. Third Person Perspective .
When (Y/D/n) awoke, she felt weak. This came as no surprise to her, though she was wary about getting up. On the contrary, she knew that she needed energon and that her systems would start acting up if she didn't receive any.
Rising from the berth she had been given, (Y/D/n) began toward the door. It slid open, then closed swiftly once she was out. The ship was awfully quiet, despite her soft pedesteps echoing in the hall.
(Y/D/n) arrived quickly to the control room where she found Ultra Magnus a daze in his seat. It seemed like he had just awoke from stasis.
Not wanting to startle the mech, (Y/D/n) sat down next to him once more. When he finally looked at her she gave him a gentle smile.
"Sleep well?" She asked in a soft voice. Ultra Magnus nodded and immediately sat up straight and got his focus back.
"Do you need something?" He asked, his voice slightly hoarse from just onlining.
"Energon, I-if you don't mind sir." (Y/D/n) admitted. The bot nodded and got up. He motioned for her to follow.
(Y/D/n) rose out of the seat and followed to mech. She assumed it was only because he didn't trust her, which made sense. They arrived at a room where he put in a passcode that (Y/D/n) easily remembered and entered with her.
'3028418... dัcัnt ัnฯugh fฯr ฮฑn ัnัrgฯn ัtฯrฮฑgั rฯฯm.' (Y/D/n) thought to herself. 'ฮฑn ฯdd ััvัn numัrฮฑlั รญั tัpรญcฮฑllั unัั pัctัd...'
"Here." Ultra Magnus said, handing a cube to (Y/D/n). "Feel free to grab another if you need it. I understand that coming out of a long stasis can be stressful on your systems."
(Y/D/n) smiled and nodded, mumbling her thanks. She noticed Ultra Magnus held his own, so she drank down hers and he did the same. The pain in her chassis eased and she felt more relaxed.
"How long do you think it'll be before we get to Earth, sir?" (Y/D/n) asked, sounding curious. She made sure to use sir, but that was mostly of habit. A part of her felt compelled to call him by his name, but she also knew that most leaders didn't like being called by their names. It was apparently "disrespectful".
"Most likely a few deca-cycles. Maybe less." He answered plainly. "So... what did you do during the war as a spy?"
"I worked in the mines at the beginning. Energon scouting as well, of course. I had to get friendly with the higher officers and in turn my position went up which meant access to more valuable information. Then there was the difficulty of delivering the information. Decepticons have the highest security. I usually framed vehicons by sending out information from their habsuites. Other times I had to go out of the area to send information." (Y/D/n) rambled.
"Were you ever suspected?" Ultra Magnus questioned.
"I did my best to assure everyone that I could never be a spy. I usually sucked up to the leaders to do so, but I also made myself as involved as possible so I'd just seem busy all the time. Not to mention, I befriended most of the cons and it's easy to get them to lie with the promise of highgrade or sweeteners." (Y/D/n) shrugged, soon finishing her energon.
"And how did you get access to highgrade and sweeteners?" Ultra Magnus asked, considering those were a rare luxury during war.
"Well... sweeteners are easy to make and the higher ups usually had highgrade that they'd give me in exchange for work." (Y/D/n) answered honestly.
"What do you mean by work?" Ultra Magnus asked, automatically thinking the worst.
"Most of the higher ups didn't want to do their jobs. I'd end up writing their reports and such. There may have been more physical requests, but I turned those down." (Y/D/n) replied, pretty much confirming what he thought. "Plenty of cons have complained about me, but none of them had proof I'd done anything wrong."
"You did eventually get caught though." Ultra Magnus confirms aloud, remembering back to how he found her. (Y/D/n) nodded.
"Another spy sold me out. We had a few... run ins before the war so they wanted me dead." She admitted with a shrug. "They didn't last very long either though. They had a scrappy over plating."
"That is entirely against your code." Ultra Magnus commented, sounding annoyed about it. (Y/D/n) nodded.
"Oh yes. Part of the rule book is to not let personal bias interfere in a mission. Well, they were still bitter about a childish feud that happened more than a vorn agoโ at least that's how long it was when they called me out. I have no idea how long I was tortured for, but that's another story. Point is, I don't know how long ago it was, but either way, it was immature." (Y/D/n) rambled. "Anyways... I need to retreat my injuries if you don't mind, sir."
"Of course." Ultra Magnus said, nodding them off. There was a lot of new information revealed to him. Obviously he'd have much to learn about the femme, but he didn't expect her to be so open.
Then again... she didn't seem very ok either. She didn't seem unhappy, just sort of numb; bittersweet, if you may. He could always learn more, but right now he just wanted to process everything.
Soon the two would have to start working on combat, just in case the war would hit harder when they arrived on Earth.

"รญ'd fรญnd ฮฑ wฮฑั tฯ rัcฯvัr." I answered honestly. That was clearly the wrong answer though. He took his blade and drove it right into his spark. A pain ran throughout my entire frame, though the source came from the center of my chassis.

(Y/D/n)'s optics flickered to life and she found herself on the ground with Magnus holding her slightly up and worried. She stared at him confused, though that feeling of confusion was relieved when she realized what happened to her.
"Are you alright?" Ultra Magnus asked the femme. (Y/D/n) nodded and he helped her back on her pedes.
"Yes... sorry. I don't know what happened there." (Y/D/n) lied through her dentas. She knew exactly what happened. She just didn't want to concern him.
"Are you sure you're alright?" Ultra Magnus asked, hesitantly letting the femme go. (Y/D/n) smiled at him and nodded, she then went right back into her berth that she had just come out of before she suddenly offlined.
Ultra Magnus was confused, but he refused to do anything about it. He did know, however, that once they arrived to Earth (Y/D/n) was going to get checked out by a medic.
