i remembered i had this last night

and instead of being a normal person and just leaving it there, i decided to just answer all the questions 🤩 ( i was bored)

1. when did you get into art?
- i first started regularly drawing around 3 years ago, but i've drawn inconsistently for most of my life.

2. what art related sites have you ever signed up for?
- honestly, none. only apps. i mean i guess i did sign up for deviantart which is also a website

3. show us your oldest piece of art you have on hand.

4. what defines your art style?
- i don't think there's anything that specifically defines it because its always improving and changing, so i don't know.

5. do you practice other styles/have you tried other styles in the past?
- see answer for #4 (i have experimented, i still do)

6. what levels of artistic education have you had?
- next to none. i've taken the single art class available at my school, and it didn't teach me pretty much anything except that i suck at painting. i am all self taught :' D

7. show us at least one picture you drew or sketched recently that you did not put on a public site.

8. what is your favorite piece that you've done?
- i have many favorites, but they're all ones i would like to redraw. i suppose i would say this one rn

9. what is your least favorite piece you have done?
- recently?

10. what do you like most about your art?
- maybe facial expressions? [whispers] i don't like my art that much

11. what do you like least about your art?
- probably my arm drawing skills...

12. have you ever considered taking commissions?
- i used to, but i don't think i will again for a long...long time.... i do art trades though!!

13. are you looking to pursue a career in art?
- that's the dream...but a dream nonetheless.

14. what do you like drawing the most?
- side profiles lolol idk why OR more specifically heartwarming art

15. what do you like drawing the least?
- arms arms arms

16. do you draw more fanart or original art?
- definitely original. i don't really draw fanart anymore. it used to be the only thing i drew though, back when i was obsessed with hamilton.

17. what would you absolutely refuse to draw?
- at the moment? s3x, or murder

18. what is your purpose for drawing?
- i believe making art is important and very cool. theres so many things i love with art. also, my biggest role model was the best artist to ever exist, so that's super cool as well.

19. what medium/program do you use the most in your art?
- either pencil sketches or digital art(procreate <3). i usually don't spend a lot of time with traditional mediums, but sometimes i guess i do.

20. how would you rank your art?
- mediocre

21. do you believe there is such thing as bad art?
- i think that sometimes people draw immoral things, but as for perfectly fine moral things, i think all art can be beautiful, and none of it is bad. even if someone is just beginning their art journey, their art is just right for where they're at. its not bad, its the beginning of improvement.

22. list at least one of your aspirations
- to be able to live off being an artist

23. what do you think you could stand to improve on?
- everything ofc

24. do you have a shameful art past?
- not even the slightest bit. i've never traced or copied anything, or broken the sacred rules of the art community 🙏. i know a lot of artists who started out copying from books and stuff, and i just never did that lmao

i used to be so extremely insecure about my body but now i just hate my face. lmao.
the face in the mirror is basically trying to highlight my insecurities and make them more extreme.

and my face looks okay sometimes

but i still lowkey hate it
