Note: I wrote this before I read Ajin and Tokyo Ghoul, so the Basis/Beginning Play/whatever this is has some things that are proved unable.

This is the Characters of Ajin in the World of Tokyo Ghoul. I'm sure you've all been waiting for that, yah?

person in audience: No.

me: WELL I HAVE!!! (kills person in audience)

Kree and Uni: (wheeling chalk board)

me: (comes back, all cheery) Anyway, this is the basis of the story: (points to chalk board with stick thingy that teachers have)

Natsume: Where the f*ck did she get that?

me: DON'T CUSS!!! (throws stick thingy at Natsume) Anyway! (points to chalk board with finger) This is YEARS later. (If ghouls aren't all killed at the end, and CCG is still fighting ghouls in a war thingy!!!) Eto is Sato's ancestor (at least in my mind!!!), and somehow, he gained Anteiku off of Touka. I guess Eto killed Touka or something.... ( ;-; ) He is the Manager of Anteiku. (Obviously, that is going to result in hECK!) I guess Yu Tosaki is the ancestor of Arima Kisshou 'CAUSE THEY LOOK THE EXACT F-ING SAME!!!!!! I think Amon and Akira are Izumi's ancestors.... Koji Tanaka is Banjo and Tsukiyama's ancestor. (No, they did not have sex!!! Sorry to disappoint, but there won't be m-preg in this!!! [Unless it's between Ajin Characters {and possibly OCs???}] [Or well.. if you wish to believe it was, you can, although I don't think many would ship that pairing.. eh, you never know, I suppose.] This is YEARS later. As in, CENTURIES. So one descendent of Banjo's married one descendent of Tsukiyama. [This whole situation is the same with Izumi and my OC that I talk about down there. You choose where the family trees connect according to your ships.]) Ko Nakano and Kaito are ancestors of Hide. (Big surprise, right? Not really. They look so similar!!! D.0 ) And finally, the main character Kei Nagai (HE'S Kei?!! I thought Hide's Clone was Kei.. Eh.) is... drumroll please.

Random Person: (drumming)

me (utterly confused): Who the heck are you? Ah whatever. Thanks. KANEKI!!!'s ancestor. Big surprise, right? Hah. Izumi Mado.. (snickering) I want Haise.

Kree and Uni: The Beginning Play is out.

me: STOP DOING THAT WITHOUT ME!!! AND IT'S THE BASIS, NOT THE BEGINNING PLAY!!!!

-Beginning Play out-

me: I SAID IT'S THE BASIS!!!!!!!!!! AND I WASN'T EVEN FINISHED!!!!!!! You know what? I'm BREAKING THE RULES OF THE BEGINNING PLAYS!!! THE BEGINNING PLAY IS NOT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

(Thunder/Lightning crashes in the sky.)

Uni: She's lost her mind.

Kree: Yup.

me: I lost it long ago, you idiots. And you call yourselves my OCs? Anyway. Kei Nagai has been sheltered all his life until his parents were (SPOILER ALERT FOR THE FIRST CHAPTER!!!) killed by the CCG. He realizes ghouls are hated. He realizes the WAR between ghouls and humans. He realizes what he is. He realizes that he is NOT like the rest.

Kree: (rolls eyes) Okay, Drama Fanatic. This isn't a horror story.

me: Yes, it is. It actually might be.. Anyway. Kei Nagai also realizes why his parents didn't want him seeing anybody (even though he would always sneak to a different area of their forest to meet Kaito). He is now.. in the World of Tokyo Ghoul.. (instead of the sheltered world his parents put him in.) Just for the heck of it and because I love multiple Kanekis/Kanekis in minds, I'm just gonna make Nagai halucinate Kaneki. Hahaha. Freak. Nagai is a freak. Instead of an emotionless and careless- I KNOW WHY NAGAI IS GONNA STOP SATO!!!!!!

Uni: What the f?

Kree: You should be used to this by now, Uni.

me: Yes, you should. KREE!! UNI!! OH MY GHOULS, LISTEN!!! SATO'S GONNA KIDNAP KAITO!! I JUST KNOW IT!!! AND THEN NAGAI HAS TO COME BACK!!! AND HE'S GONNA BE KAITO'S KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR!!!!! (eyes sparkling)

Kree: That's great and all, Fire-

Uni: -but you're in the middle of a Basis-

Kree: -which, by the way, isn't a Basis anymore.

me (glaring at them from the corner of my teary eyes): Jerks..

Uni: Just do your Basis, Fire.

me: Grrr.. It is a basis!! Anyway, the Beginning Play is out!!

Kree and Uni (in victory): (smirk, smirk)

me (pouting): It was a basis..

Added Note: I have an OC already. He'll be a descendent of Yomo and Uta-chan. He looks like Yomo when he was young (and acts like him), but he has quite a few piercings. I plan that he's friends with Kaito. He does have a little bit of a humorous side, which can be dry at times.

Huff.. huff..

Mom.. Dad.. they're both.. dead.

"K-Kei!!" Eriko was struggling to keep up with me. She was an ukaku rather than a rinkaku, so she didn't have much of an endurance. We'd been running for a while.. from those people in the white suits..

Huff.. huff..

Who were those people..? Why are they after us..? Why did they kill mom and dad..?

I shook the image out of my head.

Those people had killed them right in front of us..

"W-Wait up, Kei!!" Eriko whined.

"Hurry up, Eriko!! If we stop now - or even slow down - we'll be killed just like mom and dad!! Is that what you want?!!" I yelled back.

"N-No, but.. but I can't.." she panted. Her face was beat red.

"! ..." I growled under my breath.

D*mn it.. Sh*t. She'll faint from exhaustion any second.. Adrenaline is definitely the only thing keeping her conscious.. but that won't hold much longer.

In fact, she's already slowing.

"K-Kei.. p-please.. I..I can't run.. anymo..re.." she fell to the ground, unconscious. I gritted my teeth but didn't stop.

I'm sorry, Eriko.. but you'll only hold me back. You'll probably get caught either way. Why should I let her drag me down?

I ran and ran, never looking back.

"A ghoul family was found earlier, hiding out in the woods. The parents were killed, but the son is still at large. The daughter is in CCG custody."

I stared at the screen. There were four faces on the t.v. Two of which I recognized like the back of my hand.

The three of us always snuck out to play and spend time together, after all. Me, Eriko, and..

Kei.

I took a soft breath.

Eriko was in CCG custody, but Kei was still at large. Kei's safe. Eriko's alive at least.

It's gotta be hard on them though, that their parents were killed..

I opened the box I normally didn't open, staring at the contents.

It'd been passed on for generations. Supposedly, an ancestor of mine was a CCG Investigator. He had stuffed some very useful information in this box. Stuff about ghouls.

I dug out all of the stuff, skimming over it all. It certainly did have a lot of information. Stuff about an Eyepatch ghoul, the kagune types, and other stuff. It even had stuff on a place named 'Anteiku'.

I stared at the box.

I'd hit the 'bottom' of the box, but that bottom was about three inches off the ground.

I furrowed my eyes suspiciously.

My hands groped the box, and eventually, I was able to pull the 'bottom' off.

There was a bunch of other stuff under the platform.

Things that made my eyes widen.
