Toomi: Black Cat, the cat burglar in Marvel,

Megumi: And Cat Noir, the fashion model crime fighter.

Toomi: These two cat theme fighters have skills, fashion sense and have save the day multiple times

Megumi: And they have a love for a red bug theme superhero. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Black Cat is feline great for What if Battles

Toomi: Felicia Hardy was trained by her father who was a world-renowned cat burglar to become a great athlete.

Megumi: During her freshman year in college, she went to party and was nearly raped by that drunk student in a bathroom. That's really messed up.

Sachi: She was saved by Ryan, and then they both became close friends. Well, until one night Ryan demanded that it's time for their relationship to become physical.

Toomi: She began training in fighting styles and acrobatics and also decided to utilize her new skills to follow in the footsteps of her father, but she got arrested. After being arrested, she was freed by her father's mentor named Black Fox.

Megumi: Then she donned the costume in order to break her father out of prison, she was called Black Cat!

Sachi: On the same night she first met Spider-Man, he was her first man to trust and grew love to him.

Megumi: Before she got her bad luck powers she made her own luck by studying and preparing the 'battlefield' beforehand so she could pretend that she cast bad luck on her enemies, those includes rigging a shelf to fall on top of Spider Man, rigged tires so they would fall on two thugs giving her the initiative and even threw Spider-Man onto a weak part of the roof

Sachi: And speaking of luck, she even guessed a lock code on her first try, something which has been scientifically calculated to only have a 0.00001% probability of being successful.

Megumi: Now that's something, especially when Spider-Man used to have hard time with him.

Toomi: However, in order for Black Cat's bad luck powers to work, she would need to focus otherwise it won't.

Sachi: Not only that but she lost most of her powers while trying to get Spider Man's to restore his although that won't be a factor in this fight.

Weakness

Needs to be focused when using her tychokinesis, otherwise it won't work

Although she can resist the effects of magic, higher levels of it can nullify her tychokinesis

No longer has her enhanced senses, enhanced equilibrium, infrared vision, or retractable claws; as they were removed while helping Spider-Man recover his powers

Though the Tinkerer's equipment makes up for this

The quantum probability pulsator can be deactivated, which will leave her powerless

Though she can still hold her own in a fight

Outside of the Flashbulb command, Dronesy has no use in combat

Megumi: But it wouldn't matter to her either way as she knows how to make her own luck!

Black Cat: May I have this dance? Aw, you've gotten soft at your old age!

Cat Noir is miraculous for What if Battles

Toomi: Adrien Agreste is the son of the famous fashion designer, Gabriel Agreste. Who after the disappearance of Adrien's mother, Gabriel became cold and distant, and apparently very protective of his son.

Megumi: As such, Adrien was kept inside Gabriel's mansion and educated by Gabriel's assistant, Natalie Sancoeur.

Sachi: However, Adrien did yearn for a normal life, and worked to convince his father to allow him to attend Collège Françoise Dupont, a public secondary school. It was there that he made a group of new friends, including Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

Toomi: Unknown to Adrien, a 186-year-old Chinese man named, Master Fu, was travelling around Paris looking for suitable hosts for the Black Cat and Ladybug Miraculouses before finding Adrien suitable for the role. These magical pieces of jewelry each contain a kwami...

Megumi: Which look like little, flying Funko Pop toy animals.

Toomi: But are, in reality, sprite-like spirit-creatures that can help someone transform into a superhero.

Sachi: However, when Adrien activates his Miraculous...

Megumi: By shouting the somewhat lame power words, "Plagg, claws out!"

Sachi: He becomes Cat Noir, complete with a black costume with cat ears on his head.

Toomi: Cat Noir's most basic powers are that he can move extraordinarily fast, and leap extraordinarily high and far. He also gains the ability to fight like a martial arts master. His greatest power, though, is the power of Cataclysm. When he activates this power, his right hand becomes charged with a black energy, and the next thing he touches will be destroyed

Megumi: He becomes super-dexterous, able to leap and spin through the air, dodging projectiles, and moving into and out of trouble.

Sachi: While using his Miraculous is that he becomes super-fast. I mean he can run along the vertical wall of a building, and he once even got over to a pirate ship by leaping across the flying cannon balls that were being fired at him. And, he can use that speed to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Toomi: And, he seems to gain a certain amount of invulnerability. He has been punched by rock monsters, and been thrown down paved streets, and gotten up without a scratch. Once, the super-villain Hawk Moth used his cane to hit Cat Noir so hard, that he shot him through the ceiling of his hidden lair and up into the air, then he flew up and hit him again so hard that he flew across Paris and collided with the Eiffel Tower. When Hawk Moth went to confront him there, he showed no obvious damage of any kind.

Sachi: He is smart enough to trick Hawk Moth into thinking he wasn't Cat Noir, stealthy enough to avoid capture from the police and is strong enough to tip over a bus while it was full of mummies. However, his main super power could be his main weakness.

Megumi: In the episode "Ladybug," he said, "we're supposed to be nearly invulnerable." Well, "nearly" is right. In the episode "Miraculer," the villain steals Cat Noir's power of Cataclysm and uses it on him. The kid is not destroyed, but he is visibly wounded, barely limping away from the battle. So, it does appear that while physical attacks might hurt Cat Noir, it takes magical attacks to actually harm him.

Toomi: He is smart enough to trick Hawk Moth into thinking he wasn't Cat Noir, stealthy enough to avoid capture from the police and is strong enough to tip over a bus while it was full of mummies. However, his main super power could be his main weakness.

Megumi: Yeah, though Cataclysm is a remarkably useful power, using it will cause him to turn back into Adrien. To become Cat Noir again, he must feed Plagg camebert until he is full.

Sachi: Cat Noir is also extremely cocky and tends to walk into battle without a plan. He has been turned evil multiple times, had his life force absorbed, and been transformed into... a kitten.

Weakness

Allergic to Feathers.

If he is injured before transforming, his injuries will stay with him as Cat Noir (see Riposte (S2E4)).

He does not take everything seriously.

Can't even outlast Ladybug.

Frequently outmatched, overpowered, captured and even been mind controlled by many of the supervillains.

Can only use his Cataclysm once before needing to recharge.

Doing so also causes him to eventually revert back into his civilian

Megumi: But still, despite his faults, Cat Noir is one black cat you want to cross your path!

Cat Noir: Looks like I made it just in time.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

City

In the dark night, all seems to be tranquil in the national musuem.

However, the peace of the night is interrupted by the presence of a thief.

A tall slender woman cladded in a black skin tight cat costume slides down her grappling hook before sneaking stealthily through the shadows of the room, avoiding cameras.

She is Black Cat, the infamous cat burglar.

As she lay eyes on a golden cat statue, she smirks to herself.

Black Cat: Meeeow! Looks like tonight's my luckiest night.

Right as Black Cat is walking towards the statue, suddenly, she heard a loud crash from behind.

CRASH!!!

Startled, Black Cat turns around, her eyes widened in shock.

Rising from the ground is a rather short slender figure with blonde hair rising up, and similar to Black Cat, he's donning a black cat suit as well.

He is Cat Noir, the Miraculous superhero!

Cat Noir: Ouch!

Cat Noir winces as he gets up, massaging his head.

Black Cat looks at him as Cat Noir widens his eyes before he greets her in a flirtaceous manner.

Cat Noir: Hey...

Black Cat: What do you want kid?

Cat Noir: Uh...you're trespassing miss and I'm here to stop you.

Upon hearing that, Black Cat bursts out laughing.

Black Cat: Ah ha ha! Stop me? Wait, you serious?

Cat Noir: Yeah, now you're coming with me!

Cat Noir sprints forward, only to suddenly trip over a marble, causing him to fall.

Cat Noir: Whoa!

Cat Noir skids over the floor, prompting Black Cat to leap over him.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Catfight by Technoboy>

As Black Cat passes overhead Cat Noir, she somersaults in the air before throwing a kick, striking Cat Noir from the back of his head.

WHAM!!!

Cat Noir: YEOW!!!

Cat Noir skids across the fall, slamming face first into the stand displaying the cat statue, causing it to fly up into Black Cat's hand.

As Black Cat attempts to leave, Cat Noir recovers before leaping across the floor, grabbing her by the leg, tripping her over.

Black Cat: WHOA!!!

Black Cat screams out as she was sent tumbling down onto the floor.

Both cat hero and vigilante wrestles against each other across the floor before Cat Noir threw both his legs up, striking into Black Cat's stomach, sending her flying up.

WHAM!!!

As Black Cat is up into the air, she stops on the ceiling before swinging herself over the roof window, prompting Cat Noir to give chase.

Rooftop

Up on the roof, Black Cat lands on the ground just as Cat Noir bursts out of the roof access door, shouting.

Cat Noir: Hey!

Brandishing her claws, Black Cat growls as Cat Noir brandishes his staff, the two cat themed fighters lunging towards each other, exchanging blows amongst themselves.

CLANK!!! CLANK!!! CLANK!!!

Cat Noir swings his staff, only for Black Cat to trip him over before slashing him with her claws.

SLASH!!! SLASH!!! SLASH!!!

Black Cat jumps up onto Cat Noir, wrapping her legs over the hero's head whilst punching him multiple times.

WHAM!!! BAM!!!

Cat Noir: Get! Off of me!

Cat Noir throws Black Cat off, sending her crashing backfirst into a generator.

CRASH!!!

Cat Noir rushes forward, grabbing Black Cat before punching her multiple times.

BAM!!! POW!!!

Black Cat retaliates by swinging her claws down, cutting into him.

SLASH!!!

Cat Noir backs away as Black Cat chids him.

Black Cat: Bad kitty.

Cat Noir then growls.

Cat Noir: That's it!

Cat Noir then leaps towards Black Cat, prompting Black Cat to do the same.

Both cat themed fighters moves across the floor, exchanging blows amongst each other.

WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!

Black Cat tries to throw one punch except right at that moment, Cat Noir swings his claw across her face, cutting right into her.

SLASH!!!

As Black Cat winces in pain, Cat Noir charges up his cataclysm

After charging it up, Cat Noir clenches his fist as he throws it straight at Black Cat's face, creating a powerful explosion.

BOOM!!!

Cat Noir slowly opens his eyes, surprised as he sees Black Cat's entire body turning into ash, disintergrating into nothingness.

Cat Noir then sighs out and he smiles.

Cat Noir: Whew! Mission accomplished.

KO!

<Cue: Love, Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Man, when miracles trumps bad luck. I wish miracles do happen to us more often.

Toomi: Thanks to her years of training in martial arts along with going toe to toe with the best martial artists in the Marvel universe, Black Cat holds the experience advantage over Cat Noir and her bad luck powers certainly gave her the advantage over a much more least experienced hero but that's literally all her advantages.

Sachi: Indeed, Cat Noir's invulnerability has allowed him to take damage from Black Cat whilst Black Cat does not have any form of invulnerability of her own, being just an ordinary human in a cat suit.

Megumi: Not only that but Cat Noir even held a speed advantage, being able to dodge lightning at close distance.

Toomi: Especially when lightning is measured to move at 270,000 mph while Black Cat has been outsped by slower opponents like Kingpin and she has been captured by Spider Man who has dodged Cyclops Optic beams.

Sachi: Some can argue that Black Cat can be light speed as well due to dodging attacks from Carnage who is faster than both Spider Man and Venom, except that Black Cat has many occasions of being beaten by opponents not as fast.

Megumi: And the power of Catacylsm, which is a power capable of destroying literally anything. Cat Noir has even once destroyed a pocket dimension once, filled with the population of Paris. And note that according to google, 2,175,601 is the entire population of Paris right now, and Cat Noir has killed that many people oh my god.

Toomi: And considering how it has been described to be dangerous to humans, Black Cat has no defense once Cat Noir throws his strongest attack, with that being the chess piece that ultimately sealed the match.

Megumi: Look like Black Cat's luck went up in dust.

Sachi: The winner is Cat Noir

Cat Noir: They see me catwalking....they hatin!
