"Marinette what is that horrid smell?"  Tom and Sabine ask.

      "I will clean it up right away,"  Marinette says. She removes the brownies from the oven with some special gloves, but one of the gloves slips. She drops the brownies on the floor. She thinks great now the floor is a mess.

     Marinette sweeps the mess up and accidentally knocks over a coffee mug.  "Ouch!"She says when she cuts her hand on the mug. She starts to clean it up despite the pain. She falls and breaks her ankle.

       Meanwhile with Plagg and Adrien, "You are more pathetic than I thought!" Plagg teases Adrien.

     "What do mean, Plagg?"  Adrien asks.

     "Croissants, is that the best you could do?"  Plagg says in a mockery tone.

      "Well, she got them ready for me. Her smile is  something!"  Adrien says.

        "Yes, so you say!"  Plagg says.  He thinks, good grief why does not Adrien just confess already?

         Boom!   Crash!  A sinister laugh is heard from the villain, Miss Sweets.  She is the owner of a cupcake stand whose business is in trouble.

        "Ladybug, Chat Noir hand over  the  miraculous now!" Miss Sweets says.

          Plagg sees the villain. He holds in a laugh as he says,  "Adrien you better transform quick!"

            "Plagg claws out!" Adrien says. He transforms. Chat goes to fight the akumantized lady.

      Meanwhile with Marinette...

     Marinette winces in pain as she finishes cleaning the mess up. She hears the noise outside, so she turns off all the ovens. She finds the emergency aid kit. She cleans her hands, puts the idoine on her hurt hand, adds peroxide, and some Neosporin to it. She wraps a bandage around it. 

    She hides in the storage closet, calls out " Tikki spots on!"  She transforms.

       Ladybug runs outside and sees the villain picking on Chat.

  "Hey, you leave Chat alone!" Ladybug says.

   "Yes, you heard m'lady!"  Chat says.

   "It is not lady light to throw food,"  Ladybug says.

    "You just do not understand,"  Chat says.

      "Cataclysm!"  Chat breaks through the pound cake wall that surrounds him.

        "Chat, good to see you are free,"  Ladybug says.

       "It was a piece of cake. Get it cause it is a pound cake!" Chat says.

      "Now, is not the time for puns, Chanton!"  Ladybug says.

     "Lucky Charm!"  Ladybug says. She tries hard not to cringe.

      She ends up with a pile of rice crispy treats with lucky charm cereal attached to them. *Author's note: General Mills owns, the cereals  Rice Crispies and Lucky Charms.

       "What am I suppose to do with this snack stuff?"  Ladybug says.

       "I am sure you will figure it out!"  Chat Noir says.

        "I need to go feed my friend," Chat says. He hides elsewhere, feeds Plagg, and waits for him to be ready.

       Plagg takes a bit of cheese.    Plagg says, "I will try to hurry so you may help Ladybug defeat Miss Sweets!"   

        Adrien sighs, "Ladybug is so mysterious!"
    

   "Whatever, ready!  I am done with the cheese." Plagg says.

     "Plagg claws out!"  Adrien says. He transforms again.

     "Ok, let us do this!" Chat says.

    "Ha, you are defenseless, Ladybug!"  Miss Sweets says.

      "Just give up you will never win!" Miss Sweets brags.

     "No, one threatens m'lady!" Chat says.

     " The cat is back, but how?"  Miss Sweets says.

     "You alright, Ladybug?" Chat asks. 

    "Yes, what about you, Chat?"  Ladybug tells him.

    " I will not lose!" Miss Sweets says. She throws a pie, a donut, and two cupcakes with icing on them at Ladybug.

     Ladybug throws her lucky charm at it her and it hits the ladies left shoe.  The akuma escapes, and Ladybug catches it.  She purifies it!  

    "Miraculous Ladybug!" She says as she throws the lucky charm she has grabbed up into the air.

    "Pound it!"  Ladybug says.

     "Bye, Chat!"  Ladybug says. She swings away. She winces again since her hand still has a wound under the spandex suit. She goes home, detransforms, and goes back to the bakery. 

    Marinette is glad she made it back to the bakery before her parents could notice her absence. She works on the cupcakes.

     Sabine comes to check on her when she sees the bandaged hand.    

 "Marinette, you are hurt, take the rest of the day off," Sabine says.

   "Thanks, Mom!"  Marinette says. She goes to the park.

       Chat Noir went to the park earlier, detransformed, and changed back. He smiles when he sees her.

      "Princess, what brings you here?" Chat asks.

    "Just enjoying the rest of my day, off!" Marinette says.

    "Cool, you know you are pretty!" Chat says. He feels a blush appear under his mask.

    " Thanks, Chat!''  Marinette says.

      Tom and Sabine talk while Marinette is outside. 

   "Marinette works hard to please us. Let us give her Thursdays and Sundays off from here on out!"  Tom says.

    "I agree this is a splendid idea, Tom,"  Sabine says.
