The 400 Year old Ninja: Kakashi Hatake × Reader part 2
You were put in the hospital, and Kakashi informed all the high-ranking ninjas what happened, and to say that having a four-hundred-year-old ninja amongst them. Kakashi was told to stay by your side mostly due to the fact he looked somewhat like your dead husband, which was messed up, but they wanted you calm when you woke up.
You slowly started waking up after two weeks of being free from your stone prison. You looked over, and to your surprise, you saw Isic, which made you weakly smile.
"I... you aren't my husband," you growled, and you immediately pinned him against the wall.
You stripped him of all his clothes, making his weapons drop, and you had him only in his underwear.
"Where is my husband? Where. Is. My. Village?!" You growled as you made ten dots appear in both your eyes, making him look at you with actual fear.
"Y/n... calm down, please?" He said more like a question, but you were starting to push him through the wall with the sheer force of your eyes alone.
"Your husband is dead. He died protecting you four hundred years ago. I entered the temple to save one of my students, who felt through an air shaft of sorts. We tried to find a way out and then found you. Your stone steal shattered, so we got you and your husband before the temple fully collapsed," he explained as you made his clothes go back on and restored the wall.
"If you had lied to me, I would have killed you and destroyed your whole village except for the children. I may be strong, but I'm not a monster," you explained, "take me to my husband."
"We have to talk with some people first before I can do that, I'm sorry. But we need to know what we are up against," he said as you let him go.
"What's the point? I'm not helping you. You broke my seal, which cost the life of my husband. You entered, and you fixed the mistake. I'm done fixing people's mistakes. I'm done being a puppet, and I'm not coming to your rescue or anyone else's. The demon is coming, and I'm not strong enough to keep it back; not this time. Four hundred years of no sacrifices will make it despite and hungry. Its power will be stronger than anything you have ever seen. By the smell of the air, you have two months before it comes," you explained as he looked at you shocked.
"But we need -" he paused.
"What you need to do is be taught a lesson. You should have let him die. Weren't you told not to go on to the temple grounds?" You asked.
"No, no one told us that," he said.
"I guess now they know. You will bring me to my husband, and that is not a request it is a demand. Then you will take me back to my village so I can fix the temple. You will need to get let's see; four hundred years times four sacrifices a year...." You paused.
"You can't be serious!!" Kakashi said, horrified.
"Oh, I am... it's your mess, you clean it up. I'm done with this conversation, bring me to my husband, or I will take this whole village and put everyone in the temple myself," you growled.
There was a knock on the door, so you used ninjitsu to make clones, and you opened the door.
"Wow," Naruto said as there were other kids who wanted to see the four-hundred-year-old woman.
Rock Lee's face turned bright red, seeing as you were barely wearing anything but a rube top and a near-see-through ground-length skirt with long slits that went up to your thighs. You were thankfully wearing shorts underneath. You still had your sacrificial paintings on your body that blessed you and sent you on your journey to the afterlife.
"You must have fallen into the temple. You reak of my temple," you said as you picked up Naruto by his collar and looked into his eyes with your ten spotted eyes.
"Ten?!" Naruto asked as the fox demon inside of him could feel your presence.
Naruto started feeling sick as your Chakra was overwhelming his senses. Even though you were still hiding all of it, he could feel it.
"What is she?" Naruto asked in his head as you smiled.
"Cute little fix demon. Too bad he's useless fighting the demon I had sealed. You will make an excellent sacrifice. I say six people, but you better make two thousand go to that temple," you said as you dropped him.
"You can see nine trails?!" Naruto asked.
"Of course, by the way, you don't scare me, so stop trying to act all scary," you said as Nine Tails was trying to intimate you, but you were calm.
Nine tails started to growl, making Naruto try to calm him, but you looked into Naruto's eyes again, but this time, he did some ninjitsu and blasted the nine tails knocking him out with hardly any effort. Naruto looked at you, horrified, and started hyperventilating.
"Do you see now? If I can knock out your nine tails with no effort at all, how will you fight a monster that is one hundred times stronger than me? You can't. You may think you can, but it's over. It's over for everyone in this world because you fell in, and your stupid friends decided to save you. Don't worry it's not your fault you fell in it's his fault for going near me, his fault for not saving you in the first place, and his fault for not believing that there was no such thing as demons. I'll fix the temple for you, and then you better be ready to offer two thousand of your strongest Chakra holders. Otherwise, this world will be gone. Now take me to my husband, you fake, or I'll take down this building!" You said Kakashi finally had enough of your threats.
"Your people were wrong about you. You aren't a hero. You are nothing but a coward who used hollow threats to get what she wants. Stop throwing a tantrum and act like a ninja," you said as you smiled.
"My husband was the only person I wanted to live with because he deserved to be happy. He never hurt me like some of the other husbands of us sacrifices acted. He was kind and gave me all his love. We never had children because we didn't want them to be without their parents. We raised the firstborns that were taken from their parents until they could walk. Then, they were treated like adults and trained in the ways to make their Chakra stronger. My husband wanted to be a teacher when there would be no more sacrifices needed to settle the beast I sealed away.
I didn't care if I lived or died. I wanted him to have that life because he always wanted children, and he was the kindest man I had ever known. He stood up for me when I was too weak the practice ninjitsu, he asked me to hold my hand, to kiss me, to even dress my wounds. He never forced me to lay with him, and he didn't care what other men thought of him because he didn't have children. In my village, not having at least five children was like a sin. Being unable to have any got you killed, the only way we got away with it was because we were sacrifices already.
I don't care what you think of me but I won't help you. I will not help any of you. Death is death, and there is no stopping it. We will all die eventually, and I chose to die free of that monster that I saw kill my friends while no one did anything to stop it. I stopped it. We stopped it together because he wanted that. You are not my blood. You are not my family. They are long dead, so I am not obligated to help you in any way. As for hollow threats," you said as you dismantled the building piece by piece, making everyone panic.
"My threats are real. So you have two options. Option one is to let me see my husband's body. If I am in one piece, he must be as well. Option two is I take down this building with everyone in it. I don't play games," you said as you put everything back.
"Okay... I'll take you to him. His body is still warm. I don't know how that's possible, but it's like he just died," Kakashi said as you looked at him shocked.
"How?" You asked.
"He was by your feet, I guess being that close preserved his body. For how long I don't know," he said as you weren't ready to hear that.
You were ready to see his skeleton, not his actual body. Kakashi took you to his body, and some of the kids followed you mostly to keep an eye on you.
"All of you better give her all the space she needs," Kakashi said as the kids stood back, and Kakashi opened the door to your husband's room.
"If your people dared to do anything to his body, I will burn this village to the ground, and I will make sure there are no survivors," you threatened as you went into his room and closed the door.
As soon as you saw him, you started screaming and sobbing. You went over to him, lay in his bed, and saw the holes in his body.
"Why would they do this to you, Isic?those monsters!!" You screamed as you were sobbing uncontrollably.
"Worst of all, that idiot that went into the temple was telling the truth... I wish I couldn't tell when people are lying to me," you cried as you stayed with him.
Kakashi looked down at the ground, and the kids looked at the closed door shocked.
"She thought he made it out," Sakura said as tears ran down her face.
"I get her people were afraid, but they wanted to fight for them!" Naruto angrily.
You didn't leave the room for two days, and all you could do was cry. You started noticing that the ninjitsu that kept him looking alive was wearing off, and you were going to have to bury him. Kakashi stayed by your room and could hear you crying. Plates of food were laid out for you, but you kept the room closed while you lay with your husband's body.
You picked up your husband's body and opened the door to see Kakashi sitting against the wall reading a book. He looked up and saw how soulless your eyes looked.
"Need some help?" He asked as you walked away and carried his body past some of the kids who were about to check on Kakashi.
You were broken beyond repair, and once you made his grave, you sat there hurt. You had nothing to fight for, and you watched as your husband's body turned to bones. Kakashi Fook out an umbrella to cover you but you used ninjitsu to break so you could sit there in the rain. You had dug his grave the hard way. You didn't use a shovel or your Ninjitsu, just your bare hands. For his coffin, you made it out of stone ninjitsu. You even made a liking of him out of stone to hold his headstone.
"I'm sorry for your loss," Kakashi said as you let the water wash away the dirt off your body.
"I'm sorry for the way I acted. When you told me he died, I hoped that... I hope you meant he died of old age and not like this. You must have found a lot of bodies in that temple. How many did you find around us?" You asked.
"I don't know it was hard to tell, maybe thirty or more," Kakashi said as you nodded.
"I will be with you always in life and death. I will protect you always is what he used to tell me," you said, "now four hundred years and probably four reincarnations, and his soul probably forgot me by now."
"I don't think so... I lost people, too. I liked a girl but I had to kill her; she had a tailed beast and it was trying to escape. To save the village, I had to kill her. Most of my friends died on missions, and my father killed himself because he saved his team at the cost of the mission. Even his team turned against him in the end. I can't imagine being four hundred years in the future and having to relearn everything about the world you live in and having to live with all your people being gone," he said as you looked at him.
"I thought I would see him again. Not in this lifetime, I guess," you sighed weakly, "you know that beast is stronger than me. I can't seal it again even if I wanted to. My seal was a one-way trip, and now it's broken. I can't just fix it it will take years for me to. I know why you told me you were alone. You were trying to make me feel better and hopefully trust you, but I trusted you the moment you didn't lie to me about Isic. I was supposed to stay there till the end of the day. I just bought you four hundred useless years. All that time... Isic had been alone without me. Dead by my feet all because my people thought we were trying to destroy the world well now I did without even meaning to."
"There has to be a way to stop it, Maybe it won't come back," he said.
"It will, I know the signs. First, it will start with the water, then the animals, then the air, then the crops, and the people are always last to feel it. They start getting sick and die, but my priest never let it go that far. Once the water started tasting funny and turned to blood, we started the rituals. I'm sorry... but there is no way that I know of. We can go to the temple, but you said it's filled with earth and trees. My people will not be happy with what you did, but I know I can convince them if they let me," you explained.
"Okay, we fix the temple to the best of our abilities, and we will talk to your people. If anything, I guess you can talk to them, but they might not believe you all of them know who you are," he said.
"They don't know everything about me," you explained as the markings started lighting up, and you made flowers grow on your husband's grave.
"I have powers that no one else has. I have anger unlike anyone else's, and none of it could save the one person I valued above all else. What good is my power if I can't use it to save Isic? If you manage to somehow manage to convince me to help you fight I will but you will have to prove your worth to me," you said as you made the ten dots in your eyes appear.
"Shouldn't be that hard, you like me already," he smiled.
"I tolerate you. I do not like you," you said as you turned your fists into flames.
"This is going to take a while," Kakashi thought as you looked down at your husband.
