Sonic walks down the stairs from the treehouse and noticed some crowd.

"Whoa! What's going on?"

"Just hosting the party, hon." Sally lied through a smile.

"Okay..."

"What were you doing up in Y/N's treehouse anyway?"

Sonic froze and smiled forcibly.

"Oh, nothing. Just using the bathroom."

"Oh, okay. Come on, there's plenty of chili dogs for you."

"Awesome."

Party went on as Rotor is setting up the big screen with help of Nicole's techno power and Tails' smart. Y/N questioned Sonic about the poster incident as he admitted that he was jealous of Sally's fan girl over some Mobian handsome boys that she finds and wanted to get a little revenge. Y/N was surprised by it and told him to next time to not do that again and just admit his jealousy to Sally. He agreed. Y/N is eating her dinner, happy to have everyone all together as family.

"Y/N."

"Hm?"

She turned to see Knuckles again.

"Knuckles? What's going on?"

"I... I need to tell you something."

"Okay."

Knuckles was about to speak, but he is interrupted by another footsteps.

"Huh? One second. I'm sorry, Knuckles."

She turned and gasped to see Shadow and the Dark Team.

"Shadow! Rouge! Omega! I'm so glad you guys made it!"

"No problem, thanks for inviting." Shadow smiled.

"I honestly didn't think you guys were going to come it's so late in the evening. And I know you guys are busy with those... G.U.N. thing work."

"Well, you invite us."

"It would be rude not to come. Plus, I really need some break from work." Rouge said with a sigh.

"I HAVE NEVER BEEN INTO PARTY BEFORE SO THIS IS EXCITING." Omega stated.

"True. Better late than never. Help yourself. Come in and have fun."

"Thanks, sweetie."

Rouge then gave Y/N a kiss on the cheek, causing her to go pink for a second before she rapidly wipe the kiss off. Seeing their presence, Knuckles feels threatened by Shadow, especially Rouge.

"Shadow... Rouge... no this isn't good!"

"Um, Knuckles, I'm so sorry about that. Now where exactly were we-"

She was suddenly interrupted by Tails, who happen to be nearby.

"WE were just about to go to the dinner table place in the tent."

"Oh, I'm so sorry Knuckles. Geez! It's just moments like these I wish I had some girls to help me host this party!" Y/N said, looking straight at the girls, who were whistling.

"Right this way, Y/N." Tails ushered her to follow him to the mistletoe which she didn't realize at first, however Knuckles noticed it.

"OH NO!"

Knuckles quickly goes over and takes the mistletoe and runs off.

"What??" Y/N questioned in surprise.

"Hey! Knuckles!!" Tails shouted in anger, running after him.

"Hey, my Grandma's mistletoe!"

Tails and Knuckles fight as they continuously circle around the dinner table and through the snow

"Y-Y/N's grandma's...? No! I won't let you have your way Tails!"

"Put that back! I almost had her fair and square!"

"No way! Not a chance! I'm not doing it!"

Kneecaps was walking past by to see those two fighting over the mistletoe, causing him to sweat drop.

"Geez..."

"Knuckles! Get back here right now!"

"No! Never!"

"Tikal would be very disappointed in you!"

"Don't you dare bring her into this!"

"If you don't come here right now, I'll tell everyone about the Freddy Fazbear plushie you sleep with!"

"No, not Freddy!"

"So help me, I will!"

"Do it and I'll tell everyone about your browser history!"

"You wouldn't!" Tails gasped.

"Hey, Y/N!"

"Don't you dare tell her about the Tails x Y/N fanfics I read!"

They then trip on each other after another chase and fell to the ground. Shadow shakes his head at them and takes the mistletoe and hangs it up in the proper place.

"Thank you, Shadow. I really appreciate it."

"Not a problem."

Y/N giggled as Shadow gaze at her.

"Well, enjoy the party."

Amy, who was seeing this, collapsed on the ground. Their moment to kiss under the mistletoe was ruined. Shadow looks slightly disappointed that he didn't get a chance to kiss her right here but he proceeds to enjoy the party as she said. Y/N glared at Tails and Knuckles as they stand up, looking down.

"You guys! What was that all about? Seriously! Just-"

"I-I-It's just Tails was being..."

"You guys that was really immature of both of you. Just... come on."

Tails sighed, feeling bad.

"I'm sorry."

"Yeah... I'm sorry."

"It's fine. Why don't you guys cool down and just, you know relax. I'm gonna go check to make sure that the other guests are doing fine after that... rowdy display... or something."

Checking on her guests, she receives more collateral from her guests. Everything seems fine as Y/N noticed Nicole and Sally talking about the whole shipping stuff and how it is just fun to yell at people at one point. Mostly from Nicole. Y/N then noticed the screen is all ready for the movie to start. She was about to take a seat and rest from all that standing and noticed Knuckles in front of her.

"I really am sorry."

"It's okay, Knuckles. I guess this was just payback for calling my brother's wreath tacky."

This made him chuckle a little.

"Heh, well... I am sorry."

"Again just forget it. It's perfectly fine."

"Heh, you know... I wasn't expecting Shadow and his gang to show up... I thought everyone was already here."

"Mm. I honestly wasn't expecting them to show up either. I had invited them this morning before their work started personally myself while I was taking Kirby out for a hangout."

"Really?"

"Yeah, sometimes I would meet either Shadow or Rouge. Kirby sometimes likes them based on their behavior and he's really careful with Rouge most of the time. Shadow is okay in his book. But Kirby got a big role on making people happy, even me."

"Huh... Cute. I gotta go use a bathroom if you don't mind."

"Oh, sure. Be there on time before the movie starts. The screen is all ready."

Knuckles then speedily went off and went up the stairs of her treehouse. Tails noticed this and goes after him. Knuckles actually isn't going to the bathroom as he got a plan on using Kirby to attract Y/N under the mistletoe to get a kiss. Knuckles noticed Tails following him and picked up the paste. Once they head inside, they heard some noise and went over to the door of where Y/N's room is. They opened the door and looked inside to see Razor reading with Kirby as Kirby was showing him good books Y/N loves to read, but are stopped by Knuckles' and Tails' presence.

"Razor!"

"What are you guys doing in Y/N's room?!"

"We can ask you the same thing!" Tails growled.

"I was just in the middle of reading the books Y/N have read that this little guy here suggest. And let me tell you, she's got some good taste in these books. I should really read others sometimes."

"You liar! You want to hold Kirby under the mistletoe so you can get Y/N to come to you and kiss you!" Knuckles growled.

"So that's why you were running! I have never thought of that!" Tails said.

"Wow! That's a great idea." Razor said, looking interested.

"Right?"

"Wait, what?!" Knuckles exclaimed in shock, feeling already stupid for blurting out his plan.

"Good job, Knuckles. I never would have thought of that." Razor praised.

"Are you guys serious?!"

"Now that I know this, don't mind me if I borrow this adorable three eyed alien." Razor said, looking at Kirby.

"Don't you dare touch that cute alien...!" Tails growled, ready for action.

Knuckles pulled out a well baked cookie that Amy made.

"Hey, Kirby. I got you a nice Christmas cookie."

"I'll give you some pearls to buy more Christmas cookies." Razor suggested.

"Kirby. I'll get you Christmas cookie, plus whatever else you want." Tails suggested.

Kirby gulps at this tension and bribe they're giving him. He then gasps and pointed at something to the side, causing them to turn. They didn't see anything and look back to see Kirby is gone. Turning around, they saw Kirby running as he slam the door open and run downstairs, causing the guys to chase after him.

"Get that fluffy alien!"

Running downstairs, all three trip on each other and lands on the floor, dragging themselves from the slippery floor towards where the guests are.

"I think I broke something..."

"Ow, my head..."

Y/N gasps to see Kirby panting from all that running, looking scared.

"Kirby! Are you okay?"

"Pooteetah pooteetah *splutter splutter*"

"That's a relief. You almost got caught up in that trip down the stairs. That was almost a traumatic experience for you and I bet you're still relieving the repercussions of almost being trampled on right now. Oh, it's okay, little bud."

Y/N grabs Kirby and hugs him, making him snuggle into her.

"Well, this is an interesting turn of events." Sally smirked.

Razor, Knuckles, and Tails realized they're under the mistletoe.

"Oh, no..." Razor gasped, eyes wide.

The girls, except Y/N began to laugh at them.

"At least it's not Y/N with any of them. Now come on, guys! Ooohh!!" Nicole cooed.

"No way!" Knuckles shook his head rapidly. "I'm not a chance! I'm not doing it!"

"I'll kiss Knuckles' butt!" Tails blurted out, face all pale.

"Nope, nope, nope! I'll go kiss Sally's poster before I kiss them!" Razor blurted out, not knowing what trouble he had caused.

They heard a loud stomp and turned to see Sally with her eyes glowing red, causing the guys to scream and get attacked by her. Before they knew it, after a few problems going on, they're all sitting in front of the screen as Rotor press play on the movie that made them all laugh and smile throughout the whole scene, "Home Alone (1990)."

Outside, Eclipse is watching the party from afar by the tree and leaves to return to his home with his head low.
