I made my way to my room and laid down on my bed. I couldn't erase the smile on my face from the previous events.

Wait, why am I smiling? I should be totally mad right now.

Could I have feelings for Harry that I didn't even know about?

Then, my laptop beeped. I opened it quickly and it had a message.

From: Sorceress

So, I see you're starting to like this Harold boy.

I rolled my eyes at her message, but something about it made a smile creep on my face.

Gosh, what is happening to me?

From: Veronica

Nice to hear from you, too. And no, there's no way in hell I'm falling for that dweeb.

From: Sorceress

Okay, if that's the story you wanna believe. But I think the curse might be fading.

Yeah, right. I couldn't possibly be actually falling for him, right? He's got a girlfriend.

From: Veronica

Uh, I think that's gonna be impossible. Turns out he has a girlfriend. Or I think he might have.

I sighed as I sent the message. Wait, am I sad about this?

From: Sorceress

Girlfriend? Honey, girlfriend or no girlfriend, if you really do like him, then that won't matter.

From: Veronica

If you say so. I gotta go, bye.

And with that I closed my laptop. I curled myself into a ball and hid under the sheets. Then out of nowhere, the waterworks began.

I just missed my old life so bad. I miss Mom cooking me breakfast, Dad reading the newspaper every morning, Victor always stealing my bike, everything.

By now, I was full-on crying. My whimpers were echoing the room. It's kinda weird, since this happens to me rarely. I'm not usually a cry baby. I'm always tough.

Well, not today, perhaps.

Then suddenly, a light appeared out of nowhere. My eyes widened and I backed away, if that was even possible.

The light started to take shape, that of a woman, to be exact.

"Hola!", the woman said cheerfully, but I was still confused and scared. I quickly grabbed the closest thing I could find and taunted her with it.

"Stay where you are! I don't know if you speak English or what, but stay away!", I said, pointing the object in her direction.

But the woman just gave me what seemed like 'really' look.

"Seriously, Ronnie? A teddy bear?"

What, teddy bear? I looked at the object I was holding. Sure enough, it was a teddy bear. If this was my weapon, I would be dead right now.

"What do you want? Who are you? And how do you know my name?", I asked her the questions that kept bugging me.

She shook of some glitter off her clothes and got out a- wand?

"Okay, okay. I'm the sorceress who's been contacting you, honey." And with that I froze.

"You're what?!"

She just laughed at me. The freaking woman laughed at me!

I grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her.

"You've gotta break the curse now, please! Please, I'll do anything!", I begged, going down on my knees.

"Woah, lady! Calm down! Jeez, I didn't know you were THIS crazy!", she said, using her magic on me, and before I knew it, we were sitting on my bed.

"I already told you, Ronnie. You have to fall in love with him. And from what I'm seeing, I think it's starting to work.", she said.

"What is starting to work?", I asked, sounding a bit dumb.

"You're starting to like him."
