Megumi: And Killer Frost, the ice powered metahuman.

Toomi: Ice...

Megumi: You mean crack!

Toomi: What no! Ice, it can be cold and unforgiving, making it one hell of a primary weapon and superpower for some evil doers.

Megumi: And unlike Elsa, these two just can't let it go. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Kula Diamond skates into What if Battles

Toomi: Kula Diamond is the an Anti-K' Weapon created by NESTS

Megumi: Nest? You mean the same thing that birds lay their eggs in?

Toomi: No! It's a crime syndicate but they intend to gather DNA samples from the KOF contestants in order to create superhuman weapons. However they have to capture living test subjects in order to do that

Sachi: One of these guinea pigs was simply known as K' a fighter who was infused with a DNA of a hot fighter, Kyo Kusanagi. Where he was the NESTS test subject for years, They experiment on his lifeless body until he seemed fit enough to enter the King Of Fighters Tournament

Megumi: But he wasn't the only one, there is only an 18 year girl who is the totally opposite of him. The cold assassin of NEST known as Kula Diamond.

Toomi: Having the power of cryokinesis means that Kula Diamond can create ice out of anything, even from her own hair.

Sachi: She fights opponents with her Anti-K' fighting style which is based on pure violence. And here's the shocking part. Her outfit is also used as her arsenal. it contains a pair of skates which are not only use for maneuver around ice, but they also adds a sharp edge to her kicks.

Toomi: Some of her moves from her moveset includes the One inch Punch, Diamond Breath, Slider Shoot, Ray Spin and she can even counter projectiles with her counter shell attack, and her Frozen arena attack covers the floor in ice, Where Kula moves in a deals a swift and devastating strike.

Megumi: So... It's like a slip n slide, except one slip and your impaled.

Sachi: And Finally her Freeze execution is kinda like her hyper combo, It's a blizzard so fierce that the opponent takes a Large amount of Damage.  But her strongest attack is definitely the Glacier Ridge. She imprisons her foe in ice for several seconds before unleashing a brutal explosion to them. This can rise to even a sixteen hit combination just for the sequence alone.

Megumi: For such a pretty little thing, Kula is actually pretty tough. She once had to combat Zero Cannons, surviving a direct explosion from a shot that destroyed the city of Southtown. That's right! When the dust settled and the rubble remained, Kula Diamond was the one still alive!

Toomi: And as far as speed goes, Kula is hardly lacking. When she set about stopping Zero's mission, she moved quicker than satellites, and was quick enough to surpass Earth's escape velocity. That's roughly 11.2km/s, or better put, Mach 33. Kula Diamond would have been travelling just over 25,000,319.8819 m/ph.

Megumi: Damn, that's pretty hot for someone who walks around in Winter theme everyday

Toomi: Yeah, don't ever mention the word hot or anything heat related, she hates fire, just seeing it makes her angry.

Killer Frost is frigid in What if Battles

Toomi: Crystal Frost was a college student studying to become a scientist, where she fell in love with her teacher Martin Stein. She joined him in the Arctic to work on a secret project. However, she accidentally locked herself inside a thermafrost chamber and was transformed into a being that can absorb heat and project cold and ice.

Megumi: Now, what did she do with her new powers? Was it A: She used her superpowers to become a super-villain or was it B? Congratulations if you chose A than you are correct!

Sachi:  Going by the name of Killer Frost, she went on a murderous crusade and faced the superhero Firestorm on multiple occasions. During one of their battles, Killer Frost absorbed too much energy from Firestorm and was killed in the process.

Megumi: Wow. That was anti climatic.

Toomi: But that's not the version of Killer Frost we are using. Introducing  Dr. Louise Lincoln, a former  colleague and friend to Crystal Frost

Sachi: After her death, Lincoln decided to recreate the same experiment and become the second Killer Frost where she will try to get revenge on Firestorm to avenge her friend, becoming just as bad if not, far worst than the previous Killer Frost

Megumi: Lincoln would end up joining many super villain teams, including the Suicide Squad, Injustice League, Legion of Doom, Secret Society of Super-villains, even teaming up with other ice theme villains like  Captain Cold, Icicle, and Mr. Freeze.

Toomi: Killer Frost releases her chilling powers by absorbing heat from external sources and then transmutes it into waves of cold

Megumi: She can create blizzards so intense that they can instantly freeze her targets and create objects out of ice like shields or projectiles (Icicles, ice blades, etc). She can also move these ice objects at will.

Sachi:  She can freeze any animate matter through physical contact which makes her unable to touch a normal person without accidentally freezing them. She has also been able to turn frozen people into icicles. One inconsistent power Killer Frost has is that she has been demonstrated to being able to fly by using either Arctic winds or some unknown manner of self-propulsion.

Sachi: Her powers are no joke too: Superboy swings a pole at her and it became brittle enough to break on her body before it can even hit her

Megumi: And her ice is so cold she can even freeze powerful heroes like Power Girl, Blue Beetle, Green Lantern and Red Tornado in place, the same beings that can survive even in the vacuum of space.

Megumi: Holy shit, never expected a ice chick like her to be that overpowered.

Toomi: However, does have several weakness: She needs to absorb heat from external sources in order to generate ice which means if there is no heat, Killer Frost is powerless.

Sachi: And other heroes like The Flash and Wonder Woman has even beaten her in battle

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

City

In a normal day in a city, a helicopter swoops past the array of buildings, lowering itself down.

Up on the chopper, Kula Diamond finishes her ice cream as she tosses the stick aside, leaping out of the chopper before plunging down towards the streets.

Little does Kula know that her mission is going to get more eventful.

Bank

<Cue: Icy by Itzy>

Outside of a bank, the entrance suddenly went off in an explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke clears, a tall lean woman with blue skin, blue hair, cladded in a blue leotard emitting a cold frosty aura emerges out carrying a bag full of money.

However, right as she steps out, Killer Frost stops upon realizing that her getaway car drove away without her, leaving her alone to deal with the S.W.A.T team present.

Killer Frost narrows her eyes as she thrusts her hand out, instantly freezing the entire S.W.A.T team in place.

Right as Killer Frost is finished disposing off the S.W.A.T team, right at that moment, Kula Diamond lands right behind her, causing her to turn around.

Kula: Ikuyo!

Killer Frost: I've discovered anomalies.

Kula: Kula, ganbaru!

Both Killer Frost and Kula faces each other before the two thrusts their hands out, firing a blast of ice at each other at the same time.

SHING!!!

Announcer: Fight!

CHING!!!

The ice blasts explodes upon collision before Kula dashes forward.

Killer Frost thrusts her arms out, throwing several blasts of ice at Kula who simply skates past them, closing in onto her.

Before Killer Frost could even react, Kula lunges herself up before throwing a palm straight into her face.

WHAM!!!

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Kula began attacking Killer Frost with a flurry of punches before swinging her legs outwards, cutting into the metahuman with her ice skates.

SLASH!!!

Killer Frost: ARGHHHH!!!

Landing backwards, Killer Frost wipes the blood off her body before declaring out.

Killer Frost: Startin' to piss me off!

As Kula Diamond jumps up and closes in onto Killer Frost, the metahuman swings her hand out, instantly freezing Kula in place.

SHING!!!

Killer Frost then uses her hand to telekinetically lift the frozen Kula off the ground before slamming her hard onto the ground.

BAM!!!

Kula: ARGHHHH!!!

As Kula cries out in agony, Killer Frost waves her hands up, summoning several blocks of ice from the ground, striking into Kula.

SHING!!! SHING!!! SHING!!!

Killer Frost then swings her hands up, freezing Kula in place before sliding across the floor, striking into her before throwing a blast of ice right into her.

BAM!!!

Killer Frost stood over the fallen Kula, smirking as she says.

Killer Frost: I almost feel sorry for ya.

Wiping the blood off her lips, Kula pushes herself up and she points a finger at Killer Frost, shouting.

Kula: Kula.... Okottan da kara!!

Killer Frost: Do you ever shut up?

Kula skates across the floor, throwing multiple blows at Killer Frost who dodges every blow with ease, mocking her as she swerves to the left.

Killer Frost: You ain't so fast.

Kula: Iku yo! Ike! Ike! Ike!

Kula shouts just as she throws a punch, striking Killer Frost in the torso.

Killer Frost's entire body began freezing up before Kula jumps back, standing there as several explosive hits began hitting the frozen metahuman sixteen times.

BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!! BAM!!!

Killer Frost: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Killer Frost screams out in agony as she falls flat onto the floor.

Kula: Sore! Owari da!

Kula declares out as she spreads her hands out, creating a blizzard of ice over the entire street.

Various cars, passerbys and objects began freezing in ice as Kula performs her ultimate attack.

Killer Frost grits her teeth, noticing her arm freezing up before breaking the ice, shouting.

Killer Frost: NO!!!

Resisting Kula Diamond's attack, Killer Frost throws a powerful blast of ice right into Kula, halting her in midair.

SHING!!!

Kula: ARGHHHHHH!!!

As Kula screams out in agony, Killer Frost swings her hand out, summoning several spikes of ice from underneath her.

Before Kula could even react, she could feel several sharp spikes piercing through her body.

SHOK!!! SHOK!!! SHOK!!!

Killer Frost then levitates herself upwards, creating a snowy blizzard around the city as she summons two giant spike tiles before slamming them onto the defenseless Kula.

CRASH!!!

Just as Kula collapses onto the floor, Killer Frost summons one more ice spike panel before slamming it down onto her.

SHING!!!

The ice spikes instantly impales Kula, killing her just as Killer Frost lands in front of her.

Standing victorious, Killer Frost picks up her bag of cash before turning around, saying to the now dead Kula Diamond.

Killer Frost: That'll cool you off.

Killer Frost then flew up into the sky, leaving the corpse of Kula lying there just as several agents of NEST scrambles into the scene to investigate

Megumi: Brrrrr. That's how you turn the summer's climate into winter instantly!

Toomi: This is one interesting battle to say the least. Kula's skills in martial arts certainly kept Killer Frost on her toes, with her moving close enough to attack Killer Frost which is a big advantage over her opponent's usual tactic of just shooting ice at her opponents.

Sachi: However, that is pretty much Kula's only advantage she has in this fight.

Toomi: While Kula is pretty strong for a girl her age, she has ironically never canonically won a single fight against any King of Fighter character while Killer Frost on the other hand has went toe to toe and even beaten some of the heavy hitters of the DC Universe.

Sachi: And in terms of speed, Killer Frost also dominates Kula, having been able to keep up with Firestorm who's speed is comparable to Kryptonians and superhumans that can move faster than the speed of light.

Toomi: And while Kula can freeze anything in her place, with her ability to emit temperature cold enough to freeze space stations is nothing compared to Killer Frost who was mentioned to be capable of freezing the heat of the sun itself which considering how a star can burn up in space without freezing up, it would take a whole lot of power to basically absorb all that heat in order to freeze the sun up.

Megumi: Damn, to think Killer Frost could make Superman powerless just by taking away the heat of his own power source.

Toomi: Going up on top in raw power and speed, we can conclude that Killer Frost has the means to take this victory from Kula Diamond.

Megumi: Looks like Killer Frost has given Kula the cold shoulder in this fight.

Sachi: The winner is Killer Frost
