It was a nice day at Knothole where we see Y/n at Tails work sherd and with him was Wheeljack as the two were working on cool gadgets for the Freedom fighters and Autobots.

Y/n stand by and watch them work on their project when Tangle came in and greets everyone.

Tangle: (smile) Hey guys, what are yous doing?

Y/n: Nothing important just watching these two making some new toys.

Tangle: (smile) Nice! Can I test them?

Wheeljack: Just as long you don't break them.

Tangle: Please, I'm always carful.

Y/n: (smirk) I don't know about that.

Tangle: It's true!

They laugh while everything is peacefully when suddenly Knuckles crashes in front of Tails workshop which they all turn to see Knuckles who looks like he may explode with rage.

Y/n: Hey Knux, what's been going on with-

Knuckles: (angry) WHERE IS SONIC?!

Tails: Wow Knuckles calm down! I don't know where Sonic is.

Knuckles: (angry) You better tell me where Sonic is because I'm gonna beat him up so hard!

Wheeljack: If I remember correctly he's away on his runs.

Knuckles gets even more mad while the group look at each other and ask Knuckles.

Y/n: So can you care to explain to us why you are so mad?

Knuckles: (angry) Oh I'll tell you why. I was searching for a Chaos Emerald and when I did, Sonic appears and he attack me. He then took the Chaos Emerald and disappeared in front of me.

Y/n: Really? Are you sure that was Sonic? It could just be Metal Sonic.

Tails: Impossible. Eggman hasn't made Metal Sonic for sometime now. Plus we still have his body.

He turn to see a broken down Metal Sonic laying on a table which Y/n ask.

Y/n: So why do you have him here?

Tails: I figure I can reprogram him to join on our side.

Wheeljack: Me and Ratchet can also help by giving him new body and-

Knuckles: (angry) YOU'RE CHANGING THE SUBJECT! I need to find Sonic and make him pay for attacking me!

Y/n: Let's just calm down for a moment. I'm sure there must have been a reason for Sonic attacking you.

Then Bunnie rush over and calls out.

Bunnie: Hey! Have you guys heard the news? Sonic just attack a village and stole a Chaos Emerald.

This shocks them as they look at each other and heads over to see if this is true.

(Later)

We cut to Sally, Nicole, Lanloin, Amy and Rotor at the command centre where a screen shows the Protectobots, Prowl, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker and Brawn at the village helping out of the villagers while Y/n and the rest rush in and came to Sally.

Y/n: Sally is this true?

Sally: Unfortunately yes. Prowl told us that Sonic came to the village and begin attacking people and stolen a Chaos Emerald.

Tails: Was anyone okay?

Hot Spot: (screen) Few were injured but fortunately no deaths. At least Sonic avoids any deaths.

Amy: This isn't Sonic, I know it is.

Y/n: Amy is right. Sonic would never do something like this. This must be the work of the Decepticons.

Prowl: (screen) The citizens told us that Sonic didn't look like a robot but rather organic. If this is true, then Sonic has gone rogue.

Tails: No! We can't quickly jump to conclusions, we have to find some clues and see if Sonic was truly guilty or not.

Prowl: (screen) I'll see what I can do but for now we must find Sonic and ask him some questions.

???: Questions about what?

They quickly turn to see Sonic standing at the door. Lanloin and Knuckles confronted Sonic with Lanloin talking him.

Lanloin: Sonic the Hedgehog, you are under arrest for suspension of attacking a village. You'll be taking for questioning.

Sonic: Wow, wow wow! Let's just pause for a moment here will you? I didn't do anything. I was even near that village.

Knuckles: What about when you attack me?!

Sonic: I don't remember attacking you. You gonna believe me, I didn't do anything.

Knuckles: (angry) Yeah right!

Y/n: Hold on a minute here! We didn't even hear his side od the story! Sonic, where were you when these incidents happen.

Sonic: Well I accidentally doze off to sleep at a beach.

Knuckles: You just doze off to sleep? I don't buy it.

Sonic: Why would I lie?! Look you gonna believe me, I doze off and woke up several hours later. What more proof do you want?

There was silence as they look at each other for a moment and before they can think about what to do Nicole interrupted their silence.

Nicole: Sally I got a report that a town is under attack by Decepticon forces.

Y/n: Just we needed, a Decepticon attack.

Sally: We gonna answer the call. Nicole contact Optimus prime for Autobot back up and Sonic you-

They turn to Sonic only for him to be gone which angers Knuckles more.

Knuckles: I didn't even get a chance to punch him.

Y/n: We'll discuss about this later but right now let's go!

Y/n rush out along with Tails as everyone gets ready for battle while still wondering if Sonic is truly innocent or not.

(Meanwhile)

We see a town being attack by Decepticon forces as Decepticon soldiers is costing destruction. G.U.N robots are deployed to deal with the Decepticons however the Decepticons soldiers overwhelms them and pushes forward.

They rush through the streets while behind them was Optimus prime in his vehicle mode as he sound his horn to the Decepticon soldiers which they turn to see him. Optimus prime then begins ran them over, sending each Decepticon soldier flying into the air while he kept driving through.

A group of Decepticons turns around and open fire at Optimus prime as the shots hits prime but doesn't phase him as he then launches himself info the air while he transforms into his bot form.

He flies in the air while he blast the Decepticon soldiers with good aim. He then lands on the ground and took out the last remaining Decepticon soldiers then quickly turns and finish off with the rest.

Optimus prime: Bumblebee, I'm leaving you in charge of evacuating the citizens.

Bumblebee: (coms) On it Optimus!

Ratchet: (coms) Why would the Decepticons attack a town?

Optimus prime: I believe this is one of G.U.N's towns. They must have come here for a reason. Still you, Trailbreaker, Smokescreen and Ironhide will aid Bumblebee on the evacuating. Road Rage, Tracks, Bulkhead and Windblade will aid me of eliminating the Decepticons.

Sonic: Mind I help?

Then Sonic dashes up next to Optimus prime which he accepts.

Optimus prime: Indeed. We must do our best to protect them at all cost.

With that the battle continues as we then cut to Bulkhead and Windblade taking out after Decepticon soldiers 3hen Y/n arrive with his mech as he lands on his feet.

Y/n: Hey guys. What did I miss?

Bulkhead: (smirk) Nothing much. Beaten down some Decepticons.

Windblade: Yeah. I heard about the village being attack. You think Sonic has truly gone rogue?

Y/n: No, I don't believe that. Let's not think about that and focus on the battle.

They agree and they battle the Decepticon soldiers while we cut to Tails ans Amy on the Tornado X. They fly over the town when an energy explosion can be seen below.

Tails: Guys there is an explosion. I'm sending the coordinations.

Optimus prime: (coms) Me and Sonic are close. We'll investigate it right now.

We then cut to Optimus prime and Sonic arrive at what looks like a G.U.N facility. They were suspect a group of heavy Decepticon soldiers when suddenly they saw what looks like a Hedgehog.

This surprises the two and soon Shadow reveals himself while holding a Chaos Emerald as he then lifted it up in the air.

Sonic: (surprise) No way!

Optimus prime: Autobots, we've encounter another Hedgehog.

Y/n: (coms) What?! Seriously?!

Tails: (coms) How can this be?!

Sonic: (smirk) So you're the one that is going around and framing me. Who are you faker!

Sonic dashes towards Shadow and was about to land a blow when suddenly Shadow teleported which cost Sonic to miss and he lands on his feet and turn.

Optimus prime also turns to see Shadow now on a roof looking down at them.

Sonic: (surprise) He's fast!

Optimus prime: No. I believe he is using a Chaos Emerald to teleported. Which leaves one question, who are you?

Shadow: My name is Shadow the Hedgehog and I am the ultimate life form. Farwell!

He then teleport away leaving Optimus prime and Sonic stun for a moment as they encounter a new threat.

Sonic: Man can this day get any worse.

Then they hear a horn of a truck and then to see a G.U.N truck driving through the flames and slowly revealing itself.

The two stood there as the person within the truck spoke.

Hank: I am General Hank L/n of G.U.N. You two are under arrest for attacking the citizens of this town and attacking G.U.N property.

Sonic: Wow man we didn't do anything! The Decepticons were the ones that did it including this Hedgehog name Shadow.

Optimus prime: Sonic speaks the truth. We have done no such thing.

Hank: Do you think I am a fool? I've seen what your kind can do and I am here to end this once and for all.

Sonic: By how exactly?

Hank: Glad you ask.

Suddenly the truck begins to transform which surprise the two and what's even more surprising is that once the truck is in its bot form, the bot looks exactly like Optimus prime.

Hank: Allow me to introduce the future mech suit of G.U.N. The most powerful mech we have ever created. Nemesis prime!

Optimus prime is stunned, its almost like he is looking at his own self in the mirror. Then Nemesis prime pulls out a axe and then charges at Optimus prime which he quickly pulls out his own axe and the two clash.

Hank: You don't belong here! I will ensure you along with your kind shall pay for invading this planet! Humanity shall rise and the robots......shall fall!
