Tutorial and Book Trailer done by TheGreatKoalaBooks

Pre-Setup:

Well first I want to star by saying, there is no particular way to do this. Simple steps are to get a couple clips off YouTube you want to use, also give them credit, select mp3 music of YouTube and download both using Yout.com which you can download both mp3(sound) and mp4(video) from
YouTube.

Next, use applications such as Video Show if you are a phone or tablet user, which I used.(disclaimer: the resulting video will have their logo at the bottom corner, but a resolution to thus is to use another video app to simply crop the logo out, which I didn't do because I didn't have time, well I did I just didn't really care, but thus is something you could do. Or if you are a computer user, simply use Windows Movie Maker or whatever movie maker your computer server offers.

Difficulty: Intermediate
Tools:Video Show, Windows Movie Maker, etc.

Step 1:
After youve completed getting your clips music and visual affects you want to use its time to put it together. Use one frame of one particular scene.
One small snip it to adda in that relates to your text clip. Some apps come with Special video effects so be sure to utilize those.
Tip:Only use Special effects that fit the theme of the book. Examples include, Thunder:Action book, or Rain:Soft emotional book, and Sparkling lights:Romantic or Lighthearted books.

Step 2: Your text clip should be made using Phonto if your using an app and then added in as a photo slide to put after your video clips. Add in a couple of these in a particular over and over until you think you've covered what needs to be said or done in the book. Only an overview. Don't spoil it.
Tip:Add text affects and choose a fitting font that makes your text cuts less boring and more exciting or to fit the mood of your book.

Step 3: Add music that fits the mood and genre but figure out how to balance the clips audio and music audio so it doesn't drown out the original audio all the way, unless you wanted too. I can't tell you how to do this because you may be using different apps than me, but you can look up on YouTube how to do this with the particular app you use.
Tip:Make clips change when the music has  big sharp sounds to the beat of the tune. It makes the trailer more engaging as if the music and video corresponds with the movement and feel.

Step 4:  The final step is to adding photos/graphics you created of your icon and turn them into a studio label as you will see me do in the trailer I made. Also add a billing block not a building block but a billing block, which is like the mini credits you see at the bottom of a movie poster. Guess what? They put that in trailers too. You don't have to put them in it just makes a really good trailer for your book. And most important! Don't forget to add the book title!!! So many people to this too, no joke.
Tip:Use SF Movie Poster for the font and follow the billing block template which you can find by searching billing block template into Google Images.

Well as I said before this isn't a direct tutorial because there isn't a particular way to do this. Just try your best and fit those clips and text when you see fit!!!

Here is my final product called Frequency, which also do not look for on Wattpad because I'm not actually putting it up its just a book trailer only for tutorial purposes.
