It took Clint a while to find Caroline, but when he did, he found her sitting on the floor, hands covering her ears as she sobbed on the floor. She was shaking and muttering words to herself, which was not audible to the archer. He kneeled down next to her, trying to clam her down and make sure she was okay. But her eyes kept flashing between the sky blue and the red that Wanda threw her way. She flinched as she continued to receive flash backs of torture through her mind. More especially knowing that her father was behind it.

Clint picked her up bridal style as her head fell against her best friends chest and she huddled towards him. Almost like a scared child, she buried her face into her hands as she whimpered into his chest. Clint made his way into the Quinjet, and Steve glanced over towards the two of them, watching the archer bring her in. Steve quickly ran towards Clint, who passed her off to him.

"She's responsive but- I don't know." Clint informed the solider who set her down onto one of the benches as Steve sat next to her, pulling her into a hug.

She rested her head against his chest, which made her feel at home. She clenched onto his shirt with eyes closed. Steve got rubbed her back and whispered comforting words,"It's going to be alright."

"Where's Kiara?" Caroline whispered through her gasps, trying to open her eyes to search for her sister.

"She's okay, a little banged up but she's good." Steve said as he watched Kiara's body be tensed up against Natasha's who held WAS suffering from her own flashback.

"The news is loving guys. Nobody else is." Maria Hill says to them, "There's no official call for Banner's arrest, but it's in the air."

"The Stark Relief Foundation?" Tony asked

"Already on the scene," Maria answered, "How's the team?"

"Everyone's.... We took a hit. We'll shake it off." Tony replied

"Well, for now, I'd stay in stealth mode and stay away from here." Maria suggested

"So, run and hide?" Tony asked her

"Until we find Ultron, I don't have a lot else to offer." Maria answered him

Tony sighs, "Neither do we." Tony turned off the communications, before walking over towards Clint, "Hey, do you want to switch out?"

"No, I'm good." Clint replied, "If you want to get some kip, now's a good time because we're still a few hours out."

"Few hours from where?" Tony asked

"Safe house." Clint responded before continuing the drive.

A couple of hours later, the sun arose as Clint landed the Quinjet in a small landing, surrounding by trees. Steve picked up the frightened girl, who passed out hours into the ride, while Clint helped Natasha. Kiara walked alongside Caroline and Steve while she observed every detail of the safe house, almost on guard and tense about the unknown location. Caroline twitched in his arms, as he tried to soothe her by kissing her forehead before following the others out of the Quinjet. Clint lead them through the trees until all of their eyes fell on a small farm.

Caroline's hand started to burn as her skin started to redden as the sun was burning her skin. It wasn't until Caroline blinked several times, as her mind was playing tricks on her.

She clutched onto Steve as she let out a small sigh, Steve glanced down giving her a small smile, before glancing back up, watching as Clint started to climb the stairs of the houses deck. Caroline glanced over his arm as a small smile appeared on her lips, recognizing the small house.

"What is this place?" Thor asked

"Safe house," Tony answered simply

"Let's hope," Clint says as he glanced at them, before pushing the front door open. He lead them into the living room of the house, before calling out to someone.

"Honey, I'm home." He called out, as a pregnant woman made an appearance, her eyes glancing over at the Avengers.

"Hi. Company. Sorry, I didn't call ahead."

"Hey," she says to him as she cupped his face, pressing a quick kiss to his lips before pulling him into a hug.

"This is an agent of some kind," Tony states, as Steve set Caroline down to the ground, wrapping his arm around her waist to keep her balanced.

"Gentleman, this is Laura." Clint introduced.

"I know all of your names," Laura quickly laughed as Tony gave her a small wave. The Avenges heard the sound of quick footsteps approaching as they turned to see two small children making their way to Clint.

"Ooh, incoming." Clint says as he turns towards the door

"Dad!" The little girl, Lila, yelled at her father as she ran into his arms, hoisting her in the air.

"Hi, sweetheart!" Clint says to her as he wrapped his other arm around his son's shoulder, Cooper.

"Hey, buddy. How are you guys doing?"

"These are smaller agents." Tony whispered

"Look at your face!" Clint says as admired his two children, "Oh my goodness."

"Did you bring Auntie Nat and Care?" Lila asked

"Why don't you hug them and find out?" Natasha says as the little girl rushed over towards the red head, as Natasha pulled her off the ground holding onto her hip. Cooper rushed over to Caroline, giving him the girl a hug, as she kissed the top of his head. Lila then made her way towards Caroline as she did the same thing again, wrapping her arm around the little girl.

"Sorry for bargaining in on you." Steve apologized

"Yeah, we would have called ahead, but we were too busy having no idea that you existed." Tony said to them, with a slight shrug.

"Yeah, well Fury helped me set this up when I joined. He kept it off of SHIELD's files. I'd like to keep it that way. I figure it's a good place to lay low."

"Honey," Laura says to Natasha and Caroline, just as Thor accidentally stepped on some Legos.

"We missed you," Natasha smiled as Caroline smiled as well.

"How's little Natasha?"

"She's.... Nathaniel." Laura states and Natasha's eyes widen before leaning down towards Laura's baby bump.

"Traitor" Natasha whispered as Caroline let out a small giggle, before her head started to pound with noises, she started to lose her balance as she clutched her ears from the noises surrounding her. The heartbeats of everyone, the blood coursing through their veins. Natasha wrapped a arm around her waist, holding her up. Caroline took a deep breath as she tried to push the veins that were trying to seep out, she didn't want to expose the children to her vampire nature.

Kiara reaches for Caroline's arm, but she takes a step back. She shakes her head at her sister, before glancing to Steve and then the door.

"I'm just going to be outside. Take a walk. Think." Before anybody could oppose the idea, the blonde was out of the door.
