~Venom's P.O.V.~
The yowls of battle started just a few heartbeats after we started planning it out. Now that the plan was said and agreed, we slowly started to creep around the camp. I dashes past the entrance and started to stalk down the trail.
Once down it, we stalked around the boulders, making barely any sound, and into WindClan territory. This part of the plan was to surprise them from going around. It was going to be hard, being no rocks or boulders to hide behind, but we could make it work.
We did find a few boulders to slip behind. Though a few cats had to hide behind bushes from lack of room, it still worked out good. Lurker took a group around the right side and I took a group around the left side. We were out numbered, I noticed once around them. We left Beetle to run and get help at the bottom if the trail, hiding so if a cat came down in fright, he wouldn't get trampled. "Attack!" Lurker yowled and our group scampered to their feet and crashed into the remaining cats.
I grabbed the cat I had once almost killed, Flameblaze I think his name was. . . No. . . Lionroar? Lionblaze! Right. This is the last time he will never walk!
I quickly pinned him down and grabbed his throat in my jaws and clamped down on it. He let out a howl of pain which satisfied my hunger for kill. Not really. I heard him splutter and blood covered my cheek. He kicked at my stomach viciously and I let him go and he began to scramble up, his wound healing. My eyes widened in shock and I backed away. Shaking my head, I jumped at him and sunk my teeth back in his throat.
He will bleed.
He will suffer.
He will die.
I pinned him down and bit down as hard as I could. Again, he spluttered as I twisted my neck and a snap clung to my ears for a few heartbeats. I stood over him and looked down at him as if he were a traitor. His eyes glazed and milky, his the blood slowly stopped flowing and I shook my head. Running at a huge tabby tom, I leaped and brung him down.
He yelped in surprise as I pinned him down. He was quick and started batting my stomach with unsheathed claws. I growled at him and sliced the corner of his mouth. Just as I went for his neck, something dove into me. I could feel thorn sharp claws sinking into my shoulders as I laid there, unable to get up. I bucked him off and turned tail and pinned the tiny tom down.
He was only an apprentice. Mercy? Nah. "I will save my Clan and-" I shut him up by clamping my paw over his mouth, unsheathing my claws. Fear glistened in his eyes as I slowly stuck my claws into his jaw, feeling the warm sticky blood begin to slither its way onto the pad of my paw. I growled and he tried to scream but I shoved my paw farther into his mouth. I ripped my paw away, skin and fur and blood following. He screeched a blood curtling screech and I purred as he wailed in agony.
I felt something fall on me and then more weight squished me soon after. I couldn't breath or move with the amount of weight piled on my back. The weight was pulled off of me and I stood up and breathed in a big cloud of air.
I whipped around and there was two cats that were almost twice the size of me. They must be deputies. I recognized them, one was Rowanclaw and the other was Ashfoot. Ashfoot was a bit smaller then Rowanclaw, though.
They leaped at me and I dodged out of the way and grabbed Ashfoot's tail in my mouth. Her screech filled my ears and I slashed her ear. Rowanclaw dragged me backwards and pinned me down. He wasted no time. He clawed my nose and cheek and I took a few blows at him. Ashfoot came over and hissed, "Should we kill him?" Rowanclaw shook his head, "Let him run," He hissed. I heard a squeak as Ashfoot was pulled away viciously. I slashed at his belly for a bit as he bit down on my throat. I let myself go limp and acted dead. Once he let go I thrusted him off of me and attacked him, pinning him down to the ground.
"You won't win this battle!" I growled, "I saw you guys and we were ready." His eyes eyes narrowed to slits and he curled his lip in disust, growling. He wrinkled his nose from the stench of blood on my face and in my mouth. I noticed that a few drips of my blood fell onto the toms face, it stung like thorns in my neck but I pinned his face to the ground and clawed at his neck. He wriggled out before I could do any real damage and he pelted away, not looking back. I saw a few small apprentices run by me and I let them.
The scratches on my body were beginning to hurt more noticably, but I decided to try to ignored the feeling and I stalked through the rumble of cats fighting and attacked a sleek tabby tom.

~Sunny's P.O.V.~
Once the patrol left, I started to panic. Not only because Venom left but because any moment tons of cats would be raiding on our camp. I unsheathed my claws and waited, watching the camps thorn entrance like a hawk.
Out of no where behind me I heard a small squeal. I looked in and Shell was breathing fast and she looked like she was in a great deal of pain. "The kits- the kits are coming!" She shuddered. I pelted to Leaf's den who was preparing the leaves for after the battle. She turned around at my entrance, "Hurry! Shell's kits are coming!" I announced. Her eyes widened and she started to rummage through the stacks of leaves. I backed out and headed toward Scar, the father.
"Shell has started her kitting, hurry in there and comfort her!" I hissed at him. As soon as I mentioned Shell was kitting, he got up and ran to the nursery. Soon after, Leaf followed him. Murmurs filled the camp. "Sunny, guard the nursery like Jagged told you to, Dodger, fill in Scar's spot." Skull called to us. Dodger obeyed and ran over to where Scar stood. I heard Shell's low moaning coming from behind me as I sat down. This just makes it worse!
I unsheathed my claws as we waited for a while longer. Then out of no where, cats bursted through the entrance and darted at us. We were way out numbered! Bad idea to make those cats go down there! A huge white cat with black paws came straight for us, he looked big enough to be the leader.
I stood up and lashed my tail, ready for him. He leaped at Blood while Snake and I attacked him. This cat had no chance in defeating us. Blood kicked at the large tom while I bit down on his tail and Snake ripped his back. "Sunny, keep. . . Guarding the nursery!" Snake growled between hits. I let go of his tail and dashed to the nursery, checking to see how Shell was doing.
Both of Bella's newly made apprentices were good and Shell seemed to be doing well... wellish. "Sunny! Get someone to fetch moss, she needs to drink badly!" Leaf called. I dipped my head and backed out, only to see that the battle was stirring up the moss and rocks in the camp. Then a thought came to me,
'Nests!'
I checked to see if any cats were coming this way and when the coast was clear, I dashed off the the warriors den. As quickly as I could I snatched some moss from my nest and hurried back to the nursery. I quickly dipped the moss in the puddle and set it near Shell's muzzle. Already there was a kit at her belly.
"Just one more to go," Leaf whispered as she kneaded at her belly softly. I stumbled over to where a stick laid, tripping over Scar in the process. I put it in her mouth for her to clamp on it and ran back out.
I bumped into a cat who was just the same as my size. The she-cat hissed and pushed me out of the way. Fear pulsed through me as she entered the nursery. I jumped up and ran in to see Scar fighting with her. I bit down on her tail and dragged her out. She hissed and tried to get to me as I pulled her away. Once out in the clearing, I attacked her back.
Digging my claws into her spine, I took her down, risking a glance at the nursery. I gasped as a cat entered. I flew off of the she-cat and landed just a few tail-lengths away from the entrance. Hurrying in, I found that Snake had beat me to it. I came back out and saw that a white and grey she-cat and Blood were slashing back and forth at each other on there hind legs, blood almost intirely coating their pelts.
I searched for any cat daring to try to go into the nursery. Snake exited with the cat in his scruff. He dragged the squirming body out and they started to fight quite viciously. A large push in my chest sent me flying backwards into the nursery wall. The air in my lungs were blown out as soon as I hit the wall. I opened my eyes and stood up unsheathing my claws and the sight. There was a black she-cat, her green eyes glittered with triumph. I ran straight at her and knocked her down with a huge blow from my head making myself dizzy as I stood over her. She hissed. "Now who's the strongest?" I spat.
She whacked my face with unsheathed claws and I could feel the blood beginning to ooze out. I hissed at her and dug my claws into her chest, a yelp for a reply coming out. I bit down on her throat and she clawed viciously at my belly. She stopped and grabbed my shoulders with her claws, warm blood sinking into my pelt. My pelt burned from the scratches and I grabbed her neck, making sure I had her spine and lifted her into the air, a nice snap entering my ears. I let her fall and raced back to the nursery. Peeking in, I saw that Shell was covering her kits with her tail and calming them down. This was the worst place to bring a kit into the world.
I backed out and looked around. No cat had ran off by the looks of it. Well maybe a few, the amount of cats down, that few cats that had "run" off were actually dead.
I sat down, waiting for the next victim to try and pass. 'If they are out numbering us, how are we killing them?' I thought. We must be really strong. I looked around at the cats. 'One,' I began to count as I spotted cats around the ground, blood surrounding them. 'Two,' A black tom laid on the ground, a pool of blood around his neck. 'Three,' a dark grey she-cat, still alive but she crawled away; someone would kill her. 'Four,' Amazingly, we have gotten almost four already. A brown tabby fell to the ground and started to I guess. . . Die. 'Five,' the brown tabby laid with his chin in his chest and his left front paw was over his head and the other was more toward his stomach.
I jolted out of my thoughts as Scar sat beside me. "I'll take it from here, continue with the battle," He meowed to me as I turned my head. Nodding a few times I saw Deadly struggling with a tom that had him pinned.
I rushed to him and leaped at the tom. Stomping my paw on his neck and unsheathing my claws, I kept pushing at his neck until his face was ready to burst. His eyes squeezed shut and he started to kick my belly with unsheathed claws. A body smacked into mine, causing me to roll off of the cat and get pinned down. I gasped in shock and opened my eyes. As I grabbed the cats' shoulders in my grip the cat hissed and bit down on my neck. 'This is all one nightmare I can't wake up from. . .' I felt dizzy as the blood started to slither down my pelt, tickling my neck. I closed my eyes, ready to be defeated. 'I have to help my Tribe. Even if I die in the process, I will stay alive and kill. Kill the enemies at all costs.' I vowed to myself.
I opened my eyes in a sudden rush and I flipped him off me. The cat was so surprised that he just laid there for a few heartbeats, then he shook his head and lunged at my bleeding throat. I stepped to the side and dodged his blows, letting him land clumsily. I gasped and gasped, my vision getting blurry. My body was giving up, getting weaker. I shook my head and stumbled toward the shocked cat. He stood up and leaped at me. I rolled away and grabbed his back and began clawing at his spine. Without energy, I let him stumble away and out of our camp. It feels nice to spare a life. . . I shook my head, clearing my thoughts. 'What am I thinking?'
I ran back to the nursery and peeked in. No fights. "How are they?" I whispered. She looked up from the two kits feeding on her milk. "Good, Leaf said they will be fine. This is Vinegar and Sage... Are you okay?" They were beautiful. Sage was just like her father. Vinegar had light grey patches, the color of Shell but I wasn't sure where the white fur came from. "They're beautiful. Sage looks just like Scar." I dipped my head, ignoring her question, and backed out.
Our apprentices were way more vicious then the Clan apprentices, clawing at their faces and dragging them around, desperate to win. The gash in my neck was bleeding badly. Covering it up with my paws, I started gasping for air more. Yowls were erupting throughout the camp as the battle kept going. A sharp sting came from my ear as an apprentice came from behind me. Letting go of my wound I turned tail, and smacked the apprentice's face with my claws. I heard yowls of distress and fear come from the nursery. I turned and saw a cat's tail enter the nursery. "Forget the pain, forget the pain..." My vision blurred and my neck stung like all of The Tribe of Bleeding Souls as I took a mad dash toward the nursery.
I ran into the nursery to see Leaf hissing. "Leaf, go protect your medicine den!" I dashed out again as I saw Scar take over. I ran at a cat who was attacking Fawn and was much bigger than her. Looking over my shoulder briefly, I saw Leaf hurry into the medicine den and a cat ran out. I looked back at Fawn and the cat and scratched the unknown cat's back and drug him down. I hissed at him and he did the same. In the corner if my eye Fawn was still laying down, breathing heavily.
I stood on my hind legs and viciously scratched at the cat. He leaped at my stomach, but being ready I leaped on his back as he came for me. I bit down on his spine and tried to trist it, but he wriggled out of my hold and ran out of the camp. Scratching the rocks beneath me in anger for letting him get away, I saw that Fawn was gone. She must be with Leaf, she seemed to be in a lot of pain.
I saw Ivy on the brig of collapsing from wounds on her. My ear was throbbing, my neck was bleeding badly and pains ached through my bones from being so tired. I felt my neck and the blood was still flowing. I shook my head, my sight beginning to go black. I stumbled on the rock, shaking my head and blinking fast. The sound of yowls and wails seemed distand, I only heard my heartbeat and breathing.
'Why couldn't this battle end?' My pelt itched in curiosity as Venom popped in my head. 'Is he okay?' Beetle burst through the camp entrance and spotted me being one of the only ones to not be fighting. He ran over, puffing, "I need cat's to help down there." Then he looked to my neck, "Thats a bad gash in your neck, Sunny. You need to get Leaf to check that out." Shaking my head I seen Gorge hurrying over, his eye forced shut because of a nasty scratch. "Gorge, you should go see Leaf about your eye," he shook his head, "I'm fine. I can survive," he insisted. "Beetle needs help down there, do you think the camp can deal with the loss of two more warriors?" I prompted, having to raise my voce. My vision was going blacker now, but I shook my head.
Gorge narrowed his one good eye and nodded slowly. "Sunny, you need to see Leaf. You're bleeding out," Gorge insisted and Beetle nodded in agreement. I shook my head and covered the would with a paw. I gaged as the top of my paw felt the warm flash inside of my neck. It wasn't deep, but it was deep enough because the blood just wouldn't stop gushing out.
I again ignored them when they insisted on seeing Leaf and we left the camp and headed down the trail with Gorge, Cloud, Shadow and Beetle. Wasn't many but most of then were still fighting. Cloud took the lead and we pelted into the battle. Venom stopped us, "This is all you could bring, Beetle?" He growled. Beetle nodded a few times. Venom's face was splattered in blood and his teeth were pink, most likely to be from blood as well.
"We need more up there, too. They brought a small patrol of warriors from behind and now we are out numbered." Shadow explained. Shadow wasn't doing his best. . . At all. Ever sense Blizzard's death, he wasn't fighting like he always did. Only slashing and most of the time he'll avoid fighting all together.
As I stored my thoughts in the back of my mind, we started to go into the battle. Only about 3 cats laid on the ground dead. By the looks, there was only warriors left, well a few apprentices - of the Clan cats. Our apprentices were fighting with the left over apprentices. We had no where to run, so it was a fight to the death, until the Clan cats ran off.
Venom spoke again, shooing us behind the boulder. "Okay, what we are going to do is run away." He meowed. "What?" I asked. "Not like we have been defeated. We will run as if we were but then run into the Clan territory and attack one by one." He explained. "Oh, now it makes sense!" I chirped. He dipped his head, "Collect as many cats as we can to run off." We all nodded and he looked at my neck then at me. "Sunny, go to Leaf now. You won't be able to run for long before you bleed out and die. I hesitated but listened, watching them pelt into battle.
I sighed and ran until I saw stars and darkness, dragging myself along to ground to Leaf's den. I flopped to the floor at her feet and she turned to me. As soon as she saw my image - panting heavily, the rest of my blood litterally pouring from my neck - she turned and rumaged through her supplies, giving me small black seeds.
Almost instantly I stopped feeling everything in my body and I dozed off. My dream was filled with death, screams, blood. Then, light broke out and no one was fighting, they all disappeared. "Sunny, it isn't your time. Stay strong and wake up." A voic whispered, as soft as the wind as it blew through my golden fur.
