The Enchanted Forest, Road outside a Castle.

A carriage with palace guards brings Abigail to King George.

As she steps down from the carriage, King George greets her by complimenting her beauty," Princess Abigail. Your beauty grows with each passing day. It is an honor to have you join my family."

" Thank you, Your Majesty." Abigail bows.

As the Cavalry gallops away, Abigail notices King George's change of expression, asking," Is everything okay?"

King George answers out," Just the excitement of the royal wedding. We want to ensure the safety of our guests. So, if you'll excuse me."

King George bows and he approaches a guard speaking to him," Find him."

The Guard nods and he leaves.

Road.

Meanwhile on the road, Prince Charming bursts from a group of trees and rides as fast as he can.

" Hyah!" Prince Charming urges his horse to run faster as Guards on horseback erupt from the trees and follow him.

" Hyah!"

One guard fires bolts at him from a crossbow. With a grunt, Prince Charming jumps a fallen tree in the road.

The horsemen behind him pull up short, unable to do the same, causing one of

Guard to order his comrades," Go around! Go!"

The guards goes around. But when they get to the other side, Prince Charming is nowhere to be found.

" Split up!" Prince Charming, already dismounted and standing off the road, watches the party take both forks and turns around.

Right at that moment, two men in purple cloaks capture him.

Present. Storybrooke. David Nolan's House.

At David's house, he and Kathryn Nolan are eating dinner.

David indicates to food, commenting out," Chicken's delicious."

Kathryn then says to him," David, there's something we need to discuss."

David stops," Okay."

" I applied to law school." Kathryn says and David expresses out," That's amazing! Why didn't you ever tell me?"

Kathryn shrugs," I don't know. Maybe because I didn't think I could actually do it? But I did."

She hands David a letter, saying to him,
" I got this today. I got in."

David opens the letter and as he reads it, his face fell,
" It...it's... in... Boston."

Kathryn then says to David," I know things have been hard between us. But maybe a fresh start is what we need. Maybe we've been fighting too hard to recapture old memories when...we should have been making new ones instead."

Past. The Enchanted Forest. Road.

Back on the road, Prince Charming's captors unmask him and the prince demands," Who are you?"

The man hefts a dagger and Prince Charming says to him defiantly," What are you waiting for? Do you think I fear you?"

The Man cuts Prince Charming's bonds much to his surprise.

At that moment, Princess Abigail leads a horse to the man, causing Prince Charming to ask in shock, " Abigail? What are you doing here?"

Princess Abigail explains," I wanted to get my hands on you before your father ripped you to shreds."

Prince Charming asks her," How did you know I was going..." Only for Princess Abigail to interrupt," Because I have ears in the king's court. And despite everyone's best efforts to shield me from it, I know the truth. You love Snow White... and you have no intention of marrying me."

Prince Charming says to Princess Abigail defiantly,
" I won't marry someone I don't love... or give that despot the satisfaction that I helped him. If that means suffering the consequences, so be it.

" You're prepared to lay down your life. How charming. But I didn't come here to see you die. I came here to help you escape." Princess Abigail says.

Prince Charming looks at her and he asks,
" Why would you do anything to help me?"

Princess Abigail to admit," Because I don't wanna marry you either."

Present. Storybrooke. Street

In the streets at night. Mary Margaret gets closes a car door peering in as David Nolan looks up at her, she asks," What did you tell her?"

David gets out and as the walks, he answers," That I needed to take a walk, clear my head, think about it."

Mary Margaret spoke," I'm guessing you didn't tell her that the walk was with me."

" No. No, of course not." David shakes his head and Mary Margaret bitterly questions out," Why is that our default? Lying."

Both of them exchange glances and David stutters," Because, I don't..."

Mary Margaret exclaims,"  We're not being honest. I know it's hard, but...we have to tell her the truth! About everything: about us..."

David has stopped walking and Mary Margaret turns around to look at him as David says with a hint of uncertainty," I don't know if I can."

Mary Margaret pauses and she coaxes," You have to. If we can't be honest with other people, how can we be honest with each other?"

" Is it really the best plan?" David asks her doubtfully and Mary Margaret ask," What's your plan?"

David shrugs. They continue walking as David suggest," Moving to Boston? The only way no one gets hurt here if we don't want to be together. Is that what you want?"

" No." David shakes his head and Mary Margaret says to him," Then we have to stop hiding and do something. It's better she hears it from you than from someone else. You have to make a choice."

David sighs before giving her his answer," I choose.. you."

Mary Margaret nods, making her decision," Then it's time to tell Kathryn."

Present. Storybrooke. Granny's Diner

In the morning. Emma and Zatanna enters as they bump into the Stranger.

" Ah you there." Zatanna greets him and the Stranger greets her back," Well Zatanna. Nice to see you again."

" Yeah well, bet you also know Emma?" Zatanna says as August nods, looking at Emma and he says," I've been meaning to bump into you. Matter of fact, I was hoping we might grab that drink you promised."

Emma stares at him," Is that you asking me out?"

" Well, if putting a label on it makes you feel more comfortable, sure. Let's call it a date." The Stranger nods and Emma asks," I thought you came here to write, find inspiration."

" Well, I'm optimistic about our date. " The Stranger says but Emma isn't having it," See, I have a policy. I won't go out with guys who won't tell me their names. Find it weeds out the ones who keep secrets, like they're already married or they... store body parts in their freezer. It was nice talkin' to you."

" It's August." The Stranger answers, causing Zatanna and Emma to stop as August faces the pair, " August W. Booth."

Zatanna comments out," Really? With the middle initial?"

" W's for Wayne. So wanna meet at the Rabbit Hole for some drinks after work?" August proposes to Emma.

" Oh you're on." Emma grins.

" Great! It's a date." August says and he leaves the diner.

Zatanna elbows Emma's arm lightly and she grins at her sister," Well, better than well water am I right?"

" Yeah." Emma says," Anyway I'm going to order our cocoa, you sit down first."

" Okay." Zatanna then sat across Mary Margaret who is sipping a cup of tea.

As Zatanna sits down, she she asks her about August," Who was that?"

" Oh, that's August. He was the man who I told you about." Zatanna answers.

" Ah, the one with the water from the well." Mary Margaret says and Zatanna nods," Yup."

Mary Margaret then probes," So what was that all about?" Only for Zatanna to answer," It's nothing."

" 'Nothing' with you means something, because if it were nothing, we wouldn't be talking about it." Mary Margaret says.

Zatanna then says," I was sorry. I thought you called us here to talk about you."" Yeah, but talking about you is easier right now." Mary Margaret confesses.

Just then, Emma joins in, placing their cups on the table and she asks Mary Margaret," What is it, what's wrong?"

Mary Margaret leans in and she whispers to the two women," Remember when you told me to stay away from David and I agreed?"

" Yes." Zatanna whispers back and Mary Margaret replies," I didn't."

Leaning forward, Emma whispers back to Mary Margaret," We know."

Mary Margaret widens her eyes, her face plastered with an incredulous look and she asks," You do? How?"

Emma simply answers while whispering," Because I'm... sheriff, and you are a lovesick schoolteacher. Covering your tracks isn't exactly your strong suit."

" Well, I've been discre..." Realizing what she is doing, Mary Margaret lowers her voice and she finishes her sentence,"...discreet."

Zatanna however, contradicts her statement," Two teacups in the sink, new perfume, late nights, plunging necklines, pretty obvious if you ask me."

Mary Margaret examines her own neckline and she asks," Plunging?"

" When we met you, you were a top-button kind of girl." Emma says causing Mary Margaret to question out," Why didn't you say anything?"

" I'm not your mother." Emma says and those words causes Zatanna to cough, prompting Emma to hit her on the back.

" Geez, are you okay?" Emma asks and Zatanna says," Sorry, just what you said really just choke me up."

Mary Margaret says," I mean I can't blame you for acting like that Zatanna. According to Henry, I'm Emma's mom."

As Mary Margaret drinks from her cup,Emma then says to her," I just figured that you would let me know when it was time, and... I'm assuming it's time."

Mary Margaret confesses," He's telling Kathryn."

" Everything?" Zatanna asks as she recovers and Mary Margaret nods," Everything."

David and Kathryn's house.

Meanwhile, Kathryn is on the computer when she notices something, she calls David in,
" David? David, come take a look, I found a whole bunch of great apartment options."

David enters as Kathryn continues," I have no idea which neighborhood to look at, but... have you ever been to Boston?"

David shakes his head," No, No, I've never been."

Kathryn then suggests," Maybe we should ask the Sheriff, Emma or her magician sister Zatanna. Both were from there. I think we could even ask Zatanna when she meets us for karaoke this Fri..."

David then interjects," Kathryn. I can't go to Boston with you."

" Can't... or won't?" Kathryn looks at David as he began getting to knees, shaking his head as he apologizes to her," I am sorry. I'm so, so sorry.  I don't know what to say."

Kathryn looks at him and she suggests,
" Try the truth. David, is there something going on that I don't know about?"

" No! No, something happened. I don't know what it is! But there is something that's preventing... from connecting...and it's not fair to you to let that screw up your life. You're right, you need a fresh start. It's just not with me." David says to Kathryn sadly.

Past, The Enchanted Forest, Forest.

In the forest, Prince Charming rides with Princess Abigail and two guards and she assures him,
" We have reached my father's realm. We should be safe here."

The two halt, and as they dismount from their horses, Princess Abigail says to Prince Charming,
" I have provisions waiting for you. "

She hands Prince Charming a leather bag but he refuses," I can't take any of it."

He tosses it away and demands," Not until you tell me what's really going on..."

" I told you..." Princess Abigail tries to explain but
Prince Charming interrupts by shouting at her," Stop playing games!"

A Guard approaches but Princess Abigail signals him back as Prince Charming questions," If you have no feelings for me, as you have said, why show me any kindness at all? What haven't you told me?"

Princess Abigail sighs and she confesses," This isn't about you, James. It's me. I don't want to marry you because... my heart also belongs to another. A man I was once to wed. A man named Frederick."

" What happened?" Prince Charming asks and
Princess Abigail explains," We all have our own tragedies, lost love being the worst. I thought reuniting you with yours might grant me some consolation."

Prince Charming sighs and he says to her tragically,
" Well, I'm afraid I'm not able to help you, then. My... "love" told me i no uncertain terms that she does not feel for me as... I do for her. Can't fight for something that doesn't exist. So...there's my tragedy."

" Weh. That's no tragedy. Come."
Princess Abigail extends her hand, prompting Prince Charming to take it," Follow me."

Hand in hand, the pair approaches a golden statue inside a small wooden pavilion. Standing over it are two guards who wear chainmail and carry spears.

Princess Abigail says to the guards,
" A moment, please."

The pavilion guards leaves and Princess Abigail directs Prince Charming to the golden statue,
" This is where my beloved Frederick sacrificed his life."

Prince Charming apologises to Princess Abigail,
" I'm sorry. Did he die in battle?"

" We were traveling with my father, King Midas. When our caravan was ambushed, Frederick bravely defended us, and was cut down saving my father's life." Princess Abigail says and

Prince Charming admires the statue," It's a fitting tribute. The craftsmanship is...is remarkable. I haven't seen anything quite so... lifelike."

As he held onto the statue's arm,Princess Abigail then addresses his comment," That's because the arm you're touching is actually Frederick's."

Prince Charming looks up from her words," Scuse me?"

Princess Abigail explains," It's not a statue. Frederick saw the attack when no one else did, and threw himself in front of my father, knocking him to safety. Because of my father's curse... he was instantly turned to gold."

Prince Charming then asks," All curses can be broken. Have you tried true love's kiss?"

Princess Abigail shakes her head in the negatively and she says with a hint of sadness," Until my lips bled."

" The gold got in the way. There must be something else to do. Have you tried the Magician?" Prince Charming asks only for Princess Abigail to shake her head," Unfortunately no. The Magician and his daughter left by then. I was unable to find them to remove his curse."

" Damn it!" Prince Charming curses.

" But there is something else," Princess Abigail adds,
" There is legend of a lake. Lake Nostos. Its waters are said to have magical properties that can return to you something that was once lost."

Prince Charming asks," And...what, you haven't tried it?"

" Of course I have. But the lake is guarded by a ghastly creature that drowns its victims. No one who's ever faced it has lived to return." Princess Abigail says pessimistically but Prince Charming assures her," Don't give up hope just yet. I will face this... guardian. And return with the water that will undo this wretched curse."

" None have succeeded!" Princess Abigail cries out by Prince Charming retorts," None have my fearless bravery."

" A fearless disregard for their own safety." Princess Abigail states but Prince Charming says to her,
" Either way. One of us should have our happiness."

" And if you die, neither of us will!" Princess Abigail spoke but Prince Charming disagrees," No, not true. Don't you understand? If I succeed, you'll be reunited with Frederick and your misery ends. If I fail, the misery that ends will be mine."

Present, Storybrooke, August's Workshop.

At August's workshop, August dips storybook pages in a clear fluid and hangs them up to dry. With a needle, he stitches the new pages into the Once Upon a Time book.

Mayor's Office.

Meanwhile at the Mayor's Office, Regina Mills has gives Henry a gift and she coaxes him," Oh, go on, open it!"

Henry stares at it and he asks Regina," What's the occasion?"

" The occasion is I love you. Go on." Regina says.

Henry opens it as Regina giggles. Inside the box is a handheld game.

Regina then says to Henry," Now, I know you miss your book but with this, you can do the heroics. You can save the princesses...you can be the hero."

Henry simply pokes at the game, causing Regina to sigh out," Henry, you have to believe me, when I tore down the playground, I did it for your safety. Please don't be upset with me. I really didn't mean to destroy your book."

Henry shakes his head," It's... not just the book."

" Okay, then what is it?" Regina asks and Henry answers," It's Emma. I want to see her."

Just then, there is a knock on the door, prompting Regina to answer it.

As she opens it, standing outside is a distraught Kathryn.

" Regina, you got a min...oh, I'm sorry."

Regina says to her,

" Oh, don't... worry about it. Henry, why don't you get home and start your homework? I'll be there in a bit and we can have dinner."

As Henry leaves the office and heads home, Kathryn breaks down crying, prompting Regina to ask her in concern," Kathryn, what is it?"

Kathryn wipes away her tears and she says to her," It's David. He's leaving me."

" That little homewrecker." Those words causes Kathryn to look up," 'Scuse me?"

Regina remarks out," She just couldn't stay away, could she?"

Confused, Kathryn ask Regina," What are you talking about?" Regina stares at Kathryn with a puzzled expression, as if she were confused over Kathryn's lack of knowledge of the current events," Why, Mary Margaret, of course."

Kathryn then frantically began questioning Regina," What's Mary Margaret got to do with this? What's Mary Margaret got to do with any of this—Regina, do you know something?"

Regina then reveals to her the truth," They've been having an affair."

Upon hearing that Kathryn began breaking down again, questioning out," How do you know this? How, did you see something?"

Regina then answers,

" I... saw pictures. Sidney was always looking for scandal, it sells papers, he showed me. I buried them of course."

" Show me." Kathryn says, heaving as Regina tries to calm her down," Kathryn..."

" Show me!" Kathryn screams, causing Regina to pull out a manila envelope.

Kathryn opens and and she looks, seeing many many + pictures of David and Mary Margaret together, she looks up and she asks Regina," Why didn't you tell me?"

Regina answers," Because I thought you two were working it out! I wanted you to work it out. Believe me, I want you two together."

Kathryn: Why? Why do you care about any of this?

Regina: Because I'm your friend.

Kathryn: No, you're not. A friend wouldn't do this. A friend wouldn't lie. Everyone is lying to me! (Exit Kathryn)

Past, The Enchanted Forest, Shrine

Both Prince Charming and Abigail arrives at a shrine at night, causing

Prince Charming to ask,

" What's this?"

Princess Abigail explains," It's a shrine to the guardian of the lake. Every man who faces it leaves an offering here first, asking for the creature's mercy."

Prince Charming picks up a helmet from the shrine and examines it and he Prince Charming and he says to her," I go the rest of the way alone."

Princess Abigail insists," No, this is for me. You have to let me come with you."

Prince Charming says to her," No. The only life I want in my hands, is my own."

Princess Abigail nods and she says to him,
" Good luck, then. And don't forget..."

She looks at the shrine as Prince Charming says,
" A lot of good it did them."

He then irreverently throws the helmet back and walks off to the lake.

Present, Storybrooke, David and Kathryn Nolan's house.

David is looking at old photos of himself and Kathryn. He puts them down and makes a call on his cell phone.

Storybrooke Elementary School.

Meanwhile at Storybrooke Elementary School, Mary Margaret is walking through the school when her cell phone rings and she answers it, asking David across the line," Hey! Did, uh, did you do it?"

She listens as David spoke over the phone," Yeah. It's bad."

" I'm sorry." Mary Margaret apologises and David further adds," No, it was, um, it was really bad."

Mary Margaret says to him optimistically,
" But you told the truth, so now we can pick up the pieces. We can start over from a real place."

" Hey. I wanna see you. Can I come by when you get done at school?" David ask and Mary Margaret nods," Of course! I'll see you then! And David, you did the right thing."

As Mary Margaret hangs up, at that moment, Kathryn Nolan comes bursting into the hallway pushing past a man carrying soccer balls.

The man turns back and he shouts at Kathryn,
" Oh! Hey! Watch where you're going!"

Kathryn ignores him, she continues walking just as
Zatanna approaches her, greeting Kathryn," Hey Kathryn, what's going..."

Kathryn pushes past her and storms straight towards Mary Margaret.

Mary Margaret looks up and upon seeing Kathryn, she calls out to her," Kathryn!"

Kathryn approaches her, shaking her head as Mary Margaret apologises," I'm...I'm sorry."

However, Kathryn simply swings her hand across, smacking Mary Margaret across the face before shouting at her," Screw you, you're sorry!"

Zatanna, the man and everyone people in the hallway look up, wondering what the commotion is about.

Mary Margaret looks around, seeing the stares the onlookers are giving her and she nods at Kathryn,
" Yeah. I understand you're upset, you have every right to be."

Kathryn however scoffs sarcastically," Thank you for that insight."

Mary Margaret tries to urge Kathryn, feeling rather embarrassed by the situation," Can we...can we please talk somewhere private?"

" Private!?" Kathryn shouts, furious as she denies Mary Margaret her request," Why do you get any consideration at all? You have shown none for me! Either of you! All you did was lie!"

Mary Margaret nods and she says to Kathryn,
" We should have talked to you sooner, but we've been completely honest. We didn't lie."

" You didn't lie? You snuck around, you have him break up my marriage with a pack of lies, with some crap about "not being able to connect"?" Mary Margaret looks confused as Kathryn angrily continues," He didn't have any trouble connecting with you."

" David didn't tell you about us?" Mary Margaret questions and Kathryn shakes her head before answering out haughtily," No, of course not. That would have been the honorable thing to do."

Mary Margaret says," But he said he would tell you."

" Well, then he lied to you too. Good luck making it work. You two deserve each other." Kathryn spat and she turns around, walking off.

As Kathryn walks away, a distraught Mary Margaret stood there as Zatanna walks towards her, asking," Hey Mary Margaret, you mind telling me what's going on?"

Past, The Enchanted Forest, Lake Nostos,

At night at Lake Nostos, Prince Charming approaches the shore of the lake. He takes off his cape, pulls out a leather canteen, and goes to fill it in the lake.

The ripples from the canteen spread and a shudder is heard throughout the lake. Prince charming throws down the canteen and stands up, shouting,
" Where are you? Make yourself known to me! Beast!"

He draws sword and he declares out,
" Show yourself."

Right at that moment, a beautiful woman adorned with jewels, the Siren, slowly rising from the center of the lake.

The Siren smiles as she presents herself to him," Here I am."

Present, Storybrooke, Sidewalk.

Mary Margaret Blanchard is walking down the street when she sees two women who, when they see her, start whispering and then darting into a shop.

Looking worried, Mary Margaret continues on her way, only to bump into Granny.

Granny quickly apologises without knowing who it is," Oh, Gosh! I'm sorry! I didn't..."

" Excuse me! I must not have been looking..." Mary Margaret tries to apologise only for Granny to look up and say to her haughtily," Oh. You."

Mary Margaret stares at the old woman and she then asks," Excuse me?"

" You should be ashamed of yourself." Granny says to her coldly before walking off, leaving Mary Margaret on the verge of tears.

Past, The Enchanted Forest, Lake Nostos

The Siren walks on the water, approaching Prince Charming, asking him," What's your name?"

Prince Charming doesn't respond and the Siren says,
" Would you like to know mine? Because I can be anyone you want me to be."

Prince Charming quickly cuts her off," Stop. I know what you are. You're a Siren. Your deceitful words are a spell meant to lure me to my death."

" I would never hurt such a brave, powerful man like yourself. Not when there are so many other things we could do." The Siren says as she closes in onto him.

Prince Charming quickly pushes the siren away,
" I said stop! I will not fall prey to your deceptions."

The Siren looks at him in amazement," Really? You're immune to me."

She pours water from the lake on her face, transforming her face into that of Snow White before asking him," Like me more now, Charming?"

Prince Charming however, isn't falling for it," No. You're not really her. It's an illusion. I know it's not real."

" Sometimes illusions are better than truth." The Siren approaches Prince Charming and she continues," Everything you want that you can't have...I can give it to you. All you have to do is kiss me. I know you want to, I can feel it."

Prince Charming shakes his head," No."

The Siren plants her lips into Prince Charming, kissing him.

Prince Charming drops his sword into the lake as the two began walking on the water, the Siren draws him out into the middle of the lake.

Prince Charming however, pauses and he shakes his head," No. I don't want an illusion. I want reality or nothing."

" This doesn't feel real?" The Siren hisses as she kisses Prince Charming again.

" Snow..." Prince Charming gasps as the Siren says again in Snow White's voice," Oh, that's right. It's me."

She kisses Prince Charming a third time and she says," I love you."

" No." Prince Charming still isn't fooled and he pulls himself away," No. It's not you."

Angered that her charm isn't working, the Siren screams at him," Yes, it is! I love you!"

Prince Charming shakes himself off and he says to her defiantly," No. This is not real love. I've felt it, and this isn't it. I know the difference."

" Congratulations, Prince Charming. You're the first." The Siren pushes Prince Charming into the depths of the lake and drags him down to the bottom.

She gestures for him to follow her. He looks and sees the skeletons of other fallen warriors at the bottom of the lake.

Prince Charming tries to swim to the surface, but a strand of seaweed grabs his leg and pulls him down.

As Prince Charming is dragged to the bottom, he sees a dagger of one of the dead heroes. The Siren swims over to him and pulls Prince Charming into one final kiss before he stabs her with the dagger, causing her face to transform back to its original state.

Prince Charming untangles his leg from the seaweed and successfully swims to the surface.

Present, Storybrooke, Street.

David Nolan is washing the word "tramp", written in large red spray paint, off of Mary Margaret Blanchard's car.

Mary Margaret approaches and upon noticing her vandalized car, she questioned out," Who did this?"

David turns to her and he answers," I don't know. I'm sorry, I don't know how any of this happened."

" You don't know? Really?" Mary Margaret stares at him and David says to her," Mary Margaret, I can't control what other people do."

" No, but you can control what you do, and you lied. And now everyone is calling me a tramp." Mary Margaret accuses him and David questions her," Who told her?"

Mary Margaret however, doesn't seem to care about who spilled the beans but rather, questioning David," That is exactly the wrong question. The real question is why didn't you do what we discussed? Why didn't you tell her?"

" I thought we could spare her feelings." David admitted and Mary Margaret nods," Right. You thought. Not we. You. And we discussed this."

David: I didn't want anyone to get hurt.

" Now everyone is hurt. We had an understanding. We had an agreement. But you not only lied to her, you lied to me." Mary Margaret angrily says to him in an accusing manner.

David tries to coax her," Mary Margaret, Please. Listen to me. If we want to if...if this...if what we have is love, we have to do what you said. We have to pick up the pieces, and we gotta move on."

Mary Margaret however, disagrees," David, this isn't love. What we have is something else entirely. What we have is destructive, and is has to stop."

" Come on. What are you saying?" David tries to reach out to her but she turns away, shaking her head as she say to him sadly," That we shouldn't be together."

The Next Day

Outside, Emma is busy removing the dead leaves on her car.

At that moment, she sees an iron box in the gutter, causing her to bend down, pick it up and open it.

Inside the box is Henry's book.

" Oh my God. Zatanna! You ought to see this!" As Emma rushes in to tell Zatanna, August watches from the corner of the street.

Mayor's Office

Meanwhile in the Mayor's Office, Regina watering her plants in her office.

At that moment Kathryn enters and she compliments the plants," It's beautiful, I had no idea you were so good with plants."

" Well. Better than with people it would seem" Regina puts down the watering can and she asks," What are you doing here? I thought after what happened yesterday, I would be the last person you would want to see."

" So did I. And then I thought about it and I realized I owed you an apology." Kathryn says.

" Kathryn." Regina tries to talk but Kathryn interjects apologetically," I know you'd never do anything to hurt me. I was just so angry...and confused and I snapped. I'm sorry. I've just been fighting so hard to hold onto David, I've never stopped and asked myself why."

" He's your husband. You love each other, you always have." Regina says but Kathryn disagrees," No. We haven't."

She takes out pictures of Mary Margaret and David and shows them to Regina," See the way he looks at her? He's never looked at me like that. Not even before his accident."

Regina realizes that her plan is falling apart and she tries to convince Kathryn," Kathryn, relationships take work. You can't give up so easily."

Kathryn then asks," Have you ever been in love?"

" Yes." Regina hesitates and looks down slightly," Once."

Kathryn turns and walks away to the side, sighing out," Because what I am coming to understand is that I haven't. What they have is..real, it's true. My marriage to David..i-it was just like an illusion, I don't know how it happened but it was never real. I know that now. The way David looks at Mary Margaret, that's what I want for me."

She walks towards Regina and she declares out," And I'm going to go out there and I'm going to find it."

" What are you talking about?" Regina asks and Kathryn answers," I'm sticking to my plan, I'm moving to Boston. Alone. If I stay here, I'll never be happy."

Regina asked her," And what about David?"

" I wrote him a letter. Him and Mary Margaret. I told them they should be together." Kathryn says, causing Regina to look at her in disbelief," I...I'm sorry, you did what?"

" I can't see him, not now." Kathryn shakes her head," It's just too painful."

She then pulls Regina into a hug and she bids her farewell," I'm going to miss you Regina, you've been a good friend to me."

" You're really going?" Regina questions as Kathryn pulls away from her, remarking out," It's funny. I've always having this irrational fear of leaving Storybrooke. Like something is just, holding me back, is that crazy?"

" No. Change is always frightening. But do you know what Kathryn? This just may be what you need. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for." Regina lies, faking a smile at Kathryn.

Past, The Enchanted Forest.

Back in the Enchanted Forest, Princess Abigail is waiting for Prince Charming to return near Frederick at that moment, Prince Charming appears with a canteen and he hands it to her," Water from Lake Nostos, as requested."

Princess Abigail stares at the canteen in amazement, " Remarkable! But how did you manage to slay the beast?"

" Oh, the fate of your true love was at stake, and it was a battle I couldn't afford to lose." Prince Charming simply says.

Princess Abigail then goes to Frederick and pours the water on him.

The magic within the water began melting away the gold over Fredrick, restoring him back to his human form.

Gasping for air and looking around in shock, Frederick looks at Princess Abigail and he asks," Abigail, what happened to me?"

" You were trapped, but now you're free." Frederick looks at Prince Charming as Princess Abigail introduces him," This is James. He's the one who freed you."

Frederick immediately thanks Prince Charming," I am forever indebted to you."

Prince Charming then says," Well, pay me back by walking down the aisle, with someone you truly belong with. And perhaps, giving me a horse and supplies for a journey as well."

" Done." Fredrick immediately agrees.

Princess Abigail then asks Prince Charming," Thank you... so much. Where will you go?"

" To find Snow White." Prince Charming answers.

Princess Abigail looks at him," You are going after her."

" True love isn't easy. But it must be fought for, because once you find it, it can never be replaced." Prince Charming states and Princess Abigail asks," How will you know where to find her?"

" Well a bird helped me track her down once, hopefully it can again." Prince Charming answers.

" Well, then good luck. Oh, and James, please make haste." Prince Charming looks as Princess Abigail warns him," When King Georg discovers that the union of the kingdoms has been ruined, he will come after you. Some people will stop at nothing to destroy the happiness of others."

Present, Storybrooke, David and Kathryn's House

Regina uses her keys and she puts in it in the lock, opening the door of the Nolan house.

She enters and takes the letter Kathryn left to David.

Storybrooke Elementary School

Meanwhile, Henry is sitting on a bench near the school playing the game Regina gave him.

At that moment, Emma and Zatanna sat down with him and Emma looks at the game, remarking out," Wow! I love that game. "Space Paranoids", right?"

" Yeah. My mom got it for me." Henry says.

" I used to play that all the time when I was a kid. Relax! It's all in the wrists." Emma advices and

Henry's face drops upon knowing the reality," Uh... My mom's picking me up in like five minutes."

" All right, We'll be quick then." Emma says as Zatanna adds," We just have something we like to give you."

Emma then pulls out the Once Upon a Time book and Henry shot up from the bench," You found it! Where'd you get it?"

" I found it in a gutter. It must have fallen off the dump truck on the way to the junkyard and got tossed around in the rain and somehow made its way back to me." Emma guesses.

" Wow. That's crazy." Henry exclaims as he held onto his book

Emma asks," What other explanation could there be?"

" I don't know." Henry admits.

" Well, whatever happened, it came back to me." Emma says and Henry says to her optimistically," Maybe it means our luck is changing. Operation Cobra is back on. It's a sign, things are gonna be better."

" I hope you're right kid. We better go." Zatanna says to Henry.

" Alright, see you." Henry bids both Emma and Zatanna goodbye as he opens up his book waiting for his adoptive mother.

Past, The Enchanted Forest, Farmhouse

Prince Charming rides to a farmhouse hidden behind a forest, before he dismounts, calling out for Snow White," Snow! Snow White! Snow! Are you there!"

" She's gone." Prince Charming looks as Red Riding Hood appears, explaining to him," She never came back after she went to find you."

Prince Charming however, isn't willing to give up," Then I'll find her. I will always find her. And I will convince her that we belong together. I will always fight for her, no matter what comes between us."

" It won't be much of a fight." Red Riding Hood says, causing Prince Charming to look at her," What are you talking about?"

" Snow wants to be with you more than anything." Red Riding Hood says and Prince Charming scoffs out," Don't mock me. Snow told me that we can't be together because she doesn't love me."

Red Riding Hood began revealing the truth," She left here to break up her wedding because she's in love with you. Unless something changed her mind along the way."

" Not something. Someone." Prince Charming looks across, attracting Red Riding Hood's attention, noticing a bunch of men on horsebacks closing in onto them," James? Who are they?"

" Not someone. King George." Prince Charming answers as he could heard

King George's voice shouting," Bring me his head!"

" Come on!" He pulls Red on his horse as they ride away from King George.

However, just as the pair leaves, right at that moment, there was a flash of lightning, causing the the horses to halt.

As Prince Charming and Red Riding Hood rode, Prince Charming heard the sound and he asks," What in the world was that?"" Just keep riding." That was all Red Riding Hood says and the two quickly rides away."

The guards looks as the smoke disappears, revealing the forms of a tall man and a young girl.

The guard immediately recognizes the two," You!"

Zatara opens his palm, magic emitting from his gloved hand as he warns, King George" Leave him and return to your kingdom or else face the consequences."

King George moves back as one of his guards growls at the magician," King George will have both your heads for this!"

Zatara notices the horses circling him and his daughter, with several archers flanking the horsebacks and he simply says to the guards calmly," You're welcome to try."

In the woods, Prince Charming and Red Riding Hood continue riding non-stop as the sounds of magic, explosions and the screams of men echoes into the night.

Present, Storybrooke, Blanchard Loft

Back at the Blanchard loft, Mary Margaret is lying on her bed crying over the events that transpired when at that moment, both Emma and Zatanna enters the room.

Emma looks at her and she asks," You feel like talking about it yet?"

" Nope."

" You wanna be alone?" Emma asks again Mary Margaret responds with the same answer.

" Nope."

Zatanna and Emma sat next to her as Zatanna assures the crying woman,

" There there Mary Margaret, everything will be okay."

Meanwhile

Meanwhile at the Mayor's Office, Regina takes Kathryn's letter from one of her desk drawers. In this same drawer is the spray of paint she used on Mary Margaret's car. She takes a lighter.

Regina then lights up the letter, watching it burn while smiling and the throwing it into the fireplace.

Regina gloats as she watches the letter burn.

Road

Kathryn is in the car, she smiling as she drives to the exit of the city.

Soon

A few minutes later on the road, Fredrick, who is a gym teacher in Storybrooke, leads to the exit of Storybrooke.

He then sees a broken car on the side of the road, causing him to stop the car.

He gets out of the car and heads to the other car to search for survivors.

He looks inside and he notices that the airbag is out, but there is nobody inside the car.
