Well it's called season 8 but it's actually season 3. It's just people separated the episodes into different season.
Originally there is only 2 seasons out now or in other words, 7 seasons.
I finished fairytail like a month ago.
Now I have nothing to watch.
IM REWATCHING SOME EPISODES.

I'm just rambling. Oh wale.

Now I'm waiting until the release date for season 3/8 comes out!!! HEHEH IM EXCITED!!!

Fairytail OVA
Even the Fairytail movie.

I'm beginning on reading the Fairytail manga. Hehehe.

A second film for Fairytail is coming out too!!

I'm excited too excited.

But I'm impatient.

It needs to come out soon plz Cx.
