Icer was in Possibility,her mind racing.'Shade can read minds and see the future...he lied,just like a NightWing would!' A part of her said.Another part of her shot back,'He didn't want everyone scared of him!' An third part of her shot,'Hopefully he hasn't learned our secret.' She heard dragonets walking and whirled around.Shade was looking at the ground.Scorpio looked like he was sorry for yelling at Shade,and a part of her mind scoffed,'He SHOULD be sorry.' Quaker looked happy,like he had done something great.Burst looked a little ashamed of her outburst at Shade.Rainearnise's scales were indigo,the color of pride.Salt looked like she had done something to help.Icer slowly stepped towards Shade,and her heart began beating faster as she got closer.Shade,still looking at the ground,said,"I understand if you hate me now..." And Icer lifted his chin up until their eyes met.Shade continued,"...But I have to tell you---Mmph?!" Icer kissed Shade on the lips. (Just imagine she tilted her head until her lips could connect with Shade's) A part of Icer's mind yelled,'This is wrong!' Another part,her more romantic side,slyly shot back,'Is it wrong if it feels right?' Then Icer just stopped thinking and focused on kissing Shade.He was now relaxing and kissing her back.They wrapped their wings around each other so no one could interrupt them.They eventually pulled away and looked into each other's eyes.They both said at the same time,"I don't care if our tribes hate each other,I love you." And then Shade nuzzled Icer.Warmth filled her and it was a sort of warmth that was not going to leave anytime soon.After they stopped nuzzling,their entire half of the Jade Winglet went to their cave.Shade,for once,did not sleep on the mossy bed,but rather,he slept next to Icer,his wing wrapped around her.
