Chapter 17

"The candles....." Her hot breath engulfed him like wildfire and because of his tall stature she had to stand on her toes just to reach his ears. He could tell that she was not able to stand in a stable manner since her grip on his shoulders were getting stronger. With one arm he swiftly wrapped it around her waist to pull her in closer "What about the candles..."

If Gauri was not mistaken she could have sworn his tone was a bit too playful in a situation like this. When she was about to tell him about the candles the commotion outside made her stop. Hoping for the people outside to just leave Gauri put her warm palm against Omkara's lips "Shhhhh..." She could tell he was smiling underneath her palm because the ticklish feeling from his lips sent a shock throughout her body. She couldn't help but let out a small sigh as she quickly withdrew her hand only to have him grab it and place it back onto his shoulders. With his flirtatious smile he slowly lowered his head to whisper in her ear "more than being quiet I think you should worry about standing still." But his deep husky voice only further made her mind slip into the depths of one's lusty desires. His scent was intoxicating as his face was so close to hers. His hair slightly brushed against her cheek as he whispered something she could no longer recall and without realizing it she brushed her lips in the crook of his neck and took in a deep breath. "Ah....do you taste as good as you smell?" Omkara's arm tightened around Gauri's waist as her hot tongue burned every inch of his neck up to his earlobe. Omkara knew with all the disgusting sounds coming from the bed that the woman before him was losing her senses and that the candles were most likely the culprit and with just a flap from his sleeve he blew them all out. When Gauri saw what had happened her eyes widen "No...I need them to...." But before she could finish her sentence she saw him smile "Princess...I am sure that nothing can stop the Prince of Uthon now. The candles are no longer needed." Her face flushed red as the sounds from the bed was getting more intense and erotic causing her to stare at Omkara's lips and wanting to taste them. Suddenly she felt both his hands that were on her hips slowly slide up to cup her face. Her breathing started to quicken as his lips was now just a breath away. "Let's not sully your ears with these disgusting sounds." And with a blink of an eye he had once again grabbed onto her waist and quickly jumped out the very same window he had used to get in.

With her mind still in a daze Gauri latched onto Omkara's body as close as possible. But when she heard footsteps her eyes opened to see Khanna running towards them. With his sword drawn Khanna managed to dodge Dandi who was not so far behind.

"Let go of the Princess now!"

Omkara could see that this Personal Guard was charging at him at full speed with an intent to kill. Looking down at the petite woman still holding him tight with a look that would drive any man crazy Omkara wrapped one arm around Gauri's waist as he quickly blocked Khanna's attack with the other arm. And with one swift motion Omkara lifted Gauri off her feet and swung her to one side as he lifted one foot to send Khanna backing up at least 1 feet. Khanna knew that the King of Mordis was a very powerful man but witnessing it firsthand tonight made him realize that the rumors were all true. Just one powerful kick made Khanna's hand tremble. If not for his many years of training he was sure that he would have suffered a broken arm but if he didn't block that blow he would have surely be suffering from broken ribs. But Khanna just couldn't let the King of Mordis take his master and by the looks of it Gauri was in no condition to be with any man alone. Her red cheeks and her labored breathing against Omkara's chest was evident enough that the candles has taken it's toll on his master. As he shoved the pain in his arm to one side Khanna once again charged towards Omkara who smiled sinisterly as he grabbed Gauri's waist to hold her even closer to him as he charged towards this stubborn Guard of hers. But when he slid a knife from his sleeve down to his hand to strike the final blow he heard her soft voice "Please don't kill him Your Majesty....." With her head on his shoulders and her lips close to his neck Omkara turned the knife around so that the impact Khanna would receive would only be at the hilt of the blade and that was more than enough to send Khanna tumbling onto the ground with a mouthful of blood dripping onto the ground.

Trying his best to get back up Khanna didn't know what else to do but try to plead "Please...let the Princess go...I will do anything you ask...just let my master go..."

Gently putting Gauri down onto the ground Omkara brushed her loose strands out of her face as he stared into her glossy yet alluring eyes "Do you want to go back with him?" Looking down at her loyal Guard Gauri shook her head.

In disbelief Khanna couldn't understand "Why? Princess! It's me Khanna!" He was more in shocked when Gauri allowed Omkara to pick her up once again and carry her away.

"Dandi...did I not tell you to keep him busy and yet you made me waste my time?"

Dandi who didn't want to interfere during the scuffle "I apologize my King. I thought you were having fun."

"I only want to have fun with the Princess and since she cares for him you are now to watch him and make sure he doesn't die of his injuries."

As Dandi lifted Khanna up to help him back "Wait...where are you taking the Princess!"

Omkara didn't even bother turning his head "Do you think you are worthy to touch her?" But before Khanna could lift up his head to look at the mighty King the two had disappeared into the dark night.

"Do not worry. My King will not harm your Princess." But Dandi's words were not assuring enough for Khanna. Gripping onto his chest where he was hit Khanna swore he would train more so that something like this would never happen again. "Stop being stubborn and lets go. I don't want you to die tonight because if you do I will be joining you." He didn't know if Dandi was joking or not but Khanna knew he was in no condition to refuse treatment and so he willingly followed Dandi.

"Where are you taking me?" Snuggling deep into the crook of his neck Gauri was trying hard to focus her senses.

"Does it matter?"

"Your Majesty...."

"Hm?"

"Are you hot?"

"No. Are you?"

Tightening her hold around his neck Gauri slowly nodded "I am very hot. I want you to...."

Her lips slowly started to trail along his neck while her hand grabbed onto his silky long hair "hold me...."

Gauri didn' t know how or when but they were now on top of the roof just above his room where a large tree was hiding them from any of Svetlana's secret Guards. Leaning his back against a tree trunk Omkara held onto Gauri tightly as the two listened to the wind blow the branches that were hiding them back and forth. Setting her back against his chest to let her relax only to have her turn around and wrap her legs around his waist. Locking her arms around his neck "Why are you not touching me?"

Lifting up his brow "Do you want me to touch you?"

"The candles have no effect on you?"

"It does."

"Then how?"

Lifting up his hand that had a black handkerchief wrapped around it "This."

Gauri reached out to softly grab Omkara's hand "It's..wet..." Seeing his lips curve up while he whispers in her ear "If I didn't press on it do you think you could still remain as you are now?" Her heart was now pounding so hard that she was afraid he was able to hear it "I....."

"Princess...are you sure you want to sit like this? Do you expect me to keep on pressing on my wound?"

His playful smile only made her heart beat faster and with her body still heating up Gauri did not answer.

Omkara was trying hard to get Gauri to turn around because the way she was looking at him was too tempting. Her white night gown that was clinging onto her sweaty body with the unraveling of her top made it hard for him not to look. Seeing her breasts rise up and down every time she breathed made him want to just bend his head down to take in a mouthful of that smooth skin. As he was about to lift her up to forcibly turn her around he felt her warm lips against his. Only when he felt her hot tongue slide inside his mouth did he grab the back of her neck to deepen the kiss. With her legs tightly wrapped around his waist Omkara couldn't help but slide one hand down to feel her silky smooth legs but the moment his hand made contact with her undergarment he froze.

"Princess...not tonight."

Having him pull away from the kiss made Gauri felt a sting in her heart "Your Majesty...."

Turning her around to let her lean back against his chest "Our night together will not be like this..on a rooftop...hiding behind branches."

He could feel her let out a long sigh and her entire body started to relax a little but when he felt her become restless he took his hand to close her eyes "Sleep..I am sure tomorrow morning you will have a lot of fun."

Grabbing the hand that was shielding her eyes Gauri let Omkara wrap her into a warm embrace "You are right. I should sleep so that I could enjoy tomorrow to the fullest."
