How do I start? I don't even know how to start? Words cannot express the deep affection I have for you. It's not romantic don't worry. Like you're the best person like ever? You're funny, you can connect well with others, you're humble, you work very very hard, the list goes on. I have never met another person more awesome than you (//cough besides Mar but I'm saving her for later.) I don't know if I would have any other friends my age on Wattpad if I haven't met you. Although you're older than..whoops.

Let me just say how much I appreciate you. Cause I do. I don't think I tell you that enough. You just deserve to be appreciated for who you are. You're just so likable, don't argue with me that's my opinion. Let me shower you with love. I can honestly say I'm a proud friend, and I haven't known you for that long. I'm not that special. It's the truth really, I'm not that special. But every time I just watch you grow and just communicate with the community (mostly Wattpad), something I cannot do, I feel proud. I feel you're someone worth supporting. And I'm glad you have grown. And hey we get to suffer university woes together, that'll be fun.

I'm so glad I met you. Honestly, you are possibly one of the greatest people I have met. Plus you keep in contact with me. We fangirled together and shared many moments. Also hardships, hopefully we can help each other through some tough times.

I just hope the rest of your days gets better and filled with happiness cause that's what everyone deserves. It's your special day and I hope that I made you feel special. So 19 years, I've only known you for a few months but it felt longer. I hope you continue having fun, growing, throughout your life. Also keep in contact.

Ok so now the gift: A special Een x Semi one shot that I spent TWO HOURS on. Not even joking. And as usual with my shitty title skills it's called "Birthday Plans.":

The day started out very, well, normal. Just a regular old passing day. Except for a couple of people.

SMACK!

The school time at Shiratorizawa Academy has come and gone, and now most of the after school clubs had started their habitual activities.

SMACK!

"Uh...does Eita-Senpai look a little...frustrated to you?" One of the freshmen of the volleyball club remarked looking at a particularly unhappy setter. His eyebrows furrowed, creasing into a deeply pensive expression. He grumbled, taking another ball in a harsh grip. His form straightened as he tossed the ball in the air, hitting it hard over the net, and across the gym.

SMACK!

Some of the members flinched at the sound, as it echoed throughout the gym. Semi could only burst out in a sigh and he scratched his nails through his scalp. He didn't even notice all of the confused stares he was receiving. A harsh slap on his shoulder made his body jolt, and his eyes scanned back to a wide grin.

"Not usually I see you THIS constipatingly angry." His good friend Tendo bantered giving an amused grin. Semi clicked his tongue, pushing his hand on Tendo's forehead roughly to make him stumble back.

"I'm not angry." Semi said, and left to go gather another ball. Tendo blinked confused.

"Really? But you look angry."

"I'm not angry, just frustrated." Semi called back, performing another flying serve right after.

"Frustrated eh?" Tendo repeated, then humming thoughtfully. What could possibly make the usual calm and collected Semi Eita frustrated? Tendo thought and thought before a realization came to him, making him exclaim out loud.

"Ohhh! Is this about your new girlfriend?!" He exclaimed. Semi froze, literally choking on air. He blushed a deep red, thanks to Tendo's loud voice everyone in and maybe out of the gym heard it. He rushed over to Tendo slapping a hand on his mouth and taking them out of the gym. His aura became intimidating once they were out of anyone's sight.

"Did you have to scream it?!" Semi yelled at Tendo making him flinch. Tendo shrank under Semi's harsh glare.

"Jeez sorry. What's the big deal though? Are you embarrassed?"

"As if I'm embarrassed." Semi grumbled trying to recover himself.
"We just started going out yesterday. I don't want you screaming it out with your bullhorn of a voice." He said, crossing his arms giving another glare.

Tendo could only shrug giving a small smirk, "Whatever you say. I'm shocked though, you two were always so flustered around each other I assumed you were going out way before that." He teased.

"Shut up!" Semi could only exclaim growing more embarrassed by the second.

"SO about the frustrated part..?" Tendo asked raising a brow. Semi's cheeks turned pink, trying to find the right words. For a rare moment, he turned shy, he couldn't help but feel it by the thought of her, and he rubbed the back of his neck.
"H-Her birthday's in a week, and I just don't know what to do." He admitted. His eyes shut tight and he cringed as soon as he heard the slight snicker from the red head.

"Dude you've known her since the start of this year. Again I'm shocked-OW!" Tendo yelped when Semi smacked the back of his head. Much like his serves.

"Ok..." Tendo groaned, but he could only shrugged feeling stumped on ideas.
"I don't know man. Why don't you just get jewelry? I heard girls like them..." He said.

Semi only shook his head another look of frustration on his face.
"No idiot, I want to give her something more special."

"Ohh~" Tendo hummed out wiggling his eyebrows.

"Stop that! I meant it would be more worthwhile to give something more special than jewelry."

"Hmm.." Tendo thought once more, and then snapped his fingers. He laughed to himself, wiggling his eyebrows even more at Semi. Semi didn't catch onto his gestures, so Tendo beckoned him with his finger. He whispered something in Semi's ear. He froze, processing the words Tendo just spoke to him. His face once again exploded into color, so much heat escaped to his face the steam became practically visible.

"What is wrong with you I'm not doing that!" Semi yelled horribly red and also a little pissed.

"Oh come on. What's more special than that."

"A lot more things actually. I'd rather to turn to jewelry than defile her like that!" Semi argued trying to recover from the huge blush on his face. Tendo only sighed.

"Well then I don't know what else to think of. You're on your own." Tendo folded his arms back behind his head, and tread towards the gym.

"Come on! Practice awaits!" He called and left Semi there. Semi grumbled for the final time, his thoughts suddenly arose. He could feel his heartbeat increase, the calm and collected setter totally flustered. He shook his head vigorously. Willed his thoughts to focus on practice and free himself from his stress at the moment.

The team had just finished practice, Semi lingering in the gym afterwards. He walked out the door lost in all thoughts, not noticing the other person slowly creeping up on him.

"Semi!"

"GAH!" He screamed out from the sudden shock. He momentarily stumbled and then grew irritated, only for everything to stop when he heard familiar giggles. The ones that always made his heart race. His gaze met with a familiar girl. He composed himself, posture straight and expression stoic as always.

"Een." He said her name simply. He paused and looked around the empty field.

"Did you wait here the entire time?" He asked.

"Of course! I know how long you take after practices to get ready. I can't have you wandering around the night." She joked slapping his shoulder. His eyebrow twitched at the contact.

"You didn't have to." He said facing away slightly.

"Of course I have to. I'm your girlfriend, plus I would do it anyway even if you said no." She argued back playfully swinging her bag around. Even if it was said in a teasing tone, she was 100% serious. And that was what made Semi's heart race. Despite his stubborn and competitive tendencies, she still likes him. So much. He could feel his lips twitch, but only slightly. They both walked in serene silence together.

"So how'd practice go?" She asked, breaking it.

"Oh just as usual." Semi answered bluntly. His thoughts were still occupied.

"So, your birthday is next week right?" He asked suddenly.

"It is." She said. A grin appeared on her face as she automatically knew what he was implying. To her he was really bad at hiding his true intentions. Semi huffed gripping at his school bag.

"Did you want to..hang out?" He asked with slight hesitance.

"Can't you just say date?" She retorted making Semi sputter.

"Did you want to or not?!" He asked with impatience. Een laughed out loud but smiled nonetheless.

"Ok ok. Semisemi's such a tsun." She said. Semi only grew more annoyed.

"Don't call me tsun." He griped. But his small smile appeared on his face, he had the whole day planned out already.

~Cut to one week~

Semi's leg shook as he sat on a bench in a nearby park. His fingers twitched, but his expression was ironically calm. The great Semi Eita...felt nervous. His whole body shaking ever so slightly. For once in his life, not even the whole adrenaline rush he felt before a big game type of nervous, he could feel it. He needed to compose himself, trying to do so before she arrived. Not even 10 minutes later he saw her, she was all dressed up in a way that made her seem beautiful and cute. His cheeks turned a rosy pink, and he got caught by her.

"Are you blushing? Oh my god that's so cute!" She squealed in a high voice. Only she could make him feel this embarrassed and break his calm poise. He cleared his throat loudly to gain her attention.

"Oh, so where are we going?" She asked.

"Actually, I'm having you decide. It's your birthday, so I'm letting you drag me anywhere. Also if you want anything I can buy it. If it's in a good price range." He said, adding the last part in a strict tone.

"Eh? Really? Wow..I would've just been fine watching anime at home with cake."

"We can do that later. For now.." He took her hand in his shyly both of their faces had blushes blossoming.
"Let's just spend time outside together." He said quietly trying to hide it. But she heard loud and clear. Her face beamed with a huge smile.

They walked together hand in hand, going through several stores and even in a restaurant. That one was a surprise from Semi. They chat together throughout the entire day about so many things. Semi seemed to fidget around a lot as the day started ending. He had a couple of more surprises. Afterwards they both agreed to go to his house.

"That was fun~" Een chirped setting down several bags at the doorway. Semi nodded silently just quietly walking beside her.
"Semi?" Een called to him, but he didn't answer. Instead he went behind her and covered her eyes.
"Wha-?!"

"Wait for it." He said guiding her through the door. He uncovered her eyes, and she beheld an amazing sight. He decorated his house like a little party, in the middle a two layer chocolate cake was sitting. He waited for her to say something but she was silent.

"Uh-" He grunted before he could say something. For she had tackled him in a hug, the grip on her arms strong.
"This looks amazing!" She exclaimed. She let him go looking upon the dessert standing proudly on the counter. Semi stood still for a moment, and he could only twitch a smile as he followed her. He gathered the utensils next to the cake and cutting two pieces.

"Oh!" Een exclaimed taking a fork as well as a piece of the cake. She held it in front of his mouth and he could only stare at her confused.

"Let's feed each other!"

Semi scoffed, taking the fork, and held it in front of her mouth. She grinned laughing between her teeth.

"It's your birthday, so I feed you first." He said monotonously, but of course he couldn't control his blush. She obliged, eating the piece of cake, but also swirling her tongue getting the leftover crumbs off. The way she did it seemed...tantalizing. She teased him..he knew it was on purpose. He froze, and she could only laugh as she grabbed her plate. Semi tightened the grip on his fork, gritting his teeth, but followed her without a word.

They both settled on the couch and Semi turned on anime at Een's request. Semi dove in quickly and pecked her lips before she could do anything. She blushed but snickered seeing him blush more heavily than her.

"H-Happy Birthday.." He stuttered.

She hummed leaning on his shoulder and relaxing on him.
"Thank you, SemiSemi."
