Kuro grabbed the sides of his head, as he walked back and forth inside of his room, as he then spoke out.

"That didn't...what had...what did I just see?"

Kuro sounded almost a little panicked at what he had just witnessed from before, almost like he wants it pass out and fall down. He hoped that it would be a dream. He even punched himself in the leg to give out some sort of hope that he did in fact dream of that. But the pain was too real...and so was the possession. It had felt way too real to even be considered a sort of dream, as he continues to speak out.

"Wh...what was that? What did I just witness? That was not normal! That was anything. but. normal!!"

He held his head and grabbed at his hair from the sides of his head, as he slid down and sat at the side of his bed, as he closed his eyes a little bit, and almost felt the urge to rip his own hair out. What he had seen, it was far beyond what he thought was possible to exist. He has no idea what was going on, nor does he have any idea why this had suddenly happened to him. It honestly scared for horrified him to an immense degree. He shook his head, as his breathing began to hitch a tiny bit from what he had just witnessed, before he then lessened his hands and let go of his hair, so he does not end up hurting himself by ripping it off of him. He took a deep breath and tried to calm himself, as he tried to process the information, the events that he had just seen from before. He tried to breathe deeply and calmly as he could, as he then spoke out.

"What happened before...a girl who is not normal...took me to someplace that is strange...resembling a forest, said that I have something that she wants, and tried to attack me. But...what was that? That person wasn't human, and I...what does she mean that I have something that she wants?! There isn't anything special about me, isn't there?!"

As he held his head a little bit, as he began to think about what had happened, a voice then echoed out to him.

"Unfortunately...there is. You just are not aware of it."

This made him flinch back up, and he stood up onto the floor, as he spoke out.

"Wha...who's there? I swear if it is someone who's gonna attack me, I'm-"

Then, the voice spoke out.

"Calm yourself. I am not here to hurt you. In fact...I am the reason you had gotten out of this mess you were in by Seija."

This made Kuro confused, as he spoke out.

"Seija?"

The voice responded back.

"The girl you met, the one that pulled you into the realm that you were inside of, called Gensokyo."

This made Kuro unease, as he spoke out.

"D...do you know she was searching for me? Because you said that you I had something that she wanted."

The voice spoke out in confirmation

"Of course I do. But...you are way too stressed about before. About her, since she dragged you into something that you were not ready for. So...get some rest and sleep. And don't worry about getting some food..."

Then, a flash of light appeared and looks to see a bunch of bags appear, with some food inside of it, as the voice spoke out.

"I took care of that for you. So your money is safe."

Kuro looked up at the sky, almost as if he is expecting for the person who possesses this voice to show himself, as he spoke out.

"Uhh...thank you...ummm..."

The entity then took the time to speak out to Kuro.

"Amatsu. My name is Amatsu. Mind telling me your name?"

Kuro was a bit unsure as to why he wanted to know his name. But since he did save his life before, he decided to at least he polite, as he then spoke out.

"Kuro. The name's Kuro."

Amatsu then spoke out.

"Well, Kuro...I'll answer your questions by tomorrow. But for now, take the time to process what you had went through, after all...you still have not recovered from what it was that had happened."

Kurt wanted to argue back, but he just can't, as he looked down at the ground for a bit, his foot touching the ground, as he took a deep breath, and he than spoke out.

"O-Okay."

Amatsu then spoke out in a calm tone, as if he is approving of his decision.

"Good. So for now, get some rest. I'll show myself to you when tomorrow comes. For now, goodbye."

Then, Kuro felt a presence disappear from his home, as he hugged himself for a little bit, still clearly shook by what it was that has happened. But at least...he will get some answers soon. He just hopes that he would be ready for them when he hears it. He sighed, as he then began to go out of the room and began to get a drink from the fridge to hopefully aid him in calming his nerves. What had happens from before, it is just so...insane.

But as he is getting something out from the fridge, unbeknownst to him, he is unaware that someone is watching him, and has been the one that is observing him, when he has talked with Amatsu, and she heard the voice as well.

Yukari is spoke from inside of...what seems to be a realm of her own making, with eyes all over the entire dark place. She held a fan in front of her mouth, as she spoke out, intrigued by what it is that she has witnessed from before.

"So...that Yokai's name is Amatsu. How interesting. He and this boy, Kuro...they have certainly caught my attention. Well...I cannot wait to hear what this will be all about."

She looked down, as a smile appeared onto her face.

"Maybe I can contact him inside of his dreams. Yes...maybe that can work out. I think it is about time that I...get to know this boy. Hmhmhmhmhmhm~..."

She held her mouth a bit, as she giggled a bit. Oh, this will be so much interesting for her to come and speak to herself.

"And perhaps through his eyes, I can know who this Yokai is. An unknown Yokai that is beyond even my sight, that is not something that you can see everyday."

Hours later...

Kuro is shown to be in kid pajamas, as he held his arms together and hugged himself again, shaking a little bit, as he spoke out.

"Okay, I should hopefully be able to get some sleep, just as that Amatsu person told me to do."

He closed his eyes, and spoke out.

"Though...considering what I had to go through...I guess I'll have to expect for even my head to get invaded."

He stretched a bit, as he yawned a little bit from the tired state that he is in.

"Well, gonna go get some sleep...just hope it won't get ruined for no reason."

He then opened up the covers, as he then goes onto the bed, and turns off the lights, and he tries to sleep. But...for some reason, he cannot. What happened has still bothered his mind in such a way that he does not know how to go to sleep. Luckily, he has some sleeping pills that could aid in that, so that will do for him.

He then picked up the pill and swallowed it, before drinking some liquid, before he goes back onto the bed, and this time, it worked, as he then felt himself become drowsy, and he closed his eyes, as he goes into a deep sleep of some sort. Unfortunately...what has happened next is not what he was expecting. As he kept his eyes closed...suddenly, he felt something...wrong. He doesn't feel the covers, nor does he feel the bed that he is supposed to be inside of. And oddly, multiple red lights appeared in multiple directions.

"Oh...no. What is it this time?"

Despite being scared to open his eyes, he did so anyway...he wished he didn't do that.

All around him are multiple eyes that are inside of a space that seemed like a dark red color, so dark to the point that it is almost black in color. Kuro looked and panicked at the sight, and almost wanted to scream, but he just can't scream. Instead, he felt himself sputtering and stuttering at the sight of the eyes, as he is trying to form words out of his mouth, but no words can he said. Suddenly, a portal opened up and a tentacle made of light appeared, as it reeked Kuro in, and it disappeared, as another person entered the realm, although only in time to see Kuro get dragged into the portal, which closed."

It was none other than Yukari, who blinked and looked confused, as well as surprised at what had just happened. No one has ever done that before. She couldn't help but wonder out loud.

"Oh my...someone seems to have interrupted my visit for him. It must be this so-called Amatsu."

She looked down and smiled a bit, as she spoke out.

"I guess I will have to do this in another way, it would seem."

Elsewhere in the Dream...

Kuro is shown to be reeled into the portal, as he landed on top of something. He looked around, and sees that he is in what seems to be his room from childhood, being a room worn blue walls and a single bed that has a black quilt of some sort, with star pictures on the ceiling. He grabbed at his torso, wondering if he is still alive, as he felt confused and scared of what had just happened, as he then spoke out, rather very scared.

"Wh-what the...what the fuck was that?!"

As he said that, a voice spoke out.

"That was close. Hello Kuro."

Kuro turned around and looked to see his shadow began to move, before it rose up from the ground. And no, it is not raising up because of the wall. It is literally raising up like it is being picked up by somebody, before the shadow changed form into that of another entity. The entity resembles a tall fifties, being a few inches taller, with an attire that appears to be of what seems to be a robe of some sort, although only the top right part is gone, which exposes a bit of his top right torso, with a diagonal slash present around his torso, gloves, wristbands, a sort of cloth across his body, and two sandles on his feet. He oddly looks feminine in terms of body build, with his right eye shown to be a golden color, but the left eye is not present, as he is shown to have horns of some sort, resembling that of a Kirin. Kuro jumped back, but the entity held his hand out, as he spoke out.

"Easy there, Kuro. Lord Amatsu sent me to make sure you're okay."

This made Kuro blink a little bit, as he spoke out.

"Wait...you know him?"

The entity nodded, as he spoke out.

"Of course. He made me. I am his most trusted servant. My name is Aizen. Nice to meet you."

The entity held his hand out, and Kuro, although reluctant, took his hands and shook it, as Kuro spoke out.

"So...uh...do you know what just happened."

Aizen nodded his head, as he spoke out.

"Of course. You were being watched by someone, and they tried to make contact with you in your dreams. Luckily, I was positioned into making sure that I get you out of that mess you were in."

Kuro nodded his head and shook it, as he spoke out.

"So...who is this person that wanted to speak to me."

Aizen was about to speak, but then, he sensed something, and saw that a gap was beginning to form. Thinking quickly, he spoke out.

"Unfortunately, we do not have time for that. Come on."

He then grabbed Kuro by the hand, and dragged him away, as the gap opened up, but Aizen and Kuro were out of its line of sight, as Kuro hugged himself, now on a path that is made of starsf some sort, as white dots made up the path inside of the blackened void, as he spoke out.

"I...I don't understand. What's happening to me all of a sudden?!"

Aizen then spoke out.

"What's happening, is the you are getting dragged into forces far beyond what you can comprehend. Unfortunately, now that you are a part of this, your life will now no longer be the same."

Kuro then looked at him and was about to question him, but then, another gap began to form from above, as Aizen quickly grabbed Kuro by the hand, and dragged him back into the room again, and luckily the gap is gone from that one, as he picks Kuro up and puts him on top of the bed, and spoke out.

"Best you wake up, Kuro. This person is someone you best not meet for ups. You will, for another time."

He then opened his second eye, and both eyes shined onto Kuro so brightly, that he is forced to close his eyes. But as he did, he opened them again, and saw that he was back inside of his room, and oddly...it was slightly bright outside. He looked and saw that the sun is beginning to rise. He looked at the time, and it is 4:40 A.M. in the morning. This made Kuro blinked, as he held his head, as he spoke out.

"Well...at least I got some rest. But...really? Not even my dreams are safe...come on..."

He held his head, as he stood up and walked out of the bedroom, before he goes into the kitchen. He is hugging himself tightly, due to what has seen before, and it disturbed him quite a bit. As he held his head, he then goes and pours some tea for him to drink from, as he then began to drink it in order to calm himself, before he then goes to the fridge and began to pull out some stuff and began to make some ramen. But as he was in the middle of making it, Amatsu's voice spoke out.

"Hello again, Kuro."

This made Kuro flinched, but realized who this is, as he spoke out.

"Oh, you're back."

The voice spoke back to him.

"Of course, I said that I would speak to you again by tomorrow. Of course...you'd want to see me in person, right?"

Kuro looked up and nodded his head, as the voice spoke out.

"Very well. I shall come. Stay still, please."

As soon as he said that, something appeared onto the table, a sort of portal that resembles a crack of some sort that secrete a black, viscous liquid, as a hand crawled out of it, then another hand, and then the rest of the body began to rise out from the crack that had formed from within the table, and it is here that Kuro got a good look at the entity that had been communicating with him.

The entity appears to be a tall person at the height of 5'6, with long silver hair that reaches down to his knees, with a pair of deer antlers 1.6 meters across, almost resembling tree branches, as well as another pair of horns that are swept backwards and are in between the deer antlers. Both the horns and antlers have engravings of different animals species, and possesses razor sharp teeth. There is a ring of sorts that spins around from behind the head, the ring appearing to be made of some sort of blue ice, but connected at various points by what seems to be spheres made of light. On his back are 4 pairs of tentacles, but they are bright white and almost look like they are made of fire. His eyes also seem to be glowing blue with irises that are yellow and black pupils that are as slit as a snake. His attire is shown to be wearing a grey trench coat of some sort that reaches down to his ankles, with a white buttoned suit and green tie, as well as black pants. Oddly, his face resembles that of Kuro's for some unknown reason, as he spoke out.

"There we go...now we can finally meet."

Kuro looked stunned, as he spoke out.

"Umm...nice to...meet you?"

Amatsu chuckled a bit, as he spoke out.

"You do not need to say it like that, Kuro. Besides, I am here so you can get an explanation of what has been happening with you. After all, you wondered what is going on, is it not?"

Kuro looked uneasy, but he nodded his head, as Amatsu then spoke out.

"Good. And...maybe I should wait until you are done with what you are making?"

This made Kuro blink, before remembering the Ramen, as he goes to finish it as quick as he can. Amatsu shook his head, as he looks at Kuro, and after a few minutes, he was done, as he puts the Ramen into the bowl...but deciding to at least he polite, got another bowl and pours more in to it and goes round Amatsu, and spoke out.

"Umm...do you want this?"

Amatsu looked amused, as he spoke out.

"Hmhmhmhmhm...thank you."

He took it and sat down at the table, as he spoke out.

"Come on and sit with me, Kuro, we can talk while we eat."

Kuro looked uneasy, but he nodded his head, as he goes to Amatsu and sat down onto the chairs, as they looked at each other on opposite ends of the table, as Kuro spoke out.

"I...this is...this is sort of awkward for me."

Amatsu nodded, as he spoke out.

"Understandable. After all, this is the first time you experienced something that is unnatural."

Kuro nodded his head, as he spoke out.

"Y-Yeah. Like...what did I just get myself involved into?"

Amatsu closed his eyes and spoke out.

"Tell me...Kuro. Are you knowledgeable of the species in Japanese folklore, called the Yokai?"

Kuro looked at Amatsu with a nervous expression, as he spoke out.

"Uhhh...y-yeah. Of course I do know. They're supposed to be supernatural beings of some sorts, mostly common associated with animals, such as the Kitsune for foxes. Why?"

Amatsu looked at him, as he spoke out.

"Well, what you had just gotten yourself into is exactly that. You were dragged into the realm of the Yokai, against your will."

Kuro, upon hearing this, choked onto his ramen, and coughed a bit, as he drank some tea to stop the choking, as he spoke out.

"Wh-What? You're...you're serious?!"

Amatsu nodded, as he spoke out.

"Of course. The Yokai, as well as the gods, they existed for such a very long time. Such as with that Amanojaku you encountered."

This made Kuro blink, as he spoke out.

"Amanojaku?"

Amatsu then explained to him.

"An Oni-like creature that is a twisted Yokai that commits evil deeds for the sake of some fun for them. Such as Seija, the girl that tried to get you."

Kuro looked down and hugged himself for a bit, as he spoke out.

"Who...who else is trying to..."

Amatsu then looked at Kuro and was about to speak, but he then stopped and turned around, as he sensed that the both of them are being watched, but a certain gap Yokai. Amatsu clenched his fist and spoke out.

"Excuse me for a small moment."

He then stood up and began to make hand gestures, and glyphs began to form. As that happened, Yukari, on her end, noticed that the vision of the gap is being scrambled badly like a camera, and this forced her to stop for a bit, as she blinked a bit.

"Oh...so that is how you want to play it, huh?"

Yukari smiled, as a look of intrigue is on her face.

"Very well. I guess I shall need to deal with you when you and that boy are separate from each other."

Amatsu is shown to be making hand gestures, as Kuro spoke out.

"What are you doing?"

Amatsu then spoke back.

"Using glyphs. We had gotten an unwanted visitor of some sort that is watching us."

Kuro looked uncomfortable, as he spoke out.

"So...where have...where have the Yokai been all this time, as well as the gods?"

Amatsu looks down at Kuro and spoke out.

"They've been inside of a land called Gensokyo, or as I like to think of it...as a world separate from the world you live in. They had been around for a very long time, and are hidden behind a barrier of some sorts. Which is thanks to the Yokai that has been watching you from before, as well as in your sleep that my servant, Aizen, my Shikigami, had protected you from in my orders."

This caught Kuro's attention, as he spoke out.

"What? Who?"

Amatsu looks down at him, as he then spoke out.

"Yukari Yakumo. She is known as the gap Yokai, and is one of, if not the strongest Yokai to exist, possessing power over the boundaries of existence, and is the most intelligent Yokai ever, as well as more knowledgeable then I. She is...admittedly, a one-of-a-kind sort of Yokai, very unique compared to many others."

This made Kuro blinked, as he spoke out.

"That...sounds...scary that she...interested in me. But...what sort of Yokai are you?"

This made Amatsu stop for a bit, as he spoke out.

"Oh...actually, I am sort of unique as well, compared to the other Yokai. Unlike many others. I am a hybrid of a Yokai and a god. So, I'm pretty powerful in my own right, to the point that I am strongest than most and many Yokai, although compared to Yukari...I guess I am somewhat at that level of power that she is in...but she outclassed me in terms of experience and wisdom. So...yeah. She is slightly greater than me in a way.

Kuro sweat dropped for a bit at the awkward response that Amatsu has made, but he then remembered something, as he spoke out.

"Okay but...but why were both that Seija girl and Yukari...why are they interested in me for some reason?"

Amatsu looked and spoke out.

"It is because they had sense something inside of you, although it is also because of my appearance, which is why Yukari became intrigued, as well as something that Seija has caught on first, that would help her make her spread a lot of bad trouble."

This made Kuro blink, as he spoke out.

"Wh...what is that?"

Amatsu looked at Kuro, and resumed doing his hand gestures, as he spoke out.

"You see...inside of your mind, is an idea...specifically, an idea of a ritual, that she wanted to get your hands on, inside of your mind."

This made Kuro looed at Amatsu like he is crazy, as he spoke out.

"What? But I don't know how to do a ritual at all! I don't even know what ritual that is!"

Amatsu looked at Kuro, before he spoke out.

"Actually, you did almost enact it once, back in high school, when those bullies you were assaulted by brought you into that forest, but you were not conscious and were under a sort of hypnotizing influence at the time. You were only stopped because I manage to possess you, so you don't enact it."

This made Kuro uneasy, as he spoke out.

"What...what was the ritual all about?

Amatsu stares at Kuro in the eyes as he began to explain to him.

"The ritual would have been about merging the Underworld and Gensokyo with the human world, with the results being disastrous. And oddly, you were born with this idea for reasons that even I have no knowledge on. Has Seija got her hands onto that idea snd have knowledge on how it worked. It would have been disastrous for everyone involved."

Kuro looked stunned at this, as he spoke out.

"No...that...that cannot be right. Do...do you know how to get rid of this inside of me?"

Amatsu looked at Kuro and nodded his head.

"I can...but...I need something from you in return. I need your help on my end. And that is...of course...you are willing to take it."

This made Kuro unsure of what to do, as well as unsure if he can trust Amatsu. But the though that he will have to live with this thing inside of him scared him more. He prefers to simply be a normal guy in a normal life than to have a life in a merged world, as he spoke out.

"Wh...what do I need to do?"

Amatsu then stops using glyphs and his hand gestures, as he sat down and opened the palm of his right hand, as he showed an orb of some sort that seems to be black with symbols of astronomy, alchemy, and plants appear, as Kuro spoke out.

"What...what is that?"

Amatsu looked at Kuro in the eyes, as he spoke out.

"This is something I need your help in. Within Gensokyo, this object, this sphere, it is something that I have been trying to find for a very long time. But unfortunately, it is invisible to my eyes, as well as the eyes of the Yokai. I need you to go down into Gensokyo and retrieve it for me. Only when...will I be able to release the idea of the ritual from your mind."

This made Kuro panicked, as he spoke out.

"Wh...what? But I don't even know how to access Gensokyo, and hell, I don't even know how I can survive in it? If what you're saying about the Yokai and gods in here are true, I'll die in there!!"

Amatsu smiled a bit, as he spoke out.

"Which is why...I am giving you some special items that will aid you. But that is...of course...you are willing to let me help you."

This made Kuro unsure, as he intertwined his hands, and he thought about it for a small bit. After a while, he sighed and took a deep breath, as he spoke out.

"Okay...how...how can I go inside of Gensokyo and not get killed?"

Amatsu smiled, as he then snapped his fingers, as some objects appeared onto the couch in the living room. They are a black cloak that has constellations all over it, a sword that is made of a material that looks like iron, a sword that seems to be made out of what appears to be plasma, a backpack, a ring with an Opal, and chisel, as Amatsu spoke out.

"These objects may look mundane, but they are creations that I have made, each of them having a very special property inside of them can aid you on your journey throughout Gensokyo itself. And also..."

He then puts his index finger onto Kuro's forehead, as a glow appeared into Kuro and Amatsu's eyes, and a symbol appeared onto his forehead, being an alchemical symbol of reflecting, as Amatsu spoke out.

"I have given you some powers of your own, and they will be of use for you, as well as being a Conduit for me. You are connected to me, and you can mentally call me whenever you need to speak to me, even if it is just a normal talk."

He then extended his hand out, and the iron and plasma swords appeared, and he puts them into a Kuro's hand, and the swords glowed, as they vanished, as Amatsu spoke out.

"Now...you can summon them at will, for you will need them. And...one more thing."

He then pulled something out, and Kuro looked confused, as he spoke out.

"What are those?"

Amatsu gripped them tightly, and handed them to Kuro, who grabbed it, as Amatsu spoke out.

"Spell Cards. If you are going to be fighting against some of the Yokai, you will need to use these to fight against them. They will be of good aid for you."

This made Kuro uneasy, as he then gripped the spell cards, before he then spoke out.

"So...tell me. Do you wish to practice on your power...or shall we get straight to the point?"

Kuro looked down and nodded, as he spoke out.

"Yeah. I think it is best that I practice for a bit. I need to know if I am strong enough to do this."

Amatsu nodded his head, as he spoke out.

"Very well then. We can go to Gensokyo, because there is one area that's fitting for this occasion."

He then made a portal onto the ground, a bad smell filled the air, as he spoke out.

"Follow me."

He then goes inside of the crack, and Kuro follows suit, unaware that Yukari was able to watch what items Amatsu had conjured and what he had done to Kuro, although Amatsu knew that it was only a matter of time, as Yukari watched them leave. She smiled a bit, as she goes into Gensokyo, in order to find their location, as she thought to herself.

"This is getting very intriguing. "
