Everyone went back to the Château. John B had them wait on the porch before he returned with none other than Sarah Cameron. Estrella could almost see Kiara pop a blood vessel whenever she saw Sarah sit on the couch.

Kie was pacing as John B sat on the other side of the couch. Pope sat on a stool by JJ. JJ sat in a chair and Estrella leaned over on the back of said chair.

"No effing way! You brought her here? So what? She's in on this now?" Kie yells. John B looks around for some kind of support from the others.

"I dunno." Pope shrugs

"Look, all I care about is her cut comes out of your share." JJ says

"You know, I don't remember taking a vote. This is our thing. A Pogue thing." Kie says

"I gotta say, I'm just a tad uncomfortable with all of this." Pope says

"Thank you!"

"When are you not uncomfortable?" John B snaps

"I dunno. I rode here on the back of JJ's bike pretty comfortably."

"It's true. Most relaxed I've ever seen him." JJ says

"That's cute, guys." John B says looking ahead

"You know we were all extremely comfortable until you brought her." Kie says

"Stop talking about me like I'm not here!" Sarah says

"Then leave."

Sarah scoffs, "I told you."

"Told him what, exactly? That you're a liar?"

"No, that you're a shit-talking bitch."

"Oh, shit." Pope says as the girls keep arguing.

"My money's on Kie." JJ whispers as they both pull out money. Estrella rolls her eyes as she takes the money out of both of their hands and stuffs it in her pocket.

"Wha-" JJ starts as he looks to her.

"Everybody shut up!" John B yells, "Kie, you are my best friend, right?" Kie nods with a shrug, "And Sarah, you're..." He chuckles, "you're my..."

"Say it." She says

"You're my girlfriend."

"Ohh... that's new." Pope says

"Yikes." Estrella mutters

"She's your girlfriend now?" Kie scoffs, "What was all that talk about you were just using her for information? Get a map, cut her loose."

"You said you were using me?" Sarah says

"No."

"Yeah, you did." Estrella says as JJ nods

"You said those things." Pope finishes

"Look, love just walked in, okay?"

"Oh, vomit." Kie says

"I didn't expect it. It just... it kind of happened. And I'm not gonna deny it. Right?"

"Oh. That's corny." Pope whispers

"Incredibly." Estrella whispers as JJ fake gags

"Look, cut the bullshit, John B." Kie says, "If she's in, I'm out."

"I'm not doing this."

"You are gonna decide."

"I can't!"

"I'm very interested, actually. Me or her?"

"Both." He shrugs.

"Ooh." Pope says

JJ whistles, "Went for the Hail Mary."

Estrella grimaces as Kie storms off. Slamming the screen door behind her.

"It'll be cool, right?" Sarah says, "I'm gonna leave."

"Sarah, don't."

"Gonna let y'all chat. Let me know." She says before she storms off the other way. John B's head falls back against the wall.

"I'd just like to say, you handled that beautifully." JJ says. Estrella taps the chair as she blows raspberries.

"What'd she say?" John B says as he tosses a water to Pope

"That you're an idiot."

"It's a no-brainer. You're picking Kie." JJ says grabbing a beer from the fridge

"Mm-mm. Look, I can't make a decision." John B says

"So what? We're just dead in the water because you're pussy-whipped?" JJ shrugs as he leans back on the counter, "We can't do this without Kie, and you know it."

"And I can't do it without Sarah. Okay? They both have to be in on it."

"Well, good luck with that." Estrella says as she eats a grape.

"You know what? I know this was my fault, all right? But it's our problem."

"That's not how that works." Estrella shakes her head

"I've got a plan. And you," He says pointing to Estrella, "Right along with you two shitheads, are gonna help me out." He says before walking out.

Estrella was really wishing someone would come and save her from where she was right now. She thought this was probably the stupidest plan John B has ever had.

He planned on trapping Sarah and Kiara on the same boat. Estrella wouldn't have cared much about it if she didn't have to stay on the boat with them. She walks into the cabin as the two of them sit around. She was dressed in shorts and a bikini top.

"This is the dumbest plan ever." She says

"It'll work. All you have to do is make sure they don't kill each other." John B says

"And if they do?"

"Make sure they don't die." JJ says

"What?" She says with furrowed brows. They hear footsteps approaching before Kie comes into view.

"What happened?" Kie says leaning on the wall next to Estrella

"Uh, the alternator's, uh, not alternating anymore." JJ says

"It's not charged." John B looks up

"Did you check the plugs?" She says

"No. No, you should check 'em." JJ says as they get up. He hands Kie a tool as Estrella walks out to lean on the railing

"Yeah. Yeah. Give it a whirl."

"You guys are useless." Kie says

"Sorry about that."

"Come on, come on, come on!" JJ says as the boys run off

"Uh... is this a joke?"

"Go, go, go, go!" He yells as they jump into the water

"There are no plugs, like, at all." Kie says as she looks out

"Sayonara!" John B yells as Estrella watches Kie walk out

"Shit." She says

"John B!" The two look down as they hear banging, "John B, let me out! John... John B!"

Kie bends down and pulls the cover off. She and Sarah stare back at each other before Kie gets up.

"What? Wait." Sarah says as she comes up and looks around.

"What the hell?" Kie yells, "Guys!"

"Ah!"

"Are you serious?" Sarah says

"Are you joking? Get your asses back here!" Kie yells

"We can't. Not till you two figure it out."

"I will kill every single one of you."

"Y-You can't just leave!" Sarah yells

"There's food in the cabin, and JJ rolled a blunt." Pope says

"Hydroponic!"

"This is ridiculous." Sarah says taking her shoes off

"Well, I would rather drown than stay here with you, so..." Kie says taking off her shirt

"Fine, be my guest. Maybe you'll finally shut the hell up." Sarah says taking her shorts off

"You don't even know where you're going."

"I don't care." Sarah snaps before she jumps in the water

"Good luck with the oyster beds."

"Wait!"

"Godspeed!" Pope yells

"Wait! John B, you asshole!"

"They're not coming back for you!" Kie yells

"Good luck, Star. Love you, guys! Bye!" JJ yells

"Great." Kie sighs before she looks back to Estrella, "You knew this was gonna happen?"

"Unfortunately."

"And you didn't say anything." Kie scoffs. Sarah screams causing the two to look over into the water, "What?" Kie snaps

"I got stung by a jellyfish! Shit! Ah!"

"Dramatic." Kie mumbles

"God. Grow up, Kie." Estrella groans before she walks over by the ladder, "Are you okay, Sarah?"

"Shit." She whimpers. Estrella sees the side of her stomach bright red with a couple of welts.

"Well, you swam right into a man-o'-war. Don't know what you thought would happen." Kie says

"Kiara." Estrella snaps

"Thanks for your help." Sarah says sarcastically as she takes Estrella's hand to help her in.

"Ow." Sarah gasps as she limps over to sit against the boat, "Shit. Ow!"

"Does it hurt?" Kiara mocks

Estrella takes a deep breath to calm her nerves.

"Hey, Estrella. You know what they say.."

"Sarah." Estrella says

"about curing jellyfish stings? You have to pee on me."

"Sarah, I'm not peeing on you." She chuckles, "I got it, don't worry."

Estrella walks back into the cabin to grab what JJ left for them.
