This is an odd name. I'm not sure I really like the prefix Spirit-.. and tbh I keep reading this as Spiri Train. For some reason. Anyway, there must be some reason for this. Does this cat have a special connection with StarClan? Because that's the only way I can see Spirit- work.

Appearance: Dark gray with light blue-gray spots (like raindrops) and golden-yellow eyes with a hint of blue at the bottom.

I like this a lot! I love how her name came from her appearance. I like how well you described her eyes, they seem very pretty.

Thanks for telling what kind of warrior she is, instead of just "warrior." It helps me look into her more as a cat.

Personality: Cold, dark, rude

Of course, the ShadowClan stereotype. Surely she has good qualities too? Maybe she's insecure on the inside, for example, but she tries to be rough on the outside to fit in with her Clanmates. Or maybe because her Clanmates think she's soft because of her kittypet roots.

Backstory: She was a kittypet but was left behind when her twolegs moved away. A cat taught her to be mean and then she found ShadowClan, joining them.

I'm kinda annoyed by the stereotype of ShadowClan cats that they have to be mean. But I suppose that's fine. As for the kittypet roots, I'd like you to touch upon that more. What was she like as a kittypet? Was she mean spirited like she is now? Was she one of those cats who always had an interest in the wild, like Rusty, or did she have no problem being indoors?

Mate: Battle (loner)

Was this the cat who taught her to be mean like ShadowClan cats? Or not? How did he react when she joined the Clan? Are they still mates now that she's a Clan cat, or has she moved on?

Maybe 5/10? She's not the worst I've seen (NOT EVEN CLOSE, I promise) But she could use some work. Give some insight on her name; Spirit isn't a name they tend to just give any old cat. Does she have a connection with StarClan, or perhaps her kittypet name was Spirit? She's a bit stereotypical for a ShadowClan cat, which could also use some work. I'd like a bit more detail on her backstory; Who was this cat who taught her to be mean? WHY did he/she teach her this? Had she always been fascinated by the outdoors? These are questions you should know how to answer if you want your oc to be unique and realistic.

Not trying to be rude; I'm sure you didn't tell me everything, you just gave me a very shortened version of her backstory. She's great! Don't be discouraged, I'm just trying to provide you some help to make a much more detailed and well thought-out oc.
