they could be Smiths and Building Weapons as Ferrus Manos and Vulkan and their Legion

They have psychic Powers as the Thousands Sons and Magnus the Red still Superior than them

and Most of all They could be as Administrator, Logistical, and Organizer and Multitasking as Guilliman and the Ultramarines

So all in all he is one of the Most Powerful Being in this Entire Galaxy capable of Fighting anything whether they are Powerful or not he will be always Ready to adopt to any Situation" She added
