YNs' POV:

The next day, you find yourself in Master Wu's quarters, discussing things.

"Master, those.. People that we encountered on the ship, who were they?"

He closes his eyes and touches his beard reflectively. "Why do you want to know?"

"-Because of the one with the bear. I sensed a kind of.. Energy between them, like they shared power, or a-a soul. And I'm pretty sure that I saw these dark wisps around the bear, as if it was made out of darkness itself. And your fathers' warning about night and everything..." You look up at him worriedly. "They're connected, aren't they? We're all in a lot of danger, aren't we?"

Master Wu looks shocked for a moment. "The bear had dark wisps?" He asks, surprised. But then he blinks placidly at you and answers your question. "Perhaps."

"-And what about the bear person? Is it-?"

"-Tea?" Master Wu interrupts you rather hurriedly, raising his teapot in a careful manner.

"No, thank you. I'd prefer to know..." You trail off as he gives you a hurt look, and you quickly relent. "Oh, alright. Yes please."

He beams with happiness as he pours you a cupful, and you pick it up, alternatively gently blowing on it and sipping. The steam billows quite satisfyingly around your face as it rolls off the surface of the amber liquid, and you savor every drop.

A.N.  Do you get the feeling that I like tea?!! 😂

"Okay, why don't you want to tell me, Master?"

"Let Lloyd and I worry about it."

You huff indignantly. "But Lloyd doesn't know anything about this!!!"

"Let him worry about that."

You laugh in spite of your frustration with him. "May I at least know: Was it a new Elemental ability? If so, is there a way that we can combat it with new powers of our own?"

"Well, it's not technically a new Elemental power.  It's just one that I haven't seen for many a long decade."  He sighs, and then clears his throat awkwardly, becoming even more infuriatingly evasive.  "Indeed, my dear YN, there is more power to be unlocked."

"Even stronger than Airjitzu?" You ask, reaching forward in order to put down your teacup.

He chuckles. "Oh yes, it's much stronger than-"

"YN!!! MORRO!!!" Jays' sudden foghorn-volume screech makes you jump, and you fumble with the teacup.

"Nyeh!" You gasp, and you lunge for it as it falls. You grunt as you catch it right before it hits the ground, and quickly place it onto the table.

"Well, I guess that I'm wanted." You say, straightening up. "Am I excused?"

He stands up as well. "Yes, you are, but I'll join you." He smiles.

Nya runs over to you. "This way, YN!"

She leads you to a closed door, where Morro has been similarly led by Kai. The siblings glance at each other and nod almost imperceptibly, then Kai opens the door and bows to you. You enter, the others follow, and you're greeted by a loud cheer.

The thing that first catches your eye is the gigantic banner that's hanging from the ceiling which reads: '✨WELCOME HOME YN AND MORRO!!!✨'

Morro stands in stunned silence, mouthing the word 'home.' A tiny tear forms in the corner of his eye, but he sees you watching him and he quickly wipes it away.

Jay hobbles over to the two of you.

"What happened to you?" Morro asks.

"I fell off a ladder." Jay explains.

"Twice." Cole adds.

"The banner wasn't straight, okay?!!" Jay shouts defensively.

Everyone bursts out laughing. Morro whispers something to Lloyd, who smirks and raises an eyebrow at him. Morro glares back at him, and Lloyd grins and turns to Zane, quietly speaking to him. Zane nods and walks to the back of the room, and within moments, music begins to play from several speakers that are placed around the perimeter of the room.

Morro holds out his hand. "Can we, uh.. Try that dancing thing again?" He mumbles, his face flushing.

Your brilliant smile tells him all that he needs to know as he leads you onto the dance floor, and you gently sway together, your eyes shimmering with tears of happiness as he holds you. Then he leans down, kisses you, and whispers those three most beautiful words into your ear. "I love you."
