Darry was feeding Sammy and Shannon they're 6 months old Sammy is 2 minutes older than Shannon he was in the living room in his chair and he was holding them Sammy and Shannon are his girls Soda and Steve were at work Pony was at track Dally Two-Bit and Johnny were out buying stuff for Sammy and Shannon and Pony wasn't suppose to be home for a hour Dally Two-Bit and Johnny were going to be home in a half hour and Soda and Steve would be home in a hour and a half so it's just Darry and the girls then the door open and Pony walked in sweaty and hot and he saw Darry feeding Sammy and Shannon it was awkward for Pony and Soda to see Darry feed the twins then Pony said "hi Darry" then Darry looked up and saw Pony and blushed because he was embarrassed about his brothers seeing him feed the twins then he said "hi Pony I thought you weren't going to be home for a hour" then Pony said "well the coach let us leave early because we been doing so good this week" then Darry nodded and Pony left the room to take a shower and Sammy and Shannon fell asleep so Darry gently unattached them from him and he stood up and put them in their playpen and put his shirt back on and started dinner
