The Fallen Angel: Katsuki Bakugo × reader part 4
Bakugo woke up due to a nightmare and his alarm for school going off. He turned it off and saw you laying fully on top of him with your body glowing slightly due to your dragon form being somewhat active. Your body was glowing slightly with every breath you took, revealing your ribs. The room was slightly cold due to the air conditioning being on so your instincts kicked in to keep him and yourself warm under the blanket. He was mad at first when he saw you on him and the blanket because he knew fully well he didn't do it.
He noticed his arms wrapped around you, so he moved them so no one would think he was enjoying this. But he was. Your body was warm, and your boobs were almost falling out of your shirt due to you bunching it up while you were sleeping. You were snoring lightly, and your hair was a complete mess. He tried to fix it but pulled out a leaf that somehow made it in your hair, which confused him. You didn't go outside with him, and you didn't roll in the yard before you came in.
He put the leaf down and then checked the time. He could cuddle you for a few more minutes until he had to head off to school with you. He fixed your shirt a bit, and you started waking up. You rubbed your face on his shirt and looked up at him slowly.
"Something is poking me," you muttered as you reached down and grabbed something you weren't supposed to grab.
"Hey!" He said he arched his back and gripped the couch in shock.
"I'm sorry it's bothering me," you said tiredly.
"No, no square! That's the no-no square!" He shrieked.
"It is? Why is it poking me?" She asked as you let go.
"I'll tell you when you're older, God, you have a grip!" He said as you rolled off of him and hit him in the nuts with your knee.
He rolled off the couch as soon as you got up and headed to the bathroom. You went to your room, and Bakugo tried to recover from your injuries when you came out in only your bra and underwear, making him look away.
"We talked about this! You can't just go around walking around like that when I'm around! Where are your clothes?!" He yelled.
"I need your help, this outfit, or this outfit?" You asked.
"They are the same thing! It's a school uniform!" He yelled.
"Nuh uh, one is in my left hand, and one is in my right, so they are different," you smiled.
"Put something on before someone sees you like that! People might think I'm taking advantage of you!" He explained.
"What does that mean?" You asked.
"Bad things that is what it means! Just put something on!" He yelled.
"Okay..., why are you so cranky?" You asked.
"Why do you have to ask so many questions?!" He asked.
"Because I'm nine," you said with a smile, then you hugged him from behind.
"Put on some clothes!!!!!" He said as he tried to break free from your grip.
"Okey dokey!" You said as you went to the bathroom and changed.
"I hate everything!" He said as he rested his head on the floor.
"Bakugo! I need help. My bra got stuck on my shirt! Why can't I go without one? When will I turn back? I don't like boobs? Is there a way to make them smaller or like make me turn back to how I was?" You asked threw the door.
"For the sixth time, no!" He said as you sighed.
"Bakugo! I can't find my shoes!" You yelled as he sighed.
"How do you lose your shoes when you put them by the door?" He muttered as he began to make you breakfast.
"Bakugo! My bra!" You said as you tried fixing it yourself.
He put the pans down and went to help you with your bra. After he got dressed, made you breakfast, and then brushed his teeth with you, he started to walk to school with you. You held his hand as you skipped along, singing pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows, but he noticed the lamp posts were missing, so he stopped walking.
"Stay here," he said as he left you on the sidewalk and then went to the middle of the street.
Both sides had no lamp posts, and even metal shingles were missing from the rooftops.
"This can't be good," he muttered as he looked at you.
"Y/n, did you do anything g to the lamp posts?" He asked as you looked at him confused.
"No, why?" You asked as he was getting a bad feeling you did do something to them, but you didn't remember.
He decided to brush it off for now because you guys were going to be late for school.
"Hey, y/n ready for game night!" Mirio asked.
"Yeah! My older brother and sister said they were coming to!" You said happily.
"They are that's awesome! I better stop by my house and get games for more people then!" Mirio said as he crossed some board games off a list he had.
Bakugo went to the cafeteria and sighed weakly as he sat down next to Shoto.
"What's wrong? Y/n keeping you up?" Izuku asked.
"No, she kneed me in the nuts and grabbed them. She keeps sleeping on top of me," he said as Shoto looked at him shocked.
"You let her do that to you? She has a nine-year-old-. Oh, she felt it, and now I get that. I wish that wouldn't happen. It's annoying, but there's nothing we can do about it," Shoto said.
"Plus, the lamp posts are missing on here entire street including some metal roof shingles," he said.
"What? How is that even possible?" Izuku asked.
"I don't know, I have a feeling Y/n is getting a new form that eats metal. Found a leaf in her hair this morning," he said.
"Well, today is Friday, so we can watch her all night and see if she goes anywhere," Shoto said.
"I have to go home. Sleeping on the couch sucks especially when she won't sleep in her bed. Don't know why she has to sleep next to me or on top of me," he muttered.
"I hate to say it, but her last normal thought was to protect you. Maybe she is still trying to do that. Her subconscious might be trying to carry out what she set out to do," Izuku said.
"No one asked you, Decku!" Bakugo growled.
That nagging thought started eating at him. He didn't want you to protect him when you still needed to protect yourself. You were attached to him all day and wouldn't leave him alone. Izuku may have been right, but he tried to ignore it since he didn't want it to be true. He wanted the old you back. He wanted you to be mad at him. He wanted you to lash out at him, and most of all, he wanted to ap to you for everything he had ever done to you. The guilt was eating at him, and you were smothering him with kindness and love.
Izuku, Shoto, Bakugo, Mirio, Kirishima, and Tamaki were coming over for the game night. You invited all your friends but most couldn't make it due to other engagements. Mirio was holding your hand and singing with you as you were skipping along with him while Tamaki was holding board games.
"I can't wait until she remembers us. She's so tiring," Tamaki said.
"She's not that bad. Besides, the doctor said she might get her memory back soon," Kirishima said.
"Didn't they say that two weeks ago?" Izuku asked.
"Also the week before," Tamaki said with a sigh.
"I think she is remembering something. She's clingy to Bakugo," Izuku said.
"Hasn't she always been that way?" Shoto asked.
"Hey, does anyone know who's car that is?" Mirio asked as he pointed to a Rolls-Royce Phantom car.
"That car is ugly," you said as everyone else looked at it in shock.
"Someone has money. Why would anyone like that be here? They are just asking for their car to get stolen, especially here," Shoto said.
"This is a safe neighborhood," you pointed out.
"Not when the street lights get taken out," Shoto said.
You opened the door but immediately heard arguing coming from inside. It wasn't clear, but it was making you nervous.
"Take her out for ice cream," Bakugo said.
"But Bakugo," you said softly.
"We should all go," Tamaki said as you held on to Bakugo.
"I'm staying. Take her out for ice cream," Bakugo said again.
"But-" Izuku said.
"I said take her and go! I'm not going to say it again!" He yelled, making the yelling stop upstairs.
They heard movement, and immediately, Bakugo put you behind him as soon as your real mother came down the stairs. Everyone looked shocked seeing her and your father come down as well as your adopted parents.
"Wow, she looks just like me," the woman said as she looked like she was going to cry.
"I wonder if she has my wings," your dad said as Kirishima quickly grabbed you and took you outside.
"Hey!" Your mother said as she tried to get to you, but Bakugo stopped both of your real parents.
"So you sent to the van," Bakugo growled as your parents looked at him annoyed.
"These people aren't her parents we are! That man took our baby and made it look like we abandoned her! We filed a police report the day she was born!" Your father growled.
"I don't believe you! You threw her way like she was garbage! You know she almost died in the trash bag you put her in! If you were innocent, you would have gotten the police involved. Did you try to buy her back after you left her to die in an alleyway dumpster?!" Bakugo screamed.
"You-" your father growled.
"I'm still talking dumbass! I'm not letting you go anywhere near her. You know her condition, and that's the only reason you came back for her! That or you are going to get a big payday by having her around now," Bakugo said.
"She is our daughter, and you have no right to say that to us!" Your mother yelled.
"You may have given birth to her, but that doesn't make you a mother! Where were you when she took her first steps when she got the first form that nearly killed her or the others? Where were you when she got into U.A. High School? How about when her skull got crushed or when she ended up in the hospital? Where were you when she had to be resuscitated ten different times because of all the damage that was done to her body?! The only reason why she even lived with us was because the two other forms she wasn't using were fixing her body! You didn't go looking for her sooner and know for a fact if you were looking for your daughter, then you would have found her so much sooner because she started saving people even before she got a hero name! You threw her away and now because she's easier to deal with you want her back well guess what I'll fucking kill you if you touch her. By the way, they found fingerprints on the note that the kidnappers were given. You may have told them to burn it, but they aren't that bright. Have fun in prison," Bakugo said as he went outside and called the police. He blew up the tires of your parents' car and sat there and watched you play with butterflies.
Your friends were holding your real parents so they couldn't get away, and Shoto went outside to see why he reacted like that, but as soon as he saw Bakugo watching you play, he knew.
"Talk to me. I'll kill you," Bakugo said as the police came and started to take your parents in and started taking statements.
You looked over at Bakugo and saw he looked angry. You went over to him with some you collected from the yard and gave it to him.
"Are you okay? You were yelling very loud," you asked quietly.
"I'm fine," he said, but you knew he was lying to you.
You hugged him even though he fought it for a second before letting you hug him.
"What did those strange people want?" You asked as your mother was trying to stay in the house.
"They stole my daughter!" She screamed as they put her in the back of the police car.
"They are just sick, that's all. They think you are their kid," he said as you sighed weakly.
"Oh, my dad told me I was adopted. Do you think my real parents will find me one day?" You asked.
"We don't know why your parents put you up for adoption. It could have been for selfish reasons, or it could be for bad reasons like they were on something. Maybe even good, and they wanted you to have a better life than what they wanted. But if they find you, I'll make sure I find their true intentions of wanting you back in their life before I had you over," he said.
"Really?" You asked.
"Yeah, we are friends, right?" He asked, making you smile.
"You never told me that word before," you chuckled as he groaned.
"Don't make a big deal of it!" He complained.
"No! Let's play games now!" You smiled as you took him inside.
