Within the Vacuum of Space, Superman and Justin could been seen across from each other, as the space battle between the Earth and the Empire continued around them.

Superman: Why? Why did you join the Empire?

Justin: Why? You know damn why. You rejected me as a hero. You and the others believes that I was too weak to be a hero. That I should give up. And look where I am now.

Superman: But This? Joining the corrupt evil empire?

Justin: Tch. You have some nerve. You're more corrupt than the empire is. At least they don't lie and manipulate for the 'Betterment of Hero Society'.

Superman: But It too dangerous to be a hero with weak power.

Justin: Shut up, You Hypocrite! Every Day is a Dangerous Day! There isn't a single day when life isn't dangerous! Because what is life without danger!

Superman: Justin. Listen to me.

Justin: No. I won't listen to you. I will never listen to someone who forgotten what it means to be human.

Suddenly, Justin punched Superman in the face, which he actually felt pain as Superman was thrown back.

Superman quickly recovered as he looked to see Justin was already in front of him, before being kicked in the abdomen.

Justin: Honestly. I thought that there were some true heroes. Who didn't care about the money. Or the fame. But after attending that school. And being expelled for being too weak. I realized that there were no real heroes. Not in this world.

Then, Justin grabbed Superman by the cape and started spinning him around and around, until he was thrown into a destroyed Earth Federation Destroyer.

Justin: After I was expelled. I was angry. Furious. Wasting a year trying to be something so fake. I honestly considered joining the villain factions, but I didn't.

Superman then heated up his heat vision and fired at Justin, who uses his barrier ability to deflect the heat vision at an Earth Federation Cruiser.

Justin: Instead. I wanted to be something better. To be better than hero society ever could. And so, I joined the Imperial Academy and discovered I was a prodigy. A Prodigy of the Empire.

Justin and Superman exchange blows of punches back and forth, as they were destroying plenty of Earth Federation Cruisers.

Justin: Unlike Earth. I earned my position within the empire. I have become something far greater than a hero. I have earned my place among their ranks than I ever did with you. I have become what I am today. Because of your arrogance.

As Superman tried to punch Justin again, Justin disappeared and reappeared behind Superman, before letting out a shockwave from his mouth, discombobulated the hero.

Justin: You heroes turned your backs on us. Humanity has suffered under your so-called Guidance. Any other races like The Faunus and The Demi-Humans, shares the same hatred for you heroes.

Superman then regained his bearings and turned to face Justin, who has swarms of nanobots all around him.

Justin: Too also a major threat to my mission. For what you done for those rebels. The Emperor will make use of you.

Then, the Nanobots started to swarm more and lunged in the direction of Superman, as he 'tried' to defend himself.

Superman uses his heat vision to blast at the nano-swarm, but the attack could touch the nanobots being small and open to dodge attacks.

The Nano-Swarm then surrounds and covers Superman, as he was being restrained by the nanobots, creating restrains with green kryptonite.

After capturing and restraining the Man of Steel, the nano-swarm then constructs a huge ships that'll contain the Kryptonian Hero.

[Arks Class Warship]

Justin: Superman. Captured and Contained.

Justin then moved into the Arks Class Warship and reached the command desk, as he turned to see the Imperial Forces pushing forward to Earth.

Justin: Lets Finish This Battle.

The Arks Class Warship began to move and engaging the Earth Federation Forces, as the Imperial Fleet formed around it.

Things were not going in the favor of the Earth Federation, as their forces were dropping quickly and then, there was the Watchtower.

Within the Watchtower, Both Cyborg and J'onn were unconscious and restrained, as Gar and Tiber were in control of the Watchtower.

Gar: Overriding Controls. The Watchtower now belongs to the Empire.

Tiber: Sending Override Codes to the Orbital Defense Platforms. Soon, They're become under the empire control.

Just like that, the override code were sent out to all of the remaining Orbital Defense Platforms as they turned and targeted the Earth Federation Forces, attacking from behind.

Seeing that they were losing this space battle, the Earth Federation Defense Forces were forced back down to the surface of earth.

This was a Major Victory for Justin and the Imperial 10th Fleet, as the system was now under their control.
