Two months later, Iris was wandering through the halls of her school till she came across a poster that caught her eye. She looked at a poster that said, "Science Fair" on it. Confused by what it was, she took the poster off the billboard and brought it to her friends.

She entered the study hall; they currently had free study for today, due to the test later that week. She saw her friends sitting at a table at the other side of the room. Iris smiled then ran up to them holding the poster tightly against her chest.

"Hey guys whats up?" Iris asked gleefully.

"Hey Iris, not much, just studying for our science test this week," Jane explained.

"Ohh I love science, there's so much to learn about how earth works!" Iris exclaimed happily.

"Yeah there is, also Iris what's that in your arms?" Lila asked.

"Oh this, I found this poster on the school's building board, what is it?" Iris asked, then showed the poster to the group.

"Oh that, it's the school's science fair, we have it every year," Josh explained.

"Yeah and this year our science teacher Miss. Celine is presenting a discovery she made about five months ago," Ed explained.

"Really? What is it?" Iris asked.

"I can take you to the science lab and show you Iris. I was selected to be this year's helper for Miss. Celine," Hannah explained.

"Ohh! Really well take me there now! I wanna see what she has!" Iris exclaimed excitedly.

Hannah smiled then started collecting her things before getting up and leading Iris to the science lab. When they got their Hannah led Iris to a locked container, she unlocked it and took out the glass tube that had the science project in it. Iris saw that it was some sort of strange pink liquid in it that had a bit of a firm texture.

"Wow what is it?" Iris asked.

"I don't know Miss. Celine found it on an expedition five months ago. She believes she's found an entirely new element to be added into the Periodic Table of Elements," Hannah explained.

"Yes I do and if I do that then this could be the greatest discovery of my career!" the two heard a woman explain. They looked back and saw that Miss Celine had just entered the room with a bright smile on her face.

"Oh hey Miss Celine! How are you doing?" Iris asked.

"I'm doing great! And I also can't wait for the science fair next week, as this discovery is going to be the biggest breakthrough in all of science as I believe I found a new element and that doesn't happen everyday," Celine explained.

"Really? Well then I guess that'll be amazing for you to enter into the fair," Iris explained.

"It is, oh and Hannah I need to ask you to do a favor for me," Celine stated.

"Yeah what is it?" Hannah asked.

"Well tomorrow after class I need you to take this home with you as the science lab will be having a deep clean. We've had some non toxic chemical spills and it needs to be thoroughly cleaned and I don't want any of the cleaning chemicals to get into this and potentially ruin it. So could you take it home and bring it back when you come to school the next day?" Celine asked.

"Sure but why can't it be at your house?" Hannah asked.

"My granddaughter is over at my place as my daughter is out on her anniversary trip with her husband, and my granddaughter is so grabby and I don't want her touching this as we don't know if it's safe or not. I also don't want her to accidentally swallow some of it as well as it could also be lethal as well," Celine explained.

"Ah okay makes sense, so yeah I'll take it home with me tomorrow," Hannah said.

"Great, now you two better get going, the bells are going to ring soon and that means you girls will need to head to your next class for the day," Celine explained.

Hannah and Iris nodded and left before their next class of the day started. Little did they know that a shadow shifter was watching them from the hallway. When they saw what Hannah pulled out of the container they knew that Adrienne would love to hear about this. So they ran out of the school and went back to the shadow realm to tell her as soon as possible.

Meanwhile in the shadow realm, Adrienne was pacing back and forth thinking of what to do to the Rainbow Squads next. As Shade had informed her about the Rainbow Squads being able to stop the Night Orbs with their new Rainbow Collision attack. Just then she heard someone knock on her door, she looked at the door annoyed but glad that the person knocked before coming in.

"Who is it?" Adrienne asked.

"It's a Shadow Shifter, your highness may I come in?" the Shadow Shifter asked.

"If you have something of interest to me, yes, if not then get out of my sight and hearing," Adrienne demanded, angrily.

"Oh trust me I have some information of great use to you and I assure you it's not going to be a waste of your time," the Shadow shifter explained.

"Okay fine come in then," Adrienne said.

The Shadow shifter then opened the door and it had a big smile on its face.

"Now what is it? And explain quickly," Adrienne said.

"Well as you know Blake said something they were working on escaped right?" the Shadow shifter asked.

"Yes, how could I forget that after all I told him that if he failed at another experiment he would revoke his existence to me!" Adrienne announced firmly while showing her anger towards him.

"Well the one that escaped is apparently in the human world and it seems to have been a success as I saw it!" the Shadow shifter explained.

"What you did?! What's it doing right now?" Adrienne asked.

"Nothing at the moment, I'm assuming that's because it needs a host to do what it's made for," the Shadow shifter explained.

"Hmm well I'll need someone to retrieve it as it'll be very useful to our cause," Adrienne explained.

"I'll take care of it, miss!" Adrienne heard Shade say.

She and the shadow shifter looked up and saw him standing in the doorway.

"And why should I trust you to find this?" Adrienne asked while crossing her arms.

"Please let me make it up to you for all my past failures. I won't disappoint you this time!" Shade begged.

"Fine but I swear if you come back empty handed then you'll face serious punishment!" Adrienne explained.

Shade bowed his head in response then left to get ready for the next day as that would be when he'd strike.

Back with The Squads, They were outside of their school chatting about what they were going to do once they got home. "Hey guys there's going to be an Easter Egg Hunt event going on in the park for the little kids tomorrow after school," Jenny explained.

"Oh I remember those, they were so much fun! I always loved going to the Easter Egg Hunts! Finding the eggs and getting to eat the candy inside and even winning the golden chocolate bunny!" Josh exclaimed while salivating the thought of the chocolate bunny.

"Golden chocolate bunny? That must be expensive if it has gold on it." Iris said.

"Actually Iris the wrapping on the bunny is gold and it's fake, but it's a 10 pound solid milk chocolate bunny. It's about $50 as it's very big and heavy so parents don't buy it often, but it's what kids want the most so they try to win the egg hunt," Ed explained.

"Really what do you need to do to win?" Iris asked.

"Well whichever team has the most eggs will win and get the bunny. However we can't compete in it as it's meant for kids at the age of twelve and under," Josh explained sadly, almost crying.

"Aww well hey it'll still be fun to watch right?" Iris asked.

"Yeah but I heard through grape vine that there's going to events placed in for us older kids so we can also have a good time there as well," Jake explained.

"Really! What have you heard?" Jane asked.

"Not much and I don't know what the events are going to be for us older kids," Jake explained.

"Well I can't wait to see what they've got in store for us! What about the rest of you?" Erick asked.

The rest of the gang agreed and they all headed home as they had a big day tomorrow.

The Following Day, Hannah was in the lab taking the new science project out of its casing per Miss. Celine's instructions and put it in her bag.

"Man this thing is cool looking and pretty cute!" Hannah said to herself as she left the science lab. However little did she know that Shade was watching her from a tree that was outside of the lab.

"Hehe oh you think it's cute huh? Well I don't blame you, the color is pretty stupid but just you wait till Adrienne gets her hands on it! Then you'll realize that its color is not what it represents!" Shade said evilly to himself as he jumped down from the tree.

Later after school the group was in the park with their younger siblings, aside from Lila and Josh they didn't have younger siblings. They were sitting on a nearby park bench chatting about how things seem to have been pretty calm the past few weeks.

"Man wonder if the bad guys decided to give up and leave us alone?" Josh asked jokingly.

"Don't joke like that Josh, the minute you say something like that life's all like "I'ma gonna show you what for!" you know what I mean?" Erick asked.

"Yeah, that always happens in any Anime or TV show I've seen," Lila explained.

Just then they all heard children screaming and saw parents leading their kids away from the park. The squads all shot up and ran in the direction they heard the screaming coming from. When they got there they saw Shade and a shadow bunny next to him.

When the gang saw the form of the shadow they all busted out laughing as it didn't even look that menacing. The laughing caught Shade's attention and he shot a glare over at The squads. He then saw Hannah's backpack and remembered that it had what he was looking for inside of it.

'Great, now all I gotta do is steal it while they're distracted,' Shade thought to himself.

"Well, well, well, look what the cat dragged in, or should I say what the Bunny dragged in!" Shade exclaimed mockingly.

"Boo lame joke Shade, also what's with this Shadows form? I feel like you peps are losing your game," Josh explained while pointing to the shadow.

"Hey it's not my fault the people just turn into what their spirit animal is!" Shade explained.

"Whatever, it's still lame and we're still going to kick your but!" Erick exclaimed.

"RAINBOW POWER ACTION!" The Squads all screamed at once. They all then transformed into their Rainbow Squads forms and they started fighting the Shadow. The Bunny then went savage and grabbed onto a random squad and started shaking them like a rag doll.

"AHHHH! SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!" Josh screamed as the Shadow shook him around.

Erick started laughing at Josh as the scene was pretty funny.

"DO SOMETHING USEFUL!" Josh screamed.

"Sorry, I had to laugh, now let's get this show on the roll!" Erick exclaimed.

Hannah put her backpack to the side inorder to keep the science project in it safe. Shade smirked when he saw this as it'd allow him to take it while The squads were distracted. Ed jumped up and kicked the Shadow in the nose causing it to scream in pain and let go of Josh.

"ugh! I think I'm going to be sick because it was so intense," Josh said as he got up and tried to stabilize himself.

He was also holding his hand on his mouth as he felt nauseous from how badly the shadow shook him.

"Bro you good?" Lila asked as she helped Josh steady himself.

Once Josh got his head back on straight he and the others all heard a crashing sound. They looked over and saw that the Shadow had fallen on the prize table. When it got up Josh felt his soul die as he saw that the solid Milk chocolate Bunny was crushed by the Shadow.

"NNNNNOOOOO! THE CHOCOLATE BUNNY! LET'S MAKE IT PAY YOU GUYS LETS MAKE IT PAY!" Josh screamed in anger over the chocolate bunny.

The gang agreed and all got into position to do Rainbow Collision. While the Squads were distracted with the Shadow, Shade started digging through Hannah's backpack to get what he came here for. He soon felt something that he thought was what he was looking for. So he gripped onto it tight and yanked it out of the bag. However, he was confused when he pulled out a bag that had some strange things in it along with the word Pads written on it in black marker.

"What the?! What the, shadows is this?" Shade asked, confused.

Just then he heard The squads scream, "RAINBOW COLLISION!" and looked up to see that his Shadow was defeated. Once it turned back into a passed out man Hannah looked over and saw him digging through her backpack, with her emergency pads in his hand.

Hannah's face turned as red as her Rainbow Squad Hair when she saw Shade holding her emergency products. She then ran up to him at full speed and tried to take her backpack back.

Shade however wasn't letting go as he decided to just take the whole thing. However the rest of The Squads all gathered up behind Hannah and helped her pull against Shade. Shade started losing his grip on the backpack and he felt scared of what Adrienne would do to him if he returned empty handed.

However that was until he looked at Hannah's neck and saw her amulet resting comfortably on there. He then got an idea on what else he could do to avoid Adrienne's wrath and still please her. So with one swift motion Shade let go of the backpack and grabbed onto Hannah's amulet and tore it right off her neck. The Squads all flew back and fell right on their backs and in a blink of an eye Hannah transformed back.

"Hey Shade what the heck was all that about!" Jane screamed.

"Yeah, why were you digging through Hannah's backpack and having her emergency "private girl" things in your hand!?" Jenny asked confused and embarrassed as well.

"Well there was something in there that I was sent here to find, but it's such a mess so I couldn't find it. So because I didn't want to face Adrian's wrath I decided to take something else from you all," Shade said, then showed them Hannah's amulet which shocked all of them.

Hannah then looked at herself and saw that she had transformed back and her amulet was indeed gone. Shade smiled evilly as he teleported away back to the Shadow realm. Hannah sat there in shock as now she no longer had her powers and she felt like she could no longer be a part of the Rainbow Squads.

Iris noticed this and Hannah's weak aura so she got up and gently hugged Hannah to try to help her feel better. Hannah looked over and saw Iris hugging her, she then felt others hugging her and looked to see that it was the rest of her friends.

"Don't worry Hannah, we'll get your amulet back," Jake said.

"I know but how? We don't have a way to get to wherever those Shadow goons live," Hannah explained, clearly upset over her amulet being stolen.

"I can ask Apollo if he can help us out with that, I'm sure we can find your amulet and get it back!" Iris explained.

"Thanks Iris... I think I'm going to go home, after losing my amulet I don't want to be a part of this event anymore," Hannah explained.

"Okay I'll let your little sister know you went home and I'll keep an eye on here till it's time to go home," Iris explained.

"But Iris I don't think the egg hunt can go on, after all the Prize table got crushed along with the main prize, the milk chocolate bunny... that sweet, sweet creamy collate bunny," Josh explained sadly with tears in his eyes.

"Oh right I'll fix that," Iris said. She then used her magic and the Prize table was restored back to its former glory along with the chocolate bunny. Josh's eyes widened and his mouth salivated as he looked at the big chocolate bunny.

"IRIS YOUR AMAZING I LOVE YOU!" Josh screamed as he tackled Iris in a hug.

Iris giggled and hugged Josh back, happy that she could make her friend smile with joy. Hannah smiled as well, glad that at least her friends could be happy, but she still felt sad as her amulet and powers were gone. So she grabbed her backpack, zipped it shut and headed home to clear her head.

Back in the Shadow realm, Adrienne was in the meeting room looking over some plans she had for when her father Lucifer finally woke up from his slumber. As she was looking through the plans she heard someone open the door. She turned around and saw that it was Shade who had just entered the room.

"Shade your back later than I thought, but whatever, did you get the specimen?" Adrienne asked.

"No I didnt b-" Shade was about to say but was interrupted when Adrienne threw a spear at him.

"You dare show up in front of me and say YOU DON'T HAVE IT!" Adrienne screamed angrily.

"Wait! Before you do anything I want to tell you that I have something that I know you'll like!" Shade explained quickly before Adrienne unleashed her wrath on him.

"Show me what it is then. NOW and if it's not good then you'll know what's coming!" Adrienne explained angrily.

Shade then took out Hannah's amulet and showed it to Adrienne. When she saw it she relaxed and put down the other spear she had.

"Oh well then what do we have here?" Adrienne said as she took the amulet out of Shade's hand.

"I thought this would also be something you'd like to have as without it, that girl is powerless," Shade explained.

"And indeed I do, while you failed to gain the target you did manage to weaken the Rainbow squads strongest warrior by taking away her main power source," Adrienne explained.

Shade smiled at the prase and left the room before Adrienne asked him to leave. Adrienne smiled and put on the necklace as she thought that the gem's color was very pretty despite it representing a feeling she hated more than anything.

"It's very nice, oh but too bad I can't use it as I'm not its owner. Oh well at least it's a nice piece of jewelry," Adrienne said to herself. She then continued on with what she was working on, satisfied that at least one of The squads no longer had their powers.

Meanwhile at Hannah's house, Hannah was in her room looking at the science experiment that Miss Celine wanted her to take home. She sat there with a glum look on her face as she lost her amulet and potentially her spot in the Rainbow squads.

"Hey Sis! I recorded more episodes of Transformers Prime as well as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! So you better get down here or I'm going to watch them myself and spoil it for you!" Hannah heard her brother call out.

"Hey Amanda, wanna watch some earth shoes with me and my brother?" Hannah asked.

"Sure I'm bored, all cooped up in this room! Also I'm curious about those shows. They sound rather interesting," Amanda said.

Hannah smiled then took Amanda out of her little cage that was in her room and put her on her shoulders. She then got up as she felt that watching some shows she liked with her brother's silly reactions would help her feel better. She also took her hoodie off and put it on the desk chair as she was starting to get hot.

Shortly she left her room and headed down stairs to watch TV with her brother. After Hannah left the science experiment started moving within its containment jar. It lifted itself up and started unscrewing the lid from the inside and opening it up.

It slithered out of the jar and onto the desk; it then jumped onto Hannah's seat and slithered up to her hoodie. It found its way and rested on the inside of her hoodie and waited for her to come back. The thing whispered the word, "Host," as it rested on Hannah's hoodie and waited.
