It's Kacchako, for multiple reasons,

Alright, these two started out as people who barely knew each other. Ochaco was afraid of Bakugou, although had some sneaking suspicion about him.

This ship was pretty much not a thing until Season Two.

Uraraka and Bakugou faced against each other, with a fierce battle of wits and strength. Of course, anyone will remember how the crowd didn't think Uraraka was strong, but indeed weak.

That is, until Uraraka did her plan. She finally let the rocks reign down...

For it to be destroyed.

At this moment, Bakugou truly recognised her and called her by her last name.

That wouldn't be a big deal...If he did that with everyone. Not even Sero or Kaminari have gained that right as far as I know!

He was excited to fight on, seeing her as a truly strong opponent, but then Uraraka had passed out. Her self-destructive plan had finally taken a toll on her.

The next point is made when in the manga, Bakugou gets mad at Izuku, a sentence in the manga quoting: 'she could have killed herself, damnit!'

When he was told by Izuku that he didn't make the plan and it was all her, he still didn't believe him, thinking that Izuku just didn't concern for the girl.

Of course, he also defends Ochaco when Kaminari calls her weak.

But then comes the big guns.

A while after, Uraraka talks to Bakugou, seeing through his facade and saying that she knows he's scared. Scared of losing, scared of Izuku.

Kirishima TOLERATES Bakugou. Ochaco sees THROUGH HIM. B I G DIFFERENCE.

She said that they should try to become friends 'again'. 

Bakugou ends up seething about her trying to intervene, but of course Uraraka no longer holds any fear for him.

It's also added on that during the movie, Bakugou came to Uraraka's aid when she was in trouble. <3 May have had KiriBaku, but not for me.

It's also proven they have become friends like most in Class 1-A, so they do have a friendship.

Ochaco also concerns about Bakugou's pride when he was kidnapped, saying that 'he wouldn't like that...' but also says that he's a strong person, so will be okay.

Although...She seems to regret later not helping.

But oh god, that doesn't stop us with the added on extras Horikoshi gave us.

One: They both have their costumes from the same designer.

Two: In all the merch, it's either Bakugou next to Kirishima or Ochaco.

Three: When the girls were all saying who they'd like to switch bodies with among the males, Ochaco was the first to respond with Bakugou.

Four: In one of the official translations, Izuku and Ochaco were holding hands, but Bakugou snapped, asking when they were going to stop.

Five: Even though Ochaco was friends with Izuku and Bakugou knew it, he still respected her and soon enough came around to be friends with her.

Six; In a certain episode of BNHA, Bakugou showed off his explosions. Though, Ochaco claimed not to have seen it. Bakugou was shown looking away, a disappointed look on his face.

And finally, Seven: In one off the latest official arts, Bakugou is using Kirishima to make Ochaco mochi, while she is saying 'This Mochi is delicious!'

Honestly, I love Kacchako. It's the most interesting ship in my opinion and has tons of room for development.
