Someone told me if I ever had something to say or a talent I should show it off, well sometimes that doesn't mean you should, as it could lead to a horrible future and trust me I sadly had to learn this first hand and this is no joke when I say I have a great talent that one you would say is a blessing. I think it is rather a curse than anything else I've ever saw. It was like a normal day, one that seemed perfect almost too perfect for taste. I was in high school a sophomore at s-au ridicat sângero high, that was the year something felt off, everyone started acting weird, adults were getting scarce to find or see, and if where they were as weird if anything else which I thought it was a new drug but nothing showed signs of drugs or anything abnormal used which scared me as it could be a virus.
I walked to my locker as like any other normal day and I saw my best friend Yuki jumped on me and gave me a big hug as I sighed smirking at her as she got off of me. ''So, what are you doing this weekend?" she asked as I laughed ''"Supernatural" or "Doctor who" duh girl, you?'' I answered as she laughs along, ''Going to Jennies party tomorrow night, girl you need to come, like everyone will be there!'' she said with excitement in her voice and sparkles in her eyes. ''Oh how can I ever say no to you?'' she says sarcastically. "Oh wait I can, no, but since the folks will be there might as well, haven't been to a good party for a while.'' I spoked as I saw sparkles around her whole body till she gave me some clothes ''Change into that and wear slash spray everything!'' she yelled and ran off as I sighed. Later that week it was finally Friday and I was super pumped! As I put on my outfit it was weird, a costume party as I thought since it was Friday the 13th and of course no one couldn't do a costume party. Mine was a vampire girl with fairy wings attached with a purple choker and black and purple wings to match. As I finished putting everything on all that was left was some perfume and a fake tattoo which didn't take long and soon it was already seven, I grabbed my bag and quietly left the house with my keys and got into my car and headed off. The party was at her parents' house they were getting for her so they allowed her to throw a party to celebrate. I felt a weird vibe in the atmosphere and quietly walked out of my car after parking and locking it and walked off to the forest as it was a part of the property, I saw Yuki and ran to her smiling showing my fake teeth which looked really real. ''Girl you're here! Finally'' she said with a smile as a few others nodded and I blushed from embarrassment. ''​Sorry, parents being totally lame wanting me to help around when it's my day off'' I said as she laughed, ''Anyways were about to begin the hunt want to join us?" a guy asked who was near Yuki, I think his name was Dave?, ''Nah, she can't hunt like us we all grew up here, she didn't really have much ability as she was sick a lot as a kid'' Yuki said out of character like as I looked at her funny like and she ignored it as they shrugged and jenny came over to me ''Hey, since I know you can't hunt you can watch a movie as we hunt okay?'' she said as I nodded, Yuki gave me a blind fold then her and Jenny pushed me inside the house and brought me in a guess room. 'Hey, how come I can't watch you hunt?'' I asked as Yuki quickly answered ''Blood! A lot of it.'' She said knowing how I am with that red good of DNA. I nodded and put the headphones in and watched the movie they put on. It was just some old horror movie called the "Haunted House". After the movie finished I looked at the time seeing already almost 2 hours have past, I got up and stretched thinking it was time for me to head home. I grabbed my stuff and went to go to the door but as I put my hand on the handle I saw it was locked which gave me mixed feeling because why would they do that? After a while of groaning and being bored I heard the door unlock and saw Jenny with Yuki they looked as if they just ran a marathon or maybe even took a shower, I took I smell and knew they did both which I took that as a sign they had a good hunt, maybe there is leftover if they heat it up it'll be really good and then add some spices then mama can make some real good dinner for them. ''Hey, sorry for leaving you in here for so long, we had to hunt a few extra animals because someone'' she said pausing, looking over at Jenny who was blushing from embarrassment looked down in shame. ''Decided to waste time and play fetch like it was a game. Anyway we're going to start cooking right now with a lot of spice, so I'm glad you like spicy food'' she said as I laughed ''SHUT UP!'' Jenny yelled as we both laughed together as we headed outside to see the others all enjoying marshmallows and some music.
I sat down on an empty log that wasn't taken by the others who seem to have ran along as well, thank god there is no smell of blood. ''Hey! Let's play truth or dare!'' some random guy asked we all nodded some more excited than others which scared me. Once everyone sat down and settled in we decided to start an old fashioned game of Truth or Dare. ''So, Jenna truth or dare?' He asked, she smirked and looked at him ''Dare!'' she yelled, "I dare you to dirty dance,'' he said and then someone played talk dirty to me on bluetooth. She smirked and went to one of the boys and she got on top of him and started dancing, I looked away with a gross look as the boys yelled in cheer as she was dancing. Once she was finished she went back, all the boys were awaiting in fear since they knew she hated dancing. ''Yuki truth or dare?'' She asked, my friend looked at her and decided ''truth'' she said with a small smirk on her face, but went to Jenny in a flash (maybe it was my brain playing tricks?) ''Is it true that you are really a fem girl?'' she asked and all she did was nod. A few more rounds went along before it was my turn ''Truth or dare?'' she asked, since I picked nothing but truth I decided to be a looser and pick ''Dare'' Yuki smirked so big which made me scared, ''I dare you to sing, anything is good'' she said which made me freeze, I hate singing in public. ''B-But..' ''NO BUTS! But since it is getting late you may do it the next time, okay every?'' Jenna says, everyone awed at (Haha, suckers.) Yuki and I walked off to our apartment but Yuki wanted to get food so she left after I locked the door and I knew she had her phone, Jacob from the party came with us to make sure nothing happens, sadly this is reality of the world.
Once I knew no one could hear me I decided I should sing alone, I love to sing but not in front of people, I searched for a song I found I decided "Set It Off – Nightmare" and sang. They're coming, creeping from the corner
And all I know is that I don't feel safe I feel the tapping on my shoulder
I turn around in an alarming state
But am I losing my mind? I really think so

a hell within my head Nowhere to go, I'm out on my own Oh I'm so scared I created a monster, a beast inside my brain Nowhere to go, I'm not on my own My mind impaired to wake me from my nightmare,'' as the finale note hit the walls I slowly sat down and I saw my roommate quickly walk in, panicking I looked at her (DID SHE HEAR?! WHAT IF SHE HATES IT WHAT IF?!) I saw her headphones in and I exhaled slowly to calm my nerves, thanking the lord. I decided to take a quick shower and head to sleep.
(I can't sleep.) I groaned ''DAMN SLEEP!'' I yelled out for no one to answer, groaning once again, I then threw my pillow to the wall till I heard a soft creek of music. I sat up with my hair in my face and looked at the area where the pillow had hit. (Should I see what that was? Whatever might as well see how this ends.) As I walked to the source of music there was a soft light in the piano room, walking in my necklace starts glowing and starts playing the same song in unison and quietly I walked up to the music box and held it till it was gone. ''What was that?'' I asked out loud. Deciding it was safe I headed back to my bed heading back to the warmth and sleepiness came front slap toward my brain and soon I was sleeping.
''BEEP, BEEP BEEEEEP'' my alarm ranged and I grabbed it and through it at the wall sadly not breaking it but by luck pressing the snooze button. ''5 more minutes..'' I groaned before my phone ranged and I grabbed it and sighed in sadness and just answered it ''Hello?'' I asked as I heard laughter on the other side ''Hey, we don't have school today because some idiot drove a few cars breaking the school buildings so want to come shopping with us?" jenny asked I looked at my calendar seeing I'm free today ''Sure, I'm free today, come pick me up in half an hour?" I asked as I heard a hum which I'm guessing was a yes and I hanged up. I slowly walked to my closet and opened it up, I decided to wear a dark midnight purple shirt with torn black jeans that are worn out with galaxy vans. Grabbing my clothes I headed into the bathroom, stripping of my nightwear from the night before and gently took my necklace off my neck and put it on the counter, stepping in making the war just right I grabbed my vanilla lavender body wash and cherry blossom shampoo and conditioner and started cleaning my body. ''Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me No more!'' I singed in the shower loudly and very horrible laughing at myself before stopping the water and grabbing my brush and my towel, covering myself with the tower I started brushing my hair and putting lotion on my body. After I finished putting lotion and brushing my hair I put my clothes on and did my makeup and perfume on. Smiling at the way I looked I grabbed my little carry bag and headed outside right on time to see the car. "Hey girl!" jenny said smiling at me I nodded at her and entered the car with Yuki right next to me, "So Lilith, what do you want to do when we get there?" Yuki asked and which I just shrugged "Heard there was a sale at hot topic, might head there and get some sales" I said looking at her as she nodded in agreement. Once we finale got there after listing to a few songs and talking we arrived. We walked in and started heading to Hot topic which was a bit bigger than your normal store because why not, once we entered "Mama" by MCR played, we looked around and found the makeup section (wow, there is a lot of makeup to pick.. oh I know!) "lets play a game, we buy somethings for each other okay?" I said and they nodded in agreement we all smirked knowing this was fun, i got jenny, Yuki has me and jenny has Yuki, knowing this was going to be interesting we went to different parts of the store and collected our items, I grabbed a few things of makeup, bath stuff, a small llama, and a supernatural purse and paid for my items and waited for the others. For what seemed like forever they finished and we all headed out the store and went to the car since we took an hour and a half to pick all our items we decided to have a sleepover at Jennies so we went to her house.
Time seemed to go by so fast, I didn't even realize the signs that something wasn't right, we were having so much fun I didn't even thought about it thinking it was just a small prank but I was wrong, very wrong and god I wish I could reverse time to prevent it.
"Okay girls now that were home let's play a game, its called bloody mary!" Yuki said as we cheered, jenny didn't look good, she seemed a bit pale but it was cold inside, "Okay, so-"Yuki stopped mid-sentence and looked green before heading to the trash can and Jenny quickly went to her and held her hair as she puked her guts out. I went to the kitchen and made herbal tea with honey and put it on the counter and stayed a bit back "was it the pizza? Or the coffee. I thought I told her chocolate free or give us oatmeal" jenny growled and called the company in speaker and they sounded worried and hung up on them something about suing but for now I didn't care because I was making sure they both didn't pass out on me. "is.. is she okay?" I asked when I looked at her "And when did you get coffee?" I asked "Oh when you were asleep in the car" she said smiling not looking good herself. (maybe we should sleep? Nah.. I think were good for now.) I looked worried but shoved it off, "Im okay, just needed to get it out my system.. lets continue" Yuki said looking a lot better so I forgot about earlier all together.
I headed into the bathroom since no one else wanted to go first I lit the candles up and turned the lights off and silently spoke the words meant for her 3 times, "Blood mary, bloody mary, bloody mary" saying it for the last time before I turned the lights on or atleast I tried to, I opened my eyes and panicky tried to open the door but it was locked and the lights "Guys, the door is stuck and the lights will not turn on! Is this a prank? Haha, okay enough please just open it!" I said with fear in my voice but no one answered, I grabbed my necklace and quietly hummed the lullaby it softly plays along. After a few minuets I heard my friends behind the door opening it and seeing them with panic in my eyes I hugged them. Yuki seeing something grab it quickly with me only seeing It for a second before they walked me out the room, quietly we entered her room and sat down as I hugged my stich pillow that I got from hot topic. "Okay. We have no idea what just happened but we need to just chill. Its only midnight so let's do something else or should we sleep?" Jenny said and I nodded "game duh" Yuki said as I agreed. We agreed on truth or dare "So, Lilith, truth or dare my child" Jenny said as I laughed at the nick name, "truth" I said (why is it so cold?) "Is it true... YOU SEEN DIRTY STUFF!" she yelled and I shook my head "what's dirty stuff? I didn't leave the hospitable for a while and I always either studied for helped out with my parents shop." I explained as they had that protected look "SO INNOCENT!" they yelled in unison. I groaned in annoyance "Anyway, the answer is no. now, truth or dare Yuki?" I asked smirking "DARE!" she yelled, "I dare you to... hold my stuff cat for a whole 5 minutes" I said grinning "Ugh, fiiinnneee" she groaned and I gave her my stuff cat and she held it like it was real and evil which caused me and Jenny to laugh at her silliness.
It was a great night we played games, laughed and danced till our hearts couldn't take it anymore. Soon it was time for bed and I can't even sleep, I keep hearing music playing and a slight tap on the door and window, so I decided enough was enough and got up out of the bed that we shared and headed towards the sound. Seeing a bright light outside I walked to the door, as I put my hand on the handle I see a dark figure in a shape of a wolf or... Was it human? I thought it was my brain pulling tricks on me and I opened the door slowly walking out in the snow but it didn't seemed cold, more like a soft bubbles around me, I walked to the table that was kind of far from the door. As I went I saw nothing out but a small green gem with the symbol of something I have never seen before. I grabbed it and held it close looking at the green gem, it was smooth yet a bit rough, green yet a red purple symbol was right in the middle. It was a soft green glow, something that seemed controlling kind of, the more I looked the more I felt myself leaving reality. I looked up as I heard a growl and a small laugh right near me, shooting my head up quickly I saw a wolf but I didn't know where the laugh came from "Hey there little fella, what are you doing here?" I asked in a scared yet calm voice, I looked at the eyes and saw a deep green with a silver coat with pointy ears. It growled at me and I back away slowly trying to not make a sound so it doesn't attack me. "Lilith?!" I heard someone yelled as I didn't take my eyes away from the wolf, someone ran in the soft bubbles quickly and went to me and stood between me and the wolf. "What were you thinking being out in the cold?! You could be sick, and sorry wolfie ya need to leave" Yuki said growling at said wolf as the wolf looked at me and her and me again before walking off.
"What were you thinking?! You could have gotten hurt!" she yelled at me as I looked down, tears in my eyes (why didn't I just listen to my brain and not go out..) I looked at her as she sighed. "So, what was so interesting to go in the cold of the night?" she asked with curiosity in her voice. "I don't know, I saw a glow and music... And soon you were there yelling at me" I said weakly as I tried my best not to cry. She groaned as she looked at the gem and me, sighing she look at me "just... Clean up and sleep once more, we will talk about this later" she said and I looked down in shame before I headed off to bed once more as she stayed back for a bit. The next morning I was the last one to wake up, stretching and popping my shoulder I got up and walked to the kitchen as I saw the other two sipping coffee and talking in a low whisper "I swear he was there" Yuki said as jenny nodded and I took a small step forward and made a creek sound and they both looked my way, "Oh! Morning" Yuki said as I yawned and gave them a wave as I sat down. Someone gave me a hot coco mug and I happily held it for warmth. After a few minutes of silence jenny started speaking "Hey, so from yesterday... do you still have the gem??" she asked as I nodded bringing it out of Pajama pants I brought the stone out and set it on the table. They both stared at it like it was the demon of god "Maybe we can later today make it into a charm or necklace?" she stated since the gem was very small enough to make it so. I nodded before I got up and washed the dishes. After I finished washing the dishes I changed into my punk outfit and grabbed my purse, and headed into the car with the girls but I felt off and looked around "Hey, what's wrong Lilith?" jenny asked as I ignored her and kept looking around.
"I swore... maybe not" I mumbled as I headed into the car, the others were in confusion but decided it was okay and we headed off to get my gem fixed. As we entered the store a lot of grown men and a few women were there, we walked to the area where we can make the necklace as Yuki explained what she wanted me to have, as we waited a few guys came near us and looked down at jenny like she was trash, "Hey, I thought this was a vam-"the guy started before jenny talked over him "Don't even finish, got it? She said growling and I swore her eyes turned red for a quick second, right as she said that 3 others who were as equally big and strong came next to him "Don't think so girly, now leave the store before the pack hunts you down" he said as I looked confused, the tailor tapped Yuki and she swung around and went straight to me looking at the guy "C'mon Jacob this is an all free zone you don't own it plus last time I remembered my pack owns this area the most" she said with a deep voice which scared me, Jenny took me to the tailor and he brought be near the back so I wouldn't be hurt, (what's going on? A gang? OH NO! I NEED TO HELP!) I looked at him hopefully that he will let me go, "No" he said which made me sad as I just listen to outside.
"Look, I don't care this is an all free zone, most of my pack is here so we own it for a bit and we make the rules and we say no vampires allowed!" he said in a growled voice as she growled more frighten like "No, this is a free zone! Now leave before I warn my alpha and make you leave and be publicly shammed!" she yelled as jenny just looked down getting ready to fight if needed. "Ha, as if" he stated before punching Jenny right in the face, Yuki screamed and a loud signal went around (What was that?! Oh. he left? And the doors unlocked! Score!) I thought as I went to look outside seeing him with silver as it made everyone but jenny and him shiver. "NO FIGHITING! LEAVE NOW!" he yelled to the others in which they just through a soft ball at him and laughed (where did that come from?!) I went to him and helped him to the corner where he couldn't get hurt and put ace bandages around his headed as it bled a little. I saw the one guy named Jacob getting ready to punch so I tried to warn them but they both got hit and were face first on the ground. They laughed as I ran to them with tears in my eyes "Aww, look at the little baby, wanna cry to mommy? Ahahahah!" he yelled as the others taunt, I looked at them and screamed with all my might as tears went down my face. As I screamed vibrations from the air it's self-went around the room sounded like a volcano and a cry of millions of babies, the glass broke as everyone covered their ears in pain as some passed out from the cry itself. My tears went down as the stone and my tattoo went together and started glowing green near the two friends whom were passed out. As soon as I finished screaming and my tears getting slower the two of them woke up slowly and saw me crying they jumped up and hugged me making sure I wasn't hurt. "What's wrong? Are you hurt, harmed? Scratched?" they both asked as the tears finally went away seeing the stone fading back to normal and the big guys/gals passed out, a few whom were awake grabbed the passed out friends and quickly went away fleeing from the scene of the crime.
"I'm sorry for the mess sir, Jenny said as we all bowed, he smiled and waved politely. "It's fine. She saved me and my store. So this is on the house" he said happily handing me my necklace. As I thanked him and bowed polity. "Let's go home I'm tired" I said as I passed out. When I woke up too from my sleep it was around 7 pm "I can't believe they would dare do something like this" a man said through the walls, I got up and headed off to see who our visitor was. "I know. Thank the Luna she didn't see them or there would have been harm." Yuki said as she sighed "She did see a bit. But we do need to remove her memories" the man said as I walked in "remove what?" I asked as they all moved their necks fast and looked at me. "Oh, hello dear... I'm your old neighbor?" he said looking at them as they all nodded. "Oh, well hello. I'm Lilith, nice to meet you sir." I said politely. He looked scared in the eyes, then turned to the others "I'll ask my wife what she thinks" he said and left in a hurry. I looked at them questionably they just whistled as they pretended to look around "whatever... I'm gonna make myself food' I stated before walking off as they just watched.
"So, what's the plan for today?" I asked as they sat with me. "n-nothing, but I have a meeting to go to so it's just you and jenny" Yuki said as she left. I looked at jenny as she smiled. We heard a clash from upstairs window "I'll go check it out, must have been the dog" I stated as I went upstairs. The lights were off and was getting kind of creepy, as I kept going on I opened the door and say glass everywhere seeing it wasn't just the dog as I went closer to the window I felt a change of atmosphere and saw a cat as I was about to yell a hand went to my face and a knife by my face. I kept calm as they went closer to me. "Don't yell nor speak. Now where are they" he asked in a raspy deep voice as I didn't speak I shrugged my shoulder slightly feeling a sharp pain my in eye. My voice going up in my throat I swallowed down the voice threating to explode. It felt like forever until he knew I didn't have any knowledge he wanted so he just took me down stairs where jenny was and she was quite mad if I do say so myself.
"Why the hell are you here" she growled and headed off but was stopped because one of the guys held her back as the main person came in smirking. "Now then, since you decided to hurt my pack earlier in the week I decided to take a visit to you and give you the same favor" he stated and smirked. Grabbing a baseball bat and smashing our vase that we had right near us. Screaming from fear as he kept smashing the bat everywhere and shattering all of our items. He got to Yuki's rare wolf figurine and grabbed you "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THAT!" Jenny screamed struggling on the guy kicking as hard as she can trying to release herself from the holders grip. He smirked and grabbed the figurine tossing it like he was playing around, toying around with us. I had tears in my eyes trying to not scream nor cry at this moment. He through it in the air and smash it. "No!" I screamed with all my might as my gem glowed and soon the whole room was a powerful sound wave going through them as everything shook. Everyone was silent as the sound of it breaking happen and my screaming mixed, it was like being told something awful that you never wanted to hear. The door opened and Yuki came in and saw the mess and everything. She looked around as everyone stood still as the atmosphere felt like it was draining us and it was going to be a battle. The guy holding onto me through me to the wall hitting my head, jenny and yuki turned into something evil. A huge wolf and a powerful women punching each guy till they ran. After the fight the turned human again and grabbed me letting me think it was a dream. As I got up we decided to stray home because it was our yearly anniversary on how we met.
