ʷᵃʳⁿⁱⁿᵍˢ- Minor swear warning, nothing else warning worthy really happens but seeing as it's the first chapter it's gonna be a very slow start sorry.
ⁿᵒᵗᵉ- Big oof Most fanfics tend to include Akira and Ryuji finding out about personas + finding Kamoshida's place so I don't want to continue the cycle so anything to do with Kamoshida's palace and them finding it won't be included but it's not forgotten. I personally find it a bit overused, please don't hurt me-
Mia tightly clutched her bag as she looked at the window. She glanced back at her father, Touma, before sighing. She never enjoyed school, it wasn't that it was hard or anything it was just the sheer amount of people that bugged her. Not only that but she felt uneasy around the Volleyball Coach/ PE Teacher, Kamoshida. She was well aware of his doings, after all, she heard more than she'd be willing to admit.
She blinked slightly as she felt the car stop. She then looked over to her father, who had a symphonic smile on his face. "You worry about every little thing too much, try being a kid for once, you're starting to make me feel old." He joked before placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. Mia smiled at his attempts to lighten her mood before she went to class.
"I'll try, no promises though." She hummed before unbuckling her seatbelt and reaching in the back of the car to grab her bow. A sigh left the older man's mouth as he playfully shook his head. He knew exactly what she meant by it. A soft snicker filling the air as the brunette stuck her tongue out at her father.
"Funny, but you should head to class," Touma said, smiling slightly. "Though if anything happens-"
"Make sure either myself or the school contacts you. I know, I know." Mia said before getting out the car and waving her father off. Closing the door behind her she began to head to her locker, groaning as the rain began to fall onto her wavy locks.
Upon, arriving in school Mia made a quick jog to her class. Though rumors of a transfer student with a record quickly made it to her ears. She would occasionally stop to listen but never heard what she was looking for. She scoffed to herself. "They don't even know his name and yet they still feel the need to talk about him."
'Maybe he was a bad kid but yet no one has seen or even interacted with the kid so why be quick to judgment?' She shook her head as she walked to her locker, after gently placing her bow into the locker, she had gone straight to class. She was greeted by more rumors about the transfer student. Rolling her eyes she took her seat and waited for class to begin. Not long after the familiar ring of the bell filled the air, casing any student that hadn't to take their seat.

Four periods in and still the transfer student was a no show. It honestly made Mia upset, she wanted to believe the transfer student was just misunderstood but boy was that difficult. That was until she had noticed a tall black haired boy walk past her. She hadn't ever seen him around, no that she recalled at least. But what stuck out most was the fact he wore a pair of star earrings. Sure it was a tiny detail but small details stuck out most to her.
Once he was out of sight she headed off to ask about him to anyone she can muster up the courage to speak to. Seeing as she didn't have a name to go off of she simply called him “The boy with star earrings.” Her search for answers turned up empty-handed as everyone she asked hadn't a clue who he was. Mia grumbled softly as she headed off to her locker to go put up the books she didn't need. Her eyes catching a glance at a familiar sight, the boy with star earrings.
She still hadn't gotten a look at his face but his hair and earrings were enough for her. With a satisfied smile on her face she headed to class, much to her dismay she didn't have the same homeroom class as him so she had to wait till later to figure out just who he was. Once the bell rung Mia took her seat as she got everything ready. Yet she couldn't focus. Her mind lingered on the thought of the male she saw earlier.
Maybe he was the transfer student with a record everyone was gossiping about. She wouldn't doubt it if he was. Yet it was hard to believe that someone that seemed to keep to themselves would have a record. But looks and actions could be deceiving maybe he was a hardened criminal.
♥Another time skip♥
Once class let out Mia was quick to head out of her classroom to get her bow and ask around about him. She slightly flinched upon noticing him talking with Miss Kawakami. In a moment of panic, she turned around and decided to ask about him before anything as she really didn't want to eavesdrop on their conversation. Upon asking around she had found out his name was Akira Kurusu. She had made sure to make a mental note of his name, though continued to call him “The boy with the star earrings.”
Upon getting what she needed she headed off. Soft hums escaping her lips as she thought. She'd have to man up and talk to him if she wanted to make a judgment on him for herself. A honk of a car horn caught her attention. Assuming it was her father she looked up only to cringe slightly...Kamoshida...
“Need a ride?” He asked as he looked the short brunette over.
“N-nope, my dad should be here any minute, b-besides I have my archery lessons today and I rather not h-have people questioning me..." She stuttered as she looked at the ground.
Before Kamoshida could get another word in a familiar honk saved Mia's ass. She looked up and quickly scurried to her father's car, getting in, and sighing. As soon as she looked at Touma a worried look graced his features. "What was that all about?"
“I-it's a long story,” Mia mumbled quietly.
єи∂иοτє- This chapter is really bad I'm so sorry- It'll get better next chapter I swear |Hopefully--|
