. I stared at Hera's ship. Untouched. I shook off my thoughts and went to fixing my ship.

"Poe." I turned to Leia. I jumped off the ladder.

"Yes General?" I crossed my arms.

"Talk to your sister. She needs you, more than ever." She pointed at the doorway.

"Leia, I don't think she wants to talk to me." I looked down at my shoes. "What do I even say to her?"

"Whatever comes from here." She points at my heart. "It was more of a command when I told you to talk to Hera." I chuckled softly. I placed down the tool.

"Come on BB-8." I made my way to her room. I stood there, about to knock. I didn't know what to say. I sat down on the floor, people walking over me. I leaned against the door. I tapped on the door. "Its me. Hera, im sorry. I dont know how it feels to be you right now. I just wanna protect you. I shouldn't have yelled at you. If Ben is your 'love', and you're going to fight for him, ill be behind you." There was nothing. I rubbed my eyes. "I know I haven't been the greatest brother. I always treat you like a commander, not my baby sister. Forgive me?" The door opens. I quickly stood up. I saw her, she looked better.

"You trust me." She asked me.

"Of course." We hugged each other. "Im always going to trust you. No matter how stupid you be." She laughs. She pulls me in the room.

"I talk to Ben." I gave her a look. Talk to Ben?

"Like radio? Projection? Letters?" She rolled her eyes.

"Force bond." I raised my eyebrow. "The force-"

"Its in the name, i know." I nodded.

"I've been talking to him. Thats why when you catch me talking to myself, im actually talking to him." I was going to tell her about if he know we're still at the base. "I close my surroundings, he only sees me. So, no, he cant see the base." Yeah, she read my mind.

"You guys like?" Hopefully she doesnt say what im thinking about.

"Just talking." She looks down. Oh thank god. "Do you think i should talk to him?" I placed my hands on her arms.

"Do whats right." She nodded.

Heras POV

Poe shortly left, he said that he's here if anything happens. I closed the door and made myself appear to Ben.

"Going soft? Snoke wants her." Hux said to Ben. I felt his anger towards him. I stood there, away from him. Ben choked Hux and pushed him.

"If you hurt her, i will kill you." Who was he talking about? He threatened. Ben looks up and sees me. "Do you understand?"

"Yes." Hux grabs his neck as Ben lead me to his room.

"We need to talk." I said as I turned to him. Ben took off his mask. He just looked at me. "I know what happened that night. At the temple."

"Ahhh, of course you do." That voice, jesus. "Who told you?" He came up to me. Squinting his eyes, looking in my head. "I know the general didnt, Solo for sure didnt say anything, wait a minute, your friend, Jules."

"Tell me what happened, i want to hear your side." I crossed my arms. Waiting. I looked in his head, I saw Master Luke, attacking Ben, he then defended himself and made the hut collapse on Master Luke.

"He sensed my power, just like he sensed yours. And he feared it." I sat down. It cant make any sense. "I never killed those students, if thats what you're wondering. Jules doesn't know what shes talking about. She was never there, she wasnt me." That is true. Like Leia said, the only people that know is them two and the actual truth. Ben walks up to me, places his hand on mine. "When have a ever lied to you?" Also true. I snapped out of it.

"Snoke was controlling you. He still is, hes using you. You know it. Ben, im begging you, let it all go." I looked to him, sadness in my eyes.

"I cant do that." He whispers back. We were so close.

"Cant or wont?"

"Hera..." The way he said my name, shivers.

"GET OUT OF THE BASE!" Someone banged on my door. What the hell was going on?

"Whats going on?" Ben jumped as he asked. I shook my head. I closed the connection. I ran out of my room, with my lightsaber and jacket. BB-8 followed me outside, Leia and Poe were already at. "Whats going on?"

"First Order has put out that they are going to bomb the base." I gasp. Poe looked at me, knowing him, was it Ben, i shook my head. "Get your stuff, and get on the ship." Leia told me.

"Yes General." I quickly grabbed what I needed from my room, shoved it in my backpack and ran to a ship with Leia. I sat down with her. We took off. "Wheres Poe?" I asked her, as i was looking around for him.

"He flew out, giving us sometime to get the hell out of here." She pointed at the window. There he was, with BB-8, flying out to the First Order Ship. "Would you be ready if we need a pilot?" I looked at her.

"Im always ready."
