So now I'm still off schedule and I will need to post a lot more often. I hope you guys can be a little more patient with me. This writing thing is still somewhat new to me so I'm having a little trouble. Nevermind that though. Here's the next chapter.

         Archie's ship was very annoying but it wasn't necessarily the ship that annoyed him so much. It was the crew. The one that bothered him the most was Shelly. She was always bothering him about something whether it be Umbreon scratching at her door or Silvally simply being around too much or even Gladion forgetting her name every now and then.

      It wasn't his fault that Umbreon wanted to annoy her. He was certainly not putting Silvally back into his pokéball because he didn't trust more than half the people on the ship, and Gladion forgetting her name wasn't that big of an issue. He didn't deem her as too important anyways.

      An entire week had passed since he'd left (y/n). He had visited her at least four times without her knowing he was there. He just had to make sure that she was okay and not trying to do anything reckless.

       As far as he could tell, she was planning on playing things safe which really relived him of half his stress. He was currently asleep at the moment in the room that Archie had given him. Well, he was asleep until a loud crushing sound could be heard from somewhere outside of the ship. He and Silvally were immediately jolted awake and they both raced to the deck. Matt met them there. He was another annoyance to Gladion but right now, that didn't matter.

       "What's going on?" he asked Matt. Matt looked at him and grinned. In all honesty, Matt was the one Gladion trusted least but he was nearby at the moment.

      "Archie found Team Magma's base," he said as he pointed to where the ship had crashed into a sea cave's opening. That was when Archie appeared and started barking out orders to everyone. Gladion wasn't mentioned in any of these orders so he paid them no attention. He was too busy looking at the chaos on shore to even care. He searched the crowd of fighting people and pokémon for (y/n) hoping that she wouldn't be there but he saw her.

       She was surrounded by Maxie, some girl with a different outfit from the other grunts, and of course Zinnia was there. A couple of grunts had gathered around but not very many.

      He also saw May and her Flareon, Fall. They were beating their way through the crowd in an attempt to get to the entrance that Archie had mostly blocked. Gladion would have jumped down there right then if Archie hadn't called his name.

      "Gladion! You and Shelly go get the girl! Your friend can't fall into Maxie's hands. That Zinnia girl is there too, so hurry!" Gladion nodded and replied back to him, "I'll get her in no time!"

        He climbed onto Silvally's back and held on to him as Silvally leaped from the ship and onto the shore. They landed in front of some Team Magma grunts and Silvally took them out quite easily.

      He had no intention to wait for Shelly to get there. She was far too annoying anyway. He was almost about to make it when someone jumped in from of Silvally and yelled at them to stop. It was Lisia, but Gladion had no idea why she was there.

        "I will NOT let you interfere with this! I am going to save Brendan myself and I am going to get rid of (y/n) at the same time! I won't allow you to get in my way!" she shouted at him. Save Brendan? Get rid of (y/n)? Had she gone crazy? He told Silvally to go ahead without him as he jumped down. Lisia couldn't stop him but she did sent Ali after him.

        "What did you do to (y/n)?" he demanded as he walked over to Lisia. She backed away from him a little and said, "I did what I had to. All I needed to do was let Zinnia know where to find her. I got Maxie to believe me too so now you can't save her. It's too late."

      Gladion would have hit her right then and there but (y/n) had told him that he shouldn't hit girls and he had more things to worry about. Instead, he pushed her aside, cause (y/n) never said that you couldn't push a girl, and he ran towards where Silvally was defending a sleeping (y/n).

      Why she was alseep, Gladion didn't know, but he had arrived just in time to tell Silvally to dodge a pokémon's move. Sleep Powder. That must have been why (y/n) was alseep.

        He and Maxie locked gazes for a moment then he quickly but carefully lifted (y/n) into his arms. He was carrying her bridal style but he was now surrounded.

      "Nowhere to run now, boy," Maxie said. "Courtney, handle this while I go handle Archie," Maxie said to the lady who was apparently Courtney.

         He was about to walk away when all of a sudden, a Mightyena came out of nowhere and bit Courtney on the leg. It was one of Team Aqua's and he knew who it belonged to because of the blue sash it wore around its neck. Shelly then showed up behind her Mightyena and kicked Courtney to the ground as Mightyena turned to the grunt nearby and attacked.

       "Get her to the ship!" Shelly said as she proceeded to punch another neaby grunt in the face. She had brought a few Team Aqua reinforcements who were attacking along with their pokémon.

      Gladion got (y/n) on Silvally's back and he too climbed on. Silvally immediately took off towards the ship but was stopped by Zinnia who stood in their way with her Tyrantrum standing next to her. Gladion inwardly cursed when Silvally stopped. There was no way around Tyrantrum or Zinnia. Well at least not at the speed that Silvally was currently at. He got down from Silvally's back and told him to go on without him.

      Silvally was very hesitant but still obeyed. (Y/n) didn't fall and Silvally successfully made it to the ship since Gladion had released the rest of his pokémon to get in Tyrantrum's way. He told his Lucario to get the rest of his pokémon to the ship once Zinnia's pokémon were down and out. He had to go back to get Brendan. He now knew that he was somewhere in Team Magma's hideout but he would have to get caught if he wanted to go exactly where Brendan was.

      He didn't want to be separated from his pokémon but at least Team Magma wouldn't have them. He was running towards the hideout's partially blocked entrance when he was tackled to the ground.

        "Sorry but I can't let you go where you want to now. You're perfect bait for the girl. When she escapes, I will need you to lure her to the alter," Zinnia said and then she punched him. He blacked out with the sounds of battle ringing in his ears.

So I fixed the Petalburg Forest situation and got a new chapter published! I also beat the league in Ultra Moon a second time. Anyways, don't forget to comment if you all have questions. Until next time my awesome readers!
