After the Winchester's had fed him, Sam and Dean took Cas home, where he was greeted with a slap to the face by Gabriel. (Not in front of Sam and Dean of course.)

"What. The. FUCK?!" Gabriel yelled, glaring at Cas, who was rubbing his cheek. "WHY WOULD YOU RUN OFF AFTER OUR BROTHER DIED?!"

Cas didn't answer him. He looked down at his feet, trying not to start sobbing again. He shrugged his shoulders once, never making eye contact with Gabriel.

"THAT WAS VERY FUCKING SELFISH AND CHILDISH OF YOU, CASTIEL!" Gabe yelled, making Cas cringe at the use of his full name.

Gabe yelled at him some more, his words feeeling like bullets gpoing through Cas' heart, before he yelled, "I HATE YOU!" and went to his room, slamming the door. His father soon came down and engulfed Cas into a hug. "I'm here, son. Gabriel didn't mean it."

Cas sniffled, feeling the tears begin to fall again. One of his brothers was dead and the other hated him. Lovely.

Chuck comforted Cas before he went to his own room, quickly passing by Gabriel's. He went into his room and closed and locked the door, sliding down it.

As he cried, he scratched at his wrists, never noticing how deep he was actually scratching. He realized when he lifted his hand to rub his nose, seeing the red in his fingernails.

He sobbed when he saw his wrists. Sniffling and still crying, he went to his bathroom and started to clean up.

He couldn't wait for that night. He really didn't want to be home right now. He hoped Sam would be right about him having fun that night. It would definitely do him some good to go out and just be a normal teenager for once.

But...Gabriel might hate me even more for going out tonight...should I call it off? No. No. I need this. I really, really need this. Sam said I'll have fun. I trust that he will make tonight memorable for me.
