Lionstar here, and after some vigorous roleplaying, I've had it up to              with terrible spelling.

If you don't know or aren't ENTIRELY sure, GOOGLE IT. Ask someone, or something! Get a spell checker, like Grammarly (I use it). Plus, it's great with GRAMMAR too!!!

Make sure you don't even think about the word if you know it. If you don't know it, you'll second guess it the slightest bit. That's when you should search and see if it's right or not.

Here's some help for usual mistakes...

The Wheres (weres? We'res? wahehsaotjdsalg?)

Where
Ex.: Where are you going after school?
Refers to a place.
"in or to what place or position."
Fatcat padded over to Weirdcat. "Where is Othercat?" Catcat was saying.

Were
Ex.: Were you able to do your homework?
Normally is asking if or what someone or thing was doing.
" second person singular past, plural past, and past subjunctive of . "
Smallcat wandered over to Tinycat, meowing, "Were you in the camp this morning?" Tinycat shook her head in denial. 

We're
Ex.: We're going to the movies tonight!
It's a combination of 'we' and 'are."' 
"contraction of "we are." 
Oddcat smiled with Catcat as Fluffycat padded over. "We're going to go hunting," Oddcat announced.

The Theirs (there's? thesatsdafjdkslagdsa)

There's
Ex.: There's a cat in the fridge.
"There" and "is," combined.
contraction of there and is. 
Coolcat purred, "There's a Gathering tomorrow. Can Awesomecat come, too?" Fierycat smiled.

Theirs
Ex.: You can't have that piece of cake; it's theirs. 
Someone else's (cake...)
"used to refer to a thing or things belonging to or associated with two or more people or things previously mentioned."
Catcat shivered in the grass near the border. "I wish this territory wasn't theirs. They don't use it," he was saying to Shivercat when he saw Flyingcat. 

There
Ex.: There will be rain tonight.
Referring to something or someplace.
"in, at, or to that place or position."
Catcat cried out, "There isn't enough prey in the forest, Furrystar! What do you expect us to do?"
