Chapter 3
Lucifer walked into the living room and caught his little brother laying on the couch with Sam Winchester. His eyebrows raised a little and he smirked, pulling out his phone (who the hell he got it from, no one knows) and taking a picture. It was so perfect. He had a smirk on his face as he walked into the kitchen, having to bite his lip so he didn't laugh. Dean walked into the kitchen with a huff as he made himself some coffee and he just looked at Lucifer. "What's that smirk for? Did someone just die?"
Lucifer scoffed. "Bitch please, if someone died I'd be grinning, not smirking. Get your priorities straight. Take a look in the living room at our little brothers," he smirked a little, making himself a poptart.
"Did they get together finally? Cause man Sam literally doesn't shut up about him!" Dean said sipping his coffee. "Did you get a picture?" Dean asked with a smirk.
"When have you known me not to get a damn picture," Lucifer chuckled, showing the other male the picture. "They're still sleeping, go take a look," Lucifer smirked softly. Dean smiled and walked over to the couch and smiled taking a pic and walking back to Lucifer saying:
"Now if Gabe ever erases that one we got another one," Dean smiled and sat down as he drank his coffee. Raphael entered the room to find his older brother and Dean Winchester talking and looking at something in the other room.
"What are you up to now?" he asked his brother. Dean smiled and showed him the picture of Sam and Gabriel.
"Oh my Dad, that is adorable," Raphael said.
"I know right," Dean agreed.
"Hold on. Lucifer does that mean that Gabriel is gay?" Raphael asked.
Lucifer smirked. "Does that make him Gay-briel?" Lucifer laughed a little along with the oldest Winchester as Dean leaves the kitchen heading to his room with his coffee.
"I think so, and hey Luci, have you seen Castiel? I could not find him," Raphael asked.
Lucifer answered with: "Ask the older weedwaacker, he should know," Lucifer smiled at the nickname Gabe gave them.
"Okay, and good morning by the way," Raphael smiled at his older brother.
Lucifer smirked as he yelled into the living room: "GOOD MORNING VIETNAM!!!!" Lucifer started laughing, remembering when he yelled that at Sam. In the other room Sam and Gabriel shot up out of the couch. Gabriel grabbed the blanket and wrapped it around himself again. He yawned and walked into the kitchen. Lucifer chuckled and followed.
"Morning gay, morning Raphael," Gabriel said, sitting down, obviously still sleepy.
"Morning Gabe. Sleep okay?" Raphael asked.
"Better than I've slept in a long time," said Gabriel.
"Well that's good," Raphael replied. Lucifer nodded and sat down beside his youngest archangel brother.
"Well I'm gonna go sleep in my room," Gabriel said, walking to his room.
"You just woke up," Lucifer called before chuckling softly and letting Gabriel walk out. He must've been tired.
Raphael turns to Lucifer. "Are you good?" he asked.
Lucifer smiled softly. Not many people were concerned for him anymore. "Yeah, I'm good considering I just got a picture of Sabriel," he chuckled.
Raphael rolled his eyes, "Well if you need me, I'll be in the library," he said. "I'll come over there if anything happens," Lucifer smiled as Sam entered the kitchen, fixing his hair.
Lucifer smirked and winked at Sam. "I see that you got interest in my little brother, hmmm Winchester?"
"Maybe," Sam answered.
"Then don't hurt him. Got that weedwacker?" Lucifer asks, becoming overprotective of his little brother. It was always like that.
"I wouldn't dream of hurting Gabe," Sam answered Lucifer. He was genuine about it, Lucifer could tell.
"Good," Lucifer said, getting up and walking to his room. He was pretty tired, he didn't know why though. He decided to just sleep it off.

The next morning, Lucifer walked into the kitchen. "Morning guys," he said, his hair messy from sleep and him being too lazy to actually fix it.
"Morning Luci Loo," Gabriel said, on Sam's back. Lucifer wasn't surprised.
Lucifer smirked a little bit. "Fun night, Gabe?" he asked. Gabe replied by throwing the piece of paper at him and sticking out his tongue. He caught the paper and stuck his tongue out at Gabriel. "Nice try little bro," he said to Gabriel.
Gabriel just smiled and traces circles on Sam's shoulder. Dean and Cas later entered the kitchen.
"Morning gays!" Gabriel said when Cas and Dean entered the room.
"Good morning Gay-briel" Cas replied in his usual gruff monotone voice. Gabriel and Lucifer laughed at Castiel's reply.
"Morning Dean," Sam said, making pancakes. Gabriel smiled and put chocolate chips in some of them.
"Morning Sammy," Dean said, sitting down at the counter.
"Good, everyone is here," Raphael said, looking up from the computer he was on.
"Is there a reason that everyone needs to be together?" Gabriel asked Raphael.
"Yeah actually. I found Aunt Amara last night," Raphael stated calmly, like it was an everyday thing for him to find the darkness.
Gabriel looked uncomfortable when he mentioned her name. "And you didn't mention anything? To anyone?" Gabriel asked.
"Well I told Lucifer, and I'm sorry if I was being nice and letting everyone sleep last night," Raphael replied to Gabriel.
Lucifer nodded. "Yeah, he told me around like one a.m. when I came down here for food."
Gabriel rested his head on Sam's shoulder and asked, "Well what was she doing?"
"She's looking for Dad and killing humans to get his attention," Raphael said sadly.
Gabriel sighed. "I know we all don't want this, but we need to find Dad before she does," Gabriel said.
"Well we wouldn't have to if someone didn't let her out," Raphael said glaring at Dean.
"Okay, I know it's my fault, but how was I supposed to know I'd let her out if I took off the mark?" Dean said defending himself a little bit.
"You could have asked literally any angel and they would have told you," Raphael said. Dean sighed and stayed silent.
"Well anyways, if we're going to put her back we're going to need Dad and Michael," Raphael said sadly. Gabriel sighed sadly, nuzzling his head into the crook of Sams neck. Lucifer froze up for a moment but quickly got over it before anyone could notice. He was absolutely terrified of Michael because of what he did to him in the cage. Not fun times.
"So yeah," Raphael said.
"Thanks for downing the mood Raphael," Gabriel said sarcastically.
"Sorry Gabe, I'm just trying to stay on track of her," Raphael said silently, not really getting the sarcasm.
"I know Raph, that was sarcasm," Gabriel said.
"Well if you guys need me, I'm in the library," Raphael said and walked out of the room. That kid really loves to read, Lucifer thought.
Gabriel smirked, getting an idea as he lightly kissed Sam's neck, waiting for his reaction.
"What was that for Gabe?" Sam asked, finishing the pancakes.
"Cause your awesome," Gabriel said smiling.
"Well thank you, and pancakes are done," Sam said smiling.
"AW YESH!!!" Gabriel said, jumping off of Sam's back and grabbing a plate. Lucifer chuckled and also grabbed one, grabbing two pancakes. A devil's gotta eat.
"Someone's happy," Castiel said from next to Dean.
"Why shouldn't I be happy? I got pancakes!" Gabe said putting some pancakes on his plate.
"I don't understand why you like food Gabriel," Castiel said, tilting his head confused. "You either Lucifer. We don't need to eat."
"Because food is awesome Cassie!" Gabriel said, as he sat at the table leaving a seat open for Sam. Sam grabbed two beers and sat down next to Gabriel, handing one of the beers to Dean.
"Thanks Sammy," Dean said as he opened his beer and drank some. Gabriel dug into his pancakes.
"Wow, alcoholics much?" Lucifer muttered as he took a bite of his breakfast.
"No problem Dean," Sam said and ate his pancakes, ignoring Lucifer.
"Thank yah, Sammeh," Gabriel said, eating his pancakes.
"You're welcome Gabe," Sam said, slightly laughing at Gabriel. The archangel was stuffing his face.
Gabriel continued eating his pancakes as everyone started having their own conversations. After a little bit everyone was done eating and Cas and Sam went into the library. Gabriel grabbed a few old books of his and joined Sam and Cas in the library. Lucifer remained in the living room with his other brother and the Winchester.
Lucifer listened to Dean and Raphael snicker at some things on TV before a question was directed at him. It was from Dean. "Hey Lucifer, what do you remember from the first time you guys locked up Amara?"
Lucifer shrugged. "It was difficult. We were younger, stronger, we thought we could beat anything," he said, remembering that day. "It was us older archangels, Dad, and some other angels that have either died or been locked away. They didn't play as big of a role as we did," he explained.
"What happened after that?" Dean asked. Raphael had left the room before Dean asked the question.
"Michael led us, since Dad went in minutes before. It was chaos. We lost a good amount of soldiers. Brothers," Lucifer said. "Then, after we tired her out, Dad locked her up. He gave me the mark. Now that she's out it's gone, but it was a rough day," he said, trying not to go into details about it. Dean could tell he didn't want to go into details but he needed to know as much as he could.
"How about-"
"You know what, I'm going to go see what the others are up to," he said before quickly walking into the library. Right as he walked in, Gabriel gasped as he came to the last chapter of the book named 'Amara'.
"Did you find something Gabriel?" Castiel asked.
Gabriel started to read parts of it aloud, "'Amara, being my sister, is very strong and is very bitter and emotional. If she were to ever get out we'd need all the power we could which is my sons, me, and most importantly we'd to give the mark to someone who has never had it on them before. You'd need Lucifer, Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel'," Gabriel looked at everyone.
"So what exactly does that mean?" Sam asked.
"It means we'd have to do exactly what we did the first time, but this time me and Raphael have to help. It means we got to send her back to where ever Dad banished her the first time," Gabriel explained. "But we need a witch, and maybe a little bit of fire power. She'll know if all the archangels are together," Gabriel rambled. He was nervous alright. So was Lucifer.
"So, we just need to get big bro out of the cage. Great, because that's gonna go fan-freaking-tastic," Lucifer muttered, leaning back into his chair and huffing out an angry puff of air. He didn't want to argue with Michael anymore. It hurt him every time he did.
Gabriel sighed, "I will throw him back in there if he tries to fight with one of us," Gabriel didn't like the idea of Michael coming back.
Lucifer scoffed. "Cheers to that," he muttered. He loved his big brother, no matter how many times he betrayed him and hurt him. No one could ever understand how he felt when it came to Michael. Not Gabriel, not Raphael, not God. No one. "What else do we need? You said a witch? I've got a witch on a leash," Lucifer snickered.
"Okay, not gonna question that," Gabriel said, not really caring for the answer.
Lucifer chuckled softly and noticed the others looking at him expectantly. "Rowena," He explained. "So what else do we need. I'm already bringing something to the goody table."
Gabriel smiled "I can get Crowley here," Gabriel smiled when he remembered when he and Lucifer messed with him.
Lucifer snorted a little and nodded. "Hop on one foot," he joked with his brother before laughing softly and taking a sip of his beer. Gabriel burst out laughing at that. "Alright boys," Lucifer stood up and looked at his three brothers and then the Winchesters. "It's game time."
"Wait we're getting him now?" Gabriel asked.
"Yeah, might as well. We need to take out Amara as soon as possible. Do we need Dad too?" Lucifer asked. He was the oldest now, he had the right to tell them what to do. But he didn't like that kind of power. Not over his little siblings. Not over them.
"Sadly we need them both," Gabriel said, not very excited to do what they were planning.
"Sadly," Lucifer agreed before straightening his jacket. "Well, let's go get Michael," he said before getting ready to zap to hell.
"Let's do this," Gabriel said, standing, and the others followed along.
Lucifer zapped to Hell and the cage. Oh just being here almost triggered a panic attack. He banged on the bars, letting Michael know someone wanted to see him. It made his stomach turn just touching the thing.
Gabriel stepped next to Lucifer and shouted. "OH MIKEY!! I'M HOME!"
Lucifer winced and looked at Gabriel. Michael came up to the bars and smirked, leaning on it. He was in his young John vessel. "Luci, why'd you leave me all alone, man? We were having fun."
"Bite me," Lucifer groaned before stepping back so he couldn't continue the argument.
"Okay enough," Gabriel said, getting serious, which was a surprise to Michael considering Gabriel was never serious.
"Little brother, when have you been this serious?" Michael smirked, kneeling down so they could meet eye to eye. Lucifer stepped in front of Gabriel.
"We need you to help us defeat Amara," he said vaguely.
"So if you join us take her down then we let you out of the cage," Gabriel said becoming deadly serious.
"Really?" Michael asked, not exactly believing them. Then he held out a hand. "Shake on it."
Lucifer shook his big brother's hand. It was a strong shake. It would've broken a human's hand instantly. Michael never shook like that. His shakes were strong, but he was a gentle angel, despite what everyone thought.
Gabriel looked to Micheal. "Any chance you can track down dad?" He questioned.
Michael chuckled. "No shit, of course. He's in... well I just can't tell you that."
