Y/N was having a good sleep when she suddenly heard screams and shouts. This made her immediately get out of her bed, change her clothes into her nice new outfit, and get out of a treehouse to see a giant Death Egg floating down to New Mobotropolis. It was brand new and rebuild.

"Impossible!"

Kirby who's standing next to her was just as shocked as her.

"Pooteetah..."

"Kirby? You stay here where it's safe. And just in case..."

As soon as Kirby head back inside the treehouse, Y/N created a big pink bubble around her treehouse.

"I'll be back for you, Kirby. I promise."

Kirby placed a hand on the bubble.

"Pooteetah..."

Y/N kneeled down and placed a hand where his hand is.

"Don't worry. Love you, Kirb."

With that, she zoomed off as she ran through the Great Forest to the city and could see Sonic standing, seeing the Death Egg and noticed Sally, Amy, and Tails running after him as well.

"How did we miss it? The Eggdome wasn't just a bunker. He was rebuilding the Death Egg!"

"Sonic! Sonic! It-It-It's the—" Tails started.

"Yeah. Today just keeps getting better, doesn't it?"

"I think not, bro."

Soon—King Fredrick Airfield, Sally, Sonic, and Y/N are standing on the wings of Tornado with Tails being a pilot.

"Comm-Link established, Sally." Nicole said through her handheld computer.

"Tornado ready for launch. What's your status, Antoine?"

"We are ready for ze launch and everyone is secured."

Then, the Tornado and Sky Patrol took off into the air to the new Death Egg as they got close until it started firing lasers at them. They managed to dodge them.

"Y'know, I'll accept that he's back. But I feel really stupid for not figuring out his plan. I mean, we searched all over that stupid place! Multiple times!" Sonic exclaimed.

"So if that's the North-facing wall... Tails! Bring us around to the back! Aim for anything unusual about twenty degrees down from the top!" Sally said.

"Got it!"

Tails scanned the Death Egg until...

"I think I see something!"

He shot a missile and hit the patch on side, creating an opening.

"How did you know to—?" Y/N asked in surprise.

"I figured he would patch our entry point at the last second to maintain his charade. Sonic, Y/N, and I are going ahead. Have the others do everything they can to draw the attention away from us!"

"Roger that!" Tails gave her thumbs up.

"See you on the other side, Tails." Y/N said, before giving him a kiss on the head.

"You too, Y/N." Tails smiled, blushing a little.

Sonic picked up Sally in bridal style while Y/N got ready for a jump.

"Are you sure you want me to risk this? I don't want to get slapped around again."

"Oh, shut up and kiss me for luck."

Y/N smirked as Sonic and Sally kissed before they jump through the hole. Sonic used his foot to stop them before they crash into the wall with Y/N next to him as she did the same thing.

"So where to, Sal?" Y/N asked.

Sally looked at her handheld computer.

"I'm not sure. Robotnik hid the lower decks form us perfectly. We also have to consider the hallways we searched before as just decoys..."

Suddenly, the red spider robot came over and closed the hole they blown up with a big metal plate and stick it in with a flare.

"Looks like the doc insists we stay for dinner." Sonic said.

"And it cuts us off from any chance at back-up. We're on our own." Sally said.

They began to walk down the hallway while Y/N kept an eye for anything with her hand holding onto the katana handle.

"Or I could, y'know, smash that robot. It's kind of my thing."

"No. This is classic Robotnik egotism. He's inviting us into his trap, and we'l use that to our advantage. We don't know exactly what he's up to yet. Anything Nicole?"

"Just as before, Sally—Nothing."

"And... how are you holding up?"

"Doing fine. Just focus on the mission right now."

"Alright. We'll... EEP!"

Suddenly, the wall in front of them opened to reveal the secret elevator.

"This is adding insult to injury. I searched this hallway how many time, and this stupid elevator was here all along?"

"Focus, Sonic. Be ready for anything."

They rode the elevator until it stopped to their destination. They stepped to see a giant egg in a glass in the middle of the room.

"What in the world is all this for?" Y/N asked.

"It's Eggman. Does he really need a reason?"

"Welcome! Welcome! It feels like it's been ages since our last get together!" Eggman said through the speaker.

"I'll admit it, I miss kicking your wide butt. Very easy on the ol' sneakers." Sonic said.

"It's refreshing to know your battles with the Iron Queen didn't dull that obnoxious streak of yours. In a masochistic way, I mean."

"Nothing's changed, doc! Come on out so we can tussle for old time's sake!" Sonic ordered.

"Sonic, something's coming up the elevator." Sally informed.

Y/N's ear twitches and turns around as the sound of the elevator coming up. She brought out her crystal ice katana with her ruby glowing.

"Ah-Ah-Ah, rodent! To earn an audience with me, you've got to prove you've still got it!"

The elevator crush opened behind them to reveal a giant silver version of Metal Sonic stepping out.

"Oh, sweet! It wouldn't be a Death Egg without a Silver Sonic to fight!" Sonic grinned in excitement.

"It looks fierce than the one in Station Square!" Sally said.

"Yeah! And the original nearly smashed me into chili-sauce. This is going to be awesome!"

"Sonic! This isn't something to celebrate!" Y/N snapped.

Silver Sonic suddenly went into spin dash and they quickly jumped out of the way.

"Are you kidding? Look at that!"

Sonic spin dash towards Silver Sonic, but the robot caught him as they began to run around the room, fighting.

"Ha Ha Ha! That's it, Sonic! You're putting on quite the show!"

"Sonic! It's just stalling us! We've got to move on!" Sally said.

"No kidding!" Y/N exclaimed.

"Now, now, princess, don't ruin his fun...! After all, you made this possible. Remember, it was your charity that left me in Snively's care when I had my... little episode. Had you been ruthless enough you could've ended me right then and there. I suppose you inherited that weakness from your father. After all, if he hadn't taken in that poor overlander all those years go, none of this would've ever happened! You've had your minor victories, to be sure, but only because you had Sonic's and Y/N's superior abilities to make up for your weaknesses. And you— ACK!"

Sally clenched her fist. Y/N placed a hand on her shoulder, making her turn to her.

"Don't listen to him. All of this isn't your fault. He's just trying to get into your head."

Sally's eyes widened before she nodded with a determined and grateful smile.

"It's been fun, children. But the weapon is armed, and I must get to firing it. Farewell!"

"Sonic! We're out of time! We've got to move!" Sally ordered.

"Sorry, what? Just a sec! I'm not done with 'tiny' here."

"We're going ahead! Nicole, can you track where his voice was coming from?"

Sally and Y/N began to run down a hallway when a barrel gun came out of the wall and pointed at them.

"Ah-ah! That's far enough!"

Y/N quickly activate her pink shield as it began shooting at them without hesitation. Luckily, the shield had no affect from the shooting as Y/N destroyed it by hitting it with her shield after coming close to the barrel gun.

"Nice one! Let's go!"

Y/N nodded and before they could run off, a flash of bright light blinded up their eyes.

They were suddenly back to where they are with Sonic dealing with Silver Sonic as Y/N and Sally were about to run into the hallway.

"Sonic! We're out of time! We've got tooo-OOP!"

Sonic zoomed over them and stopped Sally up in his left arm and grabbed Y/N by the hand in his right hand.

"Way ahead of you, girls!"

Suddenly, the barrel gun came out of the wall and pointed at them.

"Sonic! There's a—!" Y/N started.

"Like I just said..."

Sonic dodged the blast from the gun and it hit Silver Sonic, who was right behind them.

"...Way ahead of you, girls."

Sally saw something behind Sonic and looked confused.

"What's the matter? Too much awesome condensed into one moment?"

"...No, it's... It's not that... It's nothing. Let's keep moving."

Y/N looked to where Sally was looking and gasped to see the words on a computer screen that said 'HI SAL'. They later made it to computer room area with Sonic and Y/N on the lookout as Sally plugged Nicole into it.

"Okay, it looks like most of the Death Egg's power is being directed to that deck below. Any idea what is is, Nicole?"

"I'm afraid the doctor's system is very secure. It was very difficult to just get that much information. I would need more time."

Which made Sally unplug Nicole and put her handheld computer on her belt.

"Which we don't have, unfortunately. We'll just have to go down and see what's taking so much power."

They were just about to enter another elevator when Sonic zoomed ahead of them.

"Hold it! Hidden cannon inspection!"

"...Hidden cannon..."

Sally looked nervous while Y/N is on guard.

"Yeah. Like the on in the hall... Why?"

"Just pre-mission jitters. I'm fine."

"If you say so..."

They then went down the elevator and ended up in a room with a hologram of the planet in a tube in the middle of the room.

"YOWZA!" Sonic exclaimed.

"That looks like a giant roboticizer!" Sally exclaimed.

Eggman came out of the hole from the ceiling, riding his Eggmobile.

"A world roboticizer, to be precise."

This made Sonic laugh while Y/N isn't as she could tell that this isn't a joke as Eggman looked serious and oddly... calm.

"And here I thought we had something to worry about! You remember those aliens that snagged us in a while back? When they deroboticized everyone, they made sure it was for keeps!"

"Yes, yes. Those bothersome Ben. They rewrote the rules of the game. But I changed them back." Eggman said. "Surely you noticed the flash of light? The momentary disorientation? That was just phase one!"

"You're bluffing." Sally said, not believing him.

"Everything did reset... right...?" Sonic asked.

Eggman snapped his fingers for the screen to show an image of Station Square behind him and in the bottom corner said 'STIMULATION'.

"I heard that. Regardless, do you recall, dear princess, what happens when you try to roboticize something that's already mechanical?"

"What's he talking about?" Y/N asked in confusion.

"When I tricked him into roboticizing my automaton double."

Suddenly, Sally's eyes widened.

"Oh, no..."

"That's right! It explodes! All of G.U.N. Forces, all of the united federation blown back to the Stone Age."

Eggman began to laugh maniacally as the buildings in Station Square exploded then New Mobotropolis appeared next on screen.

"And let's not forget New Mobotropolis! There goes your precious nanite-made city! HA HA HA HA HA!"

Eggman laughed again as Sonic, Y/N, and Sally gasped in horror.

"...Dad..."

"Bunnie... and Nicole...!"

"Okay, I take back the laughing..."

"Wait! You'll destroy every chapter of your Dark Egg Legion!" Sally protested.

"What's your point? I'll have millions of robot slaves to rebuild my robot army. Besides, you can't make an omelette without breaking a few Dark-Egg-Legionnaires."

Y/N shook in pure anger that this man had no heart and he's truly a demon. Before she could attack him, Sonic beat her to it with his raised fist.

"I never should've shown you a shred of mercy, you sick—!"

Suddenly, Metal Sonic flew in and grabbed Sonic's face.

"Ah-ah-ah! Language, rodent!"

They both skid across the floor.

"HRK! Okay! I'm officially getting tired of Metal Sonics!"

Sonic kicked the robot off.

"I really don't have time to mess with—"

Suddenly, Silver Sonic, all damaged and smoking appeared behind him.

"—you."

"HA HA HA! Having trouble, rodent?" Eggman laughed.

Y/N noticed Sally is heading underneath the metal floor and immediately threw something towards her back without her knowing before turning to Eggman who's about to turn to their direction.

"No words of encouragement, princess—? Blast it! Where did she go?!"

"None of your business! Your business is with me!!"

Y/N brought out her crystal ice katana and jumped at Eggman who screamed in fear as she swiftly sliced it without a problem. His Eggmobile exploded with ice spikes coming out, causing him to fly out and landed on the ground roughly. He picked up the parts of his Eggmobile and flinched to see her standing over him with her dark expression as she pointed her katana near his neck.

"This time... No mercy..."

She then sliced his arm, causing him to scream in pain. Eggman fell to the floor with his arm bleeding and backed away as she took another step towards him while Sonic is dealing with Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic.

"Sal...! If you're gonna do something, do it now!" Sonic shouted.

"No more set-backs! Snively! Fire the World Roboticizer!" Eggman ordered and screamed when Y/N took one more step closer as she raised her katana in the air.

Suddenly, the bright light filled up the room.

"Yes!" Eggman cheered.

Then, everything started sparking.

"No! NO!!!"

"Sonic!" Y/N shouted.

Sonic immediately ran towards her and hugged her as Y/N quickly made a pink bubble around them as everything exploded.

Outside the Death Egg, the explosion can be seen by Tails as he flew in the Tornado.

"Sweet! Sonic, Sally, and Y/N must've done something!"

Now back to inside Death Egg, the World Roboticizer had been completely destroyed. Snively called over to Eggman.

"*KZZT* You read me, sir?! *KZZT* There *KZZT!* massive energy leaks in all systems! The roboticizer isn't just off-line—it's gone! *KZZT!* All other systems are still online. No loss in altitude *KZZT* and the power ring matrix is holding barely."

Eggman came out from the pile of metal, looking damaged, ripped, and burned off as well as his mustache being burned off.

"I guess the old immunity wasn't reset after all. Oh, please... please tell that finished them off..."

Suddenly, a familiar pink bubble pushed away the big chunk of metal and it floated to reveal Sonic and Y/N inside with smirk on their faces. The bubble popped off as the hedgehog siblings landed on top of the metal piles, standing in front of Eggman and looking all clean.

"No. Of course not."

"Hey. Look. We win. Again." Sonic said.

Eggman brought out the broken metal rod and pointed it at them.

"Not... yet! You're still... you're still on my turf, rodents... and... and..."

Sonic shut him up by spin dashing him, knocking him on his back and standing on his stomach as Y/N searched for Sally.

"Dude, come on, we win. We're gonna find Sally and then we're destroying your dumb egg. Then you can rot in a cell. And then I'm going to eat a million chili dogs. And then..."

"Sonic!!"

Sonic turned to see Sally all good and okay and looking clean as them with Y/N supporting her.

"Looks like my bubble really did protect you." Y/N said with a proud smile.

"I kinda figured you did that. Thank you, Y/N." Sally said.

"Anything for a friend."

"Sally!"

Sonic zoomed over to Sally, picked her up, and kissed her. Y/N rolls her eyes and turns to Eggman who flinches and goes to give him a piece of her mind when she suddenly began to feel something. Y/N looked at her hand to see it glowing until it began to engulf her slowly.

"Wha?! W-What is this?!"

Sonic and Sally pulled away and their eyes widened to see Y/N suddenly began to disappear from the light. Eggman was confused on what was happening as Sonic and Sally ran over to her.

"Y/N!"

"Sis!!"

"Guys!! I-I don't know what's going on!! I'm scared!!"

Before they could reach her, Y/N already disappeared as the bright light flashes like a star and faded away. Everyone was shocked by the sudden turn of events as Sally called over to Nicole.

"Nicole? Are you getting this? Is... Y/N... gone?"

Nicole appeared before them and checked to where Y/N was earlier.

"I don't think so! I managed to trace her heat and it appears she was teleported to somewhere... Far away... That's all I know. The location is unknown.."

Sonic and Sally were relieved that she's okay, but now they're worried for where did Y/N disappeared to?
