I already hear complaints. Sheik (picture above) was a disguise Zelda used in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time to avoid Ganondorf for seven years straight while waiting for the hero, Link. Back then, Sheik was reportedly a male Sheikah that Zelda was disguised as. Since then, Sheik's appearance has changed, even became her own character in Smash Bros for Wii U and 3ds. In Hyrule Warriors, Sheik again reprised her role as a disguise Zelda used. This version of Sheik looked more...feminine than usual. It was also found out that Sheik was originally suppose to be in Twilight Princess, but was taken out practically at the last minute. There was artwork released of a version of Sheik for the game.

Since Sheik is only seen as a separate character from Zelda in Smash Bros and Hyrule Warriors, it's not entirely sure what exactly she is capable of. From what has been seen, Sheik can throw needles and daggers at her foes. Sheik also uses a lyre (a sort-of harp) and the magic her music produces, from light magic to water to dark and more. She is famous for being able to teleport, which seems to be something all Sheikah are taught. According to Smash Bros, Sheik can also use a grenade-like weapon that has various results.
