Lon, for long, hadn't gotten all men together, but he felt, that it wasn't going to get any better. He hadn't have enough applicants, which probably was about the town's location. Slowly, he got up, then called out loud: "All right, everybody, this's gonna be a local round!"
He started to search for his money in his pocket, while he walked over to the bar.
"One Whiskey for everyone", he told the barkeeper and slammed some coins on the counter. Then he turned around and looked at his, new hired men: "But don't one of you dare to be late tomorrow! We meet at sun up on the cattle grounds! Also, if anyone's still interested, there's still plenty of space in our crew."

So, you heard your new boss! Go on, drink! But, be careful and sober by time...
