CHAPTER SEVEN
"One day, you're going to remember me and how much I loved you, then you're going to hate yourself for letting me go."

Park Jimin.
The name echoed in Namjoon's mind multiple times before he could actually finally look at the man.. who he called his ex boyfriend.
They had so much history together, Namjoon didn't even know where to start. He could hardly even look at the man without wanting to torment himself without dying.
Namjoon's eyes studied his former partner, glancing at every inch of his body - it seemed as though nothing had changed from when they had been together.
Jimin's eyes stared at the direction of where Namjoon was standing, but seemed to be looking past Namjoon - at the wall behind him, or whatever the case was. It didn't matter to Namjoon where Jimin was looking, because he didn't even notice that Jimin was looking at him.
The whole entire apartment was silent, no sound was to be heard. Yoongi and Hoseok knew the whole story of what had happened between the two, and they were just as confused as Namjoon was.
Namjoon didn't feel confused though, he didn't feel anything. He felt numb, broken, like a toy tossed around until it broke into pieces.. like legos..
That's how he felt.
Namjoon's brain couldn't even process when Jimin had started to talk, it seemed that neither Yoongi or Hoseok could process it either as they were just staring at Jimin like he was a ghost standing in front of them.
"Um, hello." Jimin muttered out once more, frowning at the three people who just stared at him like he had just murdered somebody and had blood all over himself.
When no one responded once more, Jimin groaned and made his way inside, pushing himself through the door.
Jimin started to make himself comfortable, instantly heading towards the kitchen. He had been here several times to know where everything was.
Hoseok was the first to speak up, making it very clear to Jimin.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, everyone looking up towards Jimin. The younger boy shrugged, opening up the fridge and taking out a yogurt.
"You don't mind if I take one of these right?" Jimin said sweetly, grinning at the three boys who gaped at him.
"You're not allowed to touch my fucking yogurt." Yoongi snapped, finally collecting himself. He moved forward and lunged at Jimin, his fingers gripped around the yogurt and pulling it into his chest.
Jimin let go of the yogurt and chuckled.
"Why can't I be here? I'm just here to see my boyfriend." Jimin smirked, the tone of Jimin's voice made a shiver go down Namjoon's spine.
"Ex." Namjoon spit out without any hesitation. "How dare you call yourself MY boyfriend after all the shit you made me go through!"
Jimin frowned, but there was a teasing look that formed in his eyes.
"Don't say that darling." He replied, just seeing Namjoon's reaction did actually make Jimin feel pity for the poor soul, but Jimin couldn't feel guilty even if he tried.
"Jimin, get the fuck out." Yoongi spat, he had squeezed the yogurt so hard that the lid almost broke. He placed the yogurt on the counter next to him and glared at Jimin.
"Leave Jimin." Namjoon added, as Jimin pouted.
"I'm just here to talk darling." Jimin chuckled at his choice of words.
"Don't call me that, you piece of shit! You fucking broke me! You have no fucking right to say that bullshit. I never want to see your ugly fucking face ever again Park." Namjoon growled, his fists curling up into a ball.
Hoseok rested a hand on his shoulder trying to calm Namjoon, but that just made Namjoon even more irritated. He shrugged Hoseok's hand off his shoulder and stomped towards Jimin who looked unfazed.
"YOU USED ME FOR YOUR OWN ENTERTAINMENT AND THEN YOU TOSSED ME ASIDE LIKE A RAG DOLL." Namjoon spat in his face.
Jimin, unaffected by this, leaned against the fridge and crossed his arms.
A smirk tugged on his lips, and Namjoon wanted to punch Jimin many times until the man was sobbing.
"Oh, Namjoon - you know I didn't mean it." Jimin purred, using one of his hands and trailed it down Namjoon's chest.
Namjoon didn't dare remove Jimin's hand, but just the touch of Jimin made Namjoon's body tingle. He wasn't sure if it was from pleasure or the fact that he felt like he could explode any moment, or break down even.
"I still love you, darling."
Namjoon glared at Jimin. He acted before his brain could even process what he had just done.
Gripping Jimin's collar by his hand, he lifted dragging Jimin's face close to his own, to the point where their noses touched.
"You motherfucking piece of shit. I hope you rot in hell." His eyes were dark and intense, Jimin would have felt scared if he didn't know that Namjoon wouldn't hurt him. He was an angel to say the least. Well, the only thing he was good at was insults. No wonder he was famous for his words.
Jimin didn't reply, but studied the facial features on Namjoon's face. He liked the fact that they were pretty close to one another. Even if Namjoon's eyes were dark and intense, Jimin could sense the pain and the despair hiding underneath.
Everything Namjoon had kept bottled up, was all in his head. Everything came rushing all at once.
"J-Just fucking stop Jimin." Namjoon croaked, his voice cracked right in between the sentence. He dropped Jimin and spun his heel around quickly. Namjoon disappeared down the hallway and they could hear the door slam.
"Did Namjoon leave?" Jimin had a devious look as he spoke to Hoseok and Yoongi.
"No." Hoseok replied bitterly, unsure of what to do next.
"Get out Jimin. Namjoon doesn't want you here and neither do we. Now get out." Yoongi spoke, making sure his voice was deep and clear for Jimin to understand.
"I just wanted to talk to Joonie." Jimin pouted once more, before taking a few steps forward and turning around.
"I'll come back later - maybe to Joonie's apartment where he'll be alone." Jimin grinned before heading out.
The two boys could hear the door shut quietly, and quiet footsteps fading before complete silence.
Hoseok and Yoongi looked at each other before sighing.
"First Seokjin and now Jimin?" Hoseok muttered, looking down at the ground. "Namjoon's going to fucking break at this point."
"Hasn't he already?" Yoongi replied, frowning at Hoseok who shrugged.
"What do you mean by that?" He asked, giving Yoongi a uncomfortable look.
"Jimin already broke him once. He's still broken, and what's broken cannot be repaired the same as what it used to be."
Hoseok stared at Yoongi in silence, surprised filled his face. Normally, Yoongi wouldn't be one to say things like that, but Hoseok knew Yoongi was right.
Jimin was such a hurtful topic to Namjoon. Both boys knew what he had done to him, how he treated Namjoon like he was a fucking toy.
"We should go check on Joon." Hoseok said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Yoongi pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration, but nodded in agreement. They needed to be there for Namjoon, and right now they definitely needed to be there.
Hoseok headed towards his room where he knew Namjoon was hiding in. He could hear quiet sobs from the other side of the door. Hoseok hesitated to turn the doorknob and looked at Yoongi who gave him a reassuring nod.
"J-Joonie? We're coming in." Hoseok said softly, but loud enough for the boy to hear. Hoseok didn't wait for a reply and opened the door, seeing Namjoon curled up against the wall.
It broke Hoseok's heart to see his long time best friend like this.
"N-Namjoon." Hoseok stuttered to speak.
"L-Leave p-please." Namjoon replied, his shaky breaths leaving him unable to speak properly.
"It's okay." Yoongi replied, walking over to Namjoon and hugging him tightly.
Yoongi didn't expect anything to happen, but Namjoon quickly shoved Yoongi aside.
"D-Don't fucking touch me." Namjoon whispered. Yoongi frowned.
"We're just here to help you." Hoseok murmured before coming close to Namjoon.
"I don't n-need your help." Namjoon hiccuped, tears still rolling down his cheeks.
"Namjoon-" Hoseok started but was shushed when Namjoon looked up and glared at him.
"WH-WHAT THE FUCK DON'T Y-YOU GUYS GET A-ABOUT L-LEAVING ME ALONE!" Namjoon shouted. "I-I don't need y-your help."
He whispered shortly after his outburst.
None of them had expected the outburst, even Namjoon hadn't expected it.
Namjoon instantly realized the awkward glances he was getting it and started to scurry out the door.
"N-Namjoon!" Hoseok called out stumbling afterwards to follow him.
"S-Stop Hoseok!" Namjoon called out shoving his shoes on quickly and heading out the door.
It would probably have been best if he stayed there with his two friends to help him, but Namjoon just wanted to go home and mourn. After everything he's been through, this was almost a repeat of the worst day in his life.
Namjoon made his way out of the apartment building, muttering apologies to the receptionist and heading out. He could hear Yoongi and Hoseok's footsteps after him but he started to run as soon as he made his way out of the building.
The rain had stopped from the previous night earlier, but the road was still wet and slippery. Namjoon avoided puddles the best he could and ran down the street. He wasn't sure if Yoongi or Hoseok were following him, but that didn't matter anymore.
Namjoon looked at the ground as he ran, trying to avoid puddles. Eventually he forgot to look where he was going.
The moment Namjoon had turned the corner, the last block he needed to travel to make it back to his apartment, he ended up slamming into another body.
Instantly he fell downwards from the impact, cursing at himself for being an idiot.
Namjoon looked up slightly, trying to see who he had bumped into. The moment Namjoon saw their face, he felt like his world was crashing down again.
Looking down on Namjoon, was someone who he didn't want to see.

Happy birthday Namjoon! <3 (I know I'm "late" on this but technically I wrote this on his birthday but decided not to update it..)
