CHAPTER 31

Ben puts his crown on as Zoe lands in front of the window before being covered in black smoke again. Zoe emerges in a dress similar to the one in the window.

Ben laughs as Zoe pats put some smoking parts on her dress. Zoe smiles before bowing to Ben, who bows back. Zoe is escorted down the stairs to where Evie and Mal are waiting.

"So, I did not know that you would be able do that," Mal says with a smile.

"Tell me about it. That makes two of us," Zoe tells her with a smile. Zoe dress is still burning so Evie quickly blows it out.

"Shall we?" Evie asks.

"We shall," Zoe answers as she grabs Evie's and Mal's hands. "Hi." Zoe smiles at Ben as she is led to him. Once Zoe is close enough, Ben pulls her to him before kissing her.

"All right, all right, all right, all right," Carlos says with a smile as he slightly pulls Ben back.

"How about that son of mine?" Beast asks Belle.

"Ours," She corrects.

"Ours," Beast agrees.

"How about his girlfriend?" Belle asks him. "I think we're in very good hands here."

"Very good hands," Beast agrees before kissing her hand.

"I owe you guys so much," Ben says before everyone agrees. "If there is anything that you need, or anything I can do for you..."

"Um, actually, there is, Ben. I know a girl who would really love to come to Auradon," Evie says before sharing a smile with Zoe, who covers her mouth in shock. "It's Drizella's daughter, Dizzy." Ben looks at Zoe confused, knowing that is her mom. "She's like a little sister to me and is actually Zoe's little sister." Zoe nods in agreement.

"Then she should come," Ben says as he looks between Evie and Zoe.

"Okay! Okay, great!" Evie says before she and Zoe hug excitedly. "Actually, um... Ben, there's a lot of kids who would really love it here in Auradon. Kids just like us, who also deserve a second chance. Can I maybe get you a list?"

"Yes, yes! Absolutely, please," Ben answers and everyone cheers.

"M'lady Zoe, we found Mal's spell book below deck. Uma had it," An usher says as he walks forward.

"Ooh," Zoe says as he hands her the book. Zoe looks at Mal, who nods. "Um... You know, this seems like the kind of thing that belongs in the hands of Fairy Godmother. Fairy Godmother?"

"That's me, thank you," Fairy Godmother says as she walks forward.

"This belongs in the museum," Zoe says as she hands it to Fairy Godmother.

"It does, yes, and I'm gonna take it," Fairy Godmother says.

"Go for it," Zoe tells her before Fairy Godmother walks away. "I'm not gonna be needing it anymore." Ben smiles at Zoe before she kicks water at him with a giggle. Ben then kicks water back at her before she turns his crown to the side.

"Looking back at yesterday

I thought I gave it everything

But still there's so much road ahead of me," Ben sings as he and Zoe look out at everyone.

"When I looked into your eyes

I guess I didn't recognize

Who we are and all that we can be" Zoe sings as she looks at Ben.

"Sometimes it's hard to find yourself

But it's worth it in the end

'Cause in your heart is where it all begins," Zoe and Ben sings as the boys line up in rows beside rows of girls.

It starts with you and me," Everyone sings as they dance with their partner and even switch partners occasionally. Evie and Carlos go to the edge and look out at the Isle.

"There's something special that I've learned

Everybody's got something they can bring," Carlos and Evie sing before Zoe, Mal, and Jay join them.

But who you are is who you need to be," Zoe, Mal, and Jay sing as Mal leans her head on Jay and Zoe leans hers on Evie.

Hey! It starts with you and me," Everyone sings as they dance in a circle before going back to partners and occasionally changing partners. Zoe, Evie, and Mal end up at the bottom of the stairs.

Yeah," Zoe, Mal, and Evie sing as they are joined by Ben, Jay, Doug, Carlos, Jane, and Lonnie.

"I promise we can work this out

Whoa-oh-oh," They all sing as they splash around. Carlos dances in the middle of everyone before Jane joins him. They bounce towards each other before Jane wraps her arms around his shoulders from behind and he drags her out of the middle. Jay and Mal then flip into the middle and splash each other. Jay kneels while Mal does a flip with his shoulders. They then lock arms before leaving the middle.

"We'll look deep inside

We can be bold" They all sing as Evie and Doug go to the middle. Doug picks Evie up before spinning her around. They leave the middle.

Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh" Everyone sings while Zoe and Ben come back to the middle. They splash each other.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah" Zoe sings as Ben picks her up and spins her.

Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh" Everyone slides to the middle and splashes Zoe and Ben. Ben wraps his arms around Zoe in attempt to protect her.

Oh, oh, yeah, yeah" Everyone sings as Zoe and Ben run up to Beast and Belle. Ben shakes his wet hair at Beast causing Zoe to giggle.

It starts with you and me" Everyone dances as Ben puts his ring back on Zoe's finger. Everyone does a twirl before bowing to them. Zoe and Ben smile before waving to everyone. Fireworks go off causing Zoe to smile at Ben. They rest their foreheads together as they smile at each other. Zoe looks out at all of her friends splashing around in the water and smiles. Zoe looks away from everyone before her eyes flash purple.

"What? You didn't think this was the end of the story, did you?"
