It was a day like any other.

Ace, Deuce and Grim weren't causing trouble for once, there were no overblots or drama of any kind, and Yuu was ready to have a perfectly fine day at NRC.

Which was why they were less than pleased when they were called to a sudden dorm leader meeting.

"What could possibly be so important that you'd call us here during class?" Riddle asked, crossing his arms with a mildly irritated expression.

"Well, you see, Rosehearts!" The headmage lifted his arms in his classic Crowley-like fashion. "Earlier this morning, I found a mysterious package right on my desk!"

This seemed to peak the interest of a few people in the room, namely Azul and Kalim. Everyone else looked rather unimpressed, however.

"A mysterious package?" Yuu echoed. Leona snorted. "What a waste of time. It's probably just a prank or something." Crowley looked rather miffed at the beastman's words.

"I haven't finished!" He huffed. "As I was saying, the package did have a strange note attached to it... I have it right here, I'll read it out loud." The crow cleared his throat, pulling out a pink paper with a piece of tape at the top.

"Dear students of NRC,

You may call me Enigma. I have sent you this package from another dimension. Inside it contains recordings of a parallel universe, split off from your own. And no, this is not a prank, as unbelievable as it sounds.

You may watch these recordings, or you may dispose of them. I only sent them to you because I wish to share the knowledge of AUs (short for "alternate universes") with all of you. But if you choose to ignore this, I understand.

However, if you decide to use my gifts for a viewing, I ask that you bring these specific students to join:

Crowley proceeded to list off a bunch of names. When he finished, everyone in the room was silent. But the headmage wasn't finished.

"Thank you for taking the time to read this. I sincerely hope that you enjoy these recordings to some degree, even if they're rather... odd, to say the least. Think of it as a nice break from your busy lives.

"I'll bring the snacks." Kalim offered.
