Mike exclaimed

Henry replied

For a second I thought it was that douche bag Jordan, but I'd never thought you of all person would be her partner!!"
Michael exclaimed

"Everything would have been how they should only if you'd just listened to me!!
I told you to dump the bitch and move on with Catherine but no, you still hung around with that bitch Renée!!

It was always us!!
Not me, you and Thomas; but us, doing everything together, watching football, having a drink, I even gave you my place to do your crimes when Renée was nagging in your ear!!

But now, you've changed!!
You've totally changed from the man you used to be!!"
Henry stated

"I changed for the best!!
Like it or not, my family comes first!!
But that's something you wouldn't understand."
Mike replied

"You got weak!!
What happened to our bro code?!

You're now going home early, picking up kids, going to church and the most disgusting of all, you went back to Renée
What happened to you?

You might think I'm the bad guy Michael, but you're the one who changed, abandoned his friend and now everything you do, everywhere you go, it's Thomas this, Thomas that!!
I just wished he had accompanied me instead of Bradley!!"

But Alena, Alena opened my eyes and I saw the truth.
I was redundant, a tag along.
In your eyes, I was this cop that had no morals, no substantial life to live!!
Did you ever think why am I like this ?
I watched my mother work her ass off just to provide for me and what did she get?
Thrown out of her own home by a guy that vowed to love and cherish her!!

I promised I'd never settle down and allow history to repeat itself but seeing you living your best life and then throwing it away just to settle down with the sister of a murderer!!"
Henry uttered

"What are you talking about?"
Mike enquired

"Oh poor simple Mike, always late with the facts!!
You've always cared about your interests but find it hard to consider others, especially those below you.
Michelle met in an accident, she went to hospital, got better and everyone went on with their happy little life.
But did you ever consider the other party?
Do you even know who she collided with?"
Alena stated

"You can't be serious!!"
Mike exclaimed

"My mother died that very day.
You were away with Catherine having the time of your life, not even there for Renée not that I care!!
You didn't even acknowledge her death when you got back!!

I'm Henry, my feelings and needs doesn't need validation right!!?
But if it was Thomas you be over his house the minute he asked for your help with the slightest of tasks!!
But no worries, it will all be over soon!!"
Henry replied

"Just so you know, after I kill you, I'm going to kill Thomas and the entire linage of your bloodline, starting with that bitch Renée!!!"
Alena uttered

It was a point of no return, there was no escape!!
Both guns were pointed at his head, but no all heroes wear capes!!
Out of nowhere a knife was thrown directly into Henry's eye,
He screamed in agony as he uncontrollably cried.
Such a person had to be heartless, using a force of brute,
This hero didn't wear any cape, he wore a sleek tailored suit!!

"I thought I told you never to enter my city!!"
David shouted

Alena trembled, her eyes grew with fear,
David stepped on the knife lodged in Harry's eye, it was evident he didn't care.

"You're all grown up now aren't you?
Only if Catherine could see you now, she'd find joy in snapping your neck!!'
Alena stated

" Let it be known, I'm not gonna kill you.
I'm gonna fuck you up!!!"
David responded

David holstered his weapon and took out his knife,
Mike stopped chasing Henry and tended to his wife.
Alena was relentless, she ferociously attacked,
David was a strategist, he stabbed her in her back.
David removed his jacket, he didn't want to ruin his suit,
Mike went after Henry as he aimlessly decided to shoot.
She gave him a headbutt, he staggered about to fall,
He grabbed her by the hair, and smashed her head against the wall.
Her nose was broken, she wasn't looking too good,
As he ruthlessly impaled her with a piece of wood!!

"You sold Emily to the Castellanos; ending your life is strictly business, but coming into my City after what you did!!
You just made it personal!!"
David replied as he stabs her in the ear

Renée closed her eyes as it's as gruesome as it gets,
David helped her up, seeing that she needed some rest.
He look at her as he slowly smiled,
He touched her lips, his mind ran wild.

She dressed back and brushed back her hair,
David picked up his jacket, but couldn't help to stare.
But from outside, she heard gunfire, someone was totally dead,
Arriving outside, David's men riddled Henry's body with lead.

Mike came from over his body, as Renée ran into his arms,
His presence soothed her sould like calming charms.
Kisses upon kisses, as they both heavily breathe,
They could not get enough of each other, they

David came out and saw their affection,
Could Renée be another love interest to add to his collection?

He looked back at his life, deeply hurt by Claire,
And made a decision for a bouquet to be tossed in the air.

"Mr. Anderson."
David called

"I can't thank you enough Mr. Delafrente!!
You saved our life and I'll forever be indebted to you.
I don't know what I'd do if I lost my baby,
I truly respect you, I really do and this is coming from a former cop by the way.
So thank you!!"
Mike replied

"Your welcome.
And I made some calls, the commissioner will be coming by your house to pick up those files regarding Alena and Catherine, so you should be reinstated as Chief of Police and Renée here should be cleared of all crimes."
David replied

"Thank you, this really means a lot to us, I can't wait to see the relief on Michelle face.
Oh I'll get my job back, I gotta call Dimitri!!!"
Renée replied
as she kisses Mike and heads in a phone call

"Thank you again!!"
David said

"Just don't wander in my city unannounced again.  
But I must say; you have an amazing wife, you should be grateful for the woman you have in your life."
David answered

"What can I say, I'm a very lucky guy!!"
Mike replied

"I don't usually do this, but I want to expand my business ventures so I'll opening a pizzeria in bellowsfield next month, since it's within your city, it would be nice to have your family come in for a bite."
David suggested

"Did you just invite me to chill with you?"
David asked

"Maybe it's time I widen my circle of trust."
David replied

"It's about time!!"
Mike replied

"Don't push it!"
David replied

"I guess I'll be seeing you around."
Mike added

"I highly doubt it but sure.
Mario!! Take them home!!"
David replied

"Thank you again Mr. Delafrente!!
I can't thank you enough."
Renée stated

"Not a problem, and please-
Call me David..."
He stated

"David, Thank you!!"
She chuckled

"You're welcome."
He added

The were on their way, as they were driven home,
Mike reassured Renée she'll never feel alone.
Michelle ran and hugged her sister, tears pouring out her eyes,
Renée thanked her for sticking by her, in the midst of all these lies.

Few months had passed, Michelle finally walked down the aisle,
As now Mrs. Michelle Hendricks, she's now expecting her first child.

Renée was happy, Thomas was sad,
She'd be getting a nephew, and Thomas lost the only coworker he ever had.

As for Mike he got reinstated as Chief,
As he opened David's eyes to turning a new leaf.
One where he balances his Family Heir and the pizzeria but also make room for love,
He might be a gruesome Mafia Boss,
but his heart was gentle as a dove.

Renée and Mike have came a long way,
David had a Marriage to attend so he couldn't stay.
Despite all that went down, it made their connection stronger,
Their mind were as peace knowing Alena wasn't around any longer.

But as an old saying says - when life throws you lemons, make lemonade,
And that's exactly what they made.
With the yacht already purchased, they repaired it, it was the most beautiful sight yet,
They took a well deserved vacation as they sailed off into the sunset.

Tears filled her eyes as he looked into hers,
He knew what he wanted to say but couldn't find the words.
He tried to say something but before he could utter his thoughts,
She placed a finger on his lips, his feeling she already caught.

He passionately kissed her, as he couldn't hug her enough,
Finally it was just as before,
You, Me, Us...
