When Sam woke up from his nap, he immediately felt for Cas, but frowned when he didn't feel him.

He sighed softly and rolled on to his back, and looked down at his stomach, beginning to smile at how big it was.

"Four months already..." He whispered to himself as he started to rub his stomach. "I don't think I can wait until you're born to find out the gender... I think I'll see if I could find out at my next appointment.. Or, maybe you could tell me yourself?" He chuckled and gently rubbed his stomach.

He suddenly felt a small push agagainst his hand and his eyes widened. "D-Did you just..?" His hand got pushed again and he gasped. "You did! CAAAAAS!!"

Sam stared at his stomach with a smile on his face as he heard thundering coming down the hall. Cas appeared in the door and hurried in leaving Tom and Jay at the door. "Sam, what's wrong?!"

"It kicked!"

"What?"

"IT KICKED!! FEEL!"

Sam grabbed Cas' hand and placed it on his stomach. After a second, Cas felt the push on his stomach and gasped quietly. "Oh my god..."

"I know!"

"I wanna feel!" Jay said with a squeal as she hurried over.

"Hey, me too!" Tom went over as well, excitement in his eyes.

Cas let the other two feel Sam's stomach, listening to the excited chatter in the room. He smiled and sat next to Sam and put his arm around him.

Sam grinned at Cas and put his head on his shoulder. He watched as Jay and Tom take turns feeling his stomach, and his grin turned into a big smile.

I really love this family. I couldn't ask for any other.
