Total Drama Zero - Part 2

"Zero; because that's the number of shits that I give." - Nova.

Setting; Total Drama

OC; New OC called "Nova" - Female who is a total little/tall (depending on who they are reincarnated as) shit. A sarcastic person that gives no fucks and barely has any cares left to give.

Death; May or may not recall; doesn't matter, she's not telling or cares (has no cares about life or death)

Reincarnated As; Female!Noah

Pairings; This is Total Drama - the pairings and relationships are everywhere. May have some canon pairings, but not all will be canon of course.

Before I start, I want to thank DannyPhantom619 on AO3 for making me laugh like an insane person. As soon as I saw your comment, I lost it. I did not expect it, so, really, thanks for making me laugh.

I would also like to thank ViviCatLover on AO3 for their comments/reviews! You helped me expand on some ideas I had for this story! Maybe not fully in the way you expect, but you helped me expand on it and gave me a few wonderful ideas. So, thanks for that! And to answer your question, Nova, the reincarnation, has not watched TDI or any season before. So she's going in totally blind - although it's not like she cares about that lol. No shits or fucks are given by her 'cause she ain't got any to give to it lol.

Thanks for taking the time for commenting/reviewing - the same goes for everyone on Wattpad and AO3 in general. I love reading them all! Makes writing so much more fun when you know others are enjoying it as well.

With the introductions out of the way, I can now slowly start showing more and more changes compared to canon. I hope everyone enjoys this story as much as I do making it!

With that said, let's get this show started!

-Chapter Start-

"Okay!" Chris beams, clapping his hands together. "Today's challenge is three-fold." He explains, standing in front of each group with a box beside him. The box having a picture of a chicken on it. "Your first task is to jump off this one-thousand foot high cliff into the lake."

"Piece of cake." Bridgette smiles, having done cliff-diving before.

"If you look down you will see two target areas." Chris goes on, smile turning into a smirk. "The wider area represents the part of the lake that we have stocked with psychotic, man-eating sharks!" He laughs for a moment. "Inside that area is a safe zone. That's your target area. Which, we're pretty sure, is shark free."

"Excuse me?" Leshawna demands, eyes going wide.

"Ooooh, Jaw-tastic." Nova sarcastically quips before humming the Jaw's theme song under her breath.

Sadie, who was slowly waking up, paled even more. Eyes rolling back into her head, Sadie dramatically went down once more, head being caught just before it hit the ground by Katie who gasped out in panic. "Sadie!"

[CONFESSION CAM: COURTNEY]

"If nothing else, Nova makes disturbing the other team easy." Courtney tells the camera, dressed in her two piece gray bathing suit. "I don't really know anyone here, obviously, but even I can see who is going to be a problem and who isn't much of one. At least for right now I don't have to worry about everyone at once with there being teams." Sighing, she looks weary. "I'm not sure on if my team can really make it far though. I guess I'll have to try and go above and beyond to make sure we win this challenge."

[END]

"For each member of your team that actually jumps and actually...survives, there will be a crate of supplies waiting for you down below." Chris goes on as if Leshawna didn't say anything and as if Sadie didn't just faint again. "Inside the creates are supplies you'll need for the second part of the challenge; building a hot tub!" Chris happily smiles. "The team with the best one gets to have a wicked hot tub part tonight! The losers will be sending someone home. Let's see...Killer Bass, you're up first." He eventually finishes, deciding on a team.

"What, hold up." Heather frowns, pointing at a still passed out Sadie. "What about her?"

"What about her?" Chris asks back, eyebrow raised.

"What if she doesn't wake up?" Heather nearly snarls as she bites out that question.

Chris hums, thinking about it for a moment before chuckling, shrugging his shoulders. "If she doesn't jump, you don't get a point." He smirks at the outraged expressing he gets for that. "Better hope she does wake up before it's time for the other team's turn."

Out of the corner of her eye, she sees Alejandro smirk. Scowling, Heather wishes she could just kick the bigger girl awake. However she gets a feeling that if she does that, win or lose, she'd be sent home quickly.

"Too bad we can't just throw her into it." Gwen rolls her eyes, crossing her arms.

Nova, hearing that, snorts. "I'm sure Murder-licious can help with that." She doesn't even bother to hide her voice or momentous/sarcastic tone. "What's one more crime to a criminal."

Duncan, instead of getting angry, merely smirks and gives Nova a finger gun. "Why not? I got someone on call to help hide a body." He jokes, gaining a slight smirk from Nova before it just as quickly goes away.

"Not a party until there's a death on your hands." Gwen adds in, smirking darkly. More than one person looks a little bit freaked out by the trio at this point.

"Will you stop chatting up the enemy!" Heather finally hisses. "Really, you two need to stop being such creeps!" Duncan just rolls his eyes and Gwen just scoffs much to Heather's annoyance. Nova just shrugs, not giving a single care.

"Now, now--" Heather's eyes snap to Alejandro, who was giving such a charming smile. But the girl can see the gleam in his green eyes. Her frown grows deeper. "--if you keep frowning like that, you will get wrinkles all over that pretty face of your's."

[CONFESSION CAM: HEATHER]

"Wrinkles?! On me?! That no good--!" Heather growls, hands tight into fists as she tensely sits inside the small space given. "I know that guy is going to be a pain in my ass! I can already tell just by his smug voice and good loo--flirting!" She quickly corrects herself. Sighing harshly, she uncurls her hands and goes about fixing her hair. "Not only is he going to be a pain, the others are stupid enough to be friendly with others on the other team! We're not here to make friends people, we're here to win some cold hard cash!" Shaking her head, she scoffs with an eye roll. "Ruining my hair on TV wasn't something I ever wanted to do--" Here, she narrows her eyes in a deadly glare. "--but if it means getting one over that smooth talking wannabe, then I'll do that and more."

[END]

"Enough talking!" Heather finally just snaps, glaring at her team members. "Since it's obvious that no one else is going to take the lead, I will."

"Whoa, hold on now girl." Leshawna interrupts with a frown. "What do you mean that no one else can take the lead?"

"I mean that since no one can do it, I will." Heather says with a tone that is not to be argued with. "I'm the best choice we have."

"I doubt that." Gwen dryly states. Duncan snorts in agreement.

"Look you ghetto-rap-star-wannabe, we don't have time to argue about it!" Heather snaps, the two girls now inches away from one another and glaring for all their worth. "Just shut up and listen to me! And would for the love of Gucci, someone try and wake her up!" Heather pointed at Sadie, who was still passed out.

Glances all around until Bridgette stepped up. Walking over to Sadie, she gently shooed Katie away and tried gently shaking her awake while calling out to her. Sadie doesn't even twitch.

"No, you listen here you barbie doll, I'm not about to just take orders from you just because you said so!" Leshawna snaps right back. "You haven't done anything to even back it up!"

Rolling her eyes, Heather shoves Leshawna much to everyone's shock.

A beat of silence.

"We may actually get a murder." Nova blandly states. "Looks like it's about to be a party."

In a split second, Leshawna grabs a hold of Heather. Without even thinking about it, the shorter teen throws the taller teen. DJ, who happened to be standing near the edge, didn't move out of the way fast enough. With wide eyes, everyone rushes to the edge to watch as a screaming Heather and DJ fell down.

"Oh no, JD!" Lindsay gasps out in horror, gripping her face in terror.

"DJ." Nova corrects monotonously while everyone else is freaking out or shocked in some way or another.

"I didn't mean to do that!" Leshawna gasps, looking horrified at herself. Luckily for everyone, the two landed in the 'safe area'.

"That'll be two points for the Killer Bass!" Chris happily says, laughing at what's going on.

"LESHAWNA!" Heather screams from the lake, DJ spitting out water next to her. "YOU ARE SO DEAD!"

"I threw you in the safe-zone didn't I?" Leshawna calls down, watching as small boat comes by to pick them up. Sighing, Leshawna, pops her knuckles. "Now here's hoping I land there too."

With that, she jumps.

Ice broken, the Killer Bass all geared up to jump and got to it.

The first three made it into the safe-zone. Harold missed, landing in a split that he had his screams echoing all around. Ezekiel didn't make it either, having hit one of the rocks, making him go flying way outside the target area. Beth decided she couldn't do it, getting herself a chicken hat and being led down an escalator that was all of a sudden there when it wasn't before. The rest of the team though, besides Bridgette who hasn't jumped yet and Sadie who is still knocked out, made it in the safe-zone.

"Bridgette, you're up!" Chris says, lifting up a chicken hat. "Or are you going to be a chicken too?"

Bridgette bites her lip, glancing down to Sadie and the cliff edge.

[CONFESSION CAM: BRIDGETTE]

"In the end, it wasn't much of a choice." Bridgette explains to the camera, a sad frown on her face. "Sadie just wouldn't wake up no matter what I tried. I don't even think smelling salt would have done anything, It was like she was in a coma!"

[END]

"I'll go." Bridgette knew that it would be better for her to jump, hopefully get a point, rather than not and make her team not get any more points at all. Doesn't stop her from feeling a bit guilty over leaving Sadie alone though. "But, Sadie will be fine, right?" She asked in worry, glancing to Sadie.

"Don't worry about her." Chris waved off Bridgette's, and Katie's, worry. Chef, having came up the escalator, swiftly grabs the girl and starts heading down. Only pausing to take a chicken hat from Chris to stick on the girl's head. "See? She'll be down there waiting for you all. If she doesn't wake up when the challenge is done, I'll get medical to check her over. Don't want a lawsuit!" Chris assures with a chuckle.

Assured a she can be given the situation, Bridgette goes to the edge and gracefully dives down, landing in the safe-zone.

"Alright!" Chris now looks at the other team. "Your turn, Screaming Gophers."

Before anyone could take a step, a crying Katie shook her head. "I-I can't do it! No-Not without Sadie!" She cries into her hands.

"Yeah, that won't make her feel guilty at all." Nova sarcastically says, rolling her eyes.

"G-Guilty?!" Katie gasps, head shooting up.

Seeing an opportunity, Alejandro steps in. "Well, dear Katie, think about it. Wouldn't you feel the same?" He smoothly says, putting a hand on the girl's shoulder. "I am sure Sadie would not want you to just give up because of her. If you don't, and it's because of her, then wouldn't she feel guilty for holding you back?"

"O-Oh..." Katie bites her lip, glancing down. "B-But I'm still scared to go alone...Sadie's always with me."

"Then jump with someone else, Codependent." Nova deadpans, not really seeing the big deal or caring. Really, she doesn't see the big idea. It's just a jump and it's just sharks.

So what if she may drown or get eaten? Shit happens.

A gleam enters Alejandro's eyes.

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"Heather, Heather, Heather..." Alejandro smirks at the camera. "You have done yourself a disservice by acting so harshly with your team members so soon. That is one sure way to get voted off as soon as possible no matter your overall worth to the team. Myself, on the other hand, well, I know how to make do with the resources I get. And Nova? Right now she is one of the best ones I have. I may not be able to charm her to my will, but I can use her own attitude to my advantage without anyone being the wiser about it. It is just a bonus that she has brains behind that blank face with such an uncaring attitude. A beautiful mix which will make it so much easier to use and then beat her. A bump in the road, a challenge but not a threat. She will be easy to beat once it comes to it."

Leaning back with a smug smirk, Alejandro looks satisfied. "The only other people on the team that may truly give me trouble until the teams dissolve is Courtney and perhaps Eva. Maybe Izzy, as there is no way to predict her so far. However, they are not fully immune to my charm like Nova is. It just takes time, something which I surely have."

[END]

"Nova is right." Alejandro nods with a grin, letting go of Katie. "Jumping two at a time will be best for everyone! Not only will the combined weight help us hit the safe-zone easier, but it will also calm our nerves to have someone with us."

"Really?" Geoff gives an easy going smile, putting a hand on Katie's shoulder. "If that's the case, I don't mind jumping with ya, bruh."

"R-Really?" Katie sniffs, looking at Geoff.

"Nah, it's cool." Geoff assures. "I get needing help and all. It's scary without a friend, right?" Katie sadly nods. "Then all you gotta do is make new friends to help you through it! Don't worry, I got your back."

"T-Thanks." Katie thanked, wiping her eyes with a shy smile. Geoff beams, giving her shoulder a friendly pat.

"Hmmm." Courtney rubs her chin in thought, eyes narrowing. "That is true. But there is eleven of us." She points out factually. "One of us will have to jump alone."

"Tch!" Eva rolls her eyes. "If that's the only problem I can do it."

"Ah, but Eva, I had hoped you would jump with Tyler." Alejandro interjects with a smile, gesturing to the shocked male jock. Leaning down, he whispers so only Eva can hear him. "you did not see it, but he has already been shown to be a bit...clumsy when it comes to sports and exercising so far. Not fully his fault, I am sure, but I do not want to risk anything. With you being one of the strongest and more adept at sports, I have hope you will be able to make sure he does not fail at this or harm himself."

Eva leans back, crossing her arms in thought. After a moment, she sighs. "Yeah, sure, I get." Opening her eyes, she glares at Tyler. "Alright, get over here so we can get ready to jump." When he doesn't move she glares harder. "NOW!"

"Yes, Ma'm!" Tyler quickly snaps to attention, rushing over to Eva with fear in his eyes. The buff girl just huffs, rolling her eyes.

"This still doesn't change the fact that someone needs to jump by themselves." Courtney sighs with a deep frown, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Look, I don't want to admit this, but without someone, I'm not going to jump. I don't want to lose here people! I know my strengths and weaknesses, and jumping off a thousand foot cliff? Not one of my strengths. So, who is it going to be?" Courtney ends, annoyed that she had to admit being afraid and not able to do something by herself.

It is a sacrifice for a win in her mind. Something that burns like acid on her tongue but needed so that her team, and herself, can be victorious.

Everyone glances around at one another.

Eventually, Nova shrugs. "Eh, I can do it." With no cares given, she walks to the edge of the cliff. Literally about to just walk off it rather than run and/or jump off the edge. Before she can do it however, Alejandro quickly grabs her arm and tugs her back.

"Lectora, I saw you trying to swim before when the dock broke apart." Alejandro gives a smile, mind whirling at this level of not caring he just saw. He may want to win, that doesn't mean he wants a death on his hands. Not when there are other options for someone to go alone. "Tell me honestly; Can you survive if you jump alone?"

With no hesitation and without pausing, Nova shrugs. "No idea." She bluntly says this factually.

"Yeah, no, you're not jumping alone." Trent quickly puts his own opinion out there, sharing a worried glance with Owen and Geoff who were standing close to him. He didn't pay anyone else much mind when the dock broke apart, but Alejandro's words make him question if Nova could actually swim or not. Looking around, he can tell he's not the only one questioning that too.

"Um, I think I got an extra floatie." Owen offers up, pulling a slightly deflated float ring out of nowhere. Blowing some air into it, everyone sees it's in the shape of a doughnut. With a beaming face, he hands it off to Nova, who takes it with a deadpan face. "It's way too small for me! Mom must think I'm still a little kid when she slipped that into my bags." Owen laughs. Nova just shrugs, slipping the slightly large floatie over her head and holding it around her waist.

"Well, that's one worry down, right? Tyler asks, scratching the back of his head.

"It still doesn't change that we don't know who will go alone." Courtney sighs. "The only difference is that we can cross off a few that can't."

"We could fight to the death over it!" Izzy puts in her thoughts, quickly getting weird looks and rejections over her idea.

Eventually, Eva cuts through. "That's it! We're doing this my way!" Pointing at Owen, she growls. "You're jumping alone and last!" Owen opens his mouth. Eva's glare turns so harsh it might as well have been lasers. Shutting his mouth, Owen nods so quickly his head looks like it might go flying. "That's what I thought." Eva huffs before going on. "You and you, you're jumping and so are you and you!" She points to Courtney and Trent, and then to Nova and Alejandro. "I'm jumping with this one--" She shakes Tyler, who whimpers. "--and you will be jumping with you." She finishes, pointing at Lindsay and Izzy.

After a moment, Trent shrugs. "Alright, you heard the lady." With that, he offers his arm to Courtney. She jolts, not expecting it. Doubt crosses her face before she shoves it away. Lifting her head up high, she takes the arm. "Let's go win this!" She lifts a fist, looking determined.

"Yeah, let's do this!" Trent cheers back, chuckling.

At the edge of the cliff, Courtney pales but doesn't faint like Sadie. Instead, she clings to Trent who uses his weight to make it so both go jumping over the ledge. The Screaming Gophers peek over the edge, nearly all breathing out sighs of relief when they see that the two landed in the safe-zone.

"I-I thought this was going to be a talent contest." Lindsay whimpers out in fear, dragged by Izzy.

"Haha! No!" Chris answers in between laughter, watching Izzy pretty much drag Lindsay with her over and down the cliff. One scream of pure terror and one scream of pure excitement sounding out until it ends in a splash. Peeking over the edge, it seems like because of Lindsay's struggle, she accidentally knocked them off course. Making them land just outside of the safe-zone by a few inches.

"Wh-What is that?!" Lindsay cried in fear, something brushing by her feet.

"Most likely a shark." Izzy beams, laughing in delight. "Isn't this so much fun?! We're about to get eaten!"

Just as a shark lifts up in the water, Lindsay loses it.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"

Flinching back, the shark covers the side of his head and closes it's eyes.

"Huh." Nova blinks down the cliff edge, watching it all, while everyone else cringes or covers their ears. "That scream might as well be super sonic."

Screaming finally ending, the shark open it's eyes only to give it's own scream when out of nowhere it gets an uppercut to the face.

Chef, standing on the boat, watching Lindsay crawl onto the deck and Izzy fight a shark like a boxer would, slowly shakes his head. "I don' get paid enough for this, man." He grumbles, eye twitching.

Meanwhile, on the cliff, Eva is dragging Tyler to the edge with her.

"Good luck, Beta Male." Nova dryly calls out. The nickname making Tyler squawk in offense and confusion.

"B-Beta Male--?"

"Yeah, come on, Beta Male." Eva smirks, interrupting the jock. Gulping, Tyler shakily takes Eva's arm, yelling in fear when she jumps. When landing in the safe zone, all Tyler does is thank anyone and everyone up there that he survived. At this, Eva rolls her eyes, hauling him up and throwing him on the boat once Chef comes by.

"Alright, we're up next!" Geoff beams, grabbing Katie's arm. "We got this, right babe?" He asks with a kind smile.

Blushing slightly, all Katie can do is nod in agreement.

"Righteous!"

Watching the two jump, satisfied when they make it in the safe zone, Alejandro turns to Nova and offers his hand. "Are you ready, Little Nova?" He asks.

With one hand on the floatie, Nova nonchalantly takes Alejandro's hand. "As I'll ever be." She says, shrugging. "Seems you did get to hold my hand later." She points out as an afterthought.

"Oh." Blinking, Alejandro thinks back before chuckling. "It seems I did keep my word."

"Love a person who keeps their word." Nova blandly states before turning to Owen. "You good, Brick House?"

"Y-Yeah! I'll be good--perfectly fine here!" Owen stutters, looking like he is about to go deep into a panic attack but still valiantly tries to give a thumbs up. "Totally not about to pee my shorts or anything like that!"

One teen's face twists into disgust for a split second. The other teen doesn't even twitch.

"Owen..." Alejandro slowly starts, smoothing out his face back to it's usual charming smile. "Please wait until we are out of the water before you jump. After all, Nova does not seem to be a strong swimmer. The....waves you make might accidentally drown her even with the doughnut."

[CONFESSION CAM: NOVA]

"I wouldn't have cared one way or another if he drowned me." Nova says this bluntly to the camera, looking like she couldn't give not even one shit to this potential death. "Alejandro, on the other hand, most likely wants a better death than that." She tacks on sarcastically.

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"I did us both a favor by telling Owen that. Hell, I did everyone a favor by letting him go very last and by himself." Alejandro deeply frowns at the camera. "Do you not see how big he is? How much he weighs? If anyone were under him, they'd die from the impact before the water could do them in! ¡Como el infierno que muero hoy por un cerdo gordo!"

[END]

"Okay! Don't worry, I get what you're saying, man." Owen agrees brightly, glancing worriedly at Nova. "I'll make sure. I wouldn't want to drown my new little buddy, right?"

"If you want you can try." Nova offers monotonous, getting a wide side eyed look from Alejandro while Owen just laughs at the joke.

It wasn't a joke.

The power of not caring about anything; life and death don't really mean much. Especially to someone who has lived and died before. Nova isn't suicidal, she does not want death or crave it or hate life. She just doesn't give a damn about it all in general. If she dies, she dies. If she lives, she lives. What's the point in worrying or caring about it? The point of caring about anything at all?

Oh well, Nova mentally shrugs. If they want to take it as a joke, let them. She can't muster up enough cares to tell them otherwise.

Clearing his throat, Alejandro tugs Nova after him. Then, the next moment, Nova was in the air, plummeting to the waters below.

To those watching, on TV, they would see Nova's perfect resting bitch face not even moving an inch, looking calm as a cucumber that doesn't give a single fuck. They would also see Alejandro's wide eyes, clinching tightly onto Nova's hand.

What no one knows is that Alejandro was close to screaming and had to bite his tongue to make sure he couldn't make a single noise.

Then, a splash. Nova nearly breathes in the water, going under for a good solid moment, before the floatie and Alejandro helps her go to the surface. Breathing in deeply, Nova blinks water out of her eyes, lifting her free hand to move some hair out of her face. Being greeted by a soaking Alejandro for a second time.

"Are you alright?" Alejandro asks smoothly, letting go of Nova only to grab her floatie, dragging it, and her, with him as he swims to the boat.

Nova nonchalantly shrugs, not looking a bit bothers. "I'm alive." She blandly says without blinking.

"A good thing then." Alejandro chuckles, getting himself and Nova onto the boat. Once on, he turns to Chef with a charming smile. "I had no idea you were so talented." He says, gesturing to the boat. "Not only do you cook, but you also know how to sail? Not many people can claim that."

"Wh-What?" Chef blinks in shock before rubbing the back of his head with a flattered smile. "O-Oh no, this is nothing."

"Don't sell yourself too short!" Alejandro grins. Glancing up at the ledge of the cliff, Alejandro's grin gets a bit of a nervous edge to it. "I would be honored if you could take us to land before Owen jumps however. He is....so large that I fear there might not be much space for us all."

Pausing, Chef thinks about it and some physics. Then, he pales. "Hold on, man!" Chef warns the two before kicking the boat into high gear, not wanting to be anywhere near the middle of the closed off area just in case of the potential 'cannonball'.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Alright, last camper to jump or not!" Chris calls down with a megaphone. Turning to Owen, he chuckles. "Now Owen, if you don't jump then your team is tied with the Killer Bass. Meaning that no team wins this part of the challenge, but no one loses either if you want to think about it like that." He shrugs.

Owen starts to smile--

"Oh, who am I kidding? Everyone loses then!" Chris laughs, Owen's smile dropping into a horrified frown.

Gulping, Owen starts walking away from the edge.

[CONFESSION CAM: OWEN]

"See, the thing is, I'm not really a strong swimmer." Owen sheepishly says to the camera, rubbing the back of his neck with a nervous smile. "But if the others can do it, then so can I, right? I wasn't going to be the only one who is a chicken on our team!"

[END]

"I'm going to die now." Owen chants to himself, looking beyond apprehensive. "I'm going to totally die now!" He swiftly turns, heart racing.

"Last camper jumping!" Chris calls out with his megaphone down to the other campers. "Let's give it up for Owen!"

[CONFESSION CAM: GEOFF]

"Now, I got nothing against the big guy." Geoff starts off, relaxed where he sits. "But I was just thinking 'If he jumps, he's not going to make it man'. Great that he's doing it for the team, but man bruh, I'm still worried!"

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: EVA]

"If he didn't jump, I would have made him regret it." Eva growls, lifting a fist. "He would have wished he jumped straight into hell by the time I got my hands on him!"

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"Vaya con dios." The Spanish teen gravely says, moving his arm to paint a cross in the air.

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: CODY]

"Owen seems like a great guy!" Cody says brightly, waving his hand as if to wave away any worries. A bead of sweat slowly falling down his cheek. "I'm sure he'll be fine."

[END]

Tugging up the floaties on his arms, Owen gulps.

"Take a good run at it, buddy!" Chris hypes the teen up, mentally laughing. "You can do this!"

A beat of silence.

Eyes snapping open, Owen starts running for all he is worth. "arrrhhHHHHHHHHHHH--!!!"

Almost diving out of the way, Chris watches the teen with wide eyes as he goes rushing past, running and then jumping for all he is worth.

"Someone's going to die." Nova states aloud blandly while nearly everyone else is in awe, horror and shock.

"Probably." Eva agrees with a shrug.

"OOOOOOOHHHHHH CCCRRRAAAPPPP!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

As soon as Owen hit the water, it was as if a bomb had been dropped instead. Water shot up hundreds of feet in the air. Moving with so much force that once it all came crashing back down it sent everyone, including the boat, flying.

Pained groans echoing all around. Cody's head was stuck in the sand. A shark was stuck in the sand. Trent somehow landed in the boat, now turned on it's side because of the chaos, during the crash/splash attack. Nova had been shoved the farthest back, most likely because of weighing the least out of everyone thus easier to move, her back against the rocks - yet her face didn't once change. Alejandro slowly stood, showing that he was right behind the boat. Chef himself stumbled off the half-turned boat, holding his head in pain. Heather looked inches away from murdering someone and somehow one shark ended up in a tree.

Needless to say it took a few good long seconds for everyone to gather their barrings.

"Maybe I should call him Hydro Bomb instead of Brick House." Nova sarcastically says to herself, slowly moving her body, wincing slightly at the pain even if her face doesn't once change.

"O-Oh, my head..." A groan besides Katie makes her jolt. Swiftly turning her head, a delighted gasp escapes her.

"Sadie!" Katie nearly cries in relief. "You're okay!" She quickly crawls over to her best friend, rubbing her back as she slowly sits up, coughing up water.

"YES! YEAH!" Owen cheered from in the air, right smack-dab in the middle of the safe zone. "OH YEAH, WHO'S THE MAN!"

"W-Wait." Lindsay pauses, blinking in confusion. "Does this mean we won?"

"Yes it does!" Geoff calls out in excitement, beaming as bright as the sun. "Guys, we're winning!"

"Wooooo~!" Tyler fist pumps rapidly. "Yeah, man!"

"The winners; the Screaming Gophers!" Chris calls down with his megaphone.

"Tch!" Heather scowls, nearly snarling at her team as she stands up. "See what happens when no one listens to me!"

"This didn't happen because we didn't listen to you." Leshawna rolls her eyes, putting her hands on her hips.

"Besides, we were going to be down one anyway." Duncan joins in, jerking a thumb over his shoulder to point at Sadie, who was now clinging to Katie. Katie helping her stand up. "Clone Two over there stayed knocked out through the whole thing."

"And it's not like we could have pushed her off, ey." Ezekiel added in, not noticing Heather's growing anger.

"Well..." Gwen smirks darkly. "We technically could have." DJ silently yelps at this, scooting away from the gothic girl.

"Arhhh!" Heather sharply frowns, stomping her foot while rolling her eyes in disgust, spitting at Gwen. "Stop being a freak for one second!"

"Only if you stop being a bi--" Gwen's words were (thankfully, depending on who you asked) cut off, never to be heard or known, by Owen.

"Um...guys..." He sheepishly smiles, looking embarrassed. "I think I kinda...lost my bathing suit."

"Oh man, that's nasty--"

"Ewwww--"

"Too much info, Dude!"

Disgusted noises and groans were thrown out. Nova, on the other hand, just flat out asked "You think or you know?" while finally getting up.

"U-Um--I know!"

"Then hurry up and find them!" Courtney calls out, hands over her eyes.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

"As you won, your team gets an advantage." Chris explains, gesturing to the carts behind him. The campers now dried and fully dressed in their usually clothing. "You get these carts to help you carry your supplies back to the camp." He then turns to the Killer Bass. "Killer Bass, as you didn't win, you have to carry, or drag them, by hand." Looking at both teams, he claps his hands together. "And, to make things interesting, when you finally start opening the crates, you can only do it with your mouths!"

"What." Duncan 'asks'.

"You have got to be kidding me!" Heather stomps her foot, looking one second away from just screaming her head off.

"Wouldn't that be impossible?" Harold asks, raising a hand in question. "I mean, aren't those crates held together by nails and screws or something?"

"Don't worry, the crates are cheap." Chris 'assures' them all. "Shouldn't be too hard, right?"

"Because it's the first challenge?" Nova sarcastically asks, gaining some sheepish looks from other certain campers. All Alejandro did was lightly cough into his fist, turning his head away.

"You got it!" Chris beams, throwing Nova some finger guns. "Now, I'd get moving if you want to be able to finish your hot tub before your time ends!"

Watching the host walk off, Nova can only sigh and shrug.

"Easy, you said. Won't be too hard, you said. Can't be too bad, you said." Nova sarcastically mocks without mercy once more.

"Well, for us at least." Geoff shrugs, chuckling. "Good luck, Killer Bass!" He waves to the other team, gaining glares from them even if he isn't doing it in a mean spirited way.

"Yes, good luck." Alejandro purrs out, charm oozing out of him. "I wish you nothing but the best of luck."

Narrowing her eyes, Heather nearly gave into her desire of taking off her shoes and slamming them into someone's face.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[SCREAMING GOPHERS]

"~Ninety-eight bottles of pop on the wall, Ninety-eight bottles of pop, if one of those bottle happens to fall~" Almost everyone sang as they walked and/or pulled the carts. "~Ninety-seven bottles of pop on the wall~"

Nova walked besides Courtney, who was pulling a cart with a huge box in it with Trent. Eva in front of them was pulling one all on her own, Tyler looking like he was trying to help but was getting dragged along instead with how fast Eva was going. Owen pulled one on his own as well, Lindsay skipping besides him, a shell she picked up in her hands. Alejandro pulled a cart with Geoff. The blond party dude talked to Katie as he pulled, keeping her distracted from missing her best friend. Katie fell into the talking easily, beaming while talking about random things. Izzy pulled on one her own too, on the other side of Lindsay, and was the one who started the singing.

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"Too easy." Alejandro lounged, smug smile on his face.

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: TYLER]

"I-I was just making it easier for Eva to pull is all!" The jock blustered, flexing his arms. "Do you not see these guns?! Although..." He trails off, face scrunching up in thought. "Eva has them too. N-Not that they're better than mine or anything! But, I wonder what her workout routine is...."

[END]

"~Ninety bottles of pop on the wall~"

[KILLER BASS]

"I can't believe this!" Heather huffs, rolling her eyes while watching her 'team' try to move the crates with their bare hands or bodies.

"You know," Gwen grunts out, pushing one crate with the help of Beth and Leshawna. "You could help."

"What, and break a nail?" Heather rolls her eyes, disgusted at the very idea.

"What did you just say?" Leshawna snaps, head snapping to glare at Heather. "You're seriously not going to help us win this challenge, all over possibly breaking a nail?!" Pausing in her pushing, Gwen and Beth both gasp and nearly hit their faces on the crate with how it suddenly got harder to push.

"Listen, I already got my hair wet on national television." Heather explains with a glare, crossing her arms. "I'm not about to ruin my nails too!"

The rest of the members of the Killer Bass all glanced at one another, uneasy and apprehensive as the two teens stomped up to one another, getting in each others' faces.

"No, you listen to me Daddy's-spoiled-little-girl, you're going to help out whether you like it or not!" Leshawna growls, jabbing a finger on Heather's chest. "I'm not about to lose just because you broke a nail, you dig?!"

"No, I don't!" Heather growls right back, slapping Leshawna's hand away. "You can't make me do shit!"

"Oh, is that what you think?" Leshawna leans back, hands going on her hips and raising a brow. "Fine, do nothing. And if we lose, since you obviously can't do anything, we'll do you a favor and vote you off."

"Wha--!" Heather gasps, eyes going wide.

"I second that." Duncan grunts, kicking a crate to move it.

"Third!" Gwen calls out, pushing with Beth.

"Sounds fair." Harold adds over Sadie's soft crying. The poor nerd was trying all he can to push the crate, Sadie barely helping through her tears and soft whimpers over missing her best friend. DJ, seeing how much trouble he's having, rushes over to give a helping hand much to Harold's relief.

"Look, you have a choice." Leshawna starts, frowning deeply. "You can help, and if we lose then there is a chance you won't be voted off, or you don't help, and if we do lose then you're for sure getting voted off. Up to you, Queen Bee."

[CONFESSION CAM: HEATHER]

"Leshawna," Heather growls, pointing at the camera with a deadly glare. "You're going down."

[END]

"Fine!" Heather snaps, stomping over to where Cody and Ezekiel were pushing a crate. Leshawna smirks, looking smug, before going back over to Gwen and Beth to help out moving the crate.

"U-Um..." Sadie sniffs, looking nervous. "I have to use the bathroom..."

"Don't worry about it, you can head off and catch up to us." DJ tells the shorter girl kindly, knowing that he and Harold and handle the crate on their own.

"Just hurry." Harold groans out, arms straining. "Go behind some bushes or something."

"Thanks!" Sadie thanks with a tearful smile, rushing off.

The girl looks around for a moment, wishing Katie was with her, but eventually settles and picks a bush that she can use.

Paying no mind to the poison ivy all around it, and now herself.

[SCREAMING GOPHERS]

"Man, I gotta take a wiz." Tyler groans out. The groan dies quick in his throat when his comment gets a deadly glare from Eva.

"It would be best to hold it until we get into camp." Alejandro says before Eva could snap at the jock.

"How much longer, then?" Katie asks hesitantly, biting her lip. "I have to go too..."

"I'm sure it's not far now!" Geoff assures. "Besides, rather use a toilet then chance the ground, right? Who knows where it's been or what's been on it." He jokes, getting some laughs.

Nova, looking at the water while walking, just monotonously says "Who knows, might end up using poison ivy as toilet paper."

Winces all around at that image.

"Who'd be dumb enough to do that?" Trent questions with a chuckle.

More than one person glances at Lindsay, who was holding a shell to her ear, walking next to the water. "Hey!" Lindsay beams happily. "I can hear the ocean!"

"...You'd be shocked to know how many people who would be that dumb." Courtney eventually answers Trent's question. Giving one more glance to Lindsay, Courtney hums in thought for a moment. "Then again, maybe you wouldn't be shocked..."

[KILLER BASS]

"Oh, what's itching me?" Sadie frowns as she runs in the direction of her team. Just finished using the bathroom behind a bush, she began to noticed how her backside was itching. More like a burn to be honest. And moving just made it all the worse.

Rushing past others to reach Harold and DJ, Sadie doesn't notice how Bridgette does a double take at seeing her back.

"U-Um, Sadie?"

Pausing at the call, Sadie turns to see Bridgette has stopped helping Duncan push the crate. "Yes?"

"Are..." Bridgette pauses, looking for the words needed. "Are you allergic to anything? A type of plant maybe?"

Confused at the question, Sadie slowly shakes her head in negative, twitching at the itching that is steadily getting worse and worse.

"Does your...um....backside itch?" Bridgette slowly asks, snorting when Sadie nods. "Well, it's bright red too. I think you squatted on some poison ivy."

"WHAT?!" Sadie screams, scratching her butt for all she is worth.

"HAHAHAHA!" Duncan loses it, having to stop pushing so he can hold his stomach. "Oh, man, how dumb is that?!"

All the other Killer Bass pause in what they are doing, watching Sadie scoot her butt across the sad, crying out over the itching and burning.

"Is this for real?" Leshawna asks herself, glancing up at the sky as if asking for spiritual guidance.

Further ahead of the others, Heather mentally debates if the money is truly worth it.

Then she recalls Alejandro's smirk, Leshawna's smug face and the thought of winning over everyone like she rightfully is going to.

Now, if only she didn't have to deal with these dumbasses to actually win, she'd be golden.

[WITH THE SCREAMING GOPHERS]

"Remember everyone, you can only open the crates using your teeth!" Chris calls out to the team, pausing to smirk at the camera. "I came up with that one."

'The things I'll do to win!' Alejandro mentally cried, pulling at some rope with his teeth. If he loses or chips a tooth over this, he swears, he'll take everyone down with him.

Izzy, doing the same thing as Alejandro only on a different crate, gives a vicious smile around the rope she is pulling. "Hey, I think I got it!" With one final harsh tug, the create comes undone. Nova, who was standing by watching, just blinks when some parts of wood nearly hit her, only missing her by an inch.

"Ah! Rope burn on my tongue!" Izzy cries, sticking out her injured tongue.

"Never thought I'd hear someone saying that." Nova sarcastically says, crouching down to check out the pieces that were in the crate.

Eva, who easy opened a crate with her teeth like it was nothing much to Tyler's awe and shock, frowns while glancing around. "The others are sure taking their time." She huffs, going over to help Katie and Courtney open the crate they were working on. Owen, who was working on the last crate, easy ripped it open like butter.

[CONFESSION CAM: OWEN]

"I just imagined it as food." Owen shrugs with a grin. "After thinking the wood was chocolate covered cookies, it was pretty easy to just rip it open with my teeth. I wonder if Eva did the same thing?"

[END]

"A good thing for us." Alejandro says around the rope, mentally crying in relief when he, Geoff and Trent got their's open.

Spitting out the rope, Alejandro pauses when he hears something. Tilting his head, glancing off to the side, he eventually works out that he is hearing the other team slowly coming back to the camp grounds if the slamming noises and groans of pain are any indicator. Letting his gaze shift around, he stops when they land on Katie.

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"We may have this challenge in the bag," Alejandro starts, a sly smile creeping up his face. "But that doesn't mean I should have a little...insurance that the other team is disrupted enough to lose. The Killer Bass, with being so behind, needs every hand they can get. May as well use a tool I got to my advantage."

[END]

"Geoff." Alejandro gives a kind smile to the blond, who looks at him in question. "I know this might be a lot to ask of you, but I was hoping you could keep Katie company throughout the challenge." Giving a worried frown, Alejandro glances to the girl. "With her best friend being on the other team, I am worried she might breakdown."

"Oh, man, you're right dude!" Geoff rubs his chin in concern, frowning at the thought of it. "A bummer they're on separate teams. Sucks when close friends like that can't work together. Hate for her to breakdown because of it too." With a grin Geoff gives a lazy salute. "You got it, man."

Watching the other teen head off to where Katie stood, Alejandro feels satisfied--

"Hey, Al, can you come help me with this?"

Eye dangerously twitching, his head snaps over to see Owen waving him over.

"Al, you okay buddy?"

"I-I'm fine....just fine."

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO}

"I am fine with being called...Al..." Alejandro's eye keeps twitching, a forced smile on his face. "Just....fine...." A deep, gut wrenching, shudder overtakes his body.

[END]

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Ey, I got some wood!" Owen cheered, lifting up some planks of wood from the crate.

Not too far off, Trent smiles as he lifts some things from the crate he helped open. "I got some tools here, and this looks like a pool liner."

"If only it came with instructions too." Nova sarcastically says, watching Izzy take a hammer and start hammering on a empty crate.

"It will be fine, little Nova. Have trust and faith in our team, no?" Alejandro assures. Within a second however, he had to stifle a smirk at seeing the Killer Bass finally make it into the camp area.

"Tch, what took you weaklings so long?" Eva scoffed, frowning deeply at the team. Eyes roaming, she raises part of her uni-brow. "Aren't you missing the fainter?"

"Sadie, isn't with you guys?" Katie asks, horrified and worried.

"Now, I'm sure she's fine, Kate!" Geoff quickly tries to assure, giving Katie a calm and easy going smile. The sight does lessen Katie's worry, but not fully. "Why don't we get started on getting things together? That way we'll be ahead of the other dudes?" Geoff asks in a goofy whisper, winking when Katie giggles.

Alejandro, seeing this, can only give a slight smirk. Knowing that his little plan will make things harder once everything comes to play.

"She's just getting a drink." Heather snaps out once she sees those lips twitch upward, snarling out a at Alejandro who just raises an eyebrow.

"I didn't know you could drink with your butt." Duncan deadpans, high fiving Gwen while Harold and Ezekiel snicker.

Lindsay, who was hunting inside one crate, lifts her head and beams when she catches sight of the other team. "Hi, AJ!" She smiles like the sun, waving wildly.

DJ glances around him, trying to recall if there was an AJ on his team, before it hits him that Lindsay is talking to him. "Um, it's DJ--but, yeah, hey!" He greets kindly, giving his own wave only to yelp when Heather slaps it down.

"Hey, girl!" Leshawna frowns, tugging DJ away from Heather. "Smacking anyone isn't going to help you!"

"Um...isn't that kinda mean, Heather?" Beth asks hesitantly. "Shouldn't we get along?"

"Yeah, there's no need to slap anyone." Bridgette frowns, Cody nodding in agreement.

"Shut it!" Heather hisses, getting eye rolls and scoffs in return. "Being kind to the other team isn't going to help us win here!"

[CONFESSION CAM: TRENT]

"I know this might be rude and all," Trent starts, rubbing the back of his neck with a sheepish look on his face. "I mean they could all be totally good guys, but man, am I glad I'm not on their team. It looks like they're a bomb ready to go off or something."

[END]

[CONFESSION CAM: DJ]

"Is it wrong to want to be on the other team?" The big teen questioned, looking guilty. "My team mates seem nice and all--Beth is all smiles, Harold hasn't said one mean thing about anyone, Bridgette seems cool--but we're not even done with the first challenge and we got arguments breaking out every second, man! It's not even about winning right now, I just want everyone to get along." He says, shooting the camera a look that wouldn't be unusually to see on a kicked puppy. "Is that so much to ask for?"

[END]

"Well, no matter." Alejandro cuts in before anyone else could say anything, smile making more than one girl swoon. "Why don't we all get started on the challenge? We will leave you to it, Killer Bass."

Sneering one last time at the Spanish teen, she quickly turns to her team.

"Well?! What are you waiting for? And someone get that itchy girl, we're going to need all hands here!"

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Katie~!" Sadie squealed when she finally made it into camp, Beth having been the person to go collect her.

Hearing her best friend, Katie turns with a beaming grin only to blink when Geoff is suddenly in front of her. "Sorry, babe, but I need some help." He admits with an easy going grin, rubbing the back of his neck with one hand and holding a piece of wood in the other. "Need someone to hold this while I hammer in some nails. Help a dude out?"

Biting her lip, Katie glances over to where her best friend is.

[CONFESSION CAM: KATIE]

"I really wanted to go run to Sadie, at least talk to her for like, an hour or more." Katie admitted to the camera, looking sad. "But Geoff has been nothing but nice to me. I also don't want Sadie to feel guilty either. I know she'll be suuuper sad if she found out I didn't do any work because of her! Besides, Sadie will understand I'm helping a new friend...right?" She asks herself in worry, glancing around.

[END]

Giving Sadie a quick wave, Katie turns to Geoff with a beaming smile. "Sure!"

"Right on!" Geoff beams right back. Katie turns and Geoff pauses to give Alejandro a thumbs up before going on and getting to work.

Alejandro can only grin when he sees Sadie's face shatter like glass.

A small plan, something so little, can create such huge impacts when done right. Sometimes, it is better to do something easy, simple, so tiny no one notices rather than something so huge that it's a gamble.

Catching Heather's eye, Alejandro gives a wink. Chuckling when he sees the teen fuming, Alejandro turns back to his team. More than a little bit smug.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

"....K-Katie...?" Sadie slowly whispered, eyes getting watery. Her best friend having just totally ignored her in her opinion.

A hand gently grabs her arm, making Sadie jolt. Turning her head, she sees Beth and Cody looking at her in concern, Beth holding her arm gently.

"Are you okay?" Beth asks softly.

"K-Katie j-just ignored me." Sadie sniffs, trying to explain. "We're BFFE! Best friends for ever! S-She's n-never ignored me..."

"Well, we are on opposite teams and working on a challenge..." Beth tries to comfort, rubbing Sadie's back. "But I'm sure she'll talk to you later!"

"Yeah, besides, ignoring someone isn't a bad thing--sometimes it just makes it all the sweeter~" Cody winks, giving a dorky grin. "See, I'll show you." Swiftly turning, his eyes land on Nova. The girl handing off tools to Trent and Alejandro. "Hey, Nova, are you free anytime soon?"

Nova doesn't even glance up, let alone twitch when she responds. "No. I'm very expensive."

Lifting a shaking fist, biting his lip, Cody looks up at the sky in pure determination despite the rejection and lack of reaction to his pick up line. "One day it will work, just gotta find the right one!" Shaking it off, he turns to Sadie with a beaming smile. "See, just gotta keep at it no matter how much they ignore you or reject you. Sure, there's a chance they'll ignore you forever or--"

"FOREVER?!" Sadie hyper focuses on that one word, it echoing out in her mind.

[CONFESSION CAM: SADIE]

Sitting down, looking blankly ahead with her mouth wide open, Sadie doesn't utter one word.

Silence.

Then, a deep wail like someone got shot.

"KKKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!!!!!"

[END]

"N-No! Katie can't ignore me forever! We're Best Friends! Forever! She wouldn't!" Sadie sobs out, face in her hands. "N-Not if I can help it!" She vows, running off before Cody and Beth could say anything.

Sharing a glance, the two teens decided to keep their mouths shut and get to work on the hot tub. They rather not make things any more worse than it is.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

A short montage happens for the TV viewers.

On one side, the Screaming Gophers were easily helping one another. Handing off tools, taking turns, handing off a bucket of water in a line to help fill the hot tub.

On the other side, the Killer Bass was a hot mess. Fighting over tools, accidentally harming one another, purposefully harming one another, and the hot tub looking like a feather could take it down by the end of it all.

All throughout it, Sadie tries to get Katie's attention only for it to fail. Usually through Geoff distracting Katie. In a few cases, it was others trying to get Sadie to work on the hot tub only to face palm or snarl when the teen couldn't and wouldn't do anything right or help out. While it was all going on, Alejandro's smile was nothing but teeth.

Like a wolf baring his fangs.

Heather, on the other hand, narrowed her eyes, mind whirling.

Like a snake plotting for her moment to strike.

Meanwhile Nova couldn't give any fucks what was going on around her.

Like a rock that is one day kicked down a mountain only to end up causing an avalanche.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Both teams stood near their finished results. One team way more nervous than the other. Chris stood in the middle of the two hot tubs.

Walking over to the Screaming Gophers' hot tub, Chris lets his critical eyes roam over what they were able to finish.

The wood was straight. The water nice and hot, steam coming off of it. The pool liner was in it. The whole system set up just right. Nothing out of place in fact. Lifting a hand, he gently prods at the structure, pressing a bit harder when it doesn't give. Seeing it not crumble, Chris leans back, eyes narrowed.

Most of the Screaming Gophers watch with nervous expressions.

His stern expression melts off his face. Lifting his arms, Chris beams at the Screaming Gophers. "This is a wicked hot tub!" He declares, gaining cheers from the Screaming Gophers.

With that done, Chris swiftly turns and heads over to the Killer Bass' hot tub.

He's being very gracious when he even calls their finished product a hot tub. He can tell just be looking at it that the Screaming Gophers won by a landslide. However, to build up drama and suspense, and to give them hope only to cruelly crush it, he needs to check it out fairly. As if it wasn't only being held together by three rolls of duck tape with water leaking out of nearly every side.

Looking it over with a critical gaze, Chris lifts a finger to poke at the structure--only to deeply frown when he gets sprayed right in the face and it crumbles, water going everywhere and soaking his very expensive shoes.

Lifting his hands to gesture at the mess, Chris mentally sighs before smiling and putting his hands on his hips. "Well, I think we have a winner here."

"I wonder who it could be." Nova dryly states, making Chris chuckle.

Raising one arm, the one on the same side as the Screaming Gophers, Chris beams as he calls out "The Screaming Gophers!" Chris has to hold in his laughter at the disappointment of the Killer Bass while the other team cheers. Owen even coming out of the hot tub, showing that he was in it the whole time. The next challenges just promise to get more exciting too. But better to focus on the now. "Gophers, you're safe from elimination and you get to rock this wicked hot tub for the rest of the summer! Bonus!" Chris declares, pointing dramatically to the camera.

While the Gophers cheer, Chris turns to the Killer Bass with a disappointed look on his face. "Killer Bass, what can I say? It stinks to be you right now." Giving the Bass a smile, he points to them with a wink. "I'll see your sorry butts at the bonfire tonight."

"We won! That means we get to stay another three days!" Lindsay cheers, throwing her arms up. Courtney and Alejandro who were next to her also cheer, only to pause when Owen they notice Owen also cheering.

Naked.

Stark naked.

Penis out for the world to see, if not for the editors blurring it before the episode airs on TV.

The other campers are not so lucky.

"~WHHOOOOHOOO~" Owen nearly sings, doing a dance with no shame, or not noting his lack of clothing. "~We get to st-aaa-ay~We are so awwwsssome~" He rushes over to the three, pulling a very disturbed Alejandro and Courtney into a hug, Lindsay just gives an airheaded smile not noticing anything wrong. "~We won the contest~"

"Hm, what's--" Nova starts to turn her head, noticing the weird vibes.

"COVER YOUR EYES!" Tyler cries out like an over protective father would, nearly tackling Nova down to put his hands over her eyes.

[CONFESSION CAM: TYLER]

"Listen, I don't know about you all, but no one deserves to have their innocence taken like that." Tyler swears to the camera, looking grim and serious. "It was too late for Lindsay sadly, but Nova? Did you see how she tried walking right off the cliff even with admitting she might not survive?! I don't even think she can swim right! She's way too innocent, like a kid! I'm not about to let her be scarred for life if I can help it--the least I can do for a team mate."

[END]

"Well, this just got interesting." Nova blandly says, allowing Tyler to womanhandle her into his hold and covering her eyes with his hand. Really, she couldn't find it in her to care.

Panicking and fearing for the girl's 'innocent' mind, Tyler decides to poke a sleeping lion and pull out the big guns. "Eva!" He holds back the fearful cry when said buff teen's head swiftly looked at him. Gesturing to Owen with his head, he puts on his best pleading face.

Actually now paying attention to what is going on around her, seeing the train wreck in front of her, Eva takes out the earpiece that was in one of her ears, puts it in her pocket, then cracks her knuckles, snarl growing on her face. With purpose, she marches towards an oblivious Owen and two rapidly paling teenagers.

[CONFESSION CAM: COURTNEY]

"Being held by a naked Owen was scarring." Courtney admits with little to no shame, too traumatized to care, eyes glazed over as she gazes off to the side. Shivering lightly. "But see Eva walk in my direction, with a look of pure destruction on her face and death written in her eyes, is now my worst fear ever. I think I saw my death in her gaze..."

[END]

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[LODGE; DINNER TIME]

Sitting down, more than one person tried killing their food, stomach it down or just gave up. Watching the food twitch and moan in it's bowl.

Only Nova and Owen ate the food without any discomfort once more. Owen's face showing nothing but pure delight while shoveling the food into his mouth as fast as he can. Nova's face showed nothing at all while she slowly ate.

At the Killer Bass table, the team glances at one another.

"So..." Beth speaks up shyly, looking around. "What do we do now?"

"We need to figure out who to vote off." Heather quickly takes control, slamming a fits down onto the table.

"I hate agreeing with you, but you're right." Leshawna admits, crossing her arms. Glancing around at the team, she sadly frowns. "Got any thoughts?" She asks everyone.

"If anyone should be voted off, it should be chicken hat over there," Duncan points to Beth, gaining a horrified gasp in response for the braces wearing girl, then he points to where Sadie is. The girl sitting over with the Gophers and talking up a storm with a beaming Katie. "Or dead weight over there."

"B-B-But--" Beth stutters, trying to come up with something to say in her defense.

"Beth actually did help us though." Harold factually points out, unconsciously leaning a bit closer to Duncan, who he was sitting next to, to explain his point. "Sadie didn't even help us build the hot--GOSH!"

Ezekiel opens his mouth, only to be cut off by Harold being shoved onto him when Duncan decides to elbow the nerd away from him. Gwen ducks down when the food goes flying, deeply annoyed at everything.

Rolling her eyes, Heather scoffs. "I say whoever was the most useless needs to go."

"Good thing you actually helped out or it would be you." Gwen pointed out with a smirk, not flinching at the glare she gets.

"The only thing we can do is vote on who we think needs to go home." DJ gently adds his own thoughts. Movement catching his eye, he glances up to see Lindsay waving at him like an over excited child. Giving his own smile he waves to his hopefully new friend.

Heather, seeing this, narrows her eyes.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[BONFIRE; EVENING - KILLER BASS]

"Killer Bass." Chris grimly starts from where he stands by the bonfire, a plate of marshmallows in one hand. The group of teenagers sit in front of him on the tree trunks, some nervous and others confident. "At camp, marshmallows represent a tasty treat you enjoy by roasting them by a fire. At this camp, marshmallows represent life." He explains, deadly serious.

Harold silently makes a slashing movement across his neck, gaining a snort from Duncan who notices. Said punk's eyes went wide afterwards and silently snarled at the nerd, who flinches away, confused and scared.

"You all cased your votes and made your decision." Chris declares, gesturing to the plate in his hand. "There are only ten marshmallows on this plate. When I call your name, come up and claim your marshmallow. The camper who does not receive a marshmallow tonight," Chris points off in the distance, to the dock. "Must immediately return to the dock of shame. To catch the boat of losers! That means," Chris dramatically points to the campers. "You're out of the contest. And you can't come back! Ever."

Taking one marshmallow, Chris starts. "The first marshmallow goes to..." He dramatically pauses before going on. "DJ."

DJ beams happily, getting up and taking the marshmallow, putting it on a stick.

"Cody."

Nearly falling flat on his face in relief, Cody runs up to take the marshmallow. Holding it like it's pure gold.

"Gwen."

A small smile grows on the pale teen's face when she goes and takes her marshmallow.

"Harold."

"Yes!" Fist pumping, Harold grinned at his name being called. All but running to get his treat.

"Duncan."

"Pfft, obviously." Duncan scoffed, a lazy smirk on his face. Walking past Heather to get his marshmallow, he throws out a smug wink gaining a glare and head toss right back.

"Ezekiel."

"I-I made it?" Ezekiel asked, looking overjoyed. Laughing the home-schooled teen rushed over to claim his prize.

"Leshawna."

Sighing in relief, the teen smiled and got up to take what is her's.

"Bridgette."

Shoulders lowering, tension leaving, Bridgette gives her usual easy going smile as she gets up and walks towards the host.

"Heather."

"Naturally." Heather rolls her eyes, hiding her nerves and fear, crossing her arms and getting up to take what is rightfully her's.

Once two were left, Chris lifts the plate higher. "Campers, this is the final marshmallow of the evening." He states. Sadie and Beth both shiver in fear, hugging themselves. A long dramatic pause happens, causing both Beth and Sadie to nearly start crying together. Beth actually letting lose some tears when Chris tries to point but doesn't actually point to one of them.

Eventually, Chris loses his frown and lets lose a smile, lifting up the marshmallow. "Beth."

"R-Really?!" Beth sniffs, grinning. Wiping her eyes, Beth jumps up and skips up to Chris to take her marshmallow.

Sadie, on the other hand, lets out a sob, face slamming into her hands.

"Can't say I'm shocked." Chris tells Sadie, walking up to her. "Saw you ignoring your own team when they needed you. Not cool, dude." He frowns at the sobbing girl, pointing towards the docks. "Dock of shame is that way!"

"B-But, K-Katie!" Sadie sobs out, not moving.

Sighing through his nose, Chris make a motion to someone off camera. Next thing everyone knows, Chef is walking up towards them. The big man grabs Sadie, easily dragging the sobbing and wailing girl to the dock and boat.

"KKKKKKAAAAAATTTTTIIIIIEEEEE!!!"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[SCREAMING GOPHERS]

Frowning, Katie glances around.

"You good, girl?" Geoff asks kindly over the laughter and music, everyone having fun in or around the hot tub, raising an eyebrow in question.

Seeing nothing wrong, Katie smiles at Geoff. "I'm goo! Just thought I heard something." She shrugs, thinking nothing of it. Grabbing a treat from the table laid out for them just for tonight, Katie promises herself to save some for Sadie in the morning.

[BONFIRE]

"The rest of you," Chris says, turning to the remaining Killer Bass. "Enjoy your marshmallows. You're all safe. For tonight." He smirks maliciously.

Everyone watches as Chef all but toss Sadie into the loser's boat, feeling shivers going down their spines.

[CONFESSION CAM: GWEN]

"Yeah, this camp still pretty much sucks." Gwen bluntly tells the camera. "Some of my teammates are fine and some Gophers are cool, but overall, it all sucks. But now that I'm here, I might as well try to win."

[END]

"WHHOOOO~!" Owen yells out in the hot tub, throwing his arms out. "THE SCREAMING GOPHERS ROCK! WE'RE AWESOME!"

"The Screaming Gophers!" Alejandro, Trent, Courtney and Izzy all cheer from within the hot tub.

Tyler, Geoff and Katie stand near the hot tub, laughing and starting to dance to the music while singing "~Go Gophers~Go Gophers~Go Gophers~"

Eva stood near them, small smirk on her face while munching on a protein bar in one hand, juice box in another. Nova, on the other hand, sat on the steps of one cabin near one side of the hot tub, nonchalantly reading her book.

About to flip to the next page, Nova pauses when a candy bar is suddenly in between her and her book. Blinking, she glances up to see Alejandro leaning out of the hot tub, holding the candy bar out.

"Lectora, you should enjoy the spoils of this challenge while you can." He tells the smaller teen in a somewhat flirty tone. "Take it and enjoy it for me?"

When all Nova does is shrug, take the candy bar and eat it with no cares whatsoever, Alejandro's smile turns into a smirk.

[CONFESSION CAM: ALEJANDRO]

"Truly, Nova's personality is the most wondrous thing I could have been given." Alejandro purrs out like a satisfied cat. "Harmless to me in the long run but she's will be useful while in a team. An extra pair of hands that does not care about arguing back. She might be smart, however, smarts with no other talents will not get her far. Smarts with no cares will not get her far either. For now, I will keep her close. When we are no longer in teams however..." He trails off with a smirk.

[END]

The Killer Bass all frown as they walk past the partying Screaming Gophers.

Heather, however, stops in front of a camera. "Is that rolling?" She demands rather than asks. When the camera turns and focuses on her, she frowns deeply, pointing at it. "Listen here; I refuse to lose to anyone." Jabbing a thumb at her chest, Heather tilts her chin up like she was a Queen. "I'm going to be the one to win this. No matter how I have to take down these losers to get there!" Snarling, she swipes her hand, deadly serious.

"And no one is going to be able to stop me."

-End Chapter-

(Please keep in mind that all translations come from Google - if something is wrong, off or not correct, please take it up with them. I in no way fluently speak, let alone write, in anything other than English. And even English gives me trouble lol.)

Lectora = (feminine) Reader

"¡Como el infierno que muero hoy por un cerdo gordo!" = "Like hell I'm dying today because of a fat pig!"

"Vaya con dios." = "Go with God." (it is a phrase meant as a farewell to the dead/dying)

I want everyone to know while this story might get silly, light hearted moments, have crazy moments (the setting alone implies all this) - this will have serious moments/scenes/plots and a series edge to it as well.

People will be getting voted off out of order more than likely. Some may stay the same but for the most part they will be out of order.

But now that I finished the first challenge episode, next up will be what I call 'filler episodes'! The three days before each challenge pretty much. After all, character interaction has to happen and the cameras never stop rolling. Misadventures, silliness, heartbreak, romance and, of course, drama happens not only during challenges but during fillers. I want to have more time for character development along with the various relationships for the characters. Not just romance, but friendship as well. The main reason why I came up with the filler episode idea and using it.

In any case, I hope that everyone enjoyed this chapter and the many to come!
