She walked back to Bridget's apartment on the other side of town. Somehow not getting stepped on or blown away by the wind. She snuck under the door and went back into her pod and falling asleep. The next morning, Branch was awake. It was tuesday and Gristle was working that day so Branch could meet up with Poppy. Bridget was also working that day, so Poppy and Branch could have some alone time and go to the library. They 2 met up and snuck into the library. They had to make sure they weren't spotted because if they were, they'd be taken to the pound and would have to wait for a new owner or wait for their owners to reclaim them. And at the state they were at right now, It was clear Bridget and Gristle wouldn't care if Poppy or Branch went missing. They snooped around and searched through many books. Until they finally got to a book far far into a shelf where no Bergen's hand would ever reach, called "The Wonders Of The Trolls And Bergens" And sure enough, it explained not only why the bergens can't understand the trolls, which is because some evil witch cursed to whole of Bergen Town a long time ago, But it also showed how they could break the curse. "Branch look! There are mushrooms that when they are mixed with coffee, the bergens can understand the trolls." Poppy yelled as she found what she was looking for. "And they don't look too far from here. We could go get some!" Branch replied. "Wait, It's almost 5 PM, Bridget will be home soon, I gotta get back." Poppy panicked. "Same here. OK, we'll go tomorrow." Branch replied before the 2 parted ways and went back to their homes.
