1. Please read the forms before accepting – some of the trying-out admins accepted early forms, or OC's that have a name that is already in the RP. Sometimes, an admin accepted an OC that made someone's OC Limit go overboard. And sometimes, an admin would accept someone who requested a rank like Alpha, or that had rainbow fur and wings. I've seen all of these mistakes, and in the past I've made them. But please keep your eyes peeled for anything like that.

2. Please act like an admin – Okay, So you Can act as crazy as you want. I'm not saying you can't have fun or laugh or play around. But don't be rude to roleplayers, or don't curse. That is not what I'm looking for in an admin.

3. Stay informed – Sometimes the rules change, and sometimes the admin guidelines change. And in some cases, I add in some new things. You can keep informed by looking at the news section of the day.

4. ACTIVE – If not active, you'll be put in the place of Sub-Admin, and the current Sub-Admin will take your place as a full admin. That's what I like about having a sub-admin.

5. Roll that Dice – Be patient and do it correctly!

How You Get Fired?
1. Cursing.
2. More than enough mistakes to get me or roleplayers annoyed.
3. Being inactive.
4. Discrimination.
5. Seeming like you haven't read the guidelines.
6. Refusing to roll, unless it's for good reasons like senseless killing.
